04/06/2026I read many comments on staff behavior and I can understand why after my visit today. Although they were not rude to me, it was not easy to get a smile back. But since I was there for the gelato (and not the smile) I can say that I was somehow compensated. Yes, it is expensive but not significantly more than other similar places, but was very tasty and had unique options that I haven’t tasted before.

26/05/2026I’m honestly shocked by the terrible treatment I received at Amorino. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience for me. Customer service should be based on respect, but unfortunately that was missing here. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

But we decided to peek inside… and the display was so tempting we couldn’t resist! 😍 So glad we did. My favorite was the coffee flavor—rich and perfectly balanced. And honestly? It was the prettiest gelato I’ve ever had. Almost too beautiful to eat! A delightful surprise on a chilly Milan day. Highly recommend stopping by!

28/11/2025We had a shocking and extremely unprofessional experience at this Amorino branch on November 26, 2025, around 2:00 PM. A female employee suddenly became aggressive toward my family and me without any reason. She began shouting loudly, slamming items behind the counter, and ordering us to leave the store in a very hostile manner. She even shouted a vulgar insult at us, which was completely unacceptable. When we asked for her name so we could report the incident properly, she refused to provide it. This behavior was extreme, intimidating, and highly unprofessional, especially for an international brand like Amorino. My children were frightened, and the entire experience was ruined. I hope management will address this matter seriously to ensure no customer is ever treated this way again.

28/11/2025The lady at the till was sooo rude cause a toddler aged to years old was pointing to a flavor and saying pink pink and she told her say the name with rude attitude which was so unacceptable so we go our refund back then she started swearing at us and her mom came and was trying to interfere which was none off her business and also she was racist cause we were wearing a hijab so I gladly inform you to not go there

30/07/2025Average. Nothing special. The line in Brera is much better than by the location by the Duomo. The portions are not very generous for what you get for gelato usually. You are paying for them to make your gelato in a cone look like a flower. Be mindful they do not make your gelato look like a flower if you order it in a cup. It's a cone only.

09/07/2025do not recommend this shop at all! I visited here with friends, the staff behind the till are very rude and dismissive when asked normal harmless questions about the ice cream. Let me buy a “flower” ice cream which looked nothing like what the pictures show and then told me I chose the wrong flavours in a very rude and obnoxious tone. My friend ordered a coke and was given a warm can instead of cold out the fridge. Overall the experience was horrible from the rude staff to the ice cream that looked nothing like the photos. False advertisement. The owner of the shop needs to fire the rude staff and hire people who actually have good people skills and will be respectful to customers and do their job correctly.

08/04/2026I camerieri sono molto scortesi e mettono pochissimo gelato. Io li licenzierei e prenderei persone normali e più cordiali. Abbiamo provato il gelato in diversi posti in Italia e anche in Spagna, a Tenerife. Negli altri posti i camerieri servono un gelato bello e abbondante allo stesso prezzo. Qui invece ho avuto un’esperienza davvero pessima.

Autant la glace était bonne, mais la serveuse devrait songer à changer de métier et choisir une profession qui ne la mettrait pas en relation avec tout autre être humain… Un accueil désastreux, une serveuse d’une impolitesse comme je n’avais jamais vu. Elle nous a parlé comme à des chiens, nous a quasi jeté les glaces sur le comptoir et est partie faire autre chose sans un mot, sans un regard. Je lui ai fait remarquer qu’elle ferait bien d’être un peu plus agréable avec les prochains clients, mais elle ne m’a même pas adressé un regard. En lisant les différents commentaires, je comprends que c’est habituel dans cet établissement malheureusement. Bref y’a de très bonnes glaces ailleurs, fuyez cet endroit !

The staff member was very unfriendly. While paying by card, I accidentally tapped the wrong area of the terminal since it was a type I had never seen before. Instead of simply guiding me, she repeatedly tapped the correct spot with her finger and showed clear annoyance. As a foreigner, it’s easy to be confused by unfamiliar payment machines, and I don’t think such a reaction was necessary — especially since I delayed only a few seconds and there was no line behind me. It left a very unpleasant impression. The taste and portion were also disappointing. I usually enjoy GROM and have always been satisfied elsewhere, but with so many GROM locations in Milan, I couldn’t find a single reason to come back to this one. Not recommended.

Sorvoliamo sui prezzi molto piu alti della media, sorvoliamo sulla qualità bassa degli ingredienti con cui viene preparata la crepe, ma la maleducazione e scortesia della donna che è alla cassa è inaccettabile. A seguito di una semplice incomprensione sull ordine di 2 crepes sono stato trattato in modo completamente scortese e non professionale, nonostante io abbia mantenuto sempre un atteggiamento di calma ed educazione. Trappola per turisti, c'è molto di meglio a milano.

27/09/2025Premetto che questa recensione non riguarda la qualità del gelato, che non ho avuto modo di assaggiare e quindi non posso giudicare. La mia esperienza si riferisce piuttosto al lato umano e al servizio. Dopo una passeggiata in famiglia con il nostro cagnolino, ci siamo fermati davanti al locale. Il cane aveva sete e, notando che il negozio dispone di ciotoline di carta, ho chiesto al ragazzo al bancone (con un po’ di barba) se potesse gentilmente darmene una per metterci dell’acqua. La sua risposta è stata che la ciotolina aveva un costo di 0,30 €. Ora, non dico che sia obbligato a farmi questo favore, ma in una situazione così, onestamente, me lo sarei aspettato come piccolo gesto di cortesia. Non è una questione di soldi, quanto più di empatia: a volte basta davvero poco per lasciare una buona impressione. Personalmente ci sono rimasto male, perché mi sarei aspettato un po’ più di attenzione e sensibilità. Naturalmente è stata la mia esperienza personale e la condivido solo in ottica costruttiva: credo che nei rapporti con le persone, soprattutto in un’attività aperta al pubblico, un pizzico di umanità in più faccia sempre bene.

27/07/2025Нужно было посмотреть на их рейтинг перед тем, как заходить. Две девушки, с выражением лица зомби, очень неприятные. Я выбрала емкость для мороженого и пыталась сделать выбор, но ко мне никто не подходил, девушка на кассе просто спряталась за колонной, а я 5 минут стояла и ждала. Оказывается сначала нужно заплатить (ну извините, забыла, что вы не ресторан). Никто даже меня не позвал к кассе, я просто стояла и непонятно чего ждала. Клиентов особо и не было. Вторая просто бездельничала, ждала пока я сама все пойму. Зачем держать такой персонал?

22/07/2025Gelato squisito! Ho assaggiato limone, fragola e (da mio figlio) pistacchio. I gusti frutta sembrava di mangiarli, mentre la crema dava l'impressione di avere in bocca un cioccolatino! Il gelato davvero buono, il personale forse dovrebbe essere addestrato con qualche corso di attenzione al cliente. Nella fattispecie la persona addetta alla preparazione, con il banco gelati vuoto e mia moglie che stava pagando, mi ha rimbrottato quando ho espresso i gusti desiderati in quanto "prima bisogna pagare". Successivamente alle coppette, ho acquistato una bottiglietta d'acqua e, nel porgermela, la commessa non mi ha neppure rivolto lo sguardo restando imbronciata. I cinesi dicono: se non sai sorridere, non aprire un negozio!

12/04/2025Sorvolo davvero sul gelato che potrebbe non essere totalmente di mio gradimento mentre potrebbe incontrare i gusti di qualcun altro per soffermarmi sull'accoglienza ricevuta. Una addetta nervosa e scostante urla addosso a me e a 2 bambine di far presto. Seccata, decido di prendere solo un caffè (non vedevo l'ora di andar via) ad un certo punto sento urlarmi "il suo espresso è là dietro non lo vede?" ...stupida io che aspettavo al bancone mentre mi veniva poggiato sulla parete dietro. Comunque alla fine esco soddisfatta: almeno non mi hanno menato. L'ho scampata bella, l'ho scampata.
