14/06/2026Ogni volta che vengo a Milano cerco sempre un hotel vicino a Princi, perché so già che la giornata inizierà nel migliore dei modi. Fare colazione qui ha un sapore diverso: qualità delle materie prime, ambiente curato e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Potrei elencare tutto quello che ho assaggiato, ma sarebbe impossibile scegliere un preferito. Dai cornetti salati al cornetto alle mandorle, passando per pane, dolci e caffetteria, è davvero tutto buonissimo. È uno di quei posti che riescono a trasformare una semplice colazione in un piccolo rito da non perdere quando si è a Milano. Ho solo un consiglio, o forse una richiesta: aprite anche a Roma! A presto.

13/06/2026Sinceramente una focaccia ripiena e una fettina di pasticcio di mele, con due coca cola in lattina per più di 25€ mi sembra decisamente spropositato. Cibo abbastanza buono ma sicuramente non giustificante un prezzo così. Mi sono ricordato perché non ci vengo mai.

06/06/2026This is an amazing bakery and worth trying. We ordered a panini with Ham and Artichoke and Pizze in Foccacia style also chocolate cake and chocolate bread (maybe? Not sure that is the name but it was delecious). Anyway, they were all really tasty and good. Staff were really helpful and nice. My favorites were thd Panini and the cake. Prices are fair.

02/06/2026La qualità dei prodotti è indiscutibile: buonissima sia la pizza con speck e patate che la focaccia con i pomodorini. L’unica nota riguarda i prezzi, che ho trovato piuttosto altini rispetto alle quantità. Pur tenendo conto della posizione in zona San Babila, 14 € per due pezzi di pizza e una bottiglietta d’acqua mi sono sembrati un costo importante, soprattutto in assenza del servizio al tavolo. Indirizzo nel complesso valido per chi cerca un prodotto di qualità in zona Milano centro.

31/05/2026I like this location better than the one closer to Duomo. Typical for Princi, the staff is not very friendly and I’ve seen them easily snapping at other customers. They have many different focaccias and some of them are to die for, especially when they are fresh out of oven. While there are a few high tables to sit and quickly eat the food, the space is really crammed, and the best thing to do is to eat fast and not linger around. I’ve tried their cookies, but they were rather dry and disappointing. If you are looking for a good bakery in Milan, and not too crowded like the main location, this is your place!

26/05/2026Uno dei tanti punti vendita del marchio. Zona con parcheggi solo a pagamento attenzione. Trovate dolci e prodotti da forno ma anche aperitivo o spuntini. La qualità indubbiamente c’è ma a prezzi da gioielleria. Il personale è disorganizzato e fa confusione, inoltre spesso il locale è poco pulito. Andrebbe organizzato meglio.

24/05/2026Ich war sehr positiv von dieser Bäckerei überrascht. Die Auswahl an Backwaren, Broten, Sandwiches und süßen Teilchen ist wirklich groß, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Frische der Produkte man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Alles, was wir probiert haben, hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Brötchen waren knusprig und frisch, die süßen Backwaren perfekt abgestimmt und nicht zu süß. Auch der Kaffee hat sehr gut dazu gepasst. Zudem war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, wodurch man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Insgesamt eine tolle Bäckerei mit sehr guter Auswahl, frischen Produkten und ausgezeichnetem Geschmack. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

18/05/2026Mi spiace che non sia più il “Princi” di anni fa, prodotti normali a prezzi veramente alti, servizio scortese vista la grande affluenza (capisco i ragazzi che vengono a contatto con molti clienti). Monoporzione sfogliata al tiramisù che non sapeva di niente, lo sfilatino alle olive e mortadella rimane sempre buono. Ho visto il locale piuttosto “trasandato” e poco pulito, il bagno da me visitato era sporco (fortunatamente sono uomo, se fossi donna farei proprio fatica ad entrare) Mi spiace che un brand che reputavo così buono in questi ultimi anni abbia peggiorato molto.

03/05/2026Bar caffetteria piccolino, ma con dei dolci squisiti. Purtroppo il mio dolcetto al tiramisù era rovinato, la barista si è offerta di cambiarlo per le foto, gesto che ho apprezzato molto, ma non necessario in quanto il gusto era comunque formidabile! Anche il caffè è buonissimo.

01/05/2026We had the tiramisu cheesecake and the caramel cheesecake with a caffè latte. Everything was fresh and delicious; however, I expected a different kind of latte. The cups are quite large, so you might want to order just one, but it was a bit too milky for my taste. You can sit outside or inside, and the place is very clean. It seems like a nice spot to take a break.

24/04/2026We visited during Milan Design Week around 9:00–9:30 AM. There was a line inside, but it moved pretty quickly so we didn’t have to wait long. We ordered a focaccia sandwich, an olive mortadella sandwich, and a prosciutto sandwich, along with one espresso and one cappuccino—23€ in total. Everything was delicious, but the olive mortadella sandwich was our absolute favorite. Definitely worth a visit!

31/03/2026A bit disappointed by the experience for the expensive price range. The staff was a bit rushed & unfriendly when I was polite and kind the whole time. I’m not a local but I feel I should be welcomed and respected as a client. The pastries are visually stunning, it takes work to make such beautiful pastries, and just for that I’d give a 3 stars. Yet the taste is surprisingly disappointed: pastries were too dry and the slice of cookie pizza didn’t look or taste fresh! At this price range, I’d expect fresh quality products and a pleasant client experience!

The restroom could also be improved, it was a bit dirty and there was no hand soap. Overall a nice place to chill, especially if you want good pizza, desserts and a tasty Aperol spritz. 26/01/2026We were looking for a snack and the focaccias looked amazing. We ordered a potato and cheese one cut into two and were charged for two whole slices. When we mentioned this to them, they gave us a refund immediately, despite both pieces already being warmed up in the oven. To top it off, it was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a delicious, well-priced and honest place, this ticks every box, right in the heart of Milan.

05/01/2026They provide tranditional Italian coffee. Their pastries and bread are delicate. We ordered Lungo Pain au Chocolat, Cornetti al pistachio, Maritozzo for breakfast. Those are very good and delicious! And we ordered an espresso, an espresso macchiato and a cappuccino. They are nice. But they don't have many tables, so we took some time to wait for a table.

23/12/2025Quando vado per fare lo scontrino aspetto 10-15 minuti non ostante questo resto educato ma un cliente dietro di me giustamente si arrabbia ed il personale del bar e della cassa diventano confittuali e cominciano a trattare male il cliente dietro di me e pure io che in tutto questo non avevo fatto niente poi al momento del pagamento pago con la carta e chiedo alla signora gentilmente come si fa a selezionare la valuta con la quale voglio pagare lei prende il pos pigia senza neanche guardare e paga con la valuta sbagliata dopodiché le chiedo perché a fatto così e lei mi butta i soldi sul tavolo diciendo tieni i soldi in dietro. Volevo solo farmi un caffè tranquillamente ma purtroppo non é stato il caso. Deluso dall’ accoglienza e dalla confittualità del personale

The employees have no time to explain and no service treat badly the customers, they seem overcharged with work so no To say price or explain or heat food.

15/11/2025Je suis allée chez Princi avec ma copine et notre expérience a été globalement positive, même si plusieurs éléments pourraient être améliorés. Nous avons d’abord eu la chance d’avoir un petit échantillon d’un de leur panettone, qui était vraiment excellent : moelleux, parfumé, très réussi et unanimement apprécié au chocolat. Cela donnait une très bonne première impression et mettait vraiment en valeur leur savoir-faire. Nous avons décidé de faire quelques achats, avons choisi une baguette à la farine de maïs. Nous avions demandé la baguette la moins cuite possible, mais malgré cela elle étaient toutes très croustillantes. Elle restait bonne et faite avec de bons ingrédients, mais ce serait vraiment appréciable que la cuisson demandée soit respectée et que le choix soit plus flexible, surtout pour une boulangerie qui se veut haut de gamme. Le prix d’environ 2,80 € ne nous a pas dérangées en soi, même s’il faut se l’avouer c’est trop cher pour une baguette. Le problème, c’est que rien n’est clairement indiqué, et on découvre les tarifs à la manière d’une surprise à la caisse. Cela manque de transparence et d’accessibilité pour les clients. Ma copine s’est laissée tenter par une sorte de craquinette exposée en vitrine. Visuellement, c’est très tentant, mais en bouche, c’est assez sec et ça manque de saveur. Ce n’est pas mauvais, mais ce n’est pas quelque chose qu’on reprendrait, sauf peut-être pour accompagner une mousse ou une sauce. Ma copine a un peu plus apprécié que moi, mais ce n’est pas un produit qui laisse une impression marquante. De mon côté, j’avais envie d’essayer un feuilleté à la framboise. Malheureusement, au moment où la vendeuse l’a attrapé avec sa pince, elle nous a expliqué qu’il valait mieux choisir autre chose car il risquait de se casser, ayant visiblement passé trop de temps en vitrine. C’est dommage de proposer un produit qui n’est plus à son meilleur niveau, et on espère simplement qu’il ne finira pas jeté. Nous nous sommes finalement rabattues sur une part de cookie goût brownie dont nous ne connaissions pas vraiment le prix non plus, mais qui devait tourner autour de 6,50 €. Ce dessert, en revanche, a été une excellente surprise. Un très bon goût de chocolat, des fruits à coque caramélisés, une texture réussie et un vrai plaisir à déguster. Un peu cher, certes, mais la qualité était au rendez-vous, ce qui justifie le prix. L’endroit en lui-même est agréable, assez grand, propreté un peu à revoir sur les tables et la boulangerie est bien située. On s’y sent bien, que ce soit pour consommer sur place ou pour prendre le temps de choisir. Le service est courtois, sans être particulièrement chaleureux, mais correct. Dans l’ensemble, Princi propose de bonnes choses, parfois même excellentes, mais certains détails viennent un peu gâcher l’expérience. L’affichage des prix devrait être beaucoup plus clair et complet, et la qualité des produits en vitrine devrait être plus régulièrement contrôlée. Malgré ces points négatifs, nous avons bien mangé et passé un bon moment.
