The food and atmosphere is very good. The pasta is perfectly cooked along with the ingredients. The atmosphere is very stylish, acoustics is pleasant. The service is very poor. As they are not attentive. You wait to get their attention and they never scan the room to get is a client needs something, then of forgot what you asked them. They look very professional but don't function well to create a pleasurable client experience. When the staff believes they are more important than the client, then you start having a problem.

I don’t have enough words to describe this place! It’s beautiful and so authentic! The food is out of this world… no idea how I’ll be able to enjoy food elsewhere after this fireworks of flavors! And last but not least… the staff is amazing! So friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! I learned a lot during my visits about Amaro and much more! Keep up the good work! I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful location. But unfortunately we had several mishaps. - First a wrong time on our reservation, even though we called to confirm earlier that evening. - White wine was warm when arriving at the table, took a bit to chill down. - Food was ok, but mostly salty and the mixed seasonal vegetables were questionable. - through out the evening, we didn’t have a “go to server” it was very mixed, so we really felt that no one knew what was going on. - When asking for the check at the hostess , they added a handwritten “discount” but when asked what it was for- there was no real explanation just “it’s for everyone” and it seemed a bit off. I’m sure it’s a stunning place when fully filled and live music. But this time, we really felt that it was overpriced for what we received.

What a fantastic restaurant. The wait staff were very friendly and I got the opportunity to meet the chef. He was awesome. Turns out his sister went to LSU so go Tigers. The food was delicious great place and highly recommended.

Good food and friendly service with room for improvement. The staff that interacted with us was friendly. The guy at the reception who also collected our payment was arrogant. Not a single word was spoken while I paid. No thank you. When we had a question about the wine our waitress asked him but he did not bother to come to our table even though we were the only guests. When my wife approached him to ask for the toilet he turned around despite the restaurant being practically empty. The rest of the staff is nice.

Hospitality [noun]: the act of being friendly and welcoming to guests and visitors. In the world of high-end cuisine, reception and service become equally as important as the quality of the food at offer. Il Marchese failed at the former. As a group booking of 6, one person couldn't make it leaving one place on the table empty. We were sitted on 3 tables-for-2 put together. After a long 20 minute wait time to get menus, the maître d'hôtel forced one of our tables to be removed on the pretext of needing it for potential guests since, now, our party was composed of 5 people only. The servers squished me on one end of the table as the maître d'hôtel removed one table from our party's 3, merging it with another empty table for 2, hence accommodating a potential new party of 4. Needless to say, this new table remained empty for most of our, now uncomfortable, dinner. Such an action can only be interpreted as the restaurant maximising its profits while giving no regards to its guests. Il Marchese made me feel unwelcome, something which should never happen in a restaurant of this class. The food was good.

*beware of tourist trap* This restaurant is in a great location, and has beautiful decore, but there's little else to recommend it. The service was questionnable: it was rushed at times, and slow at others. The waitress asked for out entire order at once. They first brought and opened the bottle of wine, then the appetizer, *then* the cocktaisl?! And then were fussy with us when we asked to have the cocktails first and to wait for the food. The food was certainly low quality: I had the Tartar, the Matriciana, and the Sliced beef. My friend had the Codfish, Caccio e pepe, and Saltimbocco. None were good. I don't mean that they weren't interesting or impressive or appropriate for the price. I mean they were not good. The atmosphere was the least bad: the main dining room is a relatively charming space, the bar attractive, and the kitching visible. But then the musicians entered, repeatedly, throughout the evening, circling the restaurant repeatedly. This was unnecessary, at best. This place might be enjoyable for some people, but if you're coming from a large city and have had the pleasure of decent restaurants before, you should avoid this place. It has no business being in the Michelin Guide.

Here we had our worst meal of our whole trip this past summer. Way too much salt in my pasta; my lips puckered! A bacon-laden Caesar salad! Even the pastry we were given complementarily after we'd complained was inedible. Cannot believe this place still appears in Michelin.

Une catastrophe. La salle est très belle mais la disposition des tables ne fait pas de sens. Le service est absent (attente de 15min pour qu’on s’intéresse à nous). Les plats sont horriblement salés et ratés. Et le public est franchement dérangé. Dans la salle : un ensemble de filles à moitié nues qui ont passé la soirée à faire des AR aux toilettes. Deux types compléments saouls qui ont essayé de draguer les filles en question. Bref manque de classe complet et le service s’en fout royalement. À éviter !! (J’ai mis 3 étoiles à l’ambiance car effectivement la clientèle est distrayante)

Expérience décevante, rapport qualité-prix insuffisant Nous avons été malheureusement déçus par notre visite. Le cacio e pepe était beaucoup trop salé, ce qui a rendu le plat difficile à apprécier. La salade César manquait clairement de générosité, très peu de poulet et d’œuf pour le prix affiché. Quant aux potatoes, elles semblaient simplement coupées en grossièrement et étaient elles aussi bien trop salées. D’une manière générale, le rapport qualité-prix ne correspond pas aux tarifs pratiqués. Nous avons également été surpris de constater que l’eau du robinet n’est pas proposée systématiquement à tous les clients, contrairement à l’usage courant dans la restauration en France. Cette différence de traitement selon les tables nous a semblé injuste et déplacée.

Il locale è stupendo e ha una bellissima atmosfera, tavoli comodi e sufficientemente distanziati, la via elegantissima è silenziosa. Di alto livello l’intrattenimento musicale dal vivo. I cocktail di rara bontà e varietà (in particolare nell’uso degli amari). Laddove, volendo dare un consiglio, si potrebbe migliorare è in cucina: alcune cose ottime (il baccalà), alcune frettolose e quasi turistiche (la amatriciana). Giù di sale il saltimbocca. Il servizio è molto cortese nei confronti del cliente ma risulta un po’ sgradevole sentire insultare e battibeccare con i cuochi e i camerieri, cosa più adatta a un cooking show che all’eleganza e rilassatezza del locale: è comprensibile la tensione di chi lavora ma il cliente cerca uno spazio di relax.

Un incontournable de Milan sans hésitation. Ce restaurant est un peu plus cher que la moyenne mais ce prix est justifié par la qualité de service et l'ambiance générale de l'établissement. Nous remercions une nouvelle fois le manager de la salle qui nous a offert les deux cocktails pour un très léger retard de la cuisine. (Nous n'avons même pas ressenti ce retard) Service exceptionnel. Davvero una serata piacevole grazie al servizio genuinamente gentile e simpatico e all’ambiente rilassante. Cibo buono ma drink davvero ben fatti con una buona selezione di whisky. Lo consiglio vivamente che sia con amici o in coppia o anche per bere un drink al bancone.

Locale trovato per caso passeggiando tra le vie mille del centro città. Splendida location , attenta accoglienza del cliente, cibo molto buono, cantina vini ancora meglio! Ho fatto il cenone di Capodanno con figlio e marito, ho preso un aereo x venire a festeggiare il Nuovo Anno nella magica Milano ... location raffinata...il personale molto accogliente, gentili...DELUSIONE ai massimi livelli x il cibo...cucinato male, malissimo...polenta dal gusto di detersivo dei piatti, il primo di pesce con del riso scotto , melmoso ed appiccicaticcio e dal gusto bruciacchiato xché attaccato in pentola, infatti i ragazzi del servizio prontamente si sono scusati dopo averglielo fatto notare . Persino il panettone che è il dolce tipico Milanese era secco e vecchio. Pane non era ne ' fresco né croccante.Musica noiosa , non adatta al Capodanno. Mi sono addormentata, infatti anche il barman, così tanto gentile si è accorto ed è venuto a soccorrermi con 1 drink. Neanche il countdown allo scoccare della mezzanotte, la Dj non è stata coinvolgente affatto. Forse ho sbagliato serata, mi dispiace xché ho letto delle buone recensioni prima di prenotare. Abbiamo pagato 600 euro x non toccare cibo. Un consiglio...anche il bagno va migliorato, troppe carte a terra xché la pattumiera era piccola x contenerla tutta.Avete beccato una cliente troppo attenta e pretenziosa , che cucina bene a casa sua .Grazie lo stesso ragazzi, grazie x la vostra gentilezza.

Purtroppo ogni volta che torno trovo la qualità del cibo peggiorata e questo trend c'è da oltre un anno. Peccato perché il ristorante avrebbe grandi potenzialità considerando che si trova in uno splendido edificio che una volta era adibito a banca. Piatti mediocri che possono al massimo soddisfare qualche turista sprovveduto.

Très joli restaurant, ambiance cosy, par contre le service est moyen, le personnel n'est pas très chaleureux, hormis un monsieur avec une jolie barbe qui lui était tres aimable. Quant aux plats très décevants. Les pâtes carbonara beaucoup trop salées et la salade sans saveur. Dommage car les plats étaient joliment présentés mais la qualité n'y est pas.

Restaurant ouvert tard, nous avons été accepté après 23h. Bel endroit avec de beaux espaces, personnel accueillant. Il y a une petite scène avec des musiciens en live. La nourriture est très bonne, ils ont adapté un plat à notre demande en retirant la viande, cependant demandez bien les prix des verres de vins car vraiment excessif (20€ pour un verre de vin rouge) et ne sont pas mentionnés sur la carte des boissons.

Nos trajeron la comida a destiempo y fría. Éramos 6 y tres comimos en una tanda dos más tarde y otro comió al final. Todos los platos fríos. Le preguntamos a al maitre cómo era posible que un restaurante con estrellas Michelin no traiga todos los platos juntos y en encima frios y respondió mal diciendo que no tenían estrellas Micheli las dos botellas de vino que pedimos llegaron calientes.

Il locale è affascinante. Il salone principale con cucina a vista e bancone bar, degno di un film di James Bond, è qualcosa di unico. Quindi si presta per un incontro tra amici oppure una cena di coppia informale. La cucina è di buona qualità e i piatti hanno sempre un guizzo di personalità. Anche a pranzo le preparazioni sono di tutto rispetto perché sono comunque preparati al momento. Il neo dal mio punto di vista sono i bagni (gli sgabuzzini sono più spaziosi).
