14/06/2026We all know Starbucks is good, the coffee and atmosphere, but this specific one I have to write a review, for two floors of big space and a lot of people, there is only two toilets one for men and one for women, always a long line, yesterday I ordered my coffee and went to the bathroom before taking it, been in the line for 15 minutes, when I got back to take the coffee it was all water (from the ice melting) and they said we called you so many times and when I asked for a new coffee and explained the long waiting on bathroom they changed but didn’t even answer my thanking, today I took a new coffee, the guy in the cashier with glasses, I made the same order but he changed it in a way that I had to pay more, and when I said I didn’t want the cream he said yeah but I put it there, without any apology, I didn’t want grande and he made it grande, it was completely different and he acted like it was his right to choose it, the WiFi doesn’t connect rightly, every two minutes needed a whole rec connect and I couldn’t even sit to work. I just think, the costumer service is low, the interior of this place is beautiful , but there is no good management behind it, and the attitude of these people is rude. They need to understand it’s not a small local bar.

04/06/2026Bar mixato with Fabi is a great way to relax in the middle of an afternoon in Rome. Bar mixato is a Starbucks concept where you are served and the service is great! Coffee is also better taste than next door regular Starbucks. Fabi makes things happen … even when impossible!

28/05/2026Nous étions installés avec un bébé et avons acheté plusieurs boissons et pâtisseries, le serveur est venu une dizaine de fois pour nous déplacé et a même appelé son manager pour nous déplacer sous prétexte que nous étions assis dans un endroit où il fallait consommé des produits qui étaient sur une carte spéciale (tout ce qu’on avait commandé figurait dessus.) d’autres personnes étaient là sans consommer et n’ont pas eu de remarque. Service déplorable !

25/05/2026Good location with a good selection of food and drinks. The addition of a bar is a great idea and really adds to the atmosphere. However, there wasn’t enough seating or staff for the number of people coming through, which made the experience feel a bit disorganised. The cleanliness of the venue also wasn’t up to standard, which was slightly off putting. Overall, it has potential, but would benefit from better staffing, more seating, and improved attention to cleanliness.

24/05/2026Had the worst experience ordering from Starbucks in my life. They have me 3/4 of my order and when I asked about the last drink (Frappuccino) 10 minutes after everything else was received they said they would make it right away. 146 drinks were made between right away and my drink only to have the wrong drink made. Instead of making a new one I watched them put it in a blender, put it in a cup and hand it to me. Still not what I ordered and not a frappuccino. The people I was with were done their drinks before I got mine which never was made properly. Worst experience I've ever encountered at a Starbucks.

22/05/2026dopo aver preso un ordine con il ragazzo alla cassa molto educato, andiamo a ritirare l'ordine e senza farlo apposta pronuncia il nome del mio amico in modo bizzarro e noi ridiamo... poi ho preso anche io il mio articolo e mi ha dato la cannuccia ma agli altri 2 ragazzi no.. quindi gli ho chiesto 2 cannuccie e ne ha lanciata una sul banco... gli ho detto che ne ho chieste 2 e la ha letteralmente rinalciata sul banco come se ci volesse mandare a quel paese, noi non abbiamo offesso nessuno o alzato la voce o in qualsiasi modo essere irrispettosi, quindi chiedo che se una persona se si sveglia male o non ha voglia di lavorare:"che non venga!!!!!"

Peccato per la gestione: 50 minuti di attesa per andare in bagno. Con una sola chiave/bagno a disposizione e coda infinita, l’esperienza ne risente parecchio. Per un posto così grande e frequentato mi aspettavo un’organizzazione migliore. Pro: Frappuccino top, ambiente curato, staff cordiale Contro: Gestione bagni imbarazzante, tempi d’attesa assurdi Tornerei per il caffè, ma spero sistemino la parte servizi perché rovina tutta l’esperienza

06/05/2026Esperienza pessima. Il servizio era davvero scarso: qualsiasi cosa chiedessimo, la risposta era sempre “non si può”. Non ci hanno dato nemmeno una cannuccia per la bevanda! Anche l’attenzione al cliente era praticamente inesistente. Do 0 come valutazione e non lo consiglio assolutamente.

05/05/2026Oggi alle 15 ho ordinato un Ube Vanilla Flavour Velvet Matcha Latte PICCOLO, la mia ordinazione è stata presa da un ragazzo alla cassa di nome Francesco. Mi ha chiesto a che gusto lo volessi (caramello, cioccolato, ecc..) senza specificare l'aggiunta di 2 euro, pago 8,50 euro (quello piccolo costa 5 euro). Vengo chiamata per ritirare la bevanda e si trattava di un Ube Vanilla Flavour Velvet Matcha Latte GRANDE (non richiesto da me). Successivamente, faccio presente l'errore al ragazzo che mi ha servita (Francesco) e vengo accusata, con toni non consoni a una situazione lavorativa con il pubblico, di aver sbagliato io, quando ho esplicitato CHIARAMENTE di volerlo PICCOLO, e che lui ormai non poteva fare nulla, senza minimamente accennare a delle scuse. Se non sapete rapportarvi con le persone e ammettere i vostri errori, non lavorate con il pubblico.

28/04/2026お土産にオーナメントだけ買うために来店しました。 私の前に並んでいた、おそらくこのあたりで仕事をしているのかと思われる女性2人のうち1人がアジア人のことをあまりよく思っていない雰囲気で、私がすこしでも近づくと離れていました。ずっと目の端で見ていたのだと思います。少し手を伸ばして前の方にある物を取ろうとしたらあからさまに避けるように立っている場所を移動していました。 イタリア人は親切な方も多かったですが、それと同じくらいアジア人をよく思っていない人も多い国だと感じました。 その中でも1番あからさまに態度に出されたのがここでした。 店員は普通でした。

Il locale è nello standard Starbucks, ma scuro e cupo, entrata contorta con percorso obbligato per passare davanti a una sezione shop a semicerchio dedicata a gadget e tazze.. mossa di basso marketing. Personale poco attento alla soddisfazione del cliente. Ho chiesto una cannuccia, il dipendente prima mi ignora, poi visto che insisto, ne nasce una polemica, prima mi dice che non me la dà perché il prodotto “non ha la panna” poi visto che insisto, che non me la dà per questioni ecologiche… esistono cannucce di carta che sono perfettamente riciclabili. Quindi non me la dai perché non ho pagato per la panna o perché la cannuccia inquina il mondo? In altri Starbucks questi problemi non li ho mai avuti. Esperienza rovinata. Grazie.

27/04/2026I asked for a frappuccino, but I got confused and the attendent instead of helping me made fun of me in italian, thinking I would not understand - “she doesn’t even know what to order”. Never been treated with so much desrrespect. This unit its in ROME! Where 90% are tourist… And the costumer does that? Make fun of those who are traing to order in other language. I lost the need to even ask for more things to eat there after this. Number of my coffe: 119095, 04/27 at 1:46p.m. I don’t recomend this especific unit, if I could rate as a 0 I would.

26/04/2026Went for a coffee with friends and to buy a Starbucks cup but I had a takeaway box with me and the staff told me that is not allowed even after telling them that I won’t eat just keeping it for later still they were not okay and rude. I didn’t take a coffee or cup and I left, horrible service not recommended.

26/04/2026Normally I don’t write reviews for bars or restaurants, but after my experience today at Starbucks San Silvestro in Rome, I felt I had to warn future customers. I ordered an iced Americano, which was served in a plastic cup filled with large, slippery ice cubes and topped with a fragile lid. Concerned about drinking it safely, I politely asked for a straw. However, the staff responded rudely, looking down at me and refusing, saying it was company policy not to provide straws. I tried to drink the coffee carefully, but the unstable lid and ice caused it to spill, ruining my new clothes. Given the situation, some flexibility or basic consideration from the staff would have made a big difference. To make matters worse, the place itself was not clean, despite it being a quiet morning with few customers. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience—both in terms of customer service and cleanliness.

16/04/2026What a lovely experience--our first time in a Starbucks Reserve store, where we could order alcoholic drinks! The service from Fabiana was excellent and very welcoming, and the espresso martini was the best I've ever had and the cold brew lemon sour was novel and super refreshing. 17/03/2026The table service bar is a nonsense. You have your staff having to upset thousands time customers which have no clue the bar downstairs is a restricted area for table service customer. Coffee and food are great and the waitress Ilaria was very good. I am giving 1 stars because the downstairs toilette was not working and the queue to use the upstair’s one was nuckhead. One of the most disorganised Starbucks I have ever visited.

11/03/2026Sono andata allo Starbucks di Piazza San Silvestro con amici e bambini e l’accoglienza è stata subito molto positiva. Il personale è gentile e attento: ci hanno trovato rapidamente un tavolo e organizzato lo spazio per far entrare anche il passeggino senza difficoltà. Il locale è grande, moderno e molto curato. L’architettura interna è interessante e la decorazione della scala centrale è davvero bella: un dettaglio che dà un tocco scenografico allo spazio. Ho preso un matcha non zuccherato con latte vegetale ed era davvero buonissimo: caldo, ben schiumato e con un sapore molto equilibrato. L’unico punto meno positivo riguarda i bagni. Non chiedono lo scontrino per accedere e, da un lato, è anche un servizio importante in centro città dove trovare un bagno non è facile. Però proprio per questo si crea spesso una fila molto lunga e, quando finalmente si entra, i servizi non sempre sono pulitissimi. Nel complesso comunque un posto piacevole dove fermarsi per una pausa nel centro di Roma.

23/02/2026Huge thanks to the sweet girl at Bar Mixato tonight. The espresso martini might have been the best one I had in a while! The bathroom situation upstairs is very weird. Everyone using one single bathroom and a big line is upstairs ? And like the handwashing sink is also like just one so you have to also wait in line to wash your hands? With log in stuff ? Come on!

21/02/2026סניף סטארבקס ממש ליד תחנת אוטובוס מרכזית בקרבת מזרקות טרווי,יש מספיק מקומות ישיבה גם בקומה העליונה (יש מעלית) הזמנתי מילקשייק ובפועל זה היה סוג של ברד מלא בקרח (לא משהו),הלאטה פיסטוק היה טעים וגם העוגת גבינה ותותים.
