14/06/2026Stayed 3 days in Milan, spent 3 days watching this really nice & cute spot with the best vibes from afar (due to milk protein intolerance), eventually I ended up here, and had fabulous vegan options. So glad that I stepped closer to this amazing place on my last day. Don’t follow my mistake; come here immediately if you pass by.

31/05/2026I stopped by CioccolatItaliani in the centre of Milan while exploring the Duomo area, and it was the perfect place for a sweet break. The gelato was incredibly creamy and rich, with a great variety of flavours to choose from. What makes this place stand out is the signature melted chocolate added inside the cone, which takes the whole experience to another level. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Duomo, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. Even though it can get quite busy because of its popularity, the service was efficient and the staff were friendly. Prices are slightly higher than at some local gelaterias, but that's understandable given the central location and the quality of the desserts. If you're visiting Milan and have a sweet tooth, CioccolatItaliani is definitely worth a stop for gelato, crepes, or one of their chocolate-based treats. I'd happily go back on my next visit.

25/05/2026Siamo arrivati domenica pomeriggio e il locale risultava poco affollato, con soltanto 6 tavoli occupati complessivamente (3 interni e 3 esterni). Mentre guardavamo la vetrina per scegliere i gusti ci è stato chiesto di accomodarci in attesa che qualcuno prendesse l’ordinazione. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che piacevole. All’interno del locale non era presente aria condizionata con ingresso e porte laterali completamente aperte infatti la temperatura risultava praticamente identica a quella esterna, intorno ai 35 gradi. Nonostante il numero limitato di clienti presenti (6 tavoli in tutto) , siamo rimasti seduti per quasi 10 minuti senza che nessuno venisse a prendere l’ordinazione o almeno a fornirci informazioni sull’attesa. Alla fine abbiamo deciso di andar via. Comprendo che possano esserci momenti di difficoltà nella gestione del servizio, ma ritengo che maggiore attenzione verso il cliente, tempi di attesa più gestiti e un ambiente più confortevole possano fare una grande differenza. Lo segnalo come spunto costruttivo affinché episodi simili non portino altri clienti a scegliere di non tornare.

Lo staff mi accolto a quasi chiusa locale, educato, mi detto che i gelati in vetrina non si potevano consumare per via della chiusura a breve, ma il cono gelato era acquistabile. Buono e grande. Le service était correct, le personnel de salle était sympathique (ce qui n’était pas le cas du personnel du comptoir). Le service à table est payant malheureusement. Les prix sont relativement élevés par rapport à la prestation. Si vous êtes gourmands vous pouvez trouver moins cher.

16/05/2026Nous sommes en week-end à Milan. Nous sommes venus déguster une glace dans cet établissement service exécrable. Nous avons été servis à 20 minutes d’intervalle entre mon mari et moi-même et la Glace au niveau du goût très déçu. Vraiment très très déçu de cet établissement ou malgré tout il y a du monde, je ne comprends pas expérience à ne pas reproduire.
