15/06/2026Loved experiencing the history of this extremely old building. We had booked tickets for the first slot of the day, but still had to queue around the Piazza for approx 15 mins. Queue's are confusing here, make sure you join the correct one. There is one for pre booked tickets and one for purchasing on the day. Once inside it got busier as time passed. You need an hour or so to read all the information available. 15 minutes would be enough if you wantes to experience it and move on.

15/06/2026The website allowed us to book a tour, after a painstaking 30 mins, we were told that there are no tours available, and refunded. Such a pathetic experience. Buying tickets in advance is a joke.

14/06/2026Absolutely stunning and a must see when in Rome! Get tickets in advance. We went the day after a big race and lines were long but had tickets and got in pretty quickly. One of the highlights of my trip. The architecture is incredible, and it's amazing to think about how long this building has stood. The most impressive feature was the famous oculus which fills the space with beautiful natural light and creates a truly unique atmosphere. (An interesting detail: when it rains, water falls directly through the oculus. The floor was designed with a slight slope and hidden drains to carry the water away.) The scale, history, and engineering of the Pantheon are incredible. A must visit for anyone traveling to Rome.

14/06/2026Beautiful place - you can book tickets online but make sure that you get in the queue when it is your booked time! The queue system could be better - as it blocks off all of the front of the pantheon! Theres a lot of sellers that offer you hats and scarfs and powerbanks!

13/06/2026The Pantheon may be a beautiful historical monument. Rome may be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. However, the behavior of the staff in tourist areas is very rude and aggressive. I don't know if they act this way thinking tourists will come anyway, or if they're simply fed up, but I will remember Rome very badly because of these kinds of employees, and I will not recommend it to anyone. The disgusting person waiting as a security guard at the entrance shouted and aggressively said something he could have said in a normal way. Please remember that people like this tarnish Rome's image.

13/06/2026Standing in Piazza della Rotonda and looking at the magnificent Pantheon is a core memory from Rome, but as an Egyptian, the absolute highlight for me was seeing the Macuteo Obelisk standing proud right in the center of the fountain! It brought a massive smile to my face to see a piece of our ancient history, from the time of Ramses II, taking center stage in one of the most famous squares in Italy. It filled me with so much pride. It really made me wish we would see more of our incredible obelisks beautifully restored and showcased like this in our own squares back home in Egypt. The square is packed with energy, street musicians, and beautiful vibes. An absolute must-visit!

13/06/2026As a civil engineer, standing inside the Pantheon was a breathtaking experience. It is mind-blowing that a structure with a massive unreinforced concrete dome has stood perfectly for nearly 2,000 years. The scale, the precision of the oculus, and the ancient Roman craftsmanship are simply unmatched. Easily one of the most impressive structures I have ever seen in my life. A must-visit!

13/06/2026Nice to visit once in your life but that’s it. Can get quite crowded at the entrance but honestly, you can tour the whole place in 15 minutes. Awesome piece of history but the entrance fee is quite steep (16 eur). Happy to tick it off my bucketlist but probably that’s the first and last time I’ll visit Pantheon.

12/06/2026Visiting the Pantheon was a truly unique experience. The massive columns at the entrance are absolutely breathtaking and make the building look even more impressive in person. Standing in front of such an ancient and well-preserved monument is something special. Unfortunately, I arrived after 7:00 PM, so it was already closed, and I couldn’t explore the interior. Even so, the exterior alone was enough to leave a lasting impression. Next time I visit Rome, seeing the inside of the Pantheon will definitely be at the top of my list. The atmosphere around the square is wonderful, especially in the evening, and the beauty and history of this place make it a must-see for anyone visiting the Eternal City.

11/06/2026Buy a ticket online before you come, since we went by several times and there was always a long line. If you already have your online ticket, there was a very short line to the left to get inside. The Pantheon was built originally as a Roman temple and later changed into a church in the 7th century, so it is one of the best preserved ancient buildings in Rome. The Oculus, circular opening at the top of the dome lets in light and rain. The ceiling above is a work of art. Statues and art around the perimeter also delight the eyes. You can even pray at the pews in front of the altar. Inside, tombs of Raphael, Victor Emmanuel II, and Umberto I and others. Next to the Sistine Chapel, this was one of the most crowded places we visited.

08/06/2026Built over 2000 years ago, this long standing church still stands very well! The interior was built like a sphere like dome shape, the length from one end to the other is almost the exact same as the height to the top. Entry is free, just join the queue and the staff will give you a physical paper ticket, though it can get crowded.

Vos įžengus į vidų dėmesį iškart patraukia milžiniškas kupolas su garsiuoju apskritu atviru langu viršuje (oculus), pro kurį į vidų patenka natūrali šviesa. Tai vienas didžiausių pasaulyje nearmuoto betono kupolų, dar vadinamas antikinės inžinerijos stebuklu. Panteonas taip pat yra daugelio garsių žmonių amžinojo poilsio vieta. Čia palaidotas renesanso genijus Rafaelis, kurio kapas yra viena lankomiausių vietų pastato viduje. Taip pat čia ilsisi pirmieji suvienytos Italijos karaliai – Viktoras Emanuelis II ir Umbertas I bei karalienė Margarita. Nepaisant didelio lankytojų skaičiaus, viduje tvyro ypatinga atmosfera. Tai viena iš tų vietų, kurių nuotraukos neperteikia – ją būtina pamatyti savo akimis. Įėjimas 5 EUR.

11/06/2026Pořádný kus historie. Kdo navštíví Řím tak určitě doporučuji. Samotná prohlídka cca na hodinu, fronty u vstupu přes den na několik hodin. Šli jsme ráno hodinu před otevřením a už před námi stalo ve frontě asi 50 lidí. Samotná stavba je naprosto neuvěřitelná, vůbec nechápu jak to mohli tenkrát postavit.
