There's a lot to love with this hotel. The location is great, just a few blocks walk to the Colisseum and other Palatine Hill sights, across the street from the Palazzo Esposizioni Roma art museum, and close to restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and clean, with a fully stocked mini fridge. And the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax with a beautiful vista of the Eternal City. The best thing about Rome Times Hotel, however, is the staff. It starts with the bell staff, which took care of our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready ... and had everything already in the room once it finally became available. The wonderful front desk clerk gave us a great restaurant recommendation for lunch and answered every question and request we had with a smile and the housekeeping staff seemed to straighten up our room literally every time we went out. Although we didn't get to sample the on-site restaurant for dinner, it seemed like a lively place -- with live music on Saturday night. And the breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of hot, cold, savory and sweet options!

The overall appearance and location of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were okay however, it advertises there is AC and there was not. When we asked about it the staff said it was “seasonal”. We literally could not sleep with the heat. We also had our 1.5 year old daughter who was sweating the entire night. When we tried opening the windows we heard yelling and cars so it was a loose, loose situation. With that being said that wasn’t our biggest issue, it was that we left a couple items, and reached out in several different ways and have been told they would contact us and they never did. It has been almost a month. Overall not happy with our stay.

There is no air conditioning!!!!!! Its 90 degrees in rome. Its been days & they say they had an outage!!!! Terrible. This feels like a 2 star hotel, service is terrible, front desk staff rude. Our flight got delayed and they gave our room to someone else, we ended up having to book the room again pay 2 times and then find out theres no ac and the rooms are HOT

The positives. Amazing location within walking distance of almost every major site. Clean rooms and friendly staff. However, we only booked this stay here because it said in the description it had air conditioning. When we arrived we learned it is seasonal and not available the whole year. Rooms were uncomfortably warm and humid and we were unable to leave windows open because of normal city noise. We were in a seperate building and did not mind that at all, however we had 2 rooms with 5 adults total. We were given 1 room key for each room and not told it had to be inserted into a slot in the room to keep electricity on. So if one person left the room we were unable to get back in to the hotel main door yet alone into our room.

I am sharing my disappointment regarding my recent overnight stay at Rome times hotel from May 5 check out May 6 At 5am on the morning of our departure, we encountered multiple issues in our room that significantly spoiled our experience. First, there was no hair dryer available. When I requested one from the front desk at around 5:00 AM, I was initially told it might be broken and unavailable. Only after insisting—given our early flight—was one eventually provided. Shortly after, we discovered that the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty. When I called the front desk again, instead of assistance, I was questioned as to why we had not checked the night before. As we had arrived very late, this was not practical. I was then told to come down personally in pajamas to collect the item, which was highly inconvenient, especially given our time constraints. The staff member’s response that this was “not his fault or problem” came across as rude dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the facial tissue box in the room contained only two remaining sheets, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping checks. Experiencing three basic service failures in one morning, combined with the rude and unhelpful attitude of the front desk staff, significantly spoiled our stay.

I never post bad reviews but this hotel was too much of a disappointment and a disgrace. We stayed in hotel room 119 and initially when we came inside we found that it was exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. The AC did not work, the safe did not work, and the “suite” we paid $950 a night for was not at all a suite we expected. Not only were they not able to fix the ac but they gave us cheap fans that were supposed to suffice. Secondly, in a so-called 5 star hotel, you would expect little things like the safe to work but they didn’t have strong enough batteries to allow the safe to operate. Furthermore, the suite came with 2 lackluster single beds with no walls so there is absolutely no privacy as well as no American plugs, something that should be essential and accommodated when spending $950 on a room. The manager is no where to be seen and the maintenance guy could not fix any of our problems. I am disappointed in the hotel and definitely would recommend you all to stay away from this place.

They must have thrown our room together to make buck because in our room was a door that opened into a closet that went to the elevator . It looked like it was under construction and somebody decided to go home and not finish the job. Pretty pathetic ! The night time manager never cared enough to tell anyone and then the next day another desk person called someone ! Let’s see what happens. !supposedly it is one of the newly appointed rooms . Not much of a room minimal place for personal belongings… a few small tables and a bench . No closet just a space by the door with a some hangars. This so called room is part of a collection of hotels !! Hopefully the other rooms are better than ours it did however have multiple mirrors and a comfy bed . I wouldn’t come back here . But you stay and pay and judge for yourself. I can’t upload the photos cause they are not on Google

Location is great, we were located in the suits which were just finished a refurb very spacious an clean appart from a rotten smell from the toilet, obviously a toilet seal not fitted correctly reported the issue to reception, i would stay there again, nice area and well priced by irish standards.

Below is a letter I sent to the hotel directly, the managing company and American Express. I have received no response from the hotel and I had to pay the entire bill. I've spent months trying to get compensation for the horrible service, to no avail. So I am left with writing this review: From the moment we checked in, I made multiple good-faith efforts to address serious issues with our room, most notably the air conditioning, which never functioned properly despite repeated reports and technician visits. Summary of Issues • Air Conditioning – Repeatedly Misrepresented: After the first sleepless night, I reported that our room was not cooling. Over the next two days, I was repeatedly told the problem had been “fixed,” yet the temperature never dropped anywhere near the requested 19 °C. A technician later stated the issue was with the hotel’s central system rather than our specific room. At breakfast, two guests told me their air conditioning worked, while others in their party did not have working A/C—indicating inconsistent functionality across the hotel. When I asked the front desk to move us into the room of a guest who was checking out and confirmed their A/C worked, I was told that room was an executive category and we could only move there by paying for an upgrade. • Lighting and Noise: Our room faced an alley with motion-activated lights that switched on and off all night, making it impossible to sleep without an eye mask. Even fully drawn curtains failed to block the light. • Service and Housekeeping Issues: A room-service tray remained in the hallway for more than 13 hours. Repeated requests for robes were not fulfilled until the second day. When I requested an ice bucket, I was handed a large trash-bin-sized container rather than a proper bucket. Throughout the stay I communicated repeatedly with the front desk, both in person and through follow-ups, and they can attest to multiple conversations about these issues and my continued attempts to have them resolved. Despite this, I received inconsistent explanations and assurances that the A/C had been fixed when it had not.

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. We spent three nights here and immediately noticed a persistent sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The odour quickly spread throughout the room and, because of the layout, there was no way to avoid it. Asked reception multiple times and they said they are escalating this further and we will hear from them in the morning no response was given to us in the morning. Maintenance attended three times and treated the shower drain on each visit, but the smell returned almost immediately every time. The only way we could manage it was by sleeping with the window open in very cold weather, which was far from comfortable. On the final evening we were offered a different room, but unfortunately it had an even stronger smell and was visibly dusty and poorly maintained. Emmanuel at reception saw this himself and was polite and apologetic. tired and facing an early flight, we had no real option but to return to our original room. I contacted management several times and was told the matter had been escalated, yet I have received no follow-up. The reception team were courteous, but the lack of resolution, cleanliness, and accountability from management was extremely disappointing.

Our stay was unfortunately affected by a very strong sewage smell in the room. The front desk staff acknowledged how serious the issue was and told us it had been escalated to management, and that we could follow up after our stay. We sent several emails and also tried calling, but since leaving we haven’t received any response. We hope the hotel can address both the issue and the communication, as we were otherwise looking forward to a much better experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely warrants one. We stayed in Room 318 for three nights, and from the moment we entered the room there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire space. Due to the room layout, the smell was impossible to escape. A technician attended three separate times and poured something down the shower drain, but the smell returned within minutes on every occasion. We were forced to sleep with the window open in freezing temperatures just to tolerate the odour. On the final night, we were offered another room. Unfortunately, the alternative room smelled even worse and was visibly dusty and not hygienic. The receptionist, Emmanuel, witnessed this and was apologetic, but we ultimately had to return to our original room at 1 AM, exhausted and preparing for an early morning flight. I emailed management multiple times and was told my complaint had been escalated. To date, I have received no response. The reception staff were polite, but the lack of resolution, hygiene standards, and management accountability was extremely disappointing.

Just stayed for 3 nights in Rome Times Hotel with my partner for my birthday getaway. Service was amazing and room was great. We had a double annex room and ended up with the rooftop being our balcony! Amazing. Close proximity to Trevi fountain and Colloseum and not far from the metro stations. Had an amazing stay and would recommend this to any other young couples.

Stayed here with my family over new years. We got the junior suite in the annex building, just a few meters away from the main building. The room was quite nice with climate control and held a fair standard for the price we paid. There was also a mini fridge with something to drink, some snacks as well as some coffee, all included. Also for new years eve we got a prosecco and a fruit cake. There was also a roof terrace in both the buildings with a nice view, would probably have used it more if it had been summertime. The location is pefect if you want to live close to the colosseum, the trevi fountain as well as the spanish steps. We also got some help at the reception to book a taxi back to the airport for new years day. Thank you Eduardo.

Excellent location and outstanding staff. The team—especially Federico, Giulio, Claudio, and Daniel—was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was high quality with a wide and tasty selection. We had a small issue with the bathroom on the first night, and the staff handled it perfectly, apologized sincerely, and upgraded us to a suite the next day as compensation. Highly recommended!

Never again. Flight arrived early they would not let us check in an hour early. Had an emergency so we need to leave a few days early. They would not refund anything. Rooms are small and not clean. stay away. There is a hotel across the street that is a lot better and cleaner

I loved the room was a little small but we managed. I loved the large window that could get in lots of fresh air, no air vents in the bathroom was a disappointment but the window open helped. My favourite thing was the tv allows your phone to cast movies or shows which is the best! We were able to watch our favourite shows! Great buffet and close to everything we walked where we wanted to go. Staff very nice! Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed in anex building not part of main building. Rooms large clean mini bar complimentary for first use. Reception staff were very good and offered assistance if needed. 16 minute walk from train terminal. Left luggage at lobby as arrived early. When we returned later that evening our had been taken to room thanks. Only slight downside was we were on main street room a little noisy.

The room we were given did not match our reservation, and some essential information (such as the fact that it was located in a separate annex building) was not mentioned at the time of booking. The level of comfort and service is far below what was advertised. We do not recommend this hotel

my deepest disappointment with my recent stay at your property in August 2025, during which I had reserved two rooms for one night. Unfortunately, both rooms were in unacceptable condition, and my experience fell far short of what I would expect from a 4½-star hotel. In the first room, the bed sheets were dirty. When I requested replacements, the second set of sheets provided was also stained. I have severely sensitive skin, so this issue was particularly distressing and completely unacceptable. In the second room, there was an excessive amount of dust, which triggered my asthma. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool during use, and one of the pillowcases was visibly stained. I immediately brought these concerns to the attention of the hotel manager, but no action was taken to resolve them during my stay. Despite paying a substantial amount for two rooms, I received no accommodation, assistance, or follow-up from staff. Overall, I feel that I threw my money away for a stay that was both uncomfortable and unhygienic. This experience was completely unacceptable and not at all representative of the standards expected from a hotel of your rating. Poor experience and lack of response from management. Don’t recommend this hotel at all!

The two gentlemen were very rude on departure - 14/10/25. We will not use the hotel again because of their rudeness to guests of the two male receptionist. Rome Times is in a great location in the city center and close to many famous monuments (such as Fontana di Trevi). The rooms are also very clean and spacious. The reason I would not return is because of the staff, particularly the staff concierge at the front desk. They were not friendly or welcoming at all and seemed agitated at ordinary questions. I booked a private transfer from Rome Times to the airport and my travel agent advised me to have the hotel concierge call and confirm my reservation. The hotel concierge declined to do this and said he could not call for me because the hotel did not book the transportation. When I tried to explain that I understood that the hotel did not book my transportation but that this is what my travel agent advised, the concierge literally cut me off and said he could not do it. This is not my first time in Italy and every other hotel I have stayed in has had no problem calling the transportation company for me as a courtesy, especially since not all people have access to call Italian numbers on their cell phones. The staff member who helps with luggage is courteous, but most of the other staff seem burnt out from working in one of Rome's biggest tourist areas. There was no greetings when we entered or left, it was as if the staff was annoyed we were wven there. There was also a great Italian singer that performed at the hotel the night we were there (Saturday), and no staff at the hotel advertised this at all. If this was something that would have been communicated to me upon check in I would have definitely come back to the hotel earlier to hear the singer. This is a minor detail but it all adds up and makes a difference in guest experience.

The location was perfect for walking to the main attractions like the colosseum, trevi fountain, Spanish steps and pantheon. The Vatican city is also a mere 30 minutes by bus. Highly recommended stay.

Amazing Hotel with the best staff, especially the reception lady (sorry I did not catch your name🤍), who well informed us of all the places to visit and ways to travel through the city. The hotel & rooms are full of character with all facilities required. We used the breakfast room which was lovely with a perfect selection of pastries, coffee and fruit. Reception staff were also great at recommending shops to purchase gifts to take home for family and for booking our taxi back to the airport. This hotel was in a great location and by far exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you for making our Anniversary celebration holiday the most fabulous time x

Overall, the Roman Times Hotel is a solid option if you’re looking for good value in a central location. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the pricing is reasonable given how close you are to everything. That said, there are some trade-offs. The TV wasn’t working during my stay, the elevators are very small, and the gym leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms also don’t offer much of a view. If your priorities are cost, location, and warm service, this hotel works well. If amenities and comfort details matter more to you, you may find it lacking.

Was greeted at reception despite painting going on this wasn’t a problem though. Fridge in room which was great, air conditioning was perfect , small balcony outside was very nice, 3 single beds which was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental and it was ok.Towels replaced each day -perfect! Now the down side I asked 3times to staff members for toilet roll to be replaced never happened so bought my own . One thing that really annoyed me was this- I got ignored by staff they would acknowledge my daughters and smile etc but no acknowledgement to me as the days went on in my opinion that’s ageism and not nice . It’s a great location but for being ignored I wouldn’t stay there again

We had a family room. It was quite small but adequate for a short stay. One of the bathroom glass doors was broken which made showering for me feel a little awkward with teenage boys. There was a screen present but I still felt a little self conscious. This was not mentioned when we checked in. The reception staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. All staff encountered during our visit were very polite except for one waitress in the bar/restaurant. She wasn't so much rude but she wasn't as friendly as everyone else. The roof terrace in the annex part is a nice area to get some sun and rest your feet. It's a great location. We walked to everywhere.

This is the worst hotel we had stayed around the world so far! The only good thing it's location. we got assigned to the building next to the main building. AC was not ON and Front desk kept telling us they are changing the filter on the first day. Second day onwards, each night they turn off the AC ( we were there for 4 nights) and in the HOT SUMMER of ROME at 40 degree outside. Rooms are not clean and we complained and front desk kept telling us the office manager will get back to us on this. Since then no email. no follow up, no phone call. WORST case is they Turn off the AC and the water! We definitely won't come back again even for free! we were paying a suite $$$$ but in return of 1 star service. elevator not working we heard someone got stuck in there for hours with No AC and ventilation. what a horrible experience!

The service and room where great. We were in the annex, breakfast was not included when you stay at the annex but there is a coffee shop right on the corner. The hotel is walkable but a cab stand is close by. The roof terrance was great.

NO AIR CONDITIONING OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel does not have AC on floors 4 or 5. Upon check in, we asked to move rooms as our room did not have AC. After being told they couldn't do anything as they "did not have rooms for us to move too", (horrible service). After hearing that we asked for a refund so we could move and book a hotel with the hotel chain I work for, which is infinitely times better than this piss poor excuse of a hotel. We contacted our travel agent to let him know to not recommend this hotel for future guests. After talking with our travel agent, he agreed to call the hotel himself. All of a sudden, after talking with our travel agent, 2 rooms magically appeared? First of all, we were only asking for 1. But it's great that all of a sudden now you have two extra rooms? So, we moved rooms very much to our dismay as the elevator is very sketchy as well. The service was very lackluster as someone who works for a large hotel corporation, the service and what we received for $500 a night were UNEXCEPTABLE. Literally book anywhere else where they can actually do their job correctly the first time and not have to work through a travel agent just to get some AC when its the middle of summer in Rome. Will never return and give another hotel my money next time to not be talked to like were stupid, receive horrible customer service, and have to move rooms twice which took a lot of our vacation time to repack everything TWICE and move rooms. Horrible experience. Would give negative stars if I could.

Stayed at rome times hotel for 6 magical days in rome. What a fabulous hotel! Location, service, food, beverages, staff and my room were all just too divine. Best holiday ever! The staff are so kind, knowledgable and generous with their time and are so genuinely warm and friendly each day. Thankyou rome times hotel for making my long awaited roman holiday so wonderful. Great location but lacks of privacy in the bathroom. The hotel has an excellent location, which makes it very convenient to explore the city and access its main attractions. Its proximity to tourist sites and public transportation is undoubtedly one of its strong points. However, I must say that if I had known beforehand that the privacy in the bathroom would be so poor, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel. The bathtub is separated from the rest of the space only by a translucent fabric screen, which does not provide the necessary privacy, especially if you are sharing the room with someone else. The solution of that screen is not effective in maintaining privacy, and it can be uncomfortable and impractical. In summary, the hotel is recommended for its location, but the lack of privacy in the bathroom area is an aspect that should be improved to offer a more comfortable and satisfying experience.

Right down the road from the Colloseum - we walked the vast majority of the time due to its close proximity to many ruins and attractions. We had a junior suite for 4 of us - my husband, I, our 4 year old and 1 year old. They had a crib for the baby with blankets, pillow, sheets, etc. The room was pretty snug with all of us but comfortable. It had a huge balcony where we could sit outside at night and hear live music. We paid for breakfast and it was a yummy, typical continental selection. They have a gym downstairs that is very nicely equipped, as well as a spa (which I unfortunately didn’t use but looked nice). The staff were incredibly kind- my glasses got broken on the flight over and the concierge found an optician 4 minutes down the street to repair them for free - it SAVED my vacation! I cannot say enough positive about our stay! Would definitely stay again when we are in the city next!

My stay at the Rome Times Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The hotel itself is lovely, but what truly sets it apart is its incredible location. Being just a short and enjoyable 12-minute walk from Rome's major attractions made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The whole staff was brilliant, however, the real highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by the hostess, Cristina. She was an absolute star! Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic, leading me to some truly authentic Roman dining experiences. What impressed me the most was her incredible kindness and willingness to help. I had mistakenly left my jacket behind after checking out, and Cristina personally assisted me in getting it back. Her dedication and care were truly remarkable. I don’t usually write reviews but I wholeheartedly recommend the Rome Times Hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, especially from Cristina. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Room was a good size for my friend and I. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels. The staff we dealt with were fabulous, very polite and helpful. The location itself was ideal for us. Trevi fountain was very short walk away. We only ate in the restaurant twice and the food we had was good. There was a breakfast buffet but we opted out. Found a smashing cafe next door. I happened to be celebrating my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a lovely little cake and message - a wonderful surprise. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the location was great in terms of walking distance to shops/restaurants and for tours. The staff was good enough w/the exception of one person (working reception around midnight) who I had to complain about the noise level of our neighbors. We were awakened around 1145pm by screaming children and furniture being dragged around (on community patio), I tried to call the front desk but no one picked up when I finally went down to the desk and asked the employee (male) to do something about the noise level (at midnight, we were trying to sleep as we had to get up early next morning). His response was simply "they just arrived", after which I inquired if they had any policies for noise after a certain time and he looked confused. This happened for two nights in a row, sadly enough. The rest of the other staff were great, courteous and helpful. The "gym" isnt anything to write home about although the restaurant was quite good (great staff for breakfast/dinner when we ate) and their saving grace. The ice machine didnt work either but overall I would rate them a 3 star at best, 4 only because of location/restaurant.

Have just returned from a 3 night visit staying at the Rome Times Hotel. The staff were always polite, helpful and very professional. Our room on the second floor at the front was well equipped and the bed comfortable and no noise issues. The room was made up daily. Breakfasts were a delight. All tastes catered for, with a constant resupply of items running low. We found the front desk team very helpful and worth asking of best routes to historic sites etc. All major sites apart from the Vatican are easily walkable from this ideally situated hotel. The tube system is very easy to use and to get to from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The only negative was room WiFi, but comfy chairs in the bar or reception were perfect for those important family updates and to tell them what they are missing.

Spent a few days in Rome and got to stay here. Got a room on floor 5 which was not only spacious, but had 2 private patios for my use. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Not that long of a walk to some of the big must see sights. Will stay here again when I come and visit again.

Beautiful clean modern hotel. Rooms are well equipped with kettle, hair dryer and a lovely walk in shower. Free mini bar in room (1st free but have ti pay for refills) Reception staff were amazing, very helpful and informative. Great location, walking distance to coliseum, pantheon and trevi fountain. I would 100% stay here again at my next visit.

Clean and simple hotel. Rooms in the annex, we were 3 sharing, were just a place to rest for a very touristy Rome trip. Beds were comfortable. Because we were 3 there were no chairs, the sofa being the 3rd bed. The staff were great. Always helpful and cheerful. We ate in the restaurant, food was beautifully presented and tasty. Cocktails and wine very good. Restaurant/bar staff were lovely. If we ever return to Rome, I would definitely stay again.

I was a little worried about staying at this hotel...but it was exciting from the first minute We eventually arrived at Rome Times hotel and Edoardo greeted us at reception and remembered our e-mail conversations. Edoardo made a great first impression -- very professional and pleasant. From here on, our stay was exceptional. Our Deluxe Double rooms (we had two rooms) were better than expected. Both rooms were large, quiet, clean, bright, modern, had comfortable beds with memory foam pillows. Bathrooms were good size with plenty of counter space and great showers. The AC worked well. The free mini bar had lots of choices (soft drinks, juice and water). The little snacks were great too We looked forward to coming back to our rooms to take breaks between sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing. Claudio and NAdine have been extraordinary with my children cappuccino top Lots of variety, fresh fruit, amazing homemade sweets, all kinds of drinks and they bring little treats to your table for you to try The service was also amazing. Everyone was genuinely friendly. The hotel location is perfect! Close to the main attractions. Only the Vatican City is far (you can still walk it, but we took a taxi). Close to Termini station. The street the hotel is on, Via Milano, Thank you Rome Times hotel for a wonderful stay!

El hotel es lindo, esta bien ubicado, no me gusta personalmente que la puerta del baño sea de vidrio translucido, le quita intimidad. La habitacion es pequeña y bastante poco iluminada, la vista interna horrible. Desayuno logico. Lo pienso antes de volver alli.

Rome Times Hotel’de genel olarak ortalama ve dengeli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Konumu oldukça iyi; Rome içindeki birçok önemli noktaya yürüyerek ya da kısa toplu taşıma ile rahatça ulaşılabiliyor. Bu açıdan oldukça avantajlı bir lokasyona sahip. Kahvaltı genel olarak yeterliydi; temel seçenekler mevcut ve günü başlatmak için tatmin ediciydi. Oda konusunda girişte küçük bir sorun yaşadık, görsellerdeki oda ile birebir aynı değildi. Sonrasında otel personeli yardımcı oldu ve çözüm sunmaya çalıştı. Ancak odalar birbirine çok yakın olduğu için ses izolasyonu zayıftı. Komşu odalardan gelen sesler oldukça net duyuluyordu ve bu durum zaman zaman rahatsız edici olabiliyordu. Aynı ses problemi tuvalet alanlarında da hissediliyordu, bu da konforu biraz düşüren bir detaydı. Genel olarak hizmet seviyesi ortalama ile iyi arasında diyebiliriz. Temizlik ve genel düzen kabul edilebilir düzeydeydi. Sonuç olarak; konumu çok güçlü, kahvaltısı yeterli, ancak ses yalıtımı ve oda deneyimi açısından geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri olan bir otel. ----------------------------- We had a generally average but balanced stay at Rome Times Hotel. The location is excellent, offering easy access to many key attractions within Rome either by walking or short public transport rides. Breakfast was sufficient, with basic but filling options that work well for starting the day. We did experience a minor issue at check-in, as the room did not fully match the photos shown during booking. The staff were helpful afterwards and tried to resolve the situation. However, the sound insulation between rooms was quite weak. Noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible and could be disturbing at times. The same issue was also noticeable in the bathroom areas, which slightly reduced overall comfort. Overall, service quality is between average and good, with acceptable cleanliness and general upkeep. In conclusion, it is a hotel with a very strong location and decent breakfast, but with noticeable weaknesses in soundproofing and room comfort.

Dieses Hotel hat es geschafft, nicht nur durch massive Mängel während des Aufenthalts negativ aufzufallen, sondern vor allem durch den Umgang danach. Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden umfangreiche Bauarbeiten direkt im Hotel statt — täglicher Baulärm ab ca. 07:30 Uhr morgens mit Bohren und Baustellenlärm im gesamten Gebäude. Selbst beim Frühstück war keine ruhige Atmosphäre möglich. Über diese Renovierungsarbeiten wurden wir weder vor der Buchung noch beim Check-in informiert. Zusätzlich kamen weitere erhebliche Mängel hinzu: blockierte Aufzüge durch Bauarbeiter, lange Wartezeiten, eine defekte Dusche mit überflutetem Badezimmer sowie weitere Beanstandungen, die trotz Meldung nicht behoben wurden. Wirklich enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang des Hotels nach dem Aufenthalt. Mehrere sachliche Reklamations-E-Mails mit klar gesetzten Fristen zur Klärung und einer angemessenen teilweisen Rückerstattung blieben vollständig unbeantwortet. Erst nach Einschaltung eines Anwalts wurde plötzlich behauptet, sämtliche Nachrichten seien „im Spam-Ordner gelandet“. Diese Erklärung erscheint äußerst fragwürdig, da kurz vor der Anreise über dieselben E-Mail-Adressen problemlos kommuniziert wurde und Antworten innerhalb kurzer Zeit erfolgten. Nach einem direkten Telefonat mit unserem Anwalt versprach das Hotel erneut, den Fall zeitnah zu bearbeiten und sich bezüglich einer Lösung beziehungsweise Rückerstattung zu melden. Auch dieses Versprechen blieb folgenlos. Seitdem herrscht erneut komplette Funkstille. Der Eindruck entsteht leider sehr deutlich, dass berechtigte Reklamationen und Rückerstattungsforderungen bewusst ignoriert oder möglichst lange hinausgezögert werden sollen. Fehler können passieren. Entscheidend ist jedoch, wie ehrlich, professionell und kundenorientiert man damit umgeht. Genau daran fehlt es diesem Hotel leider vollständig. Wir haben selten ein derart unprofessionelles, kundenunfreundliches und wenig vertrauenswürdiges Verhalten erlebt. Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

El restaurante ofrece un desayuno delicioso y completisimo. Tambien se puede almorzar y cenar, ofrece alternativas variadas y muy ricas. Este hotel está ubicado en un lugar estratégico, relativamente a 10/20 minutos caminando de varios puntos de interés ya metros de la Vía Nazionale. Impecable. La elección fue acertadísima.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura di altissimo livello, camera moderna, arredata con stile e sempre perfettamente pulita. Avevamo a disposizione perfino un terrazzo privato con vista mozzafiato su Roma! Anche gli spazi comuni molto curati, bellissimo il bar e la terrazza panoramica. Menzione d’onore alla SPA, utilissima per rilassarsi dopo le intense giornate di visite e camminate! Il personale è stato impeccabile: tutti gentili, professionali e sempre pronti a fornire informazioni utili o piccoli accorgimenti che per il turista fanno la differenza. Davvero ottima la colazione, rifornita con prodotti freschi e pasticceria artigianale di qualità. Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel per l’atmosfera rilassante che trasmette, sarà un punto di riferimento per i prossimi soggiorni a Roma!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel di recente e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Le camere sono nuove, curate nei minimi dettagli e impeccabili dal punto di vista della pulizia: si percepisce subito l’attenzione alla qualità e al comfort. Il letto è comodo e l’ambiente è moderno, silenzioso e rilassante, perfetto per riposarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Un grande punto di forza è senza dubbio la posizione centralissima. L’hotel si trova a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, dai ristoranti e dai mezzi di trasporto, rendendo gli spostamenti estremamente semplici e veloci. È la soluzione ideale sia per chi viaggia per turismo sia per chi è in città per lavoro. Nel complesso, un hotel che unisce camere perfette e una posizione comodissima: lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei senza esitazione.

Posizione perfetta e comfort totale Ho soggiornato al Rome Times Hotel per un weekend a Roma e l’esperienza è stata eccellente. La posizione è strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dai principali monumenti e ben collegata con i mezzi. La camera era moderna, silenziosa e molto pulita, con un letto comodissimo. Lo staff è stato sempre estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronto a dare consigli utili su ristoranti e itinerari. Colazione varia e di qualità. Il ns pernottamento di una notte è stato ottimo. Camera di giuste dimensioni, dotata di tutto, lenzuola e corredo puliti, in bagno ugualmente. Frigo bar con vari prodotti e bollitore per avere la possibilità di farsi tisane o caffè in camera. Materasso comodo, dormito di sasso!! Colazione assortita con torte di loro produzione e bevande calde (caffè, cappuccini) fatti al momento. Personale gentilissimo, cortese e sempre disponibile. Hotel elegante e silenzioso. Probabilmente la mia peggior esperienza in Un hotel quattro stelle La prima camera aveva un fortissimo odore di fogna. Ho chiesto un intervento rapido per una soluzione e dopo un quarto d’ora ho dovuto sollecitare, ma nessuno è venuto il mio aiuto quindi dopo mezz’ora ho chiesto di cambiare la camera. La seconda camera non aveva riscaldamento funzionante, ho lamentato la cosa, ma a Nulla è servito. La mia famiglia ed io siamo stati ospiti del Rome Times Hotel per una notte, nel weekend del 20 e 21 dicembre 2025. Ci è stata riservata una junior suite nell’adiacente depandance, con ingresso sulla stessa via Milano, a pochi passi dall’edificio ospitante la Reception. Materassi di ottima qualità, che ci hanno garantito un riposo notturno molto apprezzato, grazie anche alla più che buona insonorizzazione della camera. Nota di merito anche per la doccia, spaziosa e con un getto d’acqua sempre abbondante ed immediatamente caldo. Qualche perplessità invece sulla scelta di rendere parte dei servizi igienici, doccia inclusa, a vista degli ospiti della camera, con la sola protezione di un separatore rimovibile (separe’) tra l’altro molto poco stabile. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale dell’hotel, dai receptionist al ragazzo che ci ha portato i bagagli in camera. Infine, molto apprezzata la scelta della direzione di offrire agli ospiti il contenuto del frigobar, nonché le ciabattine

Hôtel parfaitement situé à la croisée des monuments et lieux emblématiques du vieux Rome. Les chambres, spacieuses, sont un poil défraîchies mais il nous a été annoncé des travaux de rénovation complète pendant l'hiver 2025/2026 avec une livraison en mars 2026. D'une chambre au 4ème étage nous avons finalement été surclassés au 6ème et dernier étage dans une très grande chambre avec bureau et une très grande terrasse avec une vue sur la Via Milano et sur le Palazzo Esposizioni Roma. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très convenable, frais, varié et en quantité suffisante peu importe l'heure d'arrivée dans la salle de restauration. Le restaurant, quant à lui, est très feutré, agréable et les plats savoureux. C'est un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs mais quand on n'a plus vraiment le courage de sortir faire ne serait ce que quelques pas, ça vaut le coup ! Nous y retournerons très probablement !

Kurumsal olmayan bir otel deneyimi yaşadım. 3 gece konakladığımız otelin konumu merkezi bir yerdeydi ve otelin odası temizdi ancak İkinci gece odamızın çok soğuk olduğunu fark edip sabah resepsiyona bildirdik. Sorunun çözüleceği söylendi ancak herhangi bir işlem yapılmadı. 3. gün akşamı otele döndüğümüzde oda hâlâ soğuktu ve tekrar resepsiyona ilettik. Ayrıca resepsiyonun sıcak olduğunu, bizim odamızla aynı ısıda olmadığını belirterek odaya gelip kontrol etmelerini rica ettik. Buna rağmen ilgisiz davrandı resepsiyon görevlisi . Yapılacak bir şey olmadığı, ısı ölçerin arızalı olabileceği ve tüm odaların aynı ısıda olduğu söyledi.Kısaca kendi başımızın çaresine bakmamız istendi. Misafir menuniyerinden uzaklardi. bebeğim ve 8 yaşındaki çocuklarımla mağdur oldum.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, perfecta para ir a los lugares turísticos. La habitación con una vista interior es regular. No nos funcionaba la calefacción, lo comunicamos en recepción y nos dijeron que harían un control que nunca llegó. El desayuno estaba bien, el personal muy amable.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und zum lärmigen Hof gerichtet. Der eine Balkon konnte nicht betreten werden, da die Balkontüre schlicht zu schmal ist. Boden war dreckig. An zwei Morgen hatten wir bereits um 0600 Uhr Termine. Es wurde uns versprochen jeweils eine Frühstücksbox bereit zu stellen. Leider funktionierte dies beide Male nicht obwohl Zeit auf 05.45 Uhr aufgeschrieben.

Odwiedziłem Rome Times Hotel niedawno i byłem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony! 👌 Pokój był przestronny, czysty i z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i uprzejma — każde pytanie zostało potraktowane z uwagą. Śniadanie było smaczne i urozmaicone, idealne na dobry początek dnia. Lokalizacja świetna — blisko najciekawszych zabytków i restauracji, a jednocześnie w miarę spokojnie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto chce poczuć prawdziwy klimat Rzymu, nie rezygnując z komfortu!
