18/06/2026Ho scoperto questo locale insieme a mia moglie, celiaca, e tutte le volte che siamo in zona ci fermiamo per pranzo o per acquistare qualcosa da asporto. Tutto molto buono, soprattutto gli arancini al ragù. Grazie davvero di credere in questo progetto.

Für die hervorragende Qualität sind die Preise absolut in Ordnung. Wer in Mailand glutenfrei genießen möchte, muss hierher. Absolute Empfehlung!

16/06/2026נותן השירות הסכים להכין לי כריך קצת שונה מהתצוגה בתוך קרואסון וזה היה הכריך הכי טעים שאכלתי בחיים. הוא היה כל כך נחמד והאוכל היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד. המחירים לא יקרים מידי, וכיף שיש מקום ששר להיות רגועה שאין כלום שמכיל גלוטן, אפילו חלב שיבולת שועל ללג. היה מושלם.

07/06/2026Milan is generally good for Gluten Free. My wife is Coeliac so eating out is always a consideration. Fortunately we were living nearby as this bakery is perfect. Great food, great selection, great staff and great atmosphere. Well worth seeking out.

06/06/2026This is such an amazing place for coeliacs. Everything looked so fresh, clean and delicious that you couldn't just stop at one. We had the pistachio croissant, a slice of pizza and a canoli which were all delicious. The croissant was definitely the highlight for me. Service was also really good. Highly recommended.

06/06/2026Ein kleine Bäckerei mit (leider) nicht vielen Sitzplätzen. Wir waren zum Frühstück hier und haben so viel kosten "müssen", dass wir zu Mittag auch nichts mehr gebraucht haben. Sowohl salzig als auch süß, schmeckt alles hervorragend. Unsere zöliakiekranke Tochter war im Himmel! Vielen Dank für das perfekte letzte Frühstück. Ganz große Empfehlung geht hier raus, auch an alle, die nicht glutenfrei essen müssen!!!! Plus: Das Personal ist supernett und kann perfekt Englisch.

31/05/2026I cannot say enough good things about GluFree Bakery! As someone who has been gluten free for a long time (14 years!), I’ve tasted a lot of bad gluten free food, especially baked goods - however GluFree is making some delicious, high quality gluten free food! I had the pistachio croissant on my first day in Milan, and it blew me away! I’ve had attempts at gluten free pastry before, and although the taste usually was good they usually end up being gummy and dense between the layers. The croissant I had at GlueFree was unlike any gluten free pastry I’ve had before! It was soft, buttery, light and flaky, exactly how a normal non-gf croissant should be! I came back the next day and bought a savoury pastry and some bread, and every baked good I’ve had maintained the same quality. The owners were also incredibly kind and even remembered me when I returned the next day, even going so far as to gift me a very tasty cream puff! 🥹 I will absolutely return when I visit Milan again and will be encouraging even my non-gf family and friends to make a stop at this bakery! 28/05/2026Sehr leckeres Essen und vor allem konnte ich (mit Zöliakie) endlich mal bedenkenlos und entspannt essen, ohne direkt Angst zu haben, dass doch etwas kontaminiert ist. Es war so ein anderes Lebensgefühl und hat mich sehr glücklich gemacht.

Il negozio poi offre moltissime scelte e dei prodotti che non si trovano quasi mai senza glutine (arancini, cannoli siciliani, pane in pagnotta dai gusti vari). Il locale è comunque piccolino, ma la qualità del cibo compensa tutto!

28/04/2026Eine der besten glutenfreien Bäckereien in der ich je war. Die Produkte unterscheiden sich in der Qualität von "normalen" Backwaren kaum. Super luftiger Teig, alles Mega lecker. Das Personal ist sehr nett und man kann drinnen schön sitzen. Es gibt lediglich etwas weniger Plätze drinnen.

18/04/2026Tutto ciò che un celiaco sogna !! Posticino piccino ma accogliente . Personale affabile e sorridente . Prodotti sia dolci che salati SUPERLATIVI . Non vedo l’ora di ripercorrere i 51 km di distanza da casa per poter riassaporare appieno il gusto del non sentirmi , almeno una volta , diversa e libera di scegliere in tutta serenità cosa mangiare . P.s: lo scotto da pagare purtroppo sono i prezzi . Confrontati con la realtà di provincia da cui arrivo ( Novara ) sono davvero molto alti : 4 euro per 1 croissant o 1 pain au chocolat li ho spesi a Parigi .. lo stesso dicasi per la pasticceria fresca . A mio modesto parere 23 euro per mezza crostata da 6/7 porzioni sono tantini. Ci verrò una volta in meno . Ma non vedo l’ora della prossima !

27/02/2026Che scoperta meravigliosa! Abbiamo visitato Glufree dopo una visita al Policlinico di Via Pace e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Per mia figlia Vittoria, 11 anni, è stata un’emozione vera: dopo anni di prodotti confezionati e surgelati, ha finalmente potuto gustare un cornetto fresco di altissima qualità. Vedere il suo entusiasmo è stato impagabile, tanto che non abbiamo saputo resistere e abbiamo letteralmente svaligiato il negozio! Siamo tornati a casa con un bottino incredibile: arancini, panzerotti e pizzette per la parte salata, oltre a un mix delizioso di piccola pasticceria fresca e secca. Tutto artigianale, profumato e preparato con una cura che raramente si trova nel mondo del gluten-free. Se cercate il paradiso del senza glutine a Milano, questo è il posto giusto. Consigliatissimo!

23/02/2026Vasta scelta di prodotti senza glutine. Ne ho provati diversi e devo dire che sono buoni, equilibrati a livello di sapore e digeribili. Vi faccio i complimenti per il cornetto al pistacchio e i cannoli siciliani. Peccato che il posto è un po' piccolo se ci si vuole sedere ma a parte questo lo consiglio.

23/02/2026Sono stato più volte in questo locale, ma oggi mi hanno fatto passare la voglia di ritornarci. Ho chiesto alla proprietaria se la cheesecake, oltre ad essere senza glutine, fosse anche senza lattosio. La risposta inadeguata e volta a sbeffeggiare il cliente è decisamente fuori luogo. Poteva semplicemente rispondere che loro non la fanno invece di ironizzare che se si chiama CHEESEcake allora deve contenere il lattosio. Solo per informarla che tre vie dopo il suo negozio, in Viale Monte Nero 57, fanno la cheesecake senza glutine e senza lattosio.

I don’t know what magic this place uses to make them but they are🥇. Cinnamon roll also was amazing!!!!!!!! Thank you for existing!

11/02/2026Questo locale ha pregi e difetti. Il gusto dei prodotti molto buono, in particolare la brioches una delle più buone che io abbia mai assaggiato. Abbiamo provato anche la focaccia con il finocchio gratinato e l’arancino alle melanzane, molto buoni anche questi. Il difetto di questo locale é che ha dei prezzi esagerati. Capisco che le materie prime siano senza glutine e di estrema qualità, ma non rispettano le esigenze di una popolazione media. Il croissant è costato 3,90 euro, due pasticcini 5 euro, l’arancino 6,50 euro, la focaccina con il finocchio gratinato 4,80 euro. La cosa più esagerata del menù é il toast a 12 euro. Capisco la qualità, ma con questi prezzi non é frequentabile spesso come locale. Essendo celiaca ho visitato diversi locali senza glutine, nessuno ha prezzi così.

09/01/2026Vengo in questo posto da quando ha aperto e mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione ma bisogna dire le cose come stanno. I prezzi sono diventati allucinanti e io capisco il prezzo delle materie prime ma una pizzettina piccola a 4,80€ è semplicemente senza senso. Un toast con un’insalatina inutile di accompagnamento a 12€ è una rapina. In altri paesi europei i prezzi sono simili o più alti ma viene sempre offerta l’acqua gratuitamente (qua mezzo litro lo fanno pagare 2€🥶) e si può ordinare dal menù; nel negozio ci sono circa 4 persone al banco e altrettante nel laboratorio (che è a vista) ma il servizio è davvero scadente e non si può ordinare nulla da preparare sul momento. Inoltre anche se ordini per mangiare sul posto sei costretto a pagare subito tutto quello che consumi quindi se dopo aver mangiato qualcosa ti venisse in mente di mangiare altro devi rifare la fila e fare un altro scontrino..avete paura che la gente scappi? Non crea fiducia ne un ambiente accogliente. Basterebbe fare un giro in Europa per vedere bakery senza glutine a un livello nettamente superiore e con molta più varietà. Per concludere se vuoi usare il bagno devi uscire dal negozio..non so, ridimensionatevi. Perché è una grande delusione.

25/12/2025Purtroppo sono rimasta delusa da questo panettone GluFree Bakery artigianale acquistato a Milano in via Curtatone n 6, l’ho trovato secco, per niente morbido e privo del classico sapore di panettone. Considerando anche il costo eccessivo, non ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia soddisfacente.

We waited 20 minutes in line to get a table, but it was more than worth it. The pistachio croissants nearly brought me to tears — they’re that good. They’re the kind of once-in-a-lifetime experience that makes the whole world slow down for a moment. Honestly, it’s worth coming to Milan just for them. The cannoli were also outstanding: creamy, rich, and incredibly satisfying. We also tried a lemon–poppy seed pastry, which was absolutely delightful. GluFree Bakery isn’t just a bakery — it’s a Milan highlight in its own right.

31/10/2025Táto bezlepková pekáreň je raj pre všetkých celiatikov. Pečivo na úrovni lepkových jedál. Boli sme tam s priateľkou ktorá ma celiakiu a môžem povedať že atmosféra, obsluha a jedlo bolo fenomenálne. Odporúčam každému v Miláne nech sa tam zastaví ak nemôže lepok. A tie ceny už ani nestoja za reč… proste nádhera v každom smere

Le brioche senza glutine sono davvero buone, tra le migliori che abbia provato finora di quelle gluten free, morbide, e finalmente con un sapore autentico. Un posto semplice ma curato, dove si percepisce attenzione e voglia di far star bene chi entra!

07/10/2025Die Bäckerei ist sehr sehr gut. Ein Traum für jeden (nicht nur mit Zöliakie), wir hatten zusätzlich auch Espresso, sehr lecker. Das Café st mehr als gut besucht und das ist voll verständlich! Wir kommen wieder!
