A great place to stop for ice cream, but sadly there's nowhere to sit inside. They only have two chairs outside, and it was way too hot because of the hot air blowing from the freezers. The guy in the place told us that there were not a place to sit upstairs but then, when I went to the toilet in the second floor, I found a nice hall with tables to sit. (But empty).

Flavors coconut and crispy manto taste pretty good. Be reminded that you can only pay in cash. A genuinely disaapointing matter is that this guy at the store is so rude and treated us like we paid nothing. We tasted THREE flavours and were told no more tasting is allowed. This guy also tossed the coins on the glass.

Friendly workers and good gelato. My partner and I both ordered the pistachio and tiramisu. There wasn’t too much flavor to the pistachio, but the tiramisu was out of this world. After I already received my order, I had a question about one of the flavors and one of the workers still let me sample the flavor in quesrion.

The gelato tasted quite artificial and didn’t feel very natural in flavor, which was a bit disappointing. I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you’re craving gelato and don’t have other options nearby. That said, to be fair, I didn’t try gelato from other shops in Napoli, so I can’t say for sure whether this is common or not.

I did not like the gelato I had here (amarena and napolitan sun). The Amarena one especially was supposed to be my safe choice, but didn’t taste anything like Amarena. The other one was also not to my liking… the consistency was a bit weird too, more granular than smooth in my opinion

This was the only spot open, and we decided to stop by. The owner was incredibly kind and treated us with the warmest hospitality. No exaggeration — it was hands down the best gelato I’ve ever had. Siamo stati ieri. Abbiamo cenato al bistrot e siamo passati anche alla pasticceria/gelateria. Personale professionale ed educato. Gestori gentilissimi e cordiali. Location ottima. Situato nel cuore di napoli. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto e un primo a base di pesce. Il polpo era freschissimo ed il risotto ai frutti di mare meraviglioso. Come dessert abbiamo assaggiato un cannolo siciliano. Buonissimo. Abbiamo scoperto dopo che la farcitura viene direttamente dalla Sicilia. Stessa valutazione per il gelato. Abbiamo preso una coppa di 3 gusti assortiti ed era molto buono. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo notato sul menù che offre anche aperitivi ad un prezzo stracciato. Ritorneremo sicuramente sia per quello che per cenare. Voto 10.

Non solo pasticceria ,poco più avanti sotto al portico è possibile pranzare ,in questi giorni abbiamo avuto il piacere di fermarci più volte a pranzo e a merenda.Nunzio persona molto accogliente e gentile ha saputo soddisfare i nostri palati sia con il salato che con il dolce.Panettoni Top , pastiera sfogliatelle , caffè, aperitivi, ecc...tutto molto buono.Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a Napoli per ritornare da Valenti. Nunzio sei il numero uno.

É uma ofensa chamar isto de gelato. Nada além de um sorvete comum. O atendente mexe com dinheiro e depois pega um biscoito com a mão para colocar no sorvete. Qualidade do sorvete: média para um sorvete comum e nota zero se pensar em um bom gelato. Higiene do atendimento? Zero também, pelo motivo já citado acima.

Siamo tornati in questa bella gelateria per gustare di nuovo il gelato ai gusti Sorriso di Napoli e Vesuvio. Siamo stati tranquillamente nella saletta superiore a chiacchierare. Chi ha preso il caffè e la sfogliata lì ha trovati molto buoni. Anche stavolta siamo stati accolti con molta cortesia. Torneremo ancora....

Toutes les glaces qu’on a prit étaient délicieuses ! Le caramel au beurre salé était le plus surprenant, hyper onctueux ça fait penser au Nutella mais attention ça peut être écœurant à la fin. Je vous recommande en tout cas les yeux fermés ce glacier !

Experience horrible. Glace correct mais sans plus. Faites attention car le personnel va vous surcharger. Nous avons pris 2 cornets et nous avons été chargé 16 euros au lieu de 7. Le caissier a fait semblant de nous donner le bon montant, on a dû retourner pour obtenir la balance. Il nous a aussi mentionné qu'il ne prenait pas la carte.. à notre avis c'est pour mieux arnaquer en argent comptant!

On est venus prendre des glaces et on s est installés dehors à une des deux tables vides avec des chaises. Quelques minutes après, le proprio arrive pour nous demander d aller nous asseoir ailleurs dans un coin caché et loin du bistrot sous prétexte qu il y avait “la sortie de la climatisation sous nos pieds qui allait faire fondre la glace”... 😅. Sérieusement? Dans un endroit qui sert principalement des glaces c est ça l excuse donnée aux clients? Honnêtement j ai eu l’impression qu il voulait garder la table pour d’autres clients avec une commande plus importante. Ok.. je peux comprendre mais ce n est pas comme ça qu on prend soin de ses clients m. le proprio.. Et le pire, c est qu une fois qu est est partis, il a toit simplement rangé les chaises et laissé les tables pour “ses clients les plus précieux”. 🥲 Vraiment décevant, on ne reviendra pas!

Il gelato “sole di Napoli” è fortemente consigliato. Il personale è gentile e la qualità è eccellente. Dopo aver preso il gelato, il signore del bar ci ha fatto scoprire un posto in cui fare un aperitivo a due passi e a prezzi accessibili regalandoci una mozzarellina di bufala. Stra consigliato!

Il signore freddo e un po’ antipatico, ha servito prima una ragazza che era entrata dopo di me. Gli ho parlato in perfetto italiano ma comunque mi ha salutato in inglese?? Ovviamente senza emettere scontrino 😂 Il gelato era decente, il Frutti di Bosco NON è genuino siccome in genere è sul rosa un po’ scuro, invece questo è lilla e si sente che non è fatto con la frutta ma chimico. Però nei dintorni gli altri posti hanno recensioni ancora peggiori quindi se proprio siete disperati per il gelato è il meno peggio
