06/08/2025La señora que atiende los pedidos y cobra es una antipatica, primero me critica en italiano con sus compañeros, diciendo que la gente cree que tiene que saber todos los idiomas. Y luego se niega a atenderme por que no entiende español, yo le digo que tampoco se italiano pero que lo estaba intentando y solo le he pedido un helado de mango y a parte se lo estaba señalando, no era nada complicado, y ha habido mas extranjeros a los que ha entendido y no ha tenido problemas con ellos.

30/05/2026Gelateria comoda essendo in pieno centro a Milano, i prodotti non sono male e l'estetica è veramente bella, però non ne vale tutta l'attesa che abbiamo fatto. Considerando il giorno in cui siamo andati (sabato pomeriggio) e il periodo (già piena stagione turistica) ci aspettavamo un po' di confusione, ma comunque scorrevole. Invece la fila era veramente lunga, ma causata dell'estrema lentezza dei dipendenti. Vorrei precisare che sono stati cordiali, però impiegava 5 minuti abbondanti per fare un gelato, questo perché dovevano ricreare la forma di un fiore, sicuramente bello ma per niente funzionale, soprattutto durante una calda giornata come quella e faceva perdere anche un sacco di tempo ai consumatori. Inoltre i prezzi sono veramente eccessivi, 11€ per due coni gelato senza panna, ne mancaron (pensavo lo mettessero a tutti come biscotto di guarnizione, come fanno molte gelaterie e il dipendente di ha detto che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento), capisco pagare il marchio, ma la qualità non ne vale veramente il prezzo. Consiglio a chi ha fretta e non vuole passare minuti davanti file chilometriche di prendere il gelato in un posto più pratico

15/04/2026Fiz uma escala longa em Milão e cometi a infelicidade de gastar tempo nesse lugar. Antes de tudo, não vão. A loja possui um péssimo atendimento, lento e desorganizado. Não fica claro onde comprar e onde pegar o sorvete e acaba virando um tumulto. Após a compra te dão uma senha, mas não chamam pela senha. As pessoas se aglomeram para pegar o sorvete antes das outras. O serviço é extremamente lento, ficamos mais de 40 minutos só pra pegar. O sorvete em si é OK, existem diversas outras opções na Itália. Definitivamente não vale a pena passar por essa experiência péssima. À loja: melhorem!

10/04/2026A perfect location to get some delicious gelato and then walk around enjoying it. Please do refray from entering the shops while eating, even if the attendants don't say anything, it's simply the right thing. When in Milan you just have to get some gelato.

03/04/2026Das Eis ist sieht wirklich toll aus und schmeckt normal. Allerdings lohnt sich das Anstehen nicht für jemanden, der kein Bild von seinem Eis braucht. Es waren vielleicht zehn Personen vor uns, was keine bedeutende Anzahl für eine Eisdiele ist, und haben 30 Minuten gewartet. Also sobald ein paar Personen anstehen, nicht empfehlenswert!!! Besser ein „hässlicheres“ Eis bei einer anderen Eisdiele kaufen, anstatt so lange anzustehen.

20/02/2026A well known gelato shop located in the square. The ice cream is shaped like a rose, which looks absolutely beautiful. Visually, it’s very impressive and clearly crafted with great care. I waited around twenty minutes in line. In terms of flavour, it was good, but not quite as amazing as many people describe. That said, the presentation is truly thoughtful and eye catching. If you’re visiting the area as a tourist, it’s still worth getting one to cool down and enjoy the experience🌹

We had to wait about half an hour to reach the counter, so a bit of patience is needed - but it’s totally worth it.

25/10/2025Delicious gelato but it was a horrible experience for several reasons: -Hygiene is zero as they don’t wear gloves and adjust the gelato on the cone by their bare hands as i caught them and asked to make a new one for me. -Attitude is so bad from all 3 workers there and not respectful at all as they keep shouting at costumers and cursing in Italian. -

Les serveuses sont adorables et gardent toujours le sourire, même face à une clientèle parfois exigeante – respect à elles ! Les glaces sont aussi délicieuses que belles, présentées en jolies fleurs. Les prix sont élevés, mais rien d’étonnant à deux pas du Duomo. Une belle pause gourmande que je recommande !

01/09/2025معروف طعم امورينو ولذاذة نكهاتهم جربتها في دبي قبل ان يتم اغلاقها وجربتها في لوتسيرن وكانت بمكان جميل وحلو جداً واجمل ما حدث انه تم افتتاح فرع في مدينتنا الحبيبة جدة لكن مع الاسف هذا الفرغ تنقصه بعض اللباقه والذوق من الموظفه حيث طلبت 6 جيلاتو وكنت اخبرها عن النكهات وكان الاول شوكولاته كامله و 3 بالفراولة والشوكولاته والمانجو ومتبقي 2 اريد ان اخبرها عن النكهات وكانت فظه وقليلة ذوق للغاية حيث اتهمتني باني اخذت كل الاعداد علماً انها وضعت نفس النكهات لعدد 4 من الجيلاتو والاخير هو الذي كان من المفترض مع ما قبله يكون بنكهات مختلفه لكن زميلتها قامت بالواجب متأخرة وعمل النكهات كما اردت للأخير فقط بالنهاية العمل بمقابلة الجمهور صحيح انه يحتاج صبر وايضا تفهم من الجمهور لكن على العاملين ان يكونوا صبورين ولا يلقون بالتهم حتى لو لم يفهموا وكانت اللغه مانع بالفهم بالنهاية نحن نشتري بمالنا ولا ناخذ صدقات

25/08/2025At Amorino, I ordered the Normale Ice Cream cone, with 3 flavors. Hazelnut, vanilla and pistachio. It was rich and flavorful. Even how it looked was appetizing and appealing. I would definitely come back. Only problem was the wait times outside the shop, which could’ve been shorter.

07/08/2025Esperienza assurda, dopo 20 min di fila quando arriva il nostro turno la cassiera prende e se ne va e ci lascia in attesa altri 20 min, nel frattempo il signore della security ha sollecitato che mettessero qualcuno in cassa e in risposta la signora gli ha fatto spallucce! Nel frattempo ha iniziato a fare confusione con le file spostando la gente da una fila all’altra e insultando la clientela straniera… ho fatto una battuta con la mia amica dicendo volevamo solo un gelato invece prendiamo le botte e si avvicina a me un amica del ragazzo della sicurezza insultandomi e minacciando di picchiarmi, viene poi allontanata sempre da lui in modo molto carino e amichevole dicendole di lasciarmi perdere. Tutto questo senza che nessuno della gelateria intervenisse. 1 ora per un cono piccolo da 4 e passa euro, preso parole e quasi anche pugni! Veramente assurdo. Siete fortunati perchè lavorate con i turisti altrimenti chi viene oggi sicuramente non torna domani

07/08/2025Lody są smaczne, jednak w duzej mierze podświadomie bronimy smaku atrakcyjną formą podania. Gałki, a w zasadzie płatki kwiatów sa faktycznie bardzo atrakcyjne. Niestety organizacja sprzedazy jest fatalna i w ogole nie dziala w starciu z turystycznym natlokiem. Mimo, ze masz świadomość funkcjonowania dwóch odrębnych kolejek: do opłaty i po odbiór zamowienia, to i tak będziesz sfrustrowany. Godzina w takim zamieszaniu nie jest tego warta. W moim przekonaniu to miejsce jest nadmuchane, a wyswmienite lody mozna zjeść w innym spokojniejszym miejscu.
