04/06/2026El 29/5 pedí una burger y un helado , no me importa que el helado me lo entreguen junto con la hamburguesa Pero lo que hizo la chica que me atendió (joven de gafas contorno negro) preparó primero mi helado y lo dejo en una bandeja , luego atendió dos pedidos , luego se fue al almacén por una lata de refresco, luego quitó las patatas de la freidora, las escurrió, les puso sal, y las sirvió a las bandejas , y por último me entregó el pedido con el helado ya derritiendose Desde que vi preparar mi helado, le controlé el tiempo hasta que me lo entregó Le reclamé que eso no se hace y me refutó que no se había demorado , le dije el tiempo que se demoró y quería seguir refutando Me fui a la mesa a comer , muy mala atención por su parte El helado casi no tenía crema de fresa, comí algo por encima y lo dejé

28/05/2026Pedí hoy un menú Chicken Sandwich Meal Deal. La carne del centro estaba muy dura, como goma, e incluso tenía partes duras dentro. Creo que puede haber dos posibilidades: o no estaba bien cocinado, o el pollo llevaba demasiado tiempo preparado. He pedido este menú muchas veces y es la primera vez que me pasa algo así, por eso me resultó muy decepcionante y desagradable. También informé a recepción. Me explicó que estaba nervioso y entiendo la situación,tampoco quería discutir. Me gustaba venir a esta tienda porque me encanta esta hamburguesa, pero después de esta experiencia probablemente no volveré. Esta es solo mi opinión personal, podéis tomarla como referencia.

12/05/2026Primer y unico restaurante de la famosa marca de comida rapida Filipina JolliBee, situada en la calle Arenal cerca de la puerta del Sol. Su expecialidad radica en ofrecer comida de pollo frito , porciones , hamburguesas acompañados de su salsa Gravy etc. Y su exito consiste en ofrecee tambien raciones de arroz , indispensable en el mundo asiatico, y espaguetis de harina de trigo con salchicas y tomate con un toque dulce que son un super exito. Tambien muy recomendable el pastelito de Mango Pie. La limpieza del local y las mesas deberia ser mas esmerada

10/05/2026Llevo varios años visitando el Jollibee de Arenal desde que abrieron en 2021 y la verdad que esta en su mejor momento. A lo largo de los años han ido introduciendo nuevos productos pensados en el consumidor europeo pero a la vez manteniendo sus platos insignia. El tema de la limpieza al ser un restaurante de comida rápida y en pleno centro de Madrid es normal que no siempre este limpio, pero en hora valle esta bastante limpio. Algo a destacar es que tienen lavabos y gel sanitario por el restaurante para lavarte las manos por lo que se nota que cuidan mucho la higiene. Respecto al personal: muy buena atención y profesionalidad por parte del equipo de Jollibee sobretodo de Vanessa que me ha atendido de forma muy amable y profesional. Como unica sugerencia estaría guay que en un futuro pusieran el helado de Ube que tienen en Jollibee UK

03/05/2026CUIDADO MUJERES ME ACOSO UN INDIGENTE Estaba comiendo con una amiga cuándo llega un Señor pidiendo monedas le dijimos que no pero no seguí insistiendo que le diéramos monedas y le diéramos monedas de una manera invasiva Son un grupo de 3 o 4 personas qué entran en grupo a molestar a la gente y pedir monedas uno se empiezan arriba y otros en la planta baja es muy molesto Me senti acosada en menos de 30 minutos los 4 vienen a molestarte y siempre fingen estar embarazadas (barrigas de tela)

03/05/2026Lo malo es que entran muchos habitantes de calle, indigentes, gente que piden monedas a molestar a las personas (por ejemplo hay una señora que lleva 18 meses de embarazo y siempre pide monedas) y te obligan practicamente a darles monedas Mientras comiamos entraron cinco personas a pedir reiterativos y siempre son los mismos 5

Ordered the chickenjoy and the spaghetti for the taste of home 🤤 Staff is helpful, courteous, and warm (especially Rebbi☺) The only thing about the atmosphere is that the airconditioning was broken...talk about bad timing us. But hopefully theyll fix it soon! Will be back again for sure!

06/06/2026Whenever I wanna taste home, the Philippines, I just go here and I feel so comfortable. I got close to à tita here, who work, named Reby and she is so hospitable and great crew. I love the food here especially the spaghetti and chicken joy.

31/05/2026I am Filipino living in C. Valenciana. I really love eating here every time we go to Madrid. However, aside from it's pretty expensive eating here like their prices are pretty much similar with average resto, I hope they could have meal choices that are almost same in the Philippines such as Chicken rice meal, and Chicken Spag. The Spaghetti a la carte was quite surprising seeing it in very small serving that costs 5.49€. Their spicy chicken is not same like in the PH, it's very very spicy that we weren't able to finish it and it hurt our stomach later on. Lastly, I hope this branch can give chance to Filipinos to work here. I didn't see any Filipinos from their employee here for 4 consecutive days of eating here.

31/05/2026T’was a sunny day. And i was really amazed by the customer service Mr. Danny gave me (he’s the one wearing black long sleeves). The girl who prepared my food forgot to put a gravy on my tray so i ask one of the crew upstair the filipina (she is very kind and smiling) to look after my food as i am going to ask for my gravy. I went to the counter to ask and mr. Danny assist me with a kind and smiling face. He just took a peek of my receipt and said “we’re sorry about that then i left and said thank you and no worries. BUT WAY BACK BEFORE I WAS EXPERIENCING A DIFFERENT KIND OF LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN JOLLIBEE. THERE IS A FILIPINA GIRL AT THE COUNTER WHO’s REALLY ANNOYING. THEY FORGOT TO PUT GRAVY ON MY TRAY AND I ASK HER THAT THEY DIDNT PUT ANY. WHAT SHE DID WAS GIVING ME FACE THAT SEEMS LIKE I LIED ABOUT THAT GRAVY. THEN SHE GAVE ME A GRAVY BUT SHE JUST THROW RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU THAT SEEMS LIKE SHE DOESN’t WANT TO GIVE YOU. NEXT TIME IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE COUNTER I DONT KNOW WHAT SHES GOING THROUGH BUT SHE DONT NEED TO BRING HER BAD MOOD IN WORK. Anyhow, i like to say thank you to Mr. Danny and the girl who is cleaning upstairs.

30/05/2026TO WHOEVER RUNS JOLLIBEE MADRID Really sad how Jollibee Madrid is. Lacks the Filipino touch of hospitality. Simple things such as spoons, forks, etc always has to be asked and not just given right away even tho it’s obvious that the certain meal needs cutlery to be eaten. 😅 having Jollibee in Madrid would have also been a good way of promoting Filipino music, instead endless foreign artists such as koreans, etc are being played. What kind of ambiance is that? Filipino fast food but foreign music. Service is slow. Cleanliness is worst. It’s as if it has been named Jollibee for the hype, but not Jollibee we Filipinos came to love at all. Disappointing.. Mediocre food for a mediocre place.

06/05/2026I went for a vacation in Madrid for 4days and made sure I had a meal of Jollibee every single day! Manager Danielle was so welcoming and attentive to everyone, guests, and tourists like me myself. He speaks really good english and made sure that our orders and food were looked after. Kudos to all staff in Jollibee Madrid, the food is so good taste like home (Philippines). The place is well looked after and clean every single time I pop inside. If I will visit Madrid again, I would visit Jollibee Madrid all over again!

04/05/2026If you’re in Madrid, you should try Jollibee, especially if you’ve been in Spain for a while. It feels nice to have a fast food meal with rice again. It doesn’t taste exactly like Jollibee in the Philippines. The burger steak is really good, but the chicken is a bit different and not as big as Chickenjoy. The spaghetti is good too, not as sweet as back home but still similar. The staff are really nice. The only thing I didn’t like is that they serve the food on very small plates, so it’s not that comfortable to eat there. But overall, it’s still worth trying.
