10/06/2026Fui a comer con unos amigos a Zenith calle Valverde y la atención fue nefasta. Llamaba a los camareros y no nos atendían a pesar de que el local estaba casi vacío. La situación llegó a tal punto que solicitamos hablar con el manager y este nunca nos atendió tampoco. Preguntamos por él y nos indicó que era un chico con bigote y pendientes. Los camareros me dijeron que este encargado nos atendería y nunca se presentó ante nosotros. Al final nos fuimos del restaurante sin ser atendida nuestra queja. Un absoluto desastre la experiencia aquí. No volveremos.

10/06/2026Muy mala experiencia. Tuve que llamar varias veces para que me atendieran y nadie parecía interesado en hacerlo, a pesar de que el restaurante no estaba lleno. Incluso pedí hablar con el encargado; el mesero me señaló a un joven con bigote que estaba en la barra, pero nunca se acercó a mi mesa ni mostró interés en escuchar mi queja. Además, me sirvieron un plato frío que no pude comer y, aun así, me lo cobraron. Terminé pagando más de 20 € por una comida que no disfruté y por un servicio claramente deficiente. La falta de atención al cliente y la indiferencia del personal hicieron que esta fuera una experiencia muy decepcionante. No volveré.

09/06/2026El desayuno estaba muy salado y con una cantidad de mezcla de condimentos que lo hacían totalmente incomible. Le dije al encargado, y me lo cambió, me pidió que elija otra cosa y listo, me cobraron sólo una tostada con huevos revueltos (lo segundo que pedí), pero tampoco volvería. La atención del personal bien, la camarera muy amable. Música demasiado fuerte, aunque el lugar es lindo.

Todo lo que probamos estaba exquisito, con ingredientes de primera calidad y una presentación impecable. El servicio fue sumamente amable y el ambiente te invita a quedarte más tiempo. Sin duda, un lugar de visita obligada en Madrid. ¡Repetiremos seguro!

11/06/2026I came here and ordered the bacon and egg bagel and asked to substitute the bacon for the smoked tofu the waiter said yes. When I went to pay it was a 3.50 up charge for the smoked tofu. On the add on charges on the menu bacon is priced at 3 and smoked tofu at 3.5. I said I asked to substitute and it should only be a .50 up charge but I was charged 3.5 which made a 12 euro bagel 15.5. I should not have been charged for bacon I did not eat. The food was really good but I should have been told that it would be extra when I ordered.

07/06/2026طلبنا (Egg Benedict) بخبز الفحم والساوردو، بشكل عام ما كان فيه طعم أبدا، تحسن مع الملح، ظهرت ريحة البيض أول ما وصل الطلب لكن ما كان فيه طعم بيض وقت الأكل. الخدمة كانت جيدة، المكان مزدحم وصوت الموسيقى عالي.

30/05/2026Das Essen war optisch und geschmacklich bombastisch. Die Preise waren sehr hoch aber da die Qualität stimmte war es für uns absolut in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend, wir hatten das Glück vorne zu sitzen, hinten im Lokal war es eher eng, kühl und nicht mehr ganz so ansprechend.
