01/03/2026Passo spesso davanti a questo locale ed ero sempre stata attirata dal profumo e dalla grande quantità di gente all’interno. Oggi l’ho provata ed è stata una grandissima delusione. Ho assaggiato due pizze diverse e non erano per niente buone. Inoltre il prezzo è esagerato per la quantità e la qualità ricevuta. Le ragazze che lavoravano dietro al bancone almeno sono state gentili.

15/01/2026Ho ordinato un toast vegetariano, formaggio e zucchine, ho chiesto di farlo bello grigliato, ed una tisana. Dopo 20 minuti ho chiesto di avere almeno la tisana dopo 30 minuti è arrivato un toast tagliato in due tiepido e non grigliato. E dopo 10 minuti, non avendo ricevuto il toast grigliato, ho chiesto di poter venire avere indietro i miei soldi! le cameriere sembravano le belle addormentate nel bosco, non sapevano cosa rispondere, dicevano che il toast arrivava dalla cucina.... Non lo consiglio, caro e personale non adatto e poco professionale

12/01/2026entrando sembra di dare fastidio alle cameriere che sembrano far fatica a salutare :) il fatto che non ci sia il servizio non ha senso, e non te lo dice nessuno comunque. pizza mediocre. uscendo abbiamo riportato dentro i piatti usati per fare un piacere e manco grazie bah non ci torneremo sicuramente.

10/01/2026The only great thing was the atmosphere the rest, Sorry not sorry but is the worse aperitivo I’ve had in Milan. The aperol was half water and served with 3 dorito sized focaccia. 😅

05/01/2026Prezzo troppo elevato per un spriz aperol che sembrava acqua, stessa cosa per il prosecco era imbevibile. La pizza non è male ma abbiamo notato che ci sono degli insetti che girano e vanno sulle pizze. Anche come servizio, come ho già letto altre recensioni, se la prendono con comodo anche con zero persone all’interno del locale. Sconsiglio altamente questo posto. C’è di meglio!

27/12/2025Am 27.12.25 saßen wir zu viert ganze 30-40 Minuten am Tisch, ohne ein einziges Mal von einer Bedienung beachtet zu werden. Erst nachdem wir zum zweiten Mal nachgefragt hatten, ob wir bestellen dürfen, wurde uns lapidar mitgeteilt, dass an den Tischen kein Service mehr gemacht wird. Mehrere andere Gäste beschwerten sich ebenfalls über diese untragbare Situation, über das Essen und die Rechnung am Schluss. Besonders negativ fiel eine sehr unfreundliche junge service-Dame mit langen, dunklen Haaren auf. Fast alle Tische waren schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt, und das WC war ebenfalls extrem dreckig. Ein solch schlechter Service ist absolut inakzeptabel. Wir sind aufgestanden und gegangen und werden dieses Lokal ganz sicher nie wieder betreten.

Ero rimasta davanti alla cassa per ben 5 minuti, c’erano tre ragazze dietro al bancone a fare tutt’altro e non era nemmeno affollato a quell’ora. Ho incrociato varie volte lo sguardo di una delle ragazze del personale e mi ha completamente ignorata. Leggendo le recensioni, posso notare che nessuno ultimamente si sta trovando bene, spero che fallisca questa attività 🫶🏼

25/11/2025Allora ci ho messo tantissimo prima di scrivere questo commento ma mi è capitato più di una volta di andare li alle 20:30 oppure alle 21 è mi dicono che hanno chiuso la caffetteria poi mi è capitato spesso che magri sto fuori è già alle 21 mi dicono che devo stare dentro perché chiudono fuori,il locale chiude alle 22 quindi cacciarmi un’ora prima mi sembra un’po too much. Anche perché di solito i lavoratori vanno via dopo che il locale chiude di mezz’oretta non che si mettono a pulire già un’ora prima ,a sto punto mettete che chiude alle 21 non alle 22.

24/11/2025Pessima esperienza. Sono andato a fare colazione e ho dovuto aspettare un’ora per due caffè e due brioche. Prima mi hanno portato un solo caffè e, quando ormai si era raffreddato, non erano ancora arrivati né l’altro caffè né le brioche. Quando ho chiesto che mi cambiassero il caffè, lo hanno fatto in modo scortese, e poi mi hanno lasciato nuovamente ad aspettare con un altro caffè che ho finito per bere freddo, mentre il resto dell’ordine continuava a non arrivare. Un vero disastro!

22/11/2025Personale pessimo, abbiamo ordinato un Aperol Spritz, ci hanno portato chissà cosa, e non valeva assolutamente la pena. Ripeto, il personale era pessimo, e quando abbiamo chiesto un sostituto, si sono rifiutati dicendo che era normale, anche se, da esperto in materia, posso dire che questo è stato il peggior Aperol che abbia mai bevuto, il che non è quello che ci si aspetta dalla capitale di Aperol.

Ukusi su zanimljivi i raznovrsni. Probao sam i varijantu senca pomidori — bez paradajza — i bila je sasvim dobra. Ukupno, odlično mesto za brz i ukusan zalogaj. 🍕

Abbiamo ordinato al banco ma ci è stato detto in modo scortese che non potevamo sederci fuori, e il personale si è completamente dimenticato delle nostre consumazioni finché non gliel’abbiamo fatto notare. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, sono stati altrettanto maleducati e senza nemmeno accennare a un’apologia. Poco professionali, poco accoglienti e sicuramente un posto dove non tornare.

09/11/2025Non sono solita lasciare commenti negativi per il servizio perché capisco lo stress, la stanchezza e il dover avere a che fare con il pubblico. Sono però ormai diverse volte che passo qui per un caffè o una pizza (molto buone) e onestamente è imbarazzante l’atteggiamento scortese del personale, a prescindere da quanto sei educato e disposto ad aspettare un’infinità di tempo anche con zero coda. Penso che le smorfie, i commenti e la maleducazione nelle risposte possano essere messi da parte o mascherati meglio, o sono un requisito essenziale per lavorare qui?

09/11/2025Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. From the breakfast menu, one of our dishes never even arrived. The avocado and egg were disgusting — the egg was overcooked to the point of being inedible. The only decent thing was the focaccia, which was actually very good. Unfortunately, when we decided to give the place another chance, it was just as bad — no service, no food, no effort from the staff. Honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

13/09/2025Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with customer service at Farini. After finding a table where to sit, as no one helped us to do so, we approached a waitress to ask if we could order. In return the lady rolled her eyes, and after another 10-15 mins our order was taken (the place wasn’t busy and we were willing to wait at that time). Later on we had to wait for our food for an hour and also had to approach another waiter to double check our food. The water we ordered was never delivered to us. The food brought to our table was cold and very unpleasant to even look at. I believe this place is a very lovely coffee shop in Milan, but our visit made us feel like we will never come back, as no one wants to receive that type of service.

Mon plat reçu en 5 minutes avant les boissons et le dressage de la table alors que mon mari a attendu plus de 30 minutes pour avoir une petite partie de son petit-déjeuner. Serveurs ne souhaitant pas aider dans la résolution du temps d’attente, un simple « sorry » et une main levée. Esperienza disastrosa. Pancake riscaldati, pochissimo sciroppo d'acero, "frutta di stagione" = 4 fette di pesca e 4 fette di kiwi. Il mio pasto è arrivato 5 minuti prima delle bevande e della preparazione del tavolo, mentre mio marito ha aspettato più di 30 minuti per una piccola porzione della sua colazione. Camerieri riluttanti ad aiutarmi a risolvere l'attesa, un semplice "scusa" e una mano alzata. Disastrous experience. Reheated pancakes, very little maple syrup, "seasonal fruit" = 4 peach slices and 4 kiwi slices. My meal arrived in 5 minutes before drinks and table setting, while my husband waited over 30 minutes for a small portion of his breakfast. Servers unwilling to help resolve the wait, a simple "sorry" and a raised hand.

07/09/2025This place is a ridiculous tourist trap. When I asked the male employee who served my Campari spritz without ice, he said there was no ice. I've been living in Milan for a year and I've never seen a spritz without ice. When I went to the female employee who came to his place 5 minutes later and told her she brought ice from a huge bucket of ice at the back room?! My only guess is either the employees are too lazy to do their jobs properly, or they are being racist and ignore you because you don't speak Italian. By the way, the spritz is 10€ and there are other places in the area that sell for 5€, so I will never visit this place again and won't recommend it to anyone. The pizza was average, the focaccia was dry and tasteless. The prices are high for the service provided, and the seating area is uncomfortable.

31/08/2025Bad and poor service, when I asked if they had anything vegan the waitress said no, I asked if there was milk in the plain focaccia and pizza rossa that I saw in the display and she replied yes without even offer to look at the ingredients list ( which is mandatory by law) she replied that only the toast was vegan, so I asked what was in it and she offered me a ham and cheese or veggies and cheese.... Then I understood that she didn't even knew was vegan meant. I ordered a beer and when I paid I asked at the register if there was any milk, eggs or pig fat in the doughs (which would be quote strange in pizza or focaccia) she replied smiling and a little embarrassed that she didn't knew....a part from the first waitress being kind of rude I think that is important to train and require your employees to know the ingredients of what you're selling and serving.

17/08/2025Пришли к открытию, но люди уже были. Всего один человек со всего персонала говорит на английском. Выбор гораздо меньше чем в Венеции и вкус сильно отличается, но не является плохим. За 2 круассана с фисташкой, капучино, фреш из апельсина и 2 кусочка фокаччи мы заплатили 28 €, что достаточно не мало для завтрака в пекарне. начинки в круассане откровенно говоря очень мало, кофе вкусный как и фреш. Фокачча Маргарита слишком много томатного соуса, фокачча с острой колбасой была не плохой. Минус нет названий и ценников на продукцию. Только на стене есть вывеска что не есть удобным.

09/08/20256.5€ for an iced cafe latte, with double espresso to take away. When I asked how come since the espresso is 1.5 and the caffeine late 3€, the waiter told me the ice, 4 pieces, costs 2€. Out of this world….

09/08/2025Worst experience ever. Took them forever to come to our table and the lady didn't even speak english and couldn't tell us what they had of cold drinks. We ordered 2 croissants and waters and they took forever to deliver it to our table. Don't recomend to anyone.

01/08/2025We hebben hier een aantal verschillende pizza’s geprobeerd en die smaakten allemaal goed, lekker deeg en lekker belegd. De bediening zou iets vriendelijker kunnen overkomen richting de klanten.

28/07/2025Devo dire che ormai è difficile trovare un buon posto dove fare colazione a Milano ma per tutti i giorni della nostra permanenza questo è diventato il nostro posto preferito! Abbiamo provato uova e bacon (fantasticche) ma anche i dolci come la cheessecake che sono la fine del mondo. Gentilissima Roberta che ci ha saputo consigliare e anche le altre ragazze!

28/07/2025Sono stata oggi in questo locale , ottimo cappuccino e buonissima la brioche al cioccolato. Avendo ancora fame ho mangiato anche una pizza, personale gentile e simpatico per farci due chiacchiere. Tornerò presto

27/07/2025Ogni volta che veniamo qui è un disastro. Manca personale. Dicono che c’è servizio al tavolo, poi l’altra settimana mi dicono che non c’è servizio al tavolo. I tavoli fuori non sono mai puliti. Purtroppo è comodo per noi perché è vicino a casa nostra. Però su sicuro oggi è l’ultimo giorno che vengo qui. I proprietari possono prendere più personale.

22/07/2025I normally try my best to give good reviews about the restaurant or cafes I try but this one unfortunately failed to deliver the best service and dish. I ordered avocado toast was served without the avocado and the waiter didn’t even bother to take it and change it she just gave it to me on a different plate

17/07/2025Zastavili sme sa tu na kávu a sladkosti; 4 mladé dievčatá ale nikto sa tu neusmieva. Akoby narážali o seba a predbiehali sa, kto viac buchne s riadom. Angličtina biedna. Chýba tu niekto vedúci, kto by im ukázal krásu obsluhovania. Škoda takého skvelého podniku.

17/07/2025The waitress who was behind the counter was playing a game on her mobile. In the end, she told us to sit at a table and said she would come to us. Another waitress came and told us to order at the counter. The first waitress was very unpleasant, even disgusting and confused, bored to death. Very bad service and an unpleasant waitress.

15/07/2025Ordered lasagna from lunch menu, was served cold in the middle. It was really dry and tasteless, sent it back, at least I didn't need to pay for it (it was included in the check at first though). Parmigiana di melanzane was warm, but a bit too fat for my taste. Coffee was good. Summa summarum don't go for the lunch menu.

13/07/2025Nous nous sommes rendu pour prendre un petit déjeuner. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h. Les petits déjeuners sont disponibles uniquement de 9h a 11h30. Ils ont pris 10minutes à nous installer. Voyant la chose venir, nous faisons plusieurs signes à la serveuse pour prendre notre commande. Elle faisait exprès de temporiser pour ne pas venir à notre table. Elle vient à exactement 11h31, en nous disans que malheureusement la carte petit déjeuner n’est plus disponible. Donc assez mauvais accueil.. En dehors de cela, la nourriture est assez bonne 4/5. Mais un prix assez chere.

08/07/2025Turkiyede yediğimiz pizzalardan çok farklı. Mutlaka Farini de pizza yapmanızı tavsiye ederim. Kabaklı, sebzeli ve Margaret seçeneklerini denedik. Çok güzeldi. Bir dilim pizza 4.8 eoru. Cocuklar icin 2 eoruya kruvasanda aldık. Çok beğenildi. Tavsiye ederim

08/07/2025Servizio terribile. Piu di una volta che vado li e mi fanno aspettare 15 min per ordinare- sono stata ferma davanti al cassa e non veniva nessuno. poi altri 15 per un cappuccino e una brioche, che ci mettono 3 min in tabaccheria.

07/07/2025Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The front staff is very rude. The food had no salt in it. Despite us traveling with luggage and a baby, they had 0 consideration and didn’t want to accommodate us inside despite it being hot outside. Also, we ordered toast and butter for the baby. Good thing is they were at least able to accommodate that. Bad news is €8 for toast and butter. Super expensive and terrible service.
