18/06/2026Самый отвратительный фисташковый круассан в моей жизни. Это не фисташковый крем, а сливочный, будто разбавленный водой и слегка подкрашен зеленой краской. Никакого вкуса фисташки, да и само тесто никакущее. Конечно место довольно милое и можно присесть за столик бесплатно.

07/06/2026Πολύ κακή εμπειρία, φτάνοντας στο Μιλανο θελήσαμε να πιούμε έναν καφέ, και έχοντας εμπειρία από άλλες ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις, θεωρήσαμε πως θα ήταν το ίδιο και στο Μιλανο! Προσωπικό με ύφος, δεν είχαν διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και επειδή μιλούσαμε αγγλικά απαντούσαν επίτηδες στα Ιταλικά ενώ καταλάβαιναν τα πάντα!

02/06/2026Ho provato Paul in tutta Europa e sono stato sempre affascinato dalla bontà di ciò che servivano. Milano è stata una grossa delusione. Un cappuccino mediocre e un cornetto classico che non ha raggiunto la sufficienza per non parlare di una crostatina al limone al costo di 6.90 euro. Un furto.

04/04/2026They don’t greet you with a smile or offer service unless you call them over—even when it’s not busy. It almost felt as though foreigners weren’t welcome. In hospitality, a warm greeting should be the standard, not something customers have to chase. The quiche Lorraine was overly salty, and the coffee was served cold. Overall, a disappointing experience—I wouldn’t return.

26/03/2026Ottimi dolcetti in Stazione Centrale a Milano Sono stato in questo bar per un dolcetto con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata a Milano. Il locale si trova all'interno dell'edificio principale della Stazione Centrale cittadina. C'è un ingresso indipendente anche sul lato destro, quello che affaccia su piazza Luigi di Savoia. Qui, sul marciapiede, si trova un ampio dehor coperto con alcuni posti a sedere. L'interno è grande con molti tavoli e un vasto bancone. lo ho preso una tartelletta con le mandorle che ho trovato molto buona. I prezzi sono un po' alti ma giustificati dagli ottimi prodotti venduti.

17/03/2026Ambiente tranquillo nonostante sia in mezzo alla Stazione centrale di Milano. Gli spazi a sedere fuori sono eleganti e comodi. Il caffè molto buono e il cibo normale. Io prendo spesso un cappuccio di soia d’asporto perché è buonissimo oppure mi siedo e seleziono un dolce della loro pasticceria. Personale gentile, a volte discutono tra di loro ma comunque mantengono un ambiente armonioso per i clienti.

I had Le Mixte (ham and cheese baguette), which was exactly what I was fancying and it would've been perfect had the bread not been rock solid. Not sure if it's a chain wide thing or this café in particular but taking a bite was actually painful. Such a shame because it was really nice but I feared my gums would bleed after every bite. The staff were nice and spoke sufficient English between us

28/02/2026The nicest guy behind a counter, calling everybody "cara" o "caro". He was smilling all the time I was there, and was very helpful to his colleagues. We spoke in italian but he was also fluent in english and spanish. 4 stars for food , 2 stars for long waiting time (waited 10min for a cappucino because of a line) but 5 stars for a service:)

17/02/2026Ho provato PAUL Stazione Centrale e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, considerando che si trova in Stazione Centrale di Milano, dove spesso le proposte sono molto turistiche e di qualità piuttosto scarsa. La qualità dei prodotti è buona, sicuramente superiore alla media della stazione. Nonostante la grandissima affluenza, il personale si è dimostrato gentile e organizzato, cosa non scontata in un contesto così caotico. Anche la location è accogliente, con uno stile che richiama l’atmosfera delle boulangerie francesi. Non lo definirei un’eccellenza – resta pur sempre un bar in stazione – ma è sicuramente una proposta valida per fare colazione o prendere qualcosa prima di salire sul treno.

31/12/2025This morning is my second time in one week to buy from Paul, i love the food but the girl at the cashir is very rude and angry because i told her to change one sandwitch to another before paying! She said no i cant and was so angry till someone else came and changed it in a second. She did the same attitude the first time too! We were fast but this attitude not good for Paul. Unfortunatly no name tag because the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly.

We waited a very long time for our coffee, and when it was finally served, it was poorly made and cold, even though we asked several times for it to be extra hot. The coffee was almost white, tasted like milk with barely any coffee in it. The staff’s attitude was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. The food was also bad and below expectations. I wouldn’t visit again and definitely do not recommend this place.

24/11/2025Vengo dall'esperienza di Paul in Francia (Parigi e PACA) e devo dire che la qualità è la stessa di quei luoghi. Servizio abbastanza rapido. Ottimo il cappuccino e le varie tipologie di viennoiserie, molto golose e ben realizzate, per tutti i gusti. Unico neo, i pochi tavolini a sedere per potersi rilassare un attimo, facendo colazione. Nel complesso, comunque, promossi a pieni voti.

16/09/2025Ginseng discreto. Locale discreto. Mi sono seduta dentro la veranda in compagnia della mia valigia. Ero appena scesa dal pullman preso a Linate che doveva portarmi alla stazione. Nessuno è venuto a prendere ordinazione. Sono dovuta entrare nel locale e fare da sola. E poi ritornare in veranda con ginseng e acqua su un vassoio. Ero molto stanca e debole per il viaggio in aereo, per il quale ero in piedi dalle 4 del mattino. Per questa ragione ho perso l'equilibrio e il vassoio stava per cadere per terra. Consiglio di assumere un cameriere che si occupi dei clienti che si siedono in veranda. Mi sembra più pratico. Cameriere alla cassa molto gentile comunque.

Anche qua in Italia posso confermare che la qualità dei loro prodotti da forno sonic è molto alta e anche il servizio è il posto è ottimo. I prezzi sono anche abbastanza bassi considerando la posizione.

Ho fatto un sorso e l’ho lasciato lì. Volete un consiglio? Attraversate la stazione e andate al mercato centrale. Lasciate perdere questo posto.

19/07/2025Appena entrate il personale si è rivolto in modo molto scortese, tempi di attesa troppo lunghi con ovviamente aggiunta di personale scocciato, ci siamo sedute all’esterno del locale e non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio al tavolo dopo averlo anche richiesto, alla fine abbiamo dovuto portare il vassoio noi. sconsigliamo veramente questo posto di antipatici

11/06/2025駅構内にある、世界各国で展開している有名なベーカリーです。クロワッサンをいただきましたがチョコクリームは甘すぎました。カプチーノはまあ普通だと思います。 非常に朝早くからやっています。出勤前、電車旅行前にさっと食べるのに適しています。営業場所、時間は急いでいるときに最適で助かります。 ただ店員はおしゃべりばかりで対応は最低限、です。まあでもそんなものかもしれませんね。

09/06/2025Locale all'interno della stazione centrale di Milano, molto accogliente e con un bellissimo banco che ruba l'occhio peccato che il gusto non rispecchi a pieno le aspettative, ho preso un cannelès che non mi ha lasciato nulla, una sfoglia all'albicocca dimenticabile e una gourdmandise crema e cioccolato molto buona, buono anche il cappuccino, mi aspettavo di più visto il prezzo alto dei prodotti

21/05/2025The bread is visually one that has been defrosted. Their brie and sesame sandwich is tasteless, with no sauce. The staff is rude, is not friendly, especially the heavy built person. The focaccia at the shop next door is much better with nicer staff. Il pane è visivamente quello che è stato scongelato. Il panino con brie e sesamo è insapore, senza salsa. Il personale è scortese, non è amichevole, soprattutto la persona di corporatura pesante. La focaccia del negozio accanto è molto migliore e il personale è più gentile.

So I was waiting there and a man screamed at me saying that I need to speak because they don't know what's my order. Than a lady asked me about a ticket, with my order on it. So, good food, but very bad service experience. They expect us to know how they work, and if we don't, they make us feel bad for it.

28/04/2025Ordino cappuccino e brioche. La dipendente alla cassa è arrabbiata, non so perché, ma è scortese. Cappuccino lo fanno in due formati: Normale a €2,30, large a €3,50 Ordino quello normale....è freddo, non mettono ne cacao o cannella e la quantità è minuscola. Definirlo cappuccino è una barzelletta. Brioche....ordino quella alla crema. Nonostante sia mattina presto, è secca, non è fresca. La crema è buona, ma la quantità è circa un cucchiaino.....per €2,50. Insomma, una trappola per turisti. Milano NON è questa.

12/04/2025Esperienza negativa, entrato per mangiare qualcosa prezzi esorbitanti...una sfoglia di mele 3,8€ e una bottiglietta di fuze thea altri 3,6€ assurdo...poi ti siedi pure prendere fiato e trovi i tavoli non puliti a terra cose appiccate, no così non va!

03/03/2024Rude women working here. Came with my wife and she was blindsided when trying to order a salad and sandwich using some of the words she does know in Italian. It would be in Paul’s best interest to fire the ladies working here and rehire people that don’t mind speaking either language since they hate English speakers so much. They were disrespectful and made it plainly clear they don’t like English speakers. So, as my wife walked away, the rude women clearly understood the expletive she said to them in English too. Beware, even if you try to be respectful enough to say the words you do know to them, they will talk crap about you to each other and will attack you for it.
