14/06/2026The gelato was delicious, and the portions were quite generous. We tried the caramel, blackberry, and raspberry flavors, and they were all very good. However, the lemon flavor is an absolute must-try. I would recommend getting your gelato in a cup rather than a cone, as the cones were not particularly impressive.

It felt like a bit of a rush though choosing our flavours and we could have sat down but didn’t know that was an option and had to eat outside…..but other than that it was delicious and would go back again :)

13/06/2026Ruined my entire trip to Italy over a single scoop of gelato. While waiting for my gelato after ordering, a staff member in a black t-shirt asked me to move, which I gladly did. However, right after that, another staff member—a bald guy—physically shoved me while I was standing on the stairs. No apology was made. When I looked at him in disbelief, he actually stared me down and glared at me intensely until I walked out the door. Shoving a customer and then intimidating them with a glare is completely unacceptable and trashy behavior. This worst experience ruined my entire trip to Italy. If you don't want to get pushed around and stared down by rude staff, NEVER come to this place.

13/06/2026It’s fine, we tried 8 flavour across the group. Two were good, 4 were fine and as other reviewers have commented, the others were very sweet. While this maybe one of the most famous, there are plenty of other gelateria serving a far higher quality product. The one plus is that there is the option to sit in.

13/06/2026It is one of the best ice creams I have ever eaten in Rome. There are incredibly many varieties, you may find it difficult to decide. There is queue all the time because it is very close to the pantheon, the prices are reasonable though. The employees are polite and professional. I recommend it, you should definitely try.

13/06/2026Worth every single bit of the hype! Even though it’s all over Instagram and always crowded, the gelato here is truly unbeatable. We loved it so much we came back twice during our trip to Rome! Don't let the long lines outside scare you away—the staff is incredibly efficient and the line moves very fast. Absolutely a must-visit!

12/06/2026Tried mango and dark chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut and tiramisu flavours and they were more authentic than the chemicL flavours I have tasted elsewhere. Not being able to sit in and dine at the price of take out is the only minus. But it is understandable.

12/06/2026I've been here before several times and it was great. This time did table service. Absolutely woeful. Took 30min before our order was taken, understandable, they're busy. Then waited, and waited, and watched everyone who had ordered after us get food, and waited. Eventually, after 45min waiting (so 1h15min from sitting down) asked the waiter where our order was. He handed us menus. I explained we'd ordered, he shrugged, and went and cleared other tables. We waited 5min minutes. Other orders came out so we left.

02/06/2026Dark Chocolate - incredible texture. Mint, goes great with the dark chocolate. Had peach (in season) bursting with flavour and strawberry very fresh and intense flavours. Amarena was ok. Very nice vibe and if you are considered and don’t do stupid things the service is just fine.

14/06/2026C'est un établissement mythique de Rome spécialisé dans la glace et les sorbets italiens où nous nous sommes rendues, le 30 mai 2026. Le jour où nous nous sommes rendues sur place, il y avait une longue file de personnes devant nous. L'attente n'était pas longue spécialement, ce qui est logique étant donné qu'ils ne servent que des desserts froids. Néanmoins, la disposition de la salle ne permettait pas de comprendre facilement où il fallait nous diriger pour acheter nos tickets et commander nos glaces. Le service était assez stressant pour ne rien arranger, on ne parvenait pas à communiquer avec les glaciers et la femme au guichet (ticketterie) était particulièrement désagréable envers nous. Concernant les sorbets et glaces que nous avons choisis, certaines étaient très bonnes, d'autres plutôt décevantes en goût (notamment le sorbet à la pastèque). J'ai aussi remarqué la présence de pépites de chocolat dans mon sorbet à la pastèque, ce qui m'a un peu dérangé durant ma dégustation et m'incite à penser qu'ils ne font pas attention lorsqu'ils manipulent les glaces et sorbets, pendant leur service.

07/06/2026Ich fand es nicht toll und kann die Rezension nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte diesen Eisbecher mit der großen Waffel. Die Eissorten waren Vanille, Haselnuss und Schoko glaube ich. Gefühlt hatte alles einen sehr schwachen Geschmack. Gut, es war nicht übersüßt wie bei anderen, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Vllt lag es einfach an den von mir ausgewählten Sorten - ich weiß es nicht.

C’era un gelato che aveva il cartellino capovolto in avanti (quindi non si leggeva) e alla mia richiesta di conoscere quale gusto fosse, il gelataio mi ha risposto tutto scocciato che bastava che lo leggessi. A parte non capisco che ci sia di strano nell’avere conferma di un gusto, ma se non si vedeva come facevo a capirlo? I clienti si trattano con questa scortesia e maleducazione? Credo che oramai andare lì sia solo una buffonata per turisti…
