02/06/2026We travelled from Barcelona to Madrid during our holiday and spent a long time searching for a hotel because many properties appeared to be fully booked. Eventually, we found Vincci Soho and went to the hotel in person to ask whether any rooms were available. We were informed that there were no vacant rooms at that time. As we wanted to stay in the same hotel, we contacted our travel agent and made reservations. Since no family rooms were available, a separate room was booked for me and my daughter, and another room for my husband. My brother and his pregnant wife also made a last-minute reservation through Booking.com so that we could all stay together. Due to the last-minute booking, we paid a significantly higher rate than usual. After receiving confirmed reservations, we returned to the hotel to complete the check-in process. At that point, a receptionist named Jouavin informed us that he would not allow us to stay at the hotel. When we asked for an explanation, he claimed that he did not like our attitude because we had come in earlier to inquire about room availability and then returned later. We were shocked by this response. We calmly explained that we had just completed a long journey, that we were travelling with a young child, that my sister-in-law was pregnant, and that we had valid, confirmed reservations. We also pointed out that refusing accommodation to guests with confirmed bookings was unreasonable. Nevertheless, he repeatedly stated, “I do not want to accept you.” I travel frequently around the world and have stayed in hotels ranging from boutique properties to some of the most respected international brands. I have never experienced anything like this before. Paying a premium last-minute rate only to be treated with such disrespect and denied accommodation based on a receptionist’s personal judgment is completely unacceptable. This was not merely poor customer service; it was unprofessional, humiliating, and deeply disappointing. Our experience at Vincci Soho has seriously damaged our perception of the Vincci brand, and I sincerely hope the management investigates this incident and ensures that no other guests are treated in the same manner. I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

02/06/2026After an exhausting journey from Barcelona to Madrid, our two families booked a stay at the Vincci Soho hotel through a travel agency. When we arrived at reception with our luggage, we were met with a manner we would never tolerate. A rude receptionist, whose name we learnt was Jouavin, got into an argument with our friends who were with us. We absolutely do not accept this behaviour. Our friends had booked their rooms via Booking.com, whilst we had purchased ours through the travel agency we always use. Without even witnessing the argument between them, I was told, ‘If you are with them, I will not admit you to the hotel either.’ I explained that my friend’s wife was pregnant, that we had just arrived in Madrid after a long train journey, and that what he was doing was unfair. He did not change his attitude, and they refused to let us into the hotel. When I asked to speak to a manager, we were again told no. Thanks to this rude individual, Vincci Soho has lost a customer, and I will be posting this review everywhere. I’ll ask my other friends to share this incident too. In the end, we continued our holiday at The Palace Hotel. Jouavin, you too can decorate this wall with your rude behaviour.

14/05/2026We stayed three nights and we loved the place. It is well located, close to the Prado on one side, and the plaza Mayor, on the other side. Plenty of restaurants, shops and activities nearby. The lobby is very comfi and inviting. The rooms are well decorated and equipped. A very good place to stay.

09/05/2026We stayed at the hotel for a few nights in April 2026, The check in was fast but we did not get any information at all. We got upgraded to room 320 which included a small balcony. This was a really nice treat as it gave us a large window but the small balcony is pretty useless in my opinion. The room was quite big with lovely light wooden flooring, light walls, a large and comfortable king-size bed and it was also lovely decorated. The bathroom was also lovely with stylish tiles on the floor and a great shower area. The sink was modern and fancy – too fancy maybe as every time we used the faucet, it would splash everywhere. The wifi worked well but with an old school solution of “type in this password” for each of the devices. Another thing that annoyed me was the safe. I usually travel with my wife and we both store things in the safe that we need access to. At this hotel the solution was to lock and open the safe with a bank card, which is an incredibly strange solution as it means that only one person has access to the safe. There was no steamer or iron in the room. When I went to the reception to ask if they could send one to the room, I got a very cheap iron and very small ironing board and with instructions to return in within 30-40 minutes. It would be great if they had a better solution for this – especially since laundry service was not available in the weekend. We did not have breakfast included in our package but we did have breakfast one morning, They do have a great spread but maybe not worth the 20 euros per person that it costs – but that depends how much you usually eat for breakfast of course. The location of the hotel was great! A few minutes walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 minutes to Plaza Mayor etc. So for us , the location was perfect to explore Madrid. All in all: this is a nice hotel with a stylish room. The location is good but there are some details that can certainly be improved.

27/04/2026Hotel Vincci SoHo should be the ONLY place that you are considering staying at while in Madrid! They are in a perfect location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, but steps from the metro so you can get anywhere you need! The rooms were excellent and the staff were so friendly! They are a chain, so even if you don’t stay here, I highly recommend you to stay at one of their sister hotels if you get the chance! Bonus points for being able to drink espresso while overlooking the streets each morning.

06/04/2026The Hôtel is well located. Staff is nice. Beds are very comfy. Yet the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. It's aging. The walls of bedrooms are so small you can hear your neighbor talking. We had to move at 2am because of german speaking youngsters. Also you hear climatisation in every bedroom, so loud. Twin bedrooms were either dark or very noisy (under huge machines at the 4th floor). I barely slept during the whole week. Had to change 3 Times. And finally gave up.

31/03/2026Normally there isn't much to say about the staff at a hotel , but I must say that Sara, Joaquin, and Daniel were all so professional and helpful. We really felt they were trying to make our stay better (in Madrid, as well as the hotel), rather than just checking us in or carrying bags. They were all great. The hotel itself is very eco-friendly, clean, modern, and well located. The rooms are a bit small but given the location that’s probably the norm and to be expected.

11/03/2026i have to warn all guests that there is a thief of the reception members. i left my expensive things for pick up and now they disappeared. every time i call no one is giving information and all they say the manager will contact you back. however there no one getting back. everytime i call the reception to ask about the manager they say he is in a meeting call back in 10 minutes, when i call back they ignore me completely and don’t pick up my calls on purpose. this is an official theft case by a reception member and all the hotel management trying to do is hiding and covering what happened, no explanation at all by anyone and all reception members say the manager will contact you and he never does. this is a big scandal of 4 star hotels to steal things from guests by hotel staff! no respect for guests that have been a loyal customers for years!! this case will go further to the police, but this is an official warning to everyone : my things got stolen by a hotel member in Vincci Soho and all the management is trying to do is to cover this. there are pictures and evidences for everything. update : the hotel management said their camera can’t show the reception. they say someone came and took my things, one reception member checked the cameras and confirmed that there is no one picked my things up, however the manager insisted on that ( contradiction ) ! the manager keep repeating ( our cemera doesn’t show the reception ) this os ridiculous, there is a camera in the reception and you can’t fine our the truth while other reception members could check it? this is confirmed : an official theft case.

In times when dubious touristic apartment rental prices are skyrocketing, it is worth highlighting the full range of services that traditional accommodation can still offer for almost the same price.

16/01/2026We stayed at Vincci Soho Madrid in a Deluxe Suite and absolutely loved our stay. The room was modern, very clean and extremely comfortable — it made coming back after long days of exploring so enjoyable. The location is perfect for walking everywhere ! With amazing food options right outside your door. The buffet breakfast was amazing and definitely a highlight of our mornings with a great variety and quality. The bar area is also a great spot to relax in the evenings. A really special touch was the welcome treat on arrival and the beautiful pastry box with a heartfelt thank you note on our last night — such thoughtful service that made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. The only small downside was some noise at night coming from the restaurant downstairs, which is expected given the central location — but overall it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return.

09/06/2026Me alojo en él. He llegado esta tarde. Estuve la semana pasada. Soy leal cliente de Vincci, desde la Rabida de Sevilla una lejana semana Santa en familia. Quizás 100 noches, quizás más. Vincci contribuyó al upgrading q dejaba en mal lugar a los 5*. Como los one shot y, muy lejos, los petit .. ya todos fuera de juego. Lástima!

Todo el personal destacó por su atención y amabilidad, haciendo que la experiencia fuese aún más agradable ya que consiguen que te encuentres como en casa. Mención especial para Borja Plans, un director de diez siempre cercano, profesional y atento a cada detalle. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que da gusto siempre volver. Y un plus además es su situación perfecta y que el hotel es precioso.

04/05/2026Anteriormente habíamos estado en el Vincci Mint q también nos encantó…pero el Soho nos ha resultado el hotel más confortable que podíamos haber elegido: parking propio, restaurante y bar de gran categoría, situación inmejorable…y personal fantástico. (Actuación de magos incluida) . No se escucha el ruido de la calle a pesar de la situación céntrica. Fuimos andando a todas las actividades que habíamos planeado. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo la estancia. Gracias

04/05/2026Valoramos muy positivamente nuestra estancia en Vincci Soho (calle del Prado, Madrid). El trato por parte de todo el personal ha sido magnífico. Nuestras dudas y consultas han sido resueltas por Nacho, Marta y Sara en recepción y también por Sonia, del servicial de limpieza. Este trato de TODO el equipo es el factor que te permite escribir valoracions como esta, soñar con volver pronto y reconocer el establecimiento de forma pública. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y luminosas. Está muy bien comunicado (a 4 minutos de la estación de metro Antón Martín), a sólo 7 minutos del Thyssen y del Prado, a 6 minutos de la plaza del Sol y a 8 minutos de la plaza J. Benavente, desde donde accedimos al teatro Fígaro. En definitiva, la mejor ubicación si vuestro interés cultural por Madrid implica tener el mejor y más cómodo alojamiento.

Tanto Raquel como todo su equipo son maravillosos y te hacen sentir especial. La comida del restaurante Nomad buenísima! Y el espacio impecable! Muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!

24/04/2026Hospedarte en Vincci SoMa no es una experiencia que te venden, es una decisión que se toma con cabeza fría cuando entiendes cómo se mueve Madrid de verdad, esto es Salamanca puro, Goya, calle viva, tráfico constante, gente que trabaja, compra, negocia y vive a otro ritmo, aquí no hay turistas perdidos con mapa, aquí hay dinámica real, y tú estás en el medio de eso sin esfuerzo, sales del hotel y ya estás dentro del sistema, metro literal en la puerta, taxis pasando cada minuto, caminando tienes media ciudad útil resuelta, eso no es un detalle, eso es el 50% del valor del hotel El edificio no busca imponerse, es discreto, moderno, bien integrado en la zona, entras y todo sigue esa línea, lobby limpio, ordenado, sin excesos decorativos ni intentos de impresionar, recepción rápida, eficiente, gente que sabe lo que está haciendo, no hay fricción, no hay espera innecesaria, todo fluye, que parece básico pero en hoteles de Madrid no siempre pasa, aquí sí Subes a la habitación y entiendes el concepto completo, no es lujo exagerado pero tampoco es básico, es equilibrio, cama firme, buena ropa, iluminación correcta, espacio suficiente para no sentirte encerrado, escritorio funcional si necesitas trabajar, aire acondicionado que responde, baño limpio con buena presión de agua, detalles cuidados, nada roto, nada improvisado, todo consistente, eso es lo que mantiene el nivel, no te sorprende pero tampoco te decepciona en ningún punto El aislamiento cumple considerando que estás en una de las zonas más activas de Madrid, no es silencio absoluto pero puedes descansar sin problema, que es lo que importa cuando te pasas el día caminando, reuniones, restaurantes, calle, y vuelves a recargar El desayuno es otro reflejo de lo mismo, buffet bien armado, variedad suficiente, producto correcto, café decente, fruta, bollería, opciones calientes, no es una experiencia gastronómica pero cumple perfectamente su función, sales listo, sin pérdida de tiempo, sin caos, sin colas absurdas El servicio mantiene la misma línea, trato profesional, correcto, sin exceso de confianza ni frialdad incómoda, si necesitas algo responden, si no, no interfieren, ese balance es difícil y aquí lo tienen bien medido Ahora lo importante, este hotel no compite con hoteles boutique de autor ni con cinco estrellas que viven de la experiencia interna, no es ese juego, aquí la propuesta es otra, esto es base operativa premium, es eficiencia bien ejecutada en una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, es el tipo de sitio que elige alguien que tiene agenda, que se mueve, que no viene a perder tiempo en logística

22/04/2026Desde el momento en que entramos por primera vez en el hotel, tanto mi marido como yo tuvimos claro que queríamos celebrar allí nuestra boda. La atención fue impecable; tanto Ana Moral como los maîtres estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle, haciéndonos sentir tranquilos y acompañados en todo momento. En cuanto a la comida, elegimos un formato tipo cóctel y fue todo un acierto: a día de hoy, nuestros invitados siguen felicitándonos por lo rica y abundante que estuvo. El espacio es precioso, con muchísimo encanto y perfecto para hacer fotos inolvidables. Sin duda, fue la mejor elección que pudimos hacer.

Ana, desde el primer momento nos ayudo a organizar todo, fue muy atenta y nos contestaba rapidamente a las 1000 dudas que nos surgían. Nos facilito todo, y le agradezco que desde el primer momento fuese clara y nos diera ideas, ya que estabamos un poco perdidos. El día de la boda fue increible, lo disfrutamos muchisimo y tanto ella como el metre Ismael, y los demás trabajadores estuvieron atentos de todo. Repetiriamos sin duda. Además, los salones son nuevos y muy bonitos.

27/03/2026Hotel en plein centre ville...à proximité de tout à pieds... tout était parfait l'accueil des réceptionnistes , le sourire du personnel Notre Chambre parfaite, très bien insonorisée, grand lit, belle salle de bain. Tout etait tres propre. Le petit déjeuner extrêmement bien achalandé et régulièrement réapprovisionné... jusqu'à la fin de l'horaire. Agréablement surprises. . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

22/03/2026Hice una reserva equivocada por booking y a los 5 minutos llegué al hotel explicando la situación y se han rechazado a cambiarme las fechas o un reembolso que es lo ético y correcto entendiendo que he hecho una reserva equivocada me he presentado en el hotel a los 10 minutos y no me quieren reembolsar el dinero

21/03/2026Gut : Lage ist super , Zimmer ist sauber aber klein, Frühstück gut. Schlecht: Service - noch nie eine so unfreundliche Rezeption erlebt. Zimmer nicht fertig bei Ankunft - keine nette Begrüssung - und als wir dann wieder kamen und 15:30 war das Zimmer immer noch nicht fertig. Wir sollte. An der Bar eine Cafe trinken den wir selber zahlen müssen - super Methode den Umsatz zu erhöhen. Einmal und nie wieder - ist j nicht wirklich preiswert - da passt dea Preis Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Weise

27/02/2026En tant que chef d’entreprise, je reste mesuré dans mes appréciations. Mon objectif n’est pas “d’allumer” un établissement, mais de donner un retour constructif et honnête. - Les points positifs: • Personnel globalement très agréable : Dans l’ensemble, l’équipe a été professionnelle et accueillante. • Mention spéciale à un stagiaire français, particulièrement sympathique et attentionné, qui a su apporter une vraie qualité de service durant notre séjour. • Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité : varié, complet et satisfaisant. Le point qui enlève une étoile : Lors de ma réservation, j’ai pris la précaution d’appeler deux fois — la veille et le matin de mon arrivée — afin de confirmer la possibilité d’un early check-in. Les deux fois, on m’a répondu que cela serait possible. À mon arrivée, effectivement, cela était faisable… mais moyennant un supplément de 35 €. Sur le principe, aucun problème : je comprends parfaitement qu’un service supplémentaire puisse être facturé. En revanche, le fait que cela ne m’ait pas été précisé lors de mes deux appels est regrettable. La transparence sur ce point aurait évité toute déception. Par ailleurs, la réceptionniste qui m’a encaissé ces 35 € le jeudi 26 février vers 10h–10h30 (prénom commençant par un “L”) s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable et visiblement agacée par mon étonnement. Cela contraste avec la qualité générale du personnel. Le confort et le bruit : L’hôtel est globalement agréable, mais les chambres sont peu isolées phoniquement. Bien entendu, on ne peut pas empêcher certains clients de parler fort à 4h du matin ou de courir dans les couloirs. En revanche, une amélioration de l’isolation sonore serait un vrai plus pour le confort global. ⸻ Conclusion Un bon établissement, bien situé et avec un personnel majoritairement très professionnel. La qualité du petit déjeuner et l’accueil général méritent clairement les 4 étoiles. L’étoile manquante tient principalement au manque de transparence concernant le supplément du check-in anticipé et à l’expérience désagréable avec une réceptionniste. Cela reste malgré tout une adresse sérieuse à Madrid.

03/02/2026Es un hotel situado en pleno centro a 10 minutos andando de Sol, gran Vía... A dos minutos del Congreso. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, la cama comodísima. El baño amplio y con todo tipo de detalles incluso secador con difusor lo cual agradezco muchísimo porque no hay nunca en los hoteles. El desayuno muy muy completo lo único que no había era aguacate.(Por poner un pero). La experiencia de 10 sin duda repetiremos.

20/01/2026Gyönyörű, tiszta, kényelmes hotel.... nagyon stílusos szobák, csodásan tiszta fürdővel. kapszulás kávéfőzővel....nagyon kényelmes ággyal. A közösségi terek dizájnja zseniális, imádtam minden részletet. A bárban nagyon finom koktélok, de elég lassú a kiszolgálás. A közelben zseniális éttermek, bárok.... az egész környék nagyon hangulatos.

18/01/2026Una ubicación inmejorable en el centro de madres para ir a todos los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad caminando. La atención muy buena. Las habitaciones IMPECABLES. Lo único que puedo decir es que fue difícil poder conectarme al WiFi, deberían darte el acceso cuando te entregan la llave o algunas indicaciones en la propia habitación. El desayuno bastante bueno!

30/12/2025La zona es excelente en pleno corazón de Madrid para explorar la capital o para relajarte después del trabajo paseando por la zona llena de bares y restaurantes muy atractivos. El personal del hotel es muy profesional y encantador. Nos subieron de categoría de habitación y el check-in y el check-out fueron rápidos y llenos de amabilidad. Sin duda una de las mejores opciones de la zona.

01/03/2025Dal 2015 quando mi reco in Spagna soggiorno sempre e solo in hotel Vincci.L'hotel è una posizione iper strategica sei in centro a 10 minuti da tutto. La zona in cui c'è l'albergo è tranquilla e sicura. Infine, in ogni albergo della Vincci Hotel l'arrendamento è tematico, il tema del Soho è il circo e tutto ruota intorno ad esso. Che dire è possibile fare colazione dalle 05.30 del mattino ed è ideale quando si deve viaggiare presto. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose e si dorme divinamente! Consiglio questa struttura P.s sono tornata nel Vincci Soho a dicembre 2025 ed ho avuto un'ottima accoglienza con una stanza fenomenale. Il personale della reception e del ristornante/colazioni sono stati molto gentili. Spero di tornarci presto!

19/07/2023Ubicación excelente junto al Congreso de los diputados, trato excelente por parte de todo el personal. La decoración fantástica, y el buffet increíble, pero sin duda lo que más nos gustó fue la terraza que tienen para tomar algo. Solo estuvimos de paso un día, pero sin duda volveremos.
