12/05/2026I had a very poor experience at this restaurant. Why even offer a wine tasting if you refuse to replace the bottle when the customer doesn't like it? If it's not an actual option, don't offer it! To make matters worse, a service charge was automatically added to the bill without any prior warning or mention in the menu. On top of that, the waiter stained my white pants while mixing the pasta. Speaking of the pasta—it was very mediocre. I do not recommend this place.

23/04/2026The waiter was stiring the pasta right next to me and splashed my shirt and my friends shirt with sauce. Didn't even said sorry. All of them were shouting and asking us if they can take our plates all the time. When 2 of our friends paid their bill and left, they told us they have big lines waiting and we have to leave as well. When we paid, they split the bill even and not what actually a persons bills was.

06/04/2026Six months ago, this place felt like a cozy, traditional Italian restaurant. What it has become now is simply embarrassing. No hospitality, no atmosphere. From the very first minute it was clear that guests are no longer treated as guests, but as numbers to be pushed through as quickly as possible. The food followed the same downward spiral. The mise‑en‑place starter — oven‑baked aubergine with cheese — was simple and acceptable, nothing more. After that, it went rapidly downhill. The ravioli were of the most basic, forgettable level you can find at the simplest Italian restaurants. The so‑called “steak” was paper‑thin, closer to a shoe sole than to anything you would expect in a restaurant like this. Service was careless. Every course arrived with a different waiter, often practically thrown onto the table. No explanations, no professionalism. Starter, main course and dessert were rushed through in just over one hour. And the final insult was the "home made" tiramisu — bland, dry and lifeless, honestly worse than something from an average supermarket. At this point, the beautiful interior is the only thing left of what once made this place special. Everything else is gone. Luckily, Milan offers the exact opposite in plenty of other restaurants — best to avoid this one.

The atmosphere is lively and authentic, bringing a true Roman trattoria vibe into Milan, warm, energetic, and full of character. We tried the cacio e pepe, which was excellent, perfectly creamy, well balanced, and full of flavor. The tiramisu was also outstanding, light yet rich, and an ideal way to finish the meal. Service was efficient, friendly, and professional, even with the restaurant being busy. Everything flowed smoothly and at the right pace. A top choice in Milan if you’re looking for classic Roman cuisine done properly. Highly recommended.

28/01/2026We visited this restaurant based on a recommendation — and we were absolutely not disappointed. The pasta and tortellini were outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The wine recommended by one of the waiters was an excellent choice and matched our meal beautifully. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, and we felt truly taken care of throughout the entire evening. The waiters who looked after us, Francesco and Francesco, were wonderful young people — extremely kind, attentive, and professional. They provided truly excellent service and made our evening even more enjoyable. A wonderful place for great food, wine, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026Service wasn’t great. We had to consistently wait for extended periods after asking for things. Dessert? Okay, here’s your sorbet 20 minutes later and we messed up so add another 10 minutes to that. Bill? Forget about it about. We waited for over 10 minutes and just gave up and went to pay at the front. The thing is that this seemed isolated to our table. We saw many people come and go in our 2+ hours at the restaurant. I got the lamb rigatoni, but did not enjoy it at all. The sorbet was great though. Would not return.

14/01/2026A nice place in the centre of the city. The pizza my friends ordered was tasty, but nothing special. The bruschetta with dried tomatoes and stracciatella (or buffalo mozzarella, I’m not 100% sure), however, was extraordinarily delicious! I really wasn’t expecting for it all to go so well. The prices are relatively high, as the restaurant is in the middle of Milan, of course. Next, the beer was okay, refreshing. The staff was kind though, and the atmosphere - pleasant.

05/01/2026Everything perfect. Food is very delicious, either meat or pasta. If you are not sure about the meal, just ask to the personel. They are very helpful and friendly. And very clean. We were as a group of 9 persons, and the service was very good. The lights at the outdoor are very impressing. We paid like 45 pro person, including meal, wine, desert and coffee. General: definately recommended.

04/01/2026Felice a Testaccio has become an absolute must for us in Milan. Every single time we visit the city, we make sure to come back - and it never disappoints. The food is consistently outstanding, full of authentic Roman flavours and prepared with great care. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, warm and genuinely welcoming; you feel looked after from the moment you walk in. Their smiles and professionalism make the whole experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, this is my favourite restaurant in Milan. A place we return to with pleasure and recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for exceptional food and a lovely atmosphere. Can't wait to be back again!

20/11/2025I discovered Felice a Testaccio – Milano while having pizza across the street and saved it to try later. Now that I’ve finally been, I have mixed feelings. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating — their attentiveness truly deserves praise. We ordered a variety of starters, including involtini di melanzane alla parmigiana, Prosciutto di Parma, fried anchovies, mixed fried seafood, and carciofi alla romana. All of them were genuinely great and a strong start to the meal. I’ve been to Rome five times and have tried all these dishes there, so I know exactly how they should taste, and the starters here were spot on. But things changed with the primi. I ordered the Carbonara, and that’s where the disappointment began. It didn’t have enough sauce, and the pasta felt almost dry — none of that creamy texture you expect in a good Carbonara. Then my second dish, Abbacchio al forno con patate, made it worse. The smell was overwhelmingly strong, almost like having a whole sheep on the table. The portion was mostly fat with very little meat, and although the potatoes were soft, I prefer roasted potatoes with a bit of crisp on the outside. The tiramisù was just okay — nothing memorable. On the positive side, the wine selection was excellent, and again, the staff were absolutely wonderful. But when it comes to the food, unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the standards I was expecting.

18/11/2025Amazing restaurant. Food is incredible, all dishes were amazing. Dessert was also fantastic. Service was good but a bit slow (they fogot we ordered drinks a couple times). The price is really fair for the location and the atmosphere. Definitely a place to recommend.

27/10/2025A normal place in Milán, they gave us the table closest to the kitchen, the waiter with grey hair was very rude and 2 pastas took 40 minutes to come and when they did the cacio e Pepe was cold and the cheese was beginning to separate. Overall really disappointing experience, food was really mid.

My partner had your meatballs he liked them and the mash potatoes, but where was the red sauce? Your tally was messed up tried to charge us more then what we ordered very sad with this restaurant!!

28/05/2026Locale carino, ben mantenuto e alla moda. Nonostante la prenotazione, abbiamo comunque dovuto aspettare che il tavolo venisse preparato una volta arrivati. I piatti, buoni, vengono serviti e ritirati con la fretta di chi non vede l’ora di liberarsi di te, tanto da chiederci se potevano portare via l’antipasto mentre lo stavamo ancora finendo! Insomma, locale carino e cibo buono, ma da evitare se volete fare una cena di 2/3 ore senza continue interruzioni da parte del personale di sala.

25/04/2026Se hai voglia di cucina romana fatta bene, Felice a Testaccio è una garanzia. Provato anni fa pre Covid, è ormai una tappa fissa. Purtroppo i prezzi sono più milanesi che romani. Partenza con antipasti: carciofi alla romana tenerissimi e saporiti, penso i migliori mai mangiati, puntarelle fresche e croccanti, ed essendo venerdì, giorno di pesce, alici fritte leggere e asciutte, una tira l’altra. Poi la carbonara: porzione bella abbondante, cremosa al punto giusto e davvero appagante. Ma il vero colpo di scena è stato l’abbacchio: uno spettacolo. Morbido, saporito, cotto benissimo. Uno di quei piatti che ti fanno venire voglia di tornarci solo per lui. Atmosfera elegante e curata, servizio rapido e senza fronzoli. In sintesi: Roma a Milano, fatta come si deve.

22/03/2026Sono stata in questo ristorante diverse volte e ci sono sempre tornata volentieri per la qualità del cibo. Proprio per questo, l’esperienza di ieri sera è stata ancora più deludente e inaspettata. Purtroppo, a rovinare la serata è stato l’atteggiamento del personale, che si è dimostrato poco professionale e decisamente maleducato. Invece di invitarci cortesemente a lasciare il tavolo, hanno iniziato a fare battute fuori luogo ad alta voce, come “ce ne annamo?” oppure “no macché, noi non c’avemo fretta di andarcene” riferendosi a colleghi. Un comportamento davvero spiacevole e inappropriato, che non ci saremmo mai aspettati da un locale che si propone come esperienza ad alto livello. Peccato, perché il cibo merita, ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata rovinata da un servizio imbarazzante.

Tavolo apparecchiato male e servizio confuso fin dall’inizio. Il menù si presenta come romano, ma di romano c’è ben poco. Qualità del cibo davvero scarsa, piatti quasi immangiabili. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi, portate arrivate in ritardo, alcune mai arrivate e altre addirittura non richieste. Un disastro dopo l’altro, senza alcun controllo della sala. Il conto è stato decisamente caro per quello che abbiamo ricevuto: assolutamente non giustificato dalla qualità né dal servizio. A Milano si mangia benissimo ovunque: ci sono tantissimi ristoranti che sanno fare il loro lavoro. Qui, purtroppo, no. Se non si è in grado di offrire una cucina all’altezza, forse è meglio evitare di aprire un ristorante in una città come Milano. Esperienza imbarazzante che non rende giustizia né alla città né alla vera cucina romana. Mai più. Terrible experience The welcome was already disappointing: we arrived and were left waiting in the middle of the room with no attention at all, showing clear disorganization. The table was poorly set and the service was confused from the very beginning. The menu claims to be Roman, but it has very little to do with real Roman cuisine. The food quality was extremely poor, with dishes that were barely edible. Very long waiting times, dishes arriving late, some never arriving at all, and others brought without even being ordered. One issue after another, with no control over the service. The bill was frankly expensive for what we received—completely unjustified in terms of both quality and service. In Milan you can eat incredibly well almost anywhere, with many restaurants that truly know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. If you’re not capable of delivering proper food, it’s better not to open a restaurant in a city like Milan. An embarrassing experience that does no justice to the city or to authentic Roman cuisine. Never again.

16/03/2026Esperienza pessima da ogni punto di vista. Felice a Testaccio Milano si presenta come ristorante di cucina romana, ma quello che arriva in tavola è, senza mezzi termini, un insulto alla cucina capitolina. Prenotazione alle 21:30, tavolo alle 21:40 dopo aver fatto passare altri clienti. Il tavolo era stato apparecchiato a U, con una disposizione surreale, da mensa scolastica più che da ristorante. Il cameriere, probabilmente inesperto e per questo giustificabile, aveva evidentemente sbagliato; meno giustificabili i cosiddetti “direttori”, intervenuti a sistemare il tavolo senza neppure scusarsi. L’ordine è stato fatto tutto insieme, nello stesso momento: supplì, polpette cacio e pepe, 2 carbonare, 1 amatriciana, 2 saltimbocca alla romana e 1 purè. Eppure il servizio è stato confuso, lentissimo e a singhiozzo. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare un saltimbocca e il purè; il purè non è mai arrivato ed è stato sostituito arbitrariamente con patate al forno mai richieste, con la scusa che fosse finito. Un modo di gestire il servizio semplicemente inaccettabile. Il cibo, poi, è stato deludente in modo quasi imbarazzante. Carbonare asciutte e lasciate nel piatto, amatriciana troppo acida, saltimbocca irriconoscibili, carciofi insapori con un retrogusto sgradevole. Dolci disastrosi: sorbetto al limone simile a gelato sciolto, tiramisù assemblato male. Per un locale che pretende di rappresentare Roma, è un risultato mortificante. Il finale è stato perfettamente coerente: alle 00:10 siamo stati praticamente invitati ad andarcene perché il direttore doveva chiudere la cassa. Tutti i commensali, sbigottiti, si sono alzati e si sono accodati per pagare (il pagamento al tavolo non è contemplato). In sintesi: locale sopravvalutato, servizio trascurato, cucina ben sotto la media e totale assenza di cura del cliente. Più che un ristorante romano è una mensa vestita bene, costruita sul nome e dedicata a chi è solito frequentarla. 12/02/2026E’ la succursale di “Felice al Testaccio” di Roma; il menù è identico, la cucina anche. L’ambiente è molto simile a quello di Roma ma forse un po’ meno “caloroso” a causa della frequentazione prevalentemente straniera. La cucina offre piatti della tradizione romana, proposti in modo abbondante e con grande aggiunta di sapori che ne caratterizzano il gusto. La lista dei vini è ampia, come tutti i ristoranti di Milano, il mark up sul vino e’ superiore ad altri ristoranti di qualsiasi altra città italiana. Il servizio è efficiente, veloce e attento. Il conto è coerente con la location. Consigliato!

Da premettere che i piatti hanno comunque sapori forti dati in primis dai formaggi che vengono usati, però questa è una cosa personale, che può piacere o meno. 15/01/2026Sono rimasto estasiato. In breve, cibo squisito, servizio ottimo, ambiente accogliente e piacevole, e prezzo contenuto, anche poco più basso degli alti standard milanesi. Ma analizziamo più attentamente. Partiamo dal cibo: tutto veramente delizioso. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti, primi, secondi e dolce e nulla ci ha lasciato delusi. Le dosi dei primi piatti sono inoltre molto generose nonostante il prezzo moderato. Consigliati antipasti come la panzanella romana, i supplì e le crocchette cacio e pepe, e primi immancabili come carbonara, gricia, amatriciana e cacio e pepe (comunque online su trova il menù per intero). Parlando invece del servizio noi siamo stati fortunati e il nostro cameriere era un ragazzo giovane, carismatico e sempre disponibile per il cliente, ma ho visto che altri non si ponevano alla stessa maniera. Nonostante ciò, il servizio rimane molto alto per le brevi tempistiche e per la professionalità dei camerieri. L’ambiente era molto confortevole e l’atmosfera che si crea all’interno del locale è rilassante. Della location non serve neanche parlarne; l’unica pecca il parcheggio, ma si sa, Milano è Milano. Ultima categoria, il prezzo. In 6 persone abbiamo speso 301€. A testa sono 50€ per antipasto, primo/secondo e dolce, più caffè, acqua, vino e coperto. Per ciò che abbiamo mangiato secondo me è giustissimo, e se consideriamo i prezzi di Milano adesso guadagna ancora più valore. Qualità prezzo davvero invidiabile. Sono stato a Roma solo due volte, ma posso dire di esservi stato una terza qua da Felice a Testaccio; i sapori dei loro piatti tipici romani ti fanno sentire bene e a casa, anche quando casa non è Roma per te. Di sicuro farò ritorno perché merita davvero. TOP!!!

26/10/2025Allora nell'insieme non male, però... - Eravamo un tavolo da 8 prenotato cn largo anticipo. - Buona la posizione del tavolo - Piatti portati non proprio tutti insieme, in particolare i primi dove peraltro avevamo preso 4 grice, 3 carbonare, 1 amatriciana - La gricia, 1 piatto fatta bene con la cremina, negli altri 3 invece molto molto asciutta. Forse invece di mantecarla al tavolo sarebbe meglio prepararla in cucina dove si può correggere il tiro e preparare tutti i piatti come si deve. Quindi, tre piatti su quattro erano asciuttissimi. Peccato. - Dolci buoni e il mio sorbetto mandarino buonissimo. Quindi nell:insieme non male ma ci vuole più attenzione. Una nota spiacevole sulla carta dei vini decisamente sbilanciata verso vini con un alto prezzo. Italia e Lazio offrono moltissimi vini di qualità ad un prezzo molto buono, ecco magari se ne n si fa un ricarico del 300%. Piccole attenzioni che renderebbero questo ristorante decisamente più interessante i clienti non mancano, alle ore 14.40 circa si stavano ancora sedendo delle persone.

Anche tanti antipasti, ma attenzione perché alcuni come carciofi sono disponibili solo durante certi periodi per via delle materie prime di stagione. Unica nota dolente è che ormai bisogna prenotare per cena per uno dei turni e quindi o andare a mangiare prestissimo o tardi.

17/09/2025Vi havde glædet os til at besøge restauranten på baggrund af de reviews vi læste på Google, men har stopper det positive! Vi får bord og bliver placeres nærmest bagerst i restauranten, selvom der er masser af ledig plads under hele besøget ved vinduerne. Første Indtryk af restauranten er hyggelig, men atmosfæren bliver fuldstændig ødelagt af tjenere, som virker ligeglade og snobbet. Faktisk har vi under hele besøget følelsen af, at de faktisk hellere vil have os hurtig ud, og at de faktisk ikke gider være på arbejde. Vi bestiller pasta, som på ingen måde lever op til prisen på 18 og 20 euro. Pastaen er fuldstændig uden smag og ikke kogt nok. Men igen så virker personalet heller ikke som om de faktisk gider være på arbejde. Vi skynder os at spise, da vi føler os uvelkommen. Vi ender med at bruge næsten 100euro på en meget middelmådig pasta, som på ingen måde, smager af Italien. Vil absolut ikke anbefale restauranten. Og så har de ikke rigtig styr på deres toilet faciliteter. Som ikke lever helt op til deres priser på menukortet.

15/09/2025Een absolute aanrader als je in Milaan bent. Enorm net restaurant. Heerlijke (Romaanse) gerechten met zeer uitgebreide wijnkaart. De bediening is ook erg goed. Neem vooral de rigatoni alla carbonara en neem zeker de tiramisu. Misschien wel de beste tiramisu die ik ooit heb gegeten.
