05/06/2026The line was long, the ordering was confusing (100% touch screen ordering and the flavors weren't clearly displayed when it came your turn to actually order), the staff wasn't very friendly, and worst of all...the gelato was not good. My family and I have eaten gelato for 14 days straight in cities all around Italy and this was by far the worst. Don't waste your time or money, find a smaller gelateria a little further out!

04/06/2026Divine Gelato, trash service. After a day of visiting the city center we decided to get a gelato and rest a bit after traveling with an infant. We chose a table and I went inside to buy sometimg. Once I went outside the waiter basically invited my wife and kid out as the tables were "reserved". I stood in line to buy their product then he invited us out. Why he did not tell us from the start that the tables are for his tips and not for the customers? Avoid if you can.

14/06/2026Abbiamo scovato questo locale, dopo aver cercato tanto una gelateria… Il personale gentilissimo e attento si è fatto apprezzare per i consigli e la discreta presenza. I miei accompagnatori si sono gustati un affogato al caramello super, mentre per la mia dieta, io ho ricevuto un grande bicchiere di caffè decaffeinato shakerato, con dolcificante. 11/06/2026جينا للمكان كان مليان ناس لكن يقدمون الطلبات بسرعة الموظفين بشوشين توجد طاولات في الخارج أخذنا آيس كريم اسمه ( تري شكولاتي ) عبارة عن ٣ أنواع من الشكولاته ( شكولاته داكنة - شكولاته بيضاء بالبندق - شكولاته بالحليب ) كان لذيذ جدًا وكذلك أخذنا تراميسيو كان لذيذ وحلاه موزون جدًا

Duomo’da caddede yürüyüp güzel görünüyor girelim gibi bir hataya düşmeyin. Fiyatları pahalı. Bir affogato ve bir tiramisu söyledim. Affogatoyu kahve telvesini de içine karıştırdıklarından bitiremedim zaten, nimet olmasa ağır konuşacağım. Tiramisu ise İtalya’da yediğim en kötü tiramisuydu. Ankara’da herhangi bir Starbucks’tan alın, bundan kat kat iyi yapar. Çoluğunuzu çocuğunuzu götürmek gibi bir hata yapmayın. Çalışanlar somurtkan, ürünler iyi değil. Tavsiye etmeyin, ettirmeyin. Rezil bir mekan.

09/06/2026El café y el helado estaban muy buenos, aunque el café algo frío.. y la crepe lastimosamente de las peores.. sentí que estaba hecha de hace días, dura y fría.. solo que la nutella le va a dar el buen sabor. Puedes sentarte a consumir únicamente cosas de ese local, y aunque compres cosas ahí no pueden verte con un agua o producto de otro.

08/06/2026Einer meiner schlechtesten Service-Erfahrungen. Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und wirkte wenig kompetent. Auf Fragen wurde kaum eingegangen, und man hatte das Gefühl, als Kunde nicht willkommen zu sein. Der gesamte Besuch war enttäuschend und entsprach keineswegs meinen Erwartungen. Ich hoffe, dass der Service in Zukunft verbessert wird, denn so kann ich dieses Lokal leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

04/06/2026Jedyny plus to świetna lokalizacja. Lody średnie. Pod stolikami na zewnątrz są kratki z których leci na przemian ciepłe powietrze i smród kanalizacji. Ale dobra kawa i tylko za nią 3 gwiazdki. Zapchana toaleta na koniec jeszcze i zapchana umywalka… omijajcie to miejsce.

30/05/2026Esperienza a dir poco imbarazzante. Appena entrati abbiamo chiesto a una dipendente se fosse possibile accomodarci ai tavoli. La sua risposta è stata chiara: ordinare al totem, ritirare il cibo e le bevande e poi sederci. Abbiamo seguito esattamente le istruzioni ricevute, ritirando personalmente tutto e portandolo al tavolo senza alcun tipo di assistenza. Dopo pochi minuti si presenta il direttore dicendoci che non potevamo restare seduti perché non avevamo pagato il servizio al tavolo. Assurdo. Gli ho spiegato che eravamo stati indirizzati in quel modo da una sua dipendente, che ha persino confermato la versione dei fatti, ma nonostante questo ci è stato detto che per restare avremmo dovuto pagare un servizio che non avevamo mai ricevuto. Quindi ricapitolando: ordini da solo, ritiri da solo, trasporti tutto al tavolo da solo e poi ti viene chiesto di pagare un servizio inesistente. Ancora più grave è l’atteggiamento del direttore, che invece di riconoscere un evidente errore organizzativo ha preferito scaricare il problema sul cliente. Gestione approssimativa, comunicazione interna inesistente e totale mancanza di attenzione verso chi paga. Non è il costo del servizio il problema, ma la pretesa di far pagare qualcosa che non è stato fornito e il modo in cui siamo stati trattati. Esperienza pessima, sicuramente non tornerò e non la consiglio a nessuno.

Yarım saat sipariş vermeye çalıştık ama asla yüzümüze bakmadılar. Göz göze gelsek de tekrar yönüni değiştirdi. Biz de vazgeçip kalktık. Eğer dondurma tatlı alıp oturmadan yiyecekseniz ve başka bir yer bulamadıysanız şans verebilirsiniz ama onun dışında ✖️ Not: haziran (9 ay sonra) ayında geldiğimde tekrar denemek istedim. Tatlıları ve dondurması güzel fakat çalışanları hala kaba ve ilgisiz.
