Aunque el lugar es chiquito, es muy lindo adentro, buena musica, y la pasta es una delicia!!!! Recomiendo los raviolis. La presentación de el tiramisú era bella y uno de los mejores que he comido. Los precios som también muy buenos. Todo fresco y son muy rapidos y limpios. Regresare!!!

07/06/2026When you come to this place, just order the pasta — especially the pasta with lemon sauce. I genuinely think it is the best pasta I have ever had in my life. In our countries, many people don’t even realize that pasta can be prepared in such a simple yet extraordinary way. A special thank you goes to the young waiter, who was incredibly kind and so authentic that he left a lasting impression not only of this restaurant, but of our trip to Italy as a whole.

06/06/2026Best pasta I’ve ever had in my entire life. I cannot be described with words. The sheep ravioli is the best one. Also the gnocchi is a must try. The service is wonderful and the chefs put so much effort and love into the food. You are missing out if you don’t come here.

03/06/2026Plin è un posto davvero speciale. La pasta fatta in casa è eccellente e si percepisce la qualità degli ingredienti e la cura nella preparazione di ogni piatto. Il personale è sempre molto cordiale, gentile e accogliente. Il locale è piccolissimo, ma proprio per questo ha un'atmosfera calda, intima e adorabile. È uno di quei posti dove si torna sempre volentieri. Assolutamente consigliato.

31/05/2026Plin was one of the best food discoveries of my Milan trip. I actually stumbled across it by accident because it was right next to my hotel, and what a lucky find that turned out to be. The restaurant is tiny—probably seating no more than 10 to 15 people—which only adds to its charm and authenticity. The concept is simple: choose your preferred pasta and pair it with the sauce you like. Every combination feels fresh, homemade, and packed with flavor. The standout for me was the tagliatelle with lemon butter and Parmesan. It was absolutely incredible—simple ingredients executed to perfection. One of those dishes that stays in your memory long after you’ve finished eating. And then there’s the tiramisu. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, balanced, and completely irresistible. After speaking with a few people, I learned that Plin is quite well known among locals, which explains why it feels so genuine and untouched by the tourist scene. It’s the kind of place you hope to find when traveling—a small, authentic spot serving exceptional food without any fuss. A true hidden gem in Milan and an absolute must-try for anyone who loves pasta.

20/05/2026Absolutely incredible food, period. I had the best ever eggplant starter and raviolaccio with ragú of lamb. This is the best meal I've had in Milan. Do yourselves a favor and try it out. There is very limited seating. I would only recommend a group of 2-3 people if you're eating in. Takeaway is an option. Starters are €9 and main courses are €16.

16/05/2026Went for dinner based on reviews for a local restaurant with fresh pasta. Great food. Great service. Great little restaurant. I had the ravioli. It was in a sauce I have never tasted before but it was really good. My wife had pasta with a Balogna - Ragu sauce and hers was really good also. Both pastas were very fresh and didn't have the heaviness that Italian restaurants in America tend to have. If you want to know how fresh the pasta is, check out the video. They were making the pasta as they were preparing meals. This place is a little gem. If we come back to Milan again we will absolutely eat here again.

12/05/2026Prenotato per le 19.30 per me e mio figlio, martedì sera (manco nel weekend) avvisato alle 19.33 che saremmo stati 10 Min in ritardo ma che eravamo già in via Bixio a piedi. Arrivati, avevano già dato via il tavolo e in modo poco carino hanno detto che se volevo mangiare li avremmo dovuto aspettare almeno 15 minuti (il signore a cui avevamo dato il tavolo era da solo). Mio figlio ci è rimasto malissimo perché eravamo arrivati di corsa apposta e non si sono neanche scusati o ovvero un bicchiere d'acqua se avessi aspettato. Per due piatti di pasta forse si sono un po' montati la testa. Dalla risposta si capisce tutto. Io ho detto "non è giusto" non certo una parolaccia, anche se sarebbe stata appropriata. Se io avviso che sto arrivando a piedi , lei mi deve tenere il tavolo. La prenotazione era a nome Elena e comunque sono informazioni che lei deve premurarsi di avere. Inoltre ho prenotato su un cellulare quindi il mio numero lo aveva almeno per avvisarmi. E non mi metta in bocca parole che non ho detto perché s'intende ridicolo.

28/04/2026The search for the perfect raviolli is over: good quality ingredients, precision cooking, impeccably clean kitchen, friendly staff and fast service. This place goes beyond all expectations. The tiramisu is their only dessert (always a good sign, it means they have confidence in it) and was simply per-fect! Beautifully balanced, appropriately sweet, all the flavours danced together without the coffee or the sweetness overpowering each other. But, what I liked the most was the staff. Not only they are good at what they do, but they do it with calm and confidence. It was visible that they are relaxed and working well together, and despite the fast pace and high pressure job, they remain smiling and gratious hosts. You don't see every day restaurant teams working together like that. This place is a delight 💖

25/04/2026Nous avons tellement apprécié le repas et l'ambiance à PLIN que nous y sommes revenues le lendemain pour tester d'autres saveurs ! Les pâtes et raviolis sont délicieux. PLIN propose des classiques mais aussi des recettes plus originales dont des raviolis vegan qui étaient délicieux. Les plats sont faits à la minute (si vous êtes placés sur le petit bar dehors vous pouvez voir les cuisiniers en action). Les serveurs étaient très sympathiques et joviaux ce qui nous a permis de profiter encore plus du moment ! Si vous pouvez réserver faites-le, le restaurant se remplit très vite et ce serait dommage de passer a côté d'une pépite comme celle là !

You can watch them making pasta and cooking the food right in front of you. Highly suggest to anyone visiting Milan to check this place out! The staff is also so very friendly and welcoming❤️

25/03/2026PLIN Pastificio con Cucina feels like a young chef’s place with a lot of passion behind it. The pasta is handmade and really tasty — you can tell there’s care in what they do. The chef also takes time to explain the menu in detail, which adds a nice personal touch to the whole experience. The seating, though, is quite tight and not the most comfortable, to be honest :) It’s a small space and can feel a bit cramped. Maybe they could rethink the layout a bit. Still, if you care more about good handmade pasta than comfort, it’s definitely worth trying.

I plin sono semplicemente spettacolari: pasta perfetta, ripieno e fondo saporiti. Grande la cura e l’attenzione dietro ogni piatto. Lo staff ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e durante tutta la serata il servizio è stato attento, veloce e sempre sorridente. Sebbene fossimo un gruppo decisamente vivace, cosa che in un locale così raccolto non dev’essere semplice da gestire, è stata dimostrata una professionalità e una gentilezza encomiabili: grande pazienza e una disponibilità genuina. Il tutto con grande organizzazione e senza mai far pesare nulla. Ottima cucina e un servizio umano, attento e cordiale. Tornerò sicuramente.

12/03/2026Trei băieți care împleteau pe loc "pastele" din fotografii, că nu știu cum se numesc, scuze, apoi le găteau al formei sau după comandă. Foarte bune și proaspete. Veneau vecinii și cumpărau pastele crude, pentru acasă. Doar 75 de euro ce vedeți și trei sucuri, pentru patru persoane.

06/03/2026They don’t have the steak tartare now. However, It’s tasty, the pork cheek ravioli. The portion is sufficient too. In terms of the vibes, the chefs are nice guys and very chilled. However, there are three tables only so get ready to wait for a seat during meal time.

The main downsides are that it’s really a hole in the wall with only 3 tables so it’s not easy to get a seat and the prices for the portions and the area the shop is located in isn’t exactly the best value for money, but still, the good pastas will keep you coming back

11/01/2026In this city of tiny cars and tiny dogs, there’s this tiny hole-in-wall joint selling fresh, homemade pasta. You choose your pasta type and sauce from a handful of options that won’t disappoint. Good price too. The tiramisu is made to order so there’s a little bit of crunchiness in the biscuits. A nice change. Attentive chef and staff. A great find.

10/01/2026Excellent fresh pasta and great service. We were staying nearby and tried pasta at multiple places. This was the best for a quick pasta dish (excluding sit down restaurants). We stopped by for lunch and tried the plin pasta and rigatoni with bolognese. Both were delicious. You can see them making the pasta in front of your eyes and can taste the freshness
