We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-May, and we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The lobby area is big, so there’s plenty of space to sit and hang out before going to your room (when it’s ready). The hotel is very modern and bright, and we liked the different tones of tan and browns used throughout the building. Things we loved about this hotel: Location - located in central Rome, approx.. 15-minutes walk from the Colosseum. There are plenty of cafes, gelaterias, and restaurants nearby (though you may need to navigate some stairs and walk up/downhill). There’s also a special parking/pickup/drop-off area right outside the hotel, so it’s convenient to get a taxi or Uber. You’ll also find a tiny supermarket up the street. Cleanliness – I’d like to give a kudos/shoutout to the lovely cleaning lady on the 3rd floor who cleaned the rooms in the 320s around May 11th. She works so hard, and she’s so pleasant. Our room and the public and dining areas are very clean and neat. Our room – we booked the recently renovated Classic Executive room. Soundproofing is decent, though sometimes you hear neighbours slamming doors or wrestling with luggage at different times of the night. Temperature control was controllable – at first it was cold, but we learned to adjust the strength of the fan along with the temperature, so it was nice and cool during the day, and cozy warm at night. If you find it too cold, the hotel staff will also lend you a space heater. The room has a kettle and espresso machine. There’s a stocked minibar (which we didn’t use); unfortunately there’s no space to store your own drinks in there. The hotel provides free bottled water on arrival day. Lighting is excellent – this was the brightest (adjustable lighting) room we ever stayed in. The lighting in the bathroom was super bright, as the mirrors also lit up. There’s also plenty of storage. We enjoyed watching the giant TV. We were satisfied with the cleanliness – no dust or dirt, and glad there’s no carpet! The bathroom – the double sinks were a great feature, and this was one of few hotels that provided a separate holder for the toothbrush/toothpaste. There are plenty of towels (including face towels). Shower was excellent – the tiles are non-slip, the shower gel/shampoo smelled great, and we loved the water pressure and steady temperature. The shower door swings both ways so you don’t have to worry about dripping onto the bathmat. Wifi was fast, easy to connect upon check-in. Service staff – the reception staff (extra kudos to Izabella!), the gentlemen/security at the front entrance, the servers at the bar/buffet/restaurant, and cleaning staff were all friendly, courteous, and lovely to deal with. The hotel staff are also responsive via email, as we emailed a couple of times prior to our arrival. Thank you! Dining – our stay included breakfast (the handmade cappucinos, fresh brewed coffee, and pancakes were highlights!), and there’s plenty to eat (breads, cakes, fruits, cooked veggies, eggs, cold cuts, yogurts). The hotel bar is a great place to relax whilst waiting for your room be ready, and the staff never rush you. The shakerato was a bit expensive (8 euro), but the caffe lattes and snacks were reasonably priced for a hotel. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner (Le Spighe), which I’ll do a separate review for, but we recommend dining there! A minor con: Entrance has stairs – I think they had a movable platform for those who need wheelchair access, but for those with limited mobility, navigating the steps at the entrance without a railing may be a minor challenge and inconvenience. The hotel makes up for this with their security staff helping you go up or down, and they also carry your luggage for you. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic! What a great location, the Colosseum is practically next door. Clean and comfortable rooms, I slept like a baby. The staff is friendly warm and kind. They were up and beyond the call of duty. Walking around at night is safe, and there is so much to do. Great restaurants and shops everywhere. Can't wait to go back!

This is a superb hotel. Staff are great, refurbished rooms, at least ours, is great. If I had a criticism then I would say the bed was too big for the room as this was quite limiting on floor space, a smaller bed would have given potential to have two small chairs rather than the one we had. All really good. BUT tainted at checkout unfortunately. We knew about the €7.50 each per night tourist tax, we all hate tax, but fair play, you have to pay so was surprised to find that an expected end of stay bill had gone up from €75 tax by an additional €102 ‘tip’ for hotel services. I declined, the cheek of it! We tipped as we went along €5 to be shown to our room and have bags delivered, the maid got a daily tip as did the bar staff. The hotel did nothing for us other than have a boiler failure for a couple of hours one evening, which was actually rather inconvenient. The hotel is lovely and comfortable and in a great location and despite feeling a little disappointed over the ‘tip’ being assumed I would recommend it as a base. Just check your bill before putting your card in the machine.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of Monti. The hotel offers both older and renovated rooms — while the older rooms are comfortable, the renovated ones are especially beautiful and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pamela for her kindness and professionalism. The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk to the Colosseum and around 12 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, making it perfect for exploring Rome’s historic center. The only small suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily stay again!

We stayed for four nights at this hotel. We were seeing some mixed reviews and I think I know why after staying there. There seems to be both fully updated and renovated rooms in addition to older run down rooms. We had one of the more tired rooms on the second floor. Lots of noise through the adjoining room door even though the guest was quiet, every cough and sneeze carried through. Almost no noise from the street though which was lovely. Bathroom shower was one of those swinging Euro ones that is almost impossible to keep water off the floor. Air conditioner was pretty weak and would occasionally make squeeling noises at night. Settled down by the last night though. The service is terrific though, everyone from the front desk to the cleaners and breakfast staff were amazing. Kept the room very clean with both a cleaning and turndown service everyday. We never told them it was birthday trip but one of the staff must have noticed on our paperwork and made the day particularly special. Very well done. The breakfast was terrific, a great spread and well stocked. We liked the later finish time for sleeping in and really enjoyed stocking up before exploring. Everything is very close the location is terrific for exploring the amazing sights of Rome. Stick to the renovated rooms and you can't go wrong.

We have stayed here for 5 nights. It was perfect. In the time before we arrived i had contact with them , they answerd quickley and friendly. We got a room on the sixth floor. It was just renovated. A very spacious room, a luxury bed, a very nice luxuary bathroom with two washbins next to eachother. There was a separate toillet, very nice. The breakfast was beyond expectations. So many choices of fresh warm and cold food. The colloseum is just one street away. You can see all highlights by foot. We definitly will come back.

Rooms were fantastic, service was great, company itself was deceptive. Just know you will be charged extra for bringing a guest back to your room, much more extra. They claim it's for "extra amenities or work provided to the room" for the guest. There are no extras given to the room, it's the same exact provisions as if you were alone. They're not upfront about this when booking, and the additional charges are about 38 euro per night. This is a slimy money grab tactic and they will not be getting my business again.

Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Pamela, Pierpaolo, Tatiana, and the entire team. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Even when minor issues arose, their professionalism and genuine care turned everything into a positive experience. The location is also absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby. Their attention to detail made a lasting impression on both my wife and me. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

We were lucky to receive a room upgrade. The hotel seems to be undergoing a complete remodeling as we have seen several parts newly renewed and others under construction. The newly renovated room we stayed at was on par with well regarded international 4 Star Hotel chains. The staff was very attentive. I would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointing stay – unacceptable conditions and lack of transparency Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and ultimately ruined our trip. On arrival, we were not provided with a map or any useful orientation information (despite noticing a few days later other guest on arrival receiving this). More importantly, we were given no warning whatsoever that major building works were taking place during our stay. We arrived on Sunday 29th March, and at that time there was no visible work happening, so we had no indication of what was to come. The issues began immediately. The bar was not open or ready when we arrived at 12:00, despite signage stating it should open at 10:00, and it did not appear to be fully operational. After checking into our room at 14:00, we attempted to rest after a long day of travelling, but were repeatedly woken by the in-room telephone loudly activating and playing a tune on its own (we had no idea at the time of the cause of this). The room itself was freezing cold, with heating that only blew cold air. That evening, upon returning to the hotel, we found the lifts were not working and had to walk multiple flights of stairs—this was particularly difficult due to my disabilities. Overnight, the situation worsened significantly. There were repeated power cuts throughout the night, each time triggering the phone to turn on and blast the loud tune (same one from earlier in the day), waking us repeatedly. The corridors were left in complete darkness during these outages, which felt unsafe. I also rely on a CPAP sleep apnea machine for sleeping, and the power cuts caused me to wake up choking several times. After an already sleepless night, we were woken again around 7:00am by builders setting up, followed by loud drilling and banging directly above our room from 7:30am onwards—it sounded as though they were coming through the ceiling. We reported all of this to reception, including the heating failure, noise, power cuts, lift issues, and my medical needs. The staff appeared surprised about the building works and even asked if we had been informed, which we had not—neither by the hotel nor the booking provider, BA. Despite being told the manager would follow up, we heard nothing. The next morning, the same early noise disruption occurred. When we spoke to staff again, the manager eventually attended, again appearing surprised about the location of the works. He offered a heater but provided no real explanation about the power cuts, simply stating “it’s sorted.” The heater provided was a very small electric fan heater, completely inadequate for the size and temperature of the room. Later, we were given a cheap bottle of wine as an apology, which was inappropriate as we do not drink wine and did nothing to compensate for the ongoing issues. We later discovered that the entire floor above us—and rooms adjacent to ours—were undergoing renovation. This meant we were surrounded by building works. Meanwhile, newer renovated floors in the hotel were clearly available and looked significantly better, yet we were placed in an outdated room despite paying the same rate. We have since seen reviews from other guests stating they received welcome hampers due to the building work, which we were not informed about the building works and nor were we offered hampers for any building works. To add to this, a newly completed bar area only became visible on our final evening, having previously been hidden behind curtains concealing the ongoing work near reception. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor room conditions, constant disruptions, and inadequate response from staff made it impossible to relax or enjoy our stay. As someone with disabilities, access (lifts), rest, and basic comfort are essential, and all of these were compromised. This experience left us more exhausted than when we arrived and completely impacted our enjoyment of our trip. This is not an acceptable standard for any hotel, and certainly not for one charging full rates during major refurbishment works.

I booked the Grand Hotel Palatino for a three night stay with my son while visiting Rome. We confirmed a car service directly with them for ease of taking us to the hotel. At first I did not see our driver, but I called the hotel and spoke with Cristaleth (sorry, i am sure I mispelled her name) She was able to confirm my driver was on location and we then found him. He was wonderful and very helpful after our long journey. We arrived at our hotel and once we met the staff, everyone was very helpful with our bags and very friendly. Cristaleth got us squared away with check-in and we got settled in our room. Our room was large and comfortable. My only issue was the room was a little cold. I think the section of the hotel we were staying in was being renovated. They provided us with a welcome gift and we were happy to venture out to enjoy Rome. You are two blocks away from the colosseum, so many great shops to eat and shop. We enjoyed breakfast which was included in our stay. The host for breakfast was also very friendly. It was buffet style and everything was very tasty; the coffee was delicious. We felt safe and everyone was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

I booked the FH55 Palatino for my mother and me for five nights in March. The hotel is perfectly located in Monti, just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and the archeological zone. The staff at the Palatino is incredible. They're all very warm and helpful. Especially the front desk staff. Chrisdeth has been an absolute angel. And Siria is so patient and sweet. We've really appreciated the work of all the staff, including the lovely restaurant staff. Both the breakfast staff and the dinner service staff are wonderful. Our room was comfortable and clean. They even upgraded our room for free. The hotel amenities and services were top-notch. They offer a clothes-cleaning service; it's a little pricey but well worth it. My clothes are like new. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. And that is coming from my mother, who can be hard to please.

Location - great! Breakfast - great! Room - beautiful room, with no a/c. It was so hot in the room that we had to leave the balcony doors open, and it still didn't cool the room down enough. Because the doors were opened all night the street noise was unbearable and we never got a good night's sleep. The tub stopper tldidnt work so we couldn't take a relaxing bath after walking all day. The toilet door didn't close because it was off the track. The bedroom door was very difficult to close and even more difficult to open once it was closed. The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the pillows could be much better. Only giving a 2 star based on breakfast and location.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Palatino for 3 nights in February 26. We arrived 30 minutes early and were allowed to check in which was great. The hotel is undergoing a renovation at the moment and will last about a month. The noise was not too bad and never before 8am. The road noise was quite loud, during the morning, but you are in a city location so we would expect that. However the road was so quiet during the night and early morning. The staff were so nice and helpful, they gave us recommendations of restaurants. The location of the hotel was very good, 5 mins from the colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall the hotel was lovely and clean would I stay there again ?? Yes I would!

Best location to go walking everywhere. Room was incredible big and convenient, we had luck and we got one of the ones in the 4th floor that was renewed and the design was perfect; also very good from the entertaining perspective as the smart tv had chromecast. Bed and pillows are great, even you have a pillow menu in case you want other choices. Breakfast buffet was awesome, good quality and variety. 4 star classification should not be accurate, its a 4+, pretty close to 5 one.

Our stay at FH55 Grand Hotel Palatino was absolutely amazing! ✨ A truly luxurious hotel with all the comforts you could wish for. At the reception, we were given an incredible complimentary upgrade to a stunning room with a city view — it was such a pleasant surprise. The windows were perfectly soundproof, we couldn’t hear anything from outside at all, which is extremely important for a relaxing holiday. We were also delighted by the complimentary treats brought to our room: chocolate, mineral water, and a lovely souvenir postcard — such a thoughtful touch. Special thanks to the receptionist who made our stay even more memorable. Unfortunately, we don’t remember her name, but she was of Asian appearance and greeted us with the warmest smile throughout — we are truly grateful to her for the wonderful emotions she gave us 👍🏼 The restaurant deserves special recognition as well: polite and attentive staff, delicious food, a great atmosphere, and top-level service. Everything was absolutely perfect! We would happily return to this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. 🌟

Rooms were large, airy and clean. Shower was powerful and never ran out of hot water. Gym was small but reasonably equipped. Walking distance to the colosseum and other historical stuff. Didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on food, but the bar manager was very nice when we had a drink

AVOID AT ALL COST - BEDBUGS As much as this hotel is in a stellar location, the room had BEDBUGS and though the staff relocated us to another room, they filled the room in question with another guest within the hour. It would be another situation if the staff could not confirm whether there were bedbugs but we had shown the staff a bug that we had killed in the room that visually resembled a bedbug, complete with a splatter of blood that it was feeding on. Clearly the staff did not take the situation seriously and puts their patrons at risk.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is absolutely perfect — just a 3-minute walk from the Colosseum, right next to a metro station, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants all around. It is incredibly easy to reach all the main attractions, which makes it an ideal choice for sightseeing. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It had everything we needed, and the level of cleanliness and comfort was outstanding. The staff deserves special praise. Everyone was extremely kind and professional, from the reception team to the gentlemen who assist guests with luggage and open the doors. Their friendliness and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome. The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant, which was very convenient for us. The suite apartment was excellent and absolutely worth the money. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped, offering a high level of comfort and privacy. Staying in the suite truly elevated our entire experience. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Pamela. Her kindness, hospitality, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. She is always ready to help immediately with anything needed, making sure everything runs perfectly. Her professionalism and warm attitude made a big difference during our stay. Overall rating: 10/10. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Brilliant hotel, fantastic service and an unbeatable location right next to the Colosseum and many other major attractions. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, and the rooms were absolutely immaculate. Most importantly, the service was exquisite. From arranging taxis to fulfilling general requests, the staff genuinely went above and beyond at every opportunity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Breakfast was slightly limited compared to some other hotels, but everything was fresh and made with good-quality ingredients. We also tried dinner once, which we didn’t enjoy as much as breakfast. The bar/restaurant was very quiet, with only two tables, including us. On this occassion my drinks were forgotten and charged, but the mistake was corrected promptly when pointed out. Still, I’m really nitpicking. I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime. One small point to note is accessibility: there are steps at the entrance and no wheelchair or buggy ramp. However, every time staff saw us with the buggy, the door or floor staff immediately came over to help. Which again speaks volumes about their service.

And to top it off, they prepared an incredible Italian buffet breakfast. Incredible and delicious. In addition the location worked out extremely well for us. We walked a lot to and from the historical spots and dinner with friends. Great hotel. I would gladly stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. When we arrived they told us that we had an upgrade to a room on the 8th floor with a fantastic view, they weren't wrong about the view. The suite was super comfortable and quiet. Excellent sized bathroom. The room was serviced everyday to a very high standard. We used the concierge service, he was very efficient, helpful and friendly. All staff we came into contact with were very polite and attentive. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was the best food we had on our stay. Again service was first class. Location was excellent just a 5 minute walk from the Colleuseum, close to interesting shops and a wide variety of places to eat.

We visited Rome in November and had a fabulous three night stay at FH55 Grand Palatino. From the very warm welcome on arrival (thank you Cristiano), to the morning hellos at breakfast from the wonderful waiter (who always remembered our coffee order and brought it without us even asking! – but embarrassingly I can’t remember his name but he always had a smile) and the team in the lobby, everyone was really friendly and made our stay memorable. Breakfast was incredible. Lots of fresh fruit, fresh blended juices and a real mix of hot cooked breakfast, cereals and pastries (and even cake!). I’d go back for the breakfast alone! And of course, the location is perfect for an easy stroll to the colosseum and Forum and lots of great restaurants all within easy walking distance. Absolutely recommended.

Останавливались в этом отеле в то время когда тыс производился ремонт, о котором нас не предупредили. В результате было невозможно отдыхать, так как работы по сверлению начинались в семь утра. На нашу жалобу отреагировал менеджмент отеля, предложив вернуть деньги, однако это был обман в надежде, что мы удалим негативный отзыв. Об удалении негативного отзыва к нам напрямую несколько раз обращались представители менеджмента отеля, но деньги они так и не вернули, обманщики.

Serviço atencioso com água de cortesia, abertura de cama e reposição de água à noite, funcionários extremamente atenciosos. A localização é ótima, muito próximo do Coliseu. Café da manhã bem variado e com tudo delicioso, uma maravilhosa surpresa na nossa viagem.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte dort. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Angestellten äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Es war uns möglich, unser Zimmer etwas früher zu beziehen und auch später auszuchecken, da unser Flug erst am späten Nachmittag stattfand. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wir konnten alles fußläufig erreichen, außer den Vatikan. Nossa estadia foi muito boa. Os quartos eram da parte reformada, então tudo estava muito novo e de bom gosto. As opções no café da manhã eram variadas e boas. O destaque fica para os funcionários sempre muito educados e solícitos, em especial o Vicenzo! Por estarem ainda em reformas o nosso andar (3) tinha muito pó. A localização é boa, a poucos metros da estação Cavour e tbm a uma distância curta do Colisseu. Recomendo a estadia nesse hotel!

Unser Aufenthalt für fünf Nächte im Grand Hotel palatino, war großartig. Das Personal ist nett und unser Zimmer wurde sogar noch Upgradedet. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das beste war aber das Frühstück, es war überwältigend. Das einzige, was es nicht gab, war Nutella, die mir dann aber fort gebracht wurde, auch an den anderen Tagen ohne Aufforderung. Vielen Dank an Vincenzo, der das echt super gemacht hat sehr sympathisch und kompetent. Außerdem hat das Hotel eine super Lage. Hat mich echt gefreut bei euch zu sein.😃😃😃

Der Strom fällt ca. 20 mal am Abend aus. Es ist schrecklich. Wie im Horror- Haus. Neulich ging eine Stunde der Feueralarm. Und alles immer abends. Das ist für uns der vierte Abend in Folge. Ist der Strom wieder da, klingelt jedes Mal das Telefon und die Lichter gehen in den Zimmern an. Man kann nicht schlafen, weil man immer wieder hochschreckt.

Les chambres sont vieillissantes et ne ressemble absolument pas aux images montrées sur le site de réservation (Opodo). Déception à l’arrivée. Pas une douche mais une baignoire vieillotte qui fuyait sur le sol dès l’utilisation. De plus, beaucoup de bruits entre les chambres et sur la rue. Je n’y retournerais pas. Nos hemos alojado 4 noches en el hotel con desayuno mi marido, mi hijo de 10 años y yo. Nos ha encantado. Habitación en la planta 8 con balcón súper agradable y muy bien equipada destacando las camas grandes y cómodas. El personas súper amable nos ha ayudado mucho y la ubicación inmejorable para visitar la ciudad en 3-4 días andando. La cercanía del coliseo también es a destacar, nos íbamos a pasear y verlo al atardecer. Desayuno rico y saludable con fur rutas y zumos riquísimos y dulces también para caprichos. Café también muy rico lo que valoramos especialmente. Lo recomendamos mucho!

שהינו במלון מספר לילות והחוויה הייתה מצוינת. המלון עמד בכל הציפיות שלנו ואף מעבר לכך. הצוות היה אדיב, נדיב וקשוב לכל בקשה, וסייע לנו מעל ומעבר לאורך כל השהות. בנוסף, שודרגנו וקיבלנו חדר גדול יותר ומרווח ללא עלות. המיקום של המלון מצוין - פחות מ־10 דקות הליכה מהקולוסיאום. בנוסף, סמוך למלון נמצאת תחנת מטרו שממנה ניתן להגיע בתוך תחנה אחת בלבד לתחנת טרמיני המרכזית. גם חדר האוכל היה מגוון ומספק, ואפילו למי שמקפיד על אוכל כשר ניתן למצוא אפשרויות מתאימות. עם זאת - בחלק מהחדרים אין מזגן, ובשעות שבהן הרחוב בחוץ עמוס יותר אפשר לשמוע מעט רעש בתוך החדר. למרות זאת, זה לא משהו שפגע בחוויה הכוללת שלנו במלון

Doskonały pobyt w Rzymie – gorąco polecam! Spędziliśmy naprawdę cudowny tydzień w tym hotelu w Rzymie. Od samego początku poziom obsługi był znakomity. Personel recepcji był niezwykle profesjonalny, gościnny i zawsze gotowy do pomocy w każdej sprawie. Personel restauracji był równie troskliwy i miły, tworząc każdego ranka bardzo przyjemną atmosferę podczas posiłków. Chcielibyśmy również podkreślić pracę personelu sprzątającego – pokoje były nieskazitelnie czyste, ręczniki zmieniane codziennie, a obsługa zwracała uwagę na najdrobniejsze szczegóły. Wybór śniadań był odpowiedni, oferował wybór dań w stylu europejskim. Szczególnie miłym akcentem była dostępność świeżo wyciskanych soków. Lokalizacja hotelu jest kolejną ważną zaletą. Jest idealnie położony, oferując łatwy dostęp do najważniejszych atrakcji Rzymu. Wiele z nich znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru (Kolosem, Palatyn, itd.). Mogliśmy zwiedzać miasto prawie wyłącznie pieszo. Nawet Watykan okazał się osiągalny spacerem (około 45 minut). Bardzo miłą niespodzianką było bezpłatne podwyższenie standardu pokoju, co sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej komfortowy i wyjątkowy. Dodatkowo doceniam możliwość pozostawienia bagażu zarówno przed zameldowaniem, jak i po wymeldowaniu. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel w pełni zasługuje na bardzo pozytywną recenzję. To, co naprawdę wyróżnia ten hotel, to nie tylko doskonały standard i lokalizacja, ale przede wszystkim przyjazna atmosfera i prawdziwa pomocność całego personelu. Chętnie tam wrócimy i gorąco polecamy go wszystkim odwiedzającym Rzym. Rafal z rodziną!

Spędziłem w tym hotelu przemiłe chwile. Mimo rezerwacji klasycznego pokoju, obsługa podwyższyła standard do wersji delux, bez dodatkowych opłat. W pokoju czekał na nas znakomity poczęstunek w postaci butelki szampana oraz owoców i słodyczy. Standard zakwaterowania wyśmienity, obsługa od drzwi wejściowych znakomita. Uśmiechnięci i nadzwyczaj uprzejmi pracownicy hotelu. Trwające prace modernizacyjne w żaden sposób nie zakłócały pobytu. Natomiast lokalizacja jest wręcz perfekcyjna. Colosseum w 5 minut. Pozostałe największe atrakcje Rzymu w zasięgu spaceru włącznie z Watykanem (ok 1 godziny spacerem). Serdecznie polecam i sam z pewnością tu wrócę :)

כל העובדים במלון מאוד שירותיים ונעימים. גם בקבלה, גם עובדי הנקיון, גם בחדר האוכל וגם בכניסה. צוות נהדר החדרים מרווחים מאוד, מודרנים, נקיים ומעוצבים היטב. המיטה מאוד נוחה וכריות מאוד נוחות. טלוויזיה חכמה בחדר, כספת, ארון ומיני בר. כשהחלון נסגר יש בידוד טוב לרעש מהרחוב. שירותים ומקלחת מבריקים מנקיון, מעוצבים ומאובזרים מאוד. המיקום מצויין, כמה דקות הליכה לקולוסיאום, וכרבע שעה לויה דל קורסו. רחוב נעים ורחב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טרייה מאוד והכילה בין ביתר: מיץ תפוזים סחוט טרי, פירות טריים חתוכים, ריבות וממרחים עם מגוון לחמים טוב. סך הכל, ארוחת בוקר טובה. קיבלו את פנינו עם פירות טריים חתוכים בחדר אחד, ושמפנייה בחדר השני. במהלך כל השהות קיבלנו בקבוקי מים חינם. שירות חדרים מצויין, הגיעו מהר וטיפלו בכל בעיה. נשמח לחזור בביקור הבא שלנו ברומא.

Ficamos 3 noites no Hotel Palatino, de 03 a 06/2/2026. O hotel foi totalmente reformado e está excelente. Conhecemos esse hotel há mais de vinte anos e, apesar de sempre ser bom agora nos surpreendeu. Os quartos e banheiros foram reformados e redecorados. O café da manhã excelente. O restaurante e o bar igualmente foram reformados e, atendem muitíssimo bem. Amamos nossa estadia no Hotel Palatino.

En primer lugar por su magnífica ubicación, a pocas cuadras de Coliseo, Forum, y del imponente Vitoriano y de uno de los templos mas Hermosos de Roma, como Santa Maria de la Mayore, donde descansando los restos de Nuestro Papa Francisco. Como asi también lleno de resto, bares, pizza rías y de todo para no moverte lejos del Palatino Gran Hotel. Quiero destacar además el Trato de todo el Personal, en mi Caso el de Celeste y Crisdeth quienes con su Trato y buena predisposición para el huésped es un 10. Además el magnífico Viccenzo quien es el encargado del Restaurante del hotel, siempre con buena onda y atento a todo. Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel Grand Palatino di Roma per una settimana. È davvero un hotel in cui vale la pena alloggiare. Siamo stati accolti in modo molto cordiale e, nonostante la differenza linguistica (essendo noi argentini), è stato molto facile comunicare grazie alla grande predisposizione del personale. ​In particolare, vorremmo sottolineare la gentilezza di Crisdeth e Celeste, sempre sorridenti e molto efficaci nel loro lavoro, e anche il lavoro di Vincenzo, il responsabile del ristorante, che si è messo a nostra completa disposizione in ogni momento. Ringraziamo inoltre la gestione di Pamela, la Direttrice, che è stata presente per ogni nostra esigenza. ​Per quanto riguarda l'hotel e i suoi servizi, le camere sono favolose, arredate in modo squisito e dotate di tutto ciò di cui un ospite potrebbe aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. La colazione è magnifica: non manca nulla, è davvero completa e di alta categoria. Il ristorante è eccellente e l'attenzione dei camerieri è estremamente premurosa. Inoltre, l'hotel dispone di una palestra molto completa e spaziosa, il che, per chi pratica sport, è un dettaglio non da poco. ​Infine, la posizione è davvero imbattibile: in un raggio di 500 metri si trovano il Colosseo, il Foro Romano e il magnifico Vittoriano. Inoltre, il Vaticano e la Fontana di Trevi sono raggiungibili a piedi. ​Se sei un viaggiatore esigente, questo è senza dubbio l'hotel che devi scegliere. Merita davvero un punteggio di 11/10. Wir waren für vier Nächten im Hotel Palatino und waren begeistert! Vorab haben wir bei der Buchung drauf geachtet, dass das Zimmer eins der renovierten ist. Man merkt dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber dennoch qualitativ sehr gut ausgestattet. Schade sind kleine Dinge, die nicht viel Aufwand erfordern würden, aber einiges ausmachen würden. Im Badezimmer ist der Lichtschalter schon in die Jahre gekommen und hat Farbflecken vom streichen. Der Teppich auf dem Gang gehört mal ausgetauscht. Dennoch waren wir wirklich begeistert vom Hotel. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service! Vom Concierge bis zum Service Personal und auch die Reinigungskräfte sind alle sehr zuvorkommend. Wüsste man nicht, dass es ein vier Sterne Hotel ist, könnte man auch denken es hätte fünf Sterne. Als sehr positiv empfanden wir auch, dass jeden Abend nochmals pro Person eine Flasche Wasser gebracht worden ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet auch eine große Auswahl. Schade, dass es nicht täglich den Ricotta gab! 😂 Auch war das Hotel sehr aufmerksam was meinen Geburtstag anging. Die Lage ist unschlagbar mit der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Colloseum und auch ca 20 Minuten zu weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Trevi Brunnen, Pantheon, Spanische Treppe etc. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es herzlichst empfehlen!

EFSANE. Çok kez farklı Avrupa şehirlerinde otellerde kaldım ama bu otel temizliği, dekorasyonu, konumu, çalışanlarıyla çok iyiydi. Biz odadan çıktıktan sonra tüm özel ve değerli eşyalarımız odadayken 1 hafta boyunca temizlik yapıldı fakat hiçbir hırsızlık vs olayı yaşamadık. Sadece girişte ufak bi ekstra ücret alındı onun dışında bir sürprizle karşılaşmadık. Her gün odaya ücretsiz su, çay, kahve konuyordu. Bal dök yala kıvamında bir temizlik vardı. Şehrin çok işlek bir caddesinde ama odaya ses gelmiyordu. Odalar soğuk değildi, idealdi. Yakınlarında markette var. Kolezyum’a çok yakın. İspanyol Merdivenleri ve Trevi’ye yürüme mesafesinde ama zorlananlar için otobüs gerektirebilir.

Nulla da eccepire: staff cortese ed efficiente e gentile. Camera pulita e ampia. Letto comodo con ampia scelta di cuscino. Colazione internazionale con pezzi dolci e scelta di salato.. La posizione è unica: 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e a pochi minuti dal cuore storico di Roma. Suggerito!!

Hotel maravilhoso! Bem localizado e ainda nos deram um upgrade de quarto de graça. O quarto é um luxo, amplo, banheira de hidromassagem, grande com sala de estar, banheiro enorme, água gratuita levada no quarto, sinceramente, nunca fiquei em um hotel assim. Esplêndido!

Nous avons passé un incroyable moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La chambre est remise en ordre à chacune de nos absences. L’accueil est vraiment de grande qualité. Je recommande sincèrement l’hôtel Palatino pour son accueil et son professionnalisme !

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé proche du Colisée. L’accueil est très agréable, d’une grande qualité, accompagnement en chambre avec prise en charge des bagages. Personnel chaleureux et aidant, impression du plan du métro pour les visites, proposition de réservation de taxi. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

מלון ממש יפה.החדר שלנו היה בקומה 7. הרבה זמן לא נתקלתי בחדר כזה יפה , מרווח, עם כל הנוחות שקיימת.פעמיים ביום סדרו את החדר, שמו לנו בערב כפכפים ליד המיטה.המלון האזור מונטי. הוא קרוב לקוליסאום. למרכז לכוןן המזרקה זה רבע שעה הליכה לפחות. מאחורי המלון יש אזור שוקק חיים שרק גילנו ביום האחרון.

Celkově můžu doporučit. Pokoj ve kterém jsme bydleli byl poměrně zvláštní tím, že z něj vedli uzavřené dveře do jiného pokoje a šlo tak vše slyšet, ale na pár nocí Vás to zas tolik neomezí. Dobrá výchozí poloha, snídaně průměrná. Milá obsluha v celém hotelu. Nezkoušel jsem veškeré služby, jako je wifi, místní restaurace, nebo bar.
