16/11/2025Muy decepcionada! El lugar cuenta con dos plantas y solo nos dejaron estar en la plata baja donde había muy poco lugar para sentarse y también muy incómodo. La limpieza muy mala, solo estaba disponible el baño para discapacitados y la verdad que muy sucio.

06/06/2026fati라는 직원이 정말 불친절해서 기분을 망쳤습니다. 키큰 남자 직원이요. 원래 인사를 손님만 하고 직원은 안합니까? 다른 이탈리아인들은 친절하던데 이런걸로 이탈리아의 이미지를 망치지 마세요. 제가 먼저 ciao를 했는데 왜 그냥 쳐다만 보고 있죠? 못들은줄 알고 한 번 더 하는데도 그냥 씹고 서있던데, 주문하시겠어요? 라는 멘트도 없이 그냥 서있기만 하는데 제가 왜 돈주고 커피사먹으면서 이렇게 불편해야합니까? 이름도 choo라고 분명히 말했는데 지맘대로 적어놨네요. 옆에 앉은 다른 한국인들 대화를 들어보니 거기도 이름 다르게 적었던데 이거 인종차별 아닌가요? Il dipendente di nome Fati è stato estremamente scortese e mi ha rovinato l’umore. È il membro dello staff alto. È normale qui che solo i clienti salutino per primi e che il personale non saluti affatto? Le altre persone italiane che ho incontrato sono state gentili, quindi vi prego di non rovinare l’immagine dell’Italia per episodi del genere. Sono stato io a dire per primo “Ciao”, ma perché mi ha semplicemente guardato senza rispondere? Ho pensato che forse non mi avesse sentito, quindi l’ho detto di nuovo, ma ha continuato a ignorarmi e a rimanere lì senza dire nulla come “Posso prendere il suo ordine?” Perché dovrei sentirmi a disagio mentre pago un caffè come cliente? Ho detto chiaramente che il mio nome era “Choo”, ma lui ha scritto un nome diverso basandosi su una sua supposizione. Inoltre, ho sentito altri clienti coreani vicini dire che anche i loro nomi sono stati scritti in modo errato. È razzismo? The employee named Fati was extremely unfriendly and ruined my mood. He is the tall male staff member. Is it normal here that only customers greet first and staff do not greet at all? 15/05/2026Questo starbucks é senza dubbio il peggiore in cui sia mai stato. L’area superiore non è aperta quindi vi è una concentrazione disumana dei clienti nella parte inferiore, il caffè non era male ma la bakery era senza dubbio fredda e vecchia del giorno prima. La pulizia anch’essa è pessima. Prossima volta vado a mangiare sui binari della stazione centrale, forse sto più comodo e c’è meno rumore.

Croissant was definitely from yesterday. WC was dirty and lack of toilet paper. 18/04/2026The employees at this Starbucks have a serious problem, especially some of the Asian staff members. I went there when I had only 8 minutes before my train departed. I told them I was in a hurry and asked if they could speed up the preparation of my drink. They responded rudely, saying, “No, we can’t! Other customers are waiting too and that is disrespectful.” Then they kept yelling non-sense. Basically, they made me wait and seemed to enjoy watching my pain. In the end, they gave me my drink only 2 minutes before my train left. I had to run to the platform with coffee spilling in my hand. Very rude and hostile behavior. They clearly have serious customer service and respect issues. They couldn’t even make the coffee properly, yet they were lecturing me about what is “right.” What a joke. Go get a life people!

03/01/2026Starbucks – quando il fast food diventa teatro dell’assurdo Panino uova e bacon: bollente fuori, glaciale dentro. Un piccolo miracolo termodinamico che neanche il CERN. Lo assaggio (perché sì, va mangiato per capire se è freddo), noto il bacon ancora in letargo e chiedo gentilmente di riscaldarlo. Risposta? Nessuna scusa. Nessuna soluzione. Solo un perentorio: “Non posso, è stato già mangiato.” Faccio notare – con logica degna di un esame di terza media – che se non lo mangio prima, non posso sapere se è freddo. A quel punto la situazione degenera: • “Non l’ho riscaldato io” • “Non è un mio problema” • Traduzione: il cliente può serenamente arrangiarsi Finale surreale: il bagel vola a terra (un gesto disperato, non consigliato ma umanamente comprensibile), arriva la security che non interviene perché probabilmente anche lei sta cercando di capire in che universo parallelo ci troviamo. Cibo pessimo, prezzi indecenti (livello aeroporto di Dubai, qualità autogrill del 2003) e personale scortese, infastidito e completamente disinteressato. Se questo è il concetto di customer care, meglio il distributore automatico: almeno non ti giudica mentre mangi bacon freddo. Sconsigliato. A meno che non vi piaccia pagare caro per sentirvi dire che non è un problema di nessuno. ☕️❄️🥓

12/11/2025Sono andata di mattina a fare colazione quindi tanta gente e servizio ok, non velocissimo ma per la gente che c’era assolutamente normale. Posizione non comodissima perché è fuori dalla stazione lontano sia dai treni che dalla metro. All’interno ci sono dei posti per sedersi con sgabelli e poi ci sono posti fuori in una veranda chiusa e riscaldata. Per essere un bar di una stazione siamo nella media, ma non mi è piaciuto che i prezzi sono più alti rispetto agli atri Starbucks di Milano!!! Latte tall+ croissant per 5,20.

Nicely long tables, sockets, high stools and walls behind me make all the miracles that I desperately require. Il personale più lento di tutti gli Starbucks mai provati al mondo, letteralmente dormono in piedi e fanno qualsiasi cosa con una calma assurda se si considera che si trovano in una delle stazioni ferroviarie più grandi d’Italia, e molto probabilmente le persone che si recano lì hanno un treno a breve. Pensavo Starbucks avesse degli standard precisi sui suoi dipendenti. Anche l’addetto alla sicurezza, come riportato in altre recensioni, è veramente scortese e continua a chiedere alla gente di spostarsi dove vuole lui anche a locale quasi vuoto.

Cramped, no real space to sit, drinks served short and stuffed with ice to fake fullness, toilets out of order, and security glaring at you while you eat like you’re committing a crime. 14/07/2025I used to think Starbucks was the best coffee chain in the world. But clearly, not every location lives up to that standard. On the morning of July 14th, around 9:50 AM, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered — involving a blonde female staff member taking orders and a male staff member handing out drinks. 1. I believe they were being racist. They were kind and smiling to the customers before me, but when it was my turn — as an Asian customer — they were noticeably rude and unfriendly. 2. They acted shameless despite their own mistake. They gave me the wrong drink, and when I pointed it out, they didn’t even apologize. Instead, they handed over the correct drink with a rude attitude. They gave straws to the previous customers, but when I asked for one, they tossed it at me as if I didn’t deserve basic courtesy. I understand that anyone can have a bad day and not be at their best. But being polite to some and rude to others based on race is blatant discrimination. If anyone at Starbucks management sees this, I sincerely hope you take this seriously and ensure proper staff training in all locations.

01/08/2023Not a very good atmosphere especially not good for working. Customers are mostly tourists who want to drink something similar. In italy a normal coffee is around one or two euros. Also you can drink a great specialty cafe with 5-7 euros in Milan, so even at that price range Starbucks doesn't make sense.

09/08/2019ミラノ中央駅にあるスターバックスです。 空港アクセスにバスを利用時にはいちばん立ち寄りやすいスターバックスではないでしょうか。 店内は広くはないですが、独特な他国のスターバックスにはない雰囲気が特徴的です。 お店を出て目の前にはスターバックス専用の空調の効いたスペースもあります。
