It was like stepping into a luxurious and elegant oasis. We also tried room service for breakfast and once for dinner, and were very impressed how beautifully presented everything was. Best decision to book this hotel!

12/05/2026The only reason why I gave this hotel 3 stars, is the breakfast. A real strong disappointment. The food choice very limited. The taste is dull and as if from the night before or leftovers. The restaurant is not nice, almost at the trautoire. Everything else is good specially the welcoming staff. But for that price I will not go stay in it again.

04/05/2026Hotel storico di Milano, mia casa quando vengo a Milano. Centralissimo, ci si muove a piedi quasi ovunque, due ottimi ristoranti: il Caruso fuori e il Don Carlos. Colazione ottima con il maitre Ivano sempre gentile e professionale. Piccola oasi dove ritirarsi in tranquillità mentre fuori si è nel vivo del quadrilatero. Consigliatissimo. Bravi.

Il bar e la tea room, istituzioni per un aperó o gourmand lunch a base di tipico risotto alla milanese o spaghetto ai 3 pomodorini del Vesuvio…il tiramisù è un velluto per il palato… servizio impeccabile. Ci vengo per sognare…

However this did not detract from us having a wonderful stay. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. It was our second stay and we will be back.

Ma ricordo Gabriella mokto professionale ed in PRIMIS L'ACQUISTO NUOVO "pietra diamantata LUIGI", che rende 'il nostro momento all hotel UNA VERA DELIZIA", con la sua eccelsa alta competenza in tutto, se sorge un problema SUBITO RIESCE A CREARE IL PUZZLE PERFETTO. I ordered a cappuccino, and the flavor was smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with high-quality beans. It had that perfect harmony between rich espresso and creamy milk. The pastry 🍪and chocolate 🍫served alongside the coffee were a delightful touch. Both were fresh and delicious, adding an extra layer of indulgence to the experience. The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was truly beautiful, elegant, calm and perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee break. ☘️✨💙

Credo di comportarmi egregiamente elargendo ricompense perché apprezzo la gentilezza ed il BUON SERVIZIO RISERVATOMI, (HO PURE CANCELLATO UN COMPORTAMENTO ERRATO DELLA SIGRA GABRIELLA, CHE PERÒ CONTINUA CON LA SUA OSTILITÀ NEI MIEI RIGUARDI E NON SO IL Motivo) Quando manca Luigi, il capo sala, si vede e si sente, per tutto. Lui sa come comportarsi in modo ECCELLENTE ED IRREPRENSIBILE. Andrò avanti da super Signora quale sono, sta di fatto che ho ordinato a metà per colpa della sooracitata SIGNORA e mi dispiace ciò. 26/12/2025A wonderful hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights across Christmas. Every aspects of the hotel is excellent. Staffs are warm and attentive; hotel design is thoughtful for guests; main lobby and on every floor seats are available; decorations are elegant and refects pround history; breakfast is great; bar area, food and drinks are amazing; it is not a big hotel yet provide excellent services and great experiences to us. Will definitely come back next time.

13/11/2025We stayed with our 9 year old for one night in August - on our way flying home from Italy out of Milan. The hotel was superb! We wanted old world Italian charm, luxury, but still feeling contemporary and close walking distance to everything. This was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The service from start to finish was five star. Very friendly, professional, accommodating. It was our birthday and they went out of their way to make us feel special even giving us gifts. The hotel is walking distance to everything you need. We will 100% be back.

18/07/2025If you need to visit a really busy city like Milano, this hotel has quite the elegance. Super staff, peaceful energy even while being in the city center. Stayed in Verdi’s room. Pretty exciting, but very quiet.

15/07/2025Such an incredible stay! You walk through the entrance and are transported to another time, a calm, luxurious respite in the middle of the city. The staff is so welcoming and attentive from check in to check out and every detail feels very intentional. The bed and linens might just be the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced—it was such a restorative sleep! We cannot wait to return!

Giuseppe Verdi visse qui per 27 anni: non per caso, ma per scelta. Perché questo non è un hotel come gli altri: è Milano che sa essere grande, senza bisogno di gridarlo. Ogni stanza, ogni corridoio, ogni silenzio racconta una città che sa unire raffinatezza, cultura e memoria. Qui la bellezza è discreta, autentica, profonda. Una Milano che resiste al tempo. E che ti fa sentire parte di qualcosa di vero.

Everything about this hotel is perfect: Reception staff are so helpful and welcoming Interior of the hotel feels like a historic museum, Rooms and everything about the rooms(space, bathroom, hygiene, soap and shampoo quality..) And we receive small gift every time we’re back after a long day out. Location of the hotel is perfect as well, its few minutes walking to Duomo and shopping areas around there. It’s worth every penny you pay🥰🥰

From the warm welcome at the front desk to the attentive service in the bar area, everything exceeded our expectations. We had a spacious and comfortable double room and were consistently met by helpful staff who truly wanted to make a difference. We will definitely be back!
