We had a wonderful stay and couldn't fault a thing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast selection was lovely. The location is great, with all the main sites just a small walk away. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Fernando who was always smiling, went above and beyond to help guests, and shared fantastic local tips and stories that made our visit even more memorable. His genuine kindness and enthusiasm are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica, and the location is simply amazing—right in the historic center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. We received a room with a huge, stunning terrace that completely upgraded our stay, offering an incredible view of the Vittorio Emanuele II Monument (Altare della Patria). The hotel is famous for its rooftop restaurant, and the views from there are breathtaking, paired with an excellent breakfast. There is no doubt that this hotel perfectly serves every need of a tourist coming to explore Rome's ancient city center. We enjoyed our stay immensely. A huge thank you to the staff who welcomed us so warmly! Highly recommended!

Expected more from a 5-star hotel. We stayed for over a week, and while the location was convenient, the overall experience did not match what you would expect from a property of this category. The room showed noticeable wear and tear. The temperature controls were also limited, allowing only a very narrow adjustment range of about 4°C, which made it difficult to stay comfortable. The breakfast restaurant staff were great throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and professional. They were easily the highlight of the hotel experience. Unfortunately, I cant say the same for the front-door service. During our stay, the doormen were generally unwelcoming and rarely acknowledged us when we entered or exited the hotel. All we ever saw the do was smoke in the street corner. While this was not a major concern, I did notice that one doorman with an American accent appeared much more engaged with white guests while largely ignoring other guests of color, which left an uncomfortable impression. The most disappointing moment came at checkout. As we loaded our luggage into a taxi, the doorman simply stood and watched without offering any assistance. It’s a small gesture, but one that is commonly expected at a hotel that markets itself as 5-star.

We were relatively disappointed with this hotel considering it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Our room was as expected but the AC was not very good, it only lets you drop it by 3 degrees total compared to what the overall hotel temperature is? My husband couldn’t sleep the first night cause it was too hot. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send up maintenance, when we checked back in with them they said they didn’t have anyone on maintenance working that day so they’d have someone check the next day but we were checking out that day so it didn’t matter. They did confirm the thermostat was working but didn’t say if the air was actually running. We were here in mid May I can’t imagine what it will feel like in the summer. If you’re paying to a 5 star hotel you should be able to have AC set to what you want. The front desk staff were nice and helpful, and the water and snack station at the front were nice to come back to everyday. The location of this hotel is great, perfectly central. Rooftop was gorgeous we were only able to use it when we first go to the hotel because a private event had booked the rooftop for that night, I didn’t love this, I understand having events but the hotel guests chose this hotel for partially this rooftop and with us only having 2 nights here it was disappointing. Breakfast was okay, I have celiac disease and asked if they had any GF bread or pastries, it took them about 10 minutes to find some rolls but I couldn’t even use the butter or jams because there all in giant tubs and risk cross contamination.

We had an exceptional stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica ✨ The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Rome, with the city’s most iconic landmarks just a short walk away. It was an absolute pleasure to discover the city on foot. The staff is wonderful, attentive, and always available. The room was perfectly equipped, comfortable, and very elegant. Special mention to the rooftop and its amazing team, who took great care of us throughout our stay, creating such a beautiful atmosphere ❤️ And a huge thank you to the Radisson team for the thoughtful attention given to my daughter’s birthday, which made this moment even more memorable. We are leaving with wonderful memories and will gladly come back 🇮🇹

My stay at the Radisson Roma Antica was wonderful overall. Unfortunately, my check-in experience got off to a very poor start due to the blonde Russian receptionist who checked me in - I struggle to understand how she works in hospitality. Despite that, everything that followed was excellent and completely turned the stay around. The location was excellent and within walking distance to everything, which made getting around Rome very easy. The rooftop also has incredible views of the city. The room was very comfortable. The bed was firm and supportive, with high quality sheets and soft down pillows. The room also had an espresso machine. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with kits for anything you might have forgotten. I also really appreciated the tea, biscuits, fruit and water available in the lobby throughout the day. Such a simple but wonderful touch. What truly stood out was the staff. Idris was exceptional and so lovely, even though he did not speak English. He helped me with several requests and always did so with a warm, genuine smile. He really understands hospitality. Everyone else who worked the front desk, except for the one receptionist, was lovely. Luca also went out of his way to call a restaurant and speak in Italian to secure a reservation for me. Guilia was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and also assisted me in securing a reservation. The gentlemen who worked security were also very friendly. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and was very kind and friendly. Despite the poor check-in experience, the rest of the team made this a stay I would absolutely return to.

Don’t recommend… as a guest it’s raining and cold. Your told you can’t sit in the lobby because technically there is no lobby it’s all a restaurant. They tell you you can’t eat outside food. Where do you expect us to eat if we are paying to stay at the damn hotel?

Good location, centrally located with the colosseum, roman forum, pantheon close. My room had issues with the aircon, and was located directly above the sliding entrance doors so heard them close and open throughout the day. The hotel was quite dirty when I went, the carpets were stained on the 1st floor where I was staying. Being a solo diner was not very pleasant, just forgotten about while others were asked for their coffee orders, or food orders. I was expecting a good buffet from the reviews on here, the food was not very good, quite stale bread, the yogurt was like water, not much variety on the fruit or cereals, and the cooked options. I do not understand how this hotel is 5 star and was not worth the cost.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Hotel is located in the center of ancient Rome. All main attractions are just a few steps away. Personnel is very friendly and attentive / always ready to help. Food for breakfast is carefully selected and very tasteful. As VIP member we were upgraded in to the top floor corner rom with big terrace from where astonishing views on ancient Rome were available RC team, thank you very much for wonderful vacations (see you again in near future)

Had a wonderful stay here. It's really in a great location for walking as you can get to almost anything of note within 30 mins. The doormen are helpful and also give a nice sense of security. The front desk person Ebi (might not have spelled right) was super nice and friendly. The room was a good size and felt updated.

I had such a lovely Experience at this hotel! Out of the blue we entered It was already a really nice and comfortable place to stay, but what made it even more special was the kindness of the staff. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My friend and I dined together and were treated with total kindness and the loveliest service throughout. The staff truly went above and beyond to make the experience feel special and welcoming. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Radisson Roma Antica. From arrival to departure, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful - a special thanks to Riccardo for going above and beyond! The hotel is extremely comfortable, centrally located, spotlessly cleaned daily, and truly felt like home. The rooftop sunsets were stunning, and the underground gym built into ancient Roman ruins was unforgettable. We were kindly allowed a slightly later check out which was much appreciated for our travel time. Highly recommend and I hope to return.

We had a business dinner at the restaurant. The calamari were excellent, non greasy and tasty. The hummus was delicious. Kudos to the server for being honest and telling us that the minestrone soup was from frozen ingredients and not fresh vegetables, we associate that. I ordered a ceviche that turned out to be actually more of a tartare, but still tasty. The service was impeccable.

After researching many hotels in central Rome, we chose the Radisson, and it was the perfect choice for our couple's vacation. We had an amazing time and the experience was nearly perfect! The Highlights: Prime Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city. Excellent Service: The staff was professional, warm, and very welcoming. The Room: Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. It included everything we needed: a safe, smart TV, bathrobes, an iron with an ironing board, and great toiletries, coffee machine, the initial minibar content was included. Great Sleep: We requested a quiet room and were very happy to receive one. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Special Mention: We were particularly touched by the breakfast staff. It was my husband’s birthday, and after asking for a small symbolic gesture, they surprised him with a beautifully decorated dessert and warm personal greetings. It was a lovely and memorable experience! Points for Improvement: Hot Water: For the first two nights, the shower water was only lukewarm. After we mentioned it to the staff, the issue was fixed immediately, and the water was perfectly hot for the rest of our stay. Billing Misunderstanding: We provided a different credit card upon arrival for payment, but unfortunately, the first night was still charged to the original card provided during booking. Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was tasty and the made-to-order options were a great touch, we felt the buffet variety could be improved and rotated more. Also, the coffee machine in the restaurant was quite slow, causing small delays when the room was busy. Overall Summary: These are minor points in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The overall experience was high-level, warm, and inviting. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will surely return on our next visit to Rome!

It is a great hotel with wonderful service and location! My husband was in need of distilled water for his sleep apnea machine and we weren't able to find any on Christmas day. The manager went out of his way to call the pharmacies and finally find some for us via his cleaning lady. We really appreciate that! The rooms are quiet even though we are close to all the major sites. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is absolutely perfect, making it very easy to reach the main attractions. The rooms were spotless and the overall service and cleanliness were excellent. What impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and truly generous. They kindly offered us a late checkout without any difficulty, and when we mentioned that we really liked the hotel shampoo, they even gave us two extra bottles to take with us. Their warm and thoughtful attitude made us feel genuinely welcome. I truly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection hotel in Rome. We celebrated her 40th B'day. The hotel location is excellent, it is right in the centre of Rome, less than 10 minutes walk in every direction to all the main attractions. We walked everywhere and had no need for a Taxi and we were able to see all the key attractions in a short space of time. The rooms were clean and adequate, with rooms on level 7 having nice views over the rooftops of Rome, this is a real treat to watch the sunrise and sunset. The rooftop bar is also amazing and you get 360 degree views over Rome. We found the service at the hotel to be excellent, whether it was during checkin/out, breakfast or any inquiry, the hotel staff were quick and very friendly. A big shout out to Soraya for making a huge effort to make our stay very comfortable. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Rome

We stayed five nights at Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica, and unfortunately the experience fell far below what one should expect from a hotel that markets itself as five-star. With around 200 hotel nights per year, I know what can normally be expected – and this stay simply did not meet expected standard. Upon arrival, we were early and were instructed to scan a QR code and send a message with our last name so the hotel could notify us when the room was ready. That message was never answered. Only when we happened to pass by the reception closer to the official check-in time did we discover that the room was already available. We had requested early check-in in advance, which is one of the benefits of being a VIP member, subject to availability. The lack of communication partly disrupted our day, as we had to hang around waiting for several hours. We had also requested a high floor with a nice view, but were assigned a room on the low 3rd floor, facing a very busy road. Noise was noticeable throughout the entire stay. We were “upgraded” to a Collection Superior room, but this upgrade did not feel genuine at all! Upon contacting the reception, two employees referred to the room as a «Standard Collection» room only, before changing to «Collection Superior» upon further question. The room had a poor and cramped layout, and the lounge chair (shown in the hotel’s presentation of all room categories) was missing. We were promised by the reception that a lounge chair would be brought to the room the following day, but this never happened during the five days we stayed… The room also showed signs of wear: visible moist damages and peeling/cracking paint in the bathroom. And a long, deep, conspicuous scratch in the hallway parquet flooring. Housekeeping was inconsistent; restocking of water, coffee, tea, and toiletries happened inconsistently. Unfortunately, the service experience was not good either. Several employees at the reception appeared more focused on their screens than on the guests standing in front of them. We also repeatedly observed staff standing around using their mobile phones instead of acknowledging guests. The overall impression from several employees was disengaged and nonchalant. Two employees, however, deserve praise – a dark-haired man in a light suit and a blonde female employee with a Dutch accent – both of whom greeted us with a smile every time. They stood out as professional and genuinely service-minded. Breakfast was far from five-star level. Items were frequently empty – even something as basic as orange juice – and when asking for a simple sweet, allergy-friendly option, the answer was “not possible” (which seems odd considering there was a kitchen, chefs and very few guests). Several of the chairs and tables in the breakfast area were also unstable, contributing to an overall lack of attention to property maintenance. Very sad, as the hotel design overall is stylish and very nicely decorated. Checkout was not handled well either. We were to pay some bar bills, and I specifically asked whether the 15% VIP discount had been applied. This was confirmed, but the invoice we received afterwards shows that the discount had not been added, and we were charged full price. The hotel does have a beautiful rooftop terrace with extraordinary view, and the staff there – as well as some from the breakfast team – were friendly and welcoming. All in all, we cannot say we were satisfied. The hotel lacked quality, structure, and attention to detail in several areas. I rarely take the time to write hotel feedback, but in this case it feels necessary. The experience did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

No to mention the incredible rooftop, decoration, atmosphere, the perfect welcoming of every crossed member of the team, the gorgeous breakfast, restauration and a superb offer of additional services. Neat and clean. I'll go there again with wide open eyes.

I spent two nights with my daughter at the Radisson collection Roma Antica and our stay was perfect: the room was spacious, well-equipped and clean (mini-bar, espresso machine, kettle..). We were welcomed by a smiling, friendly and efficient staff (special thanks to Ibra for his smile, professionalism and invaluable help). The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and generous (the lack of staff on Sunday morning was quickly corrected the following day). Do not hesitate to go up to the rooftop to admire the sunset -the view is simply stunning!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica This hotel is marketed as a 5-star property, but my experience did not reflect the standards one would reasonably expect — especially at a rate of €700 per night. A true 5-star stay should offer exceptional comfort, quiet and well-appointed rooms, polished service, and refined dining. Unfortunately, several areas fell well short. Our room had no view — it looked directly into a wall — and was located next to the housekeeping storeroom. This meant that every time we stepped out, we were met with cleaning trolleys and general clutter, and constant noise from housekeeping staff throughout the day. Inside, the shower lacked consistent hot water, with the temperature dropping mid-use and water pressure fading. There was also nowhere to place basic toiletries, which is a surprisingly simple but important detail. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Staff in the restaurant were walking around in sneakers, which does not fit the image of a 5-star dining room. Tables were wobbly and unstable, again showing a lack of attention to detail. Breakfast was also poorly managed: even as an in-house guest, you cannot order a single à la carte item — instead, you are required to pay €38 whether you order one item or an entire spread. This is not reflective of premium hospitality, but rather inflexible and guest-unfriendly. For the price point and the promise of a 5-star brand, the Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica does not deliver the luxury or professionalism expected. I am sorry to say this was not the experience one hopes for when booking a stay of this level in Rome.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Radisson Collection Roma Antica. The service and quality are far below what you would expect from a five-star hotel. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one or two people working — often interns — and several times there was no one at reception at all. Service throughout our stay was equally poor. We called multiple times just to get towels, waiting over 20 minutes each time, and even their WhatsApp number took one to two hours to respond. The breakfast was another huge letdown — self-service for water and coffee, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming five stars. Food options were very limited, with only three types of fruit and few hot dishes. The only redeeming feature was the unlimited tea bar, but that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism, poor service, and overall disorganization. This hotel feels more like a 3-star property and does not live up to Radisson Collection standards.

I was looking for a hotel in Rome that was in the center of most attractions and had an awesome rooftop bar. When I found the Radisson I was excited because it all looked great on paper. Unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel I was beyond disappointed. Before arriving to the hotel, I tried calling multiple times to request a cot but the line doesn’t work and goes straight to voicemail. When I was checking in I asked for a cot and was screamed at and told that they do not have any after I simply asked if it is possible to add for an additional cot. Everytime I would come back to the hotel after dinner or late after going out the two security guards would inspect me and physically asked to see my key card. After showing my key card I was then asked to verify my room number. I just found it to be unnecessary and rude considering I was a guest of the hotel and was acting completely appropriate. The security guard followed me to the elevator and asked me these questions. Additionally, after checking out m I simply asked the front desk for a van to the train station to fit all of our bags. They weren’t able to do it and spent 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Eventually I just tried to order my own Uber van and we ended up being late to our train. Overall, the price of this hotel is far beyond the quality of service and even the rooms. They are very basic. Yes, it is in the city center, but I spent most of my time actually avoiding being at the hotel because of how bad the service was. It just added more problems to the trip and nothing could ever be done efficiently.

While the views are spectacular from the rooftop, they sure gave us time to appreciate it. Normally I enjoy waiting in such beautiful location, however, it took an hour for a club sandwich with zero chicken on it to come out all the while costing 27€. I had my ID taken on my way up to the roof top because the security guard could not understand that I was simply trying to eat. The man at the front desk was rude and the staff seems untrained overall.

I stayed in the hotel as part of a group, and I would especially like to highlight the service: the staff were extremely attentive to our needs and genuinely helpful. They did their best to accommodate literally all of our requests, and as a group we had quite a lot of them, often in large numbers. As for the rooms: the beds are comfortable, cleaning is excellent (again, thanks to the wonderful staff), and the room is well equipped — a good steamer, a properly working hairdryer, an iron (which I didn’t use), and a nice selection of coffee. A couple of small things I would improve: the water in the shower wasn’t boiling hot (some people prefer it that way), and a bit more coffee cream would be nice. But these are minor details and a matter of taste.

I booked hotel from Radisson web page and I am member at Club status. I booked for two nights for Collection room and our 3rd floor window is next to the road (room 306). We stayed September 7th to 9th 2025. Room was small. Hotel offer complimentary free water in rather interesting package. After walking around sightseeings the whole evening I was planning to take a hot bath at 9.30PM. Guess what, no hot water at all. Called reception and she informed that water boiler is broken and maintenance is fixing it. She will informed when it is finished. Well it was not finished until next day afternoon. Made a formal complaint to reception and manager explained about broken boiler. Luckily they refund 50% from our first night. Got refund today 12th September as promised. I also noticed after boiler was fixed that this hotel does not give hot water but rather warm water even water tap was at maximum hot. Tv does not have access to youtube or netflix. Screen sharing does not work. The air condition shows that our room is at 35.6C when in fact ..guessing it was +20-22C in our room. At automatic setting it was too cold. The lowest level was also too cold at night when outside temperature was at 20C at midnight. Turned it off and the cool air stayed in the room until morning. Didn't complain about air condition to reception. The cool air came from two setups, one to bed and one to door. The room drapes made the room completely black. It was good if you need to sleep well. The room led lights were not positioned well. It felt dark. I chose this hotel because of location and after reading many positive reviews. Price is high even booked 1 month before but it was worth it. The hotel personnel are all very friendly, very helpful and always smiling. I felt welcomed each day. Breakfast buffet was also good. Liked the scrambled eggs, perfectly made. You could order some dishes free of charge like avocado toast, pancake with maple syrup, smoke salmon, eggs in different 3 ways. They had also Parmesan cheese puck and porchetta with all the salad ingredients. Overall my two nights was almost perfect (cold water incident) but I would come back here again.

The really assisted me with my special diet requirements, the service was great and the rooms were outstanding. Great location of the hotel made my stay more enjoyable. New and clean hotel. Ho scelto questo posto incantevole per festeggiare la laurea di mia figlia. Sotto suggerimento di un'amica che era già stata loro ospite. La terrazza è in una posizione che ti "sospende" nel tempo. Poter passare un pomeriggio con gli affetti più cari a festeggiare con cibo e vino di alta qualità,mentre di fronte, tra i tetti di Roma hai l'Altare della Patria in tutta la sua imponenza è qualcosa di magico! Un grazie a tutti i ragazzi dello staff per la gentilezza avuta nei nostri confronti, ma uno speciale ad una persona dal cuore puro e animo sensibile. Grazie Giulia per la tua dolcezza ed educazione. Hotel molto ben posizionato, camere non troppo spaziose ma ben arredate e corredate. Colazione ottima, assortita e ben servita da personale molto cortese e presente. Terrazza panoramica splendida e ottimi i cocktail suggeriti da Luca. Note negative: la reception un po' carente.Non tutto il personale parlava italiano e quindi abbiamo dovuto faticare a farci capire.Parlo un inglese di base ma, a Roma, vorrei poter parlare italiano... E ancora, nonostante fossimo al sesto piano ( non oso immaginare cosa sentissero gli ospiti dei primi piani), e gli infissi apparissero belli spessi, dalla strada laterale sottostante (credo ci sia un Teatro) arrivavano voci e schiamazzi di persone per tutta la notte. È stato davvero difficile addormentarsi e riaddormentarsi. Consigliato per posizione, rooftop e colazione. Sconsigliato per silenziosità/rumorosità.

Das Hotel wirbt mit Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und guter Aussicht. Diese zwei Dinge sind auch vorhanden. Ansonsten entsprich das Hotel leider keineswegs den gängigen 5 Sternen Hotels obwohl bei den Preisen gerne der 5Sterne Standard gewählt wird. Die Zimmer sind bei genauer Betrachtung nicht ordentlich gereinigt, die Klimaanlage heizt unerklärlich obwohl auf Kühlen gestellt wird. Der Service entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war zwar zumeist freundlich und kundenorientiert, doch wir mit der Zeit klar, das eine gezielte und ordentliche Führung im Hotel fehlt. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt, der Eindruck eines aus der Ferne geführten Luxushotels als Versuch bleibt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Roma Antica. C'est un hôtel qui mérite ses 5*. Il est très intimiste, en plein centre historique bouillonnant. L'hôtel est très beau et vraiment parfaitement situé : à la fois proche du forum romain et du centre historique. Tout est faisable à pied c'est un régal. Le rooftop est sublime et parmis les plus beaux de Rome. Avoir un hôtel avec une telle vue est une aubaine. Le service au bar par Paolo est vraiment très grave (merci !). L'accueil est chaleureux. Nous recommanderons à tous nos proches et reviendrons pour notre prochaine escale à Rome !

這間飯店不愧是羅馬當地五星級飯店。人員服務態度良好，飯店1樓附有迎賓吧，各式餅乾、精品茶、水果可以享用，房間與整體設施也是非常新穎，空中酒吧景色優美，非常值得。 重點是：從飯店可以直接步行到「羅馬競技場、古羅馬廣場、萬神殿、特雷維噴泉、西班牙階梯等景點」，都非常的方便、沿路也有非常多的特色，餐廳和商店。

Perfekte Lage für 3 Tage Sightseeing in Rom. Wir haben sehr gut und ruhig mit geschlossenen Fenstern geschlafen. Unser Zimmer war in der 7. Etage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zu meinem Geburtstag bekam ich ein sehr leckeres Tiramisu, ein kleines Präsent, einen Luftballon und ein Ständchen. Sehr schön! Dafür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Vi hade en helt fantastisk fyra dagars vistelse i Rom. Hotellet har mycket hög standard med gym, restaurang, bar och takbar. Vänlig personal och exemplarisk städservice. Hotellet ligger så centralt man kan komma med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Vill man nå längre så finns både spårvagn och buss utanför. Rekommenderas verkligen om ni vill uppleva Rom på bästa tänkbara sätt!

Hyvä sijainti. Huoneen ripa lähti irti,mutta se korjattiin nopeasti. Maksun yhteydessä pyydettäessä ei saatu laskua vaan selitettiin olevan jotakin ongelmaa. Ongelmia maksupäätteen kanssa. Lupasivat lähettää laskun sähköpostiin. Taksiin noustessa sain kuitin,jossa lentokentällä huomasin veloitetun ylimääräisiä kuluja.Vierailu oli tammikuun lopussa. Laskua ei ole saatu. Kyseessä oli sopimushinta,mutta ottivat ylihintaa. Hotelli ei ole vastannut kyselyihin.

Nuestra estancia en el Radisson Collection Roma Antica ha sido excelente y muy especial desde el primer momento. A nuestra llegada, el trato en recepción fue inmejorable: profesional, cercano y muy atento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer instante. Durante toda la estancia nos sentimos realmente cuidados, algo que marca la diferencia. Queremos destacar también al personal de cafetería, siempre amable y atento, y hacer una mención especial a Luca, que nos atendió el día de mi cumpleaños con una dedicación y un trato excepcionales, contribuyendo a que fuera un momento aún más bonito y memorable. Y, por supuesto, no podemos dejar de mencionar al pianista: un gran profesional que creó un ambiente maravilloso. Gracias a él vivimos una noche muy divertida, relajada y especial en la cafetería del hotel, disfrutando de la música y del entorno de una forma muy especial. La habitación, los servicios y el ambiente general del hotel estuvieron a la altura de lo esperado en un establecimiento de esta categoría, y sin duda lo que más destacamos es la calidad humana del equipo, que convierte la estancia en una experiencia realmente agradable. Sin duda, volveríamos y recomendamos este hotel tanto por su nivel como por el trato tan cuidado y personal que ofrece.

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Wir hatten unsere Zimmer zur Straße raus im 5 und 6 Stock. Die Straße ist sehr laut und die Geräuschkulisse exorbitant. Die Fenster haben gefühlt keinen Schallschutz. Zimmerreinigung war sehr gut. Frühstück finde ich dem Standard nicht entsprechend. Personal sehr freundlich, am Empfang Herr Igor möchten wir besonders lobend erwähnen. Mit seiner freundlich, höflichen Art hat er uns immer den Tag verschönt. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Grüße Fabio , Dominik und Dani

Nous avons eu un fabuleux séjour avec ma famille ! L’hôtel est superbe, avec une vue somptueuse depuis le rooftop. Le personnel est attentif et a été d’une grande aide pour rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner inclus pour les 70 ans de ma mère. Lorsqu’elle est rentrée dans sa chambre elle a découvert des ballons de baudruche et au petit matin de son anniversaire, le serveur lui a apporté un gâteau avec une bougie. Elle était ravie et très touchée par ces attentions. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Soraya pour la préparation de notre séjour. Les chambres sont très confortables, des petites attentions nous ont été adressé (petit mot personnalisé, prosecco, souvenir etc.) et le petit déjeuner est excellent (vous pouvez demander un menu également, les pancakes et avocado toast sont inclus). Je recommande vivement cet hôtels toute personne de passage à Rome ! Je remercie chaleureusement l’hôtel et son personnel !

Zimmer: schön - leider wieder nicht ausreichend Platz für 2 Koffer (wir blieben 1 Woche), nur 1 Kofferbrücke, Fenster schön dicht, Klima leise, Betten super Schönes Restaurant mit Bar: ABER nur für das Frühstück geöffnet, sonst geschlossen. Alle Gäste werden in die RooftopBar umgeleitet: innen ungemütlich, draußen viel zu kalt (November!), Speisen unterdurchschnittlich, Service lieb. Wir gingen also jeden Abend aus - viele unterschiedliche Restaurants nah am Pantheon. Aber nach einem langen Stadtmarsch jeden Tag wären wir gern auch im Haus geblieben. Sauna war aus, Gym nicht verlockend (3 Geräte auf 13 qm) Nicht 5 Sterne wert.

Très bien situé, chambre jolie et bien équipée, heureusement sur cour (rue passante). C'est davantage un 4 etoiles "plus" qu'un 5 étoiles (rien à voir avec le Cavalieri par exemple), du fait de sa taille et du manque d'animation (peu de gens au petit déjeuner, idem au bar ou au restaurant). Petit-déjeuner très commun pour le prix, je dirais même que c'est cher. Hôtel propre, personnel professionnel et gentil. Y'a mieux mais c'est (beaucoup) plus cher !

Magnifique hôtel, au cœur de la vieille ville de Rome. Très bien placé entre le Vatican et le Colisée, à deux pas du panthéon et autres monuments de Rome. Fontaine de Trevi non loin... Tout peut être fait à pied... Resto, transports à proximité !! Et un staff aux petits soins, souriants, accueillants, agréables. Merci à vous. Et la Terrasse sur le toit... Sublime! Comme le petit déjeuner d'ailleurs 😊
