We have just returned from 5 nights at this hotel and would like to leave some key points below for anyone thinking of staying here. 5 star points: * communication from the hotel excellent * amazing location for all main sights * super friendly and helpful staff * decor of the hotel and rooms wonderful. We stayed in a junior corner suite (accessible) * great hotel for anyone who uses a wheelchair, like my husband * fantastic rooftop terrace with amazing views of Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum * lovely touches such as turn down service, and gifts upon arrival and departure Only areas of constructive feedback - breakfast, the only time service was a bit hit and miss. The food from a la carte menu was incredibly small and most of it tasted like it was being microwaved, and lacked taste. Would be much nicer to have Greek yoghurt rather than runny natural yoghurt from a machine that no one could work out how to use! Some pastries were good and tasted fresh, others definitely tasted defrosted. We thought the hotel would be better cutting back on things like a turn down service (that you don't usually get in a 4 star hotel anyway) and put that money towards improving breakfast. Advise anyone staying here to bring ear plugs as there is a lot of road noise but it is central Rome! Overall would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I had high expectations for this hotel given the price point and reputation, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations. The biggest positive is the location—it is centrally located and within close proximity to many major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it very convenient for travelers. We also appreciated the bellhop staff, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were truly one of the highlights of the experience. Unfortunately, the service from the front desk and concierge team was disappointing. Upon arrival, one of the receptionists, Claudia, was particularly rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone from the start. Rather than feeling welcomed as guests, we felt like an inconvenience. The hotel was also generally inflexible and non-accommodating when requests were made. For a luxury hotel charging premium rates, the amenities were underwhelming and did not justify the cost. While we did have a larger room, the overall value simply was not there. The breakfast was especially disappointing, with limited options and poor-quality food that fell far below what one would expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, this is a very expensive hotel with service and amenities that do not match the price. While the location is excellent, there are many other hotels in the same price range that offer far superior concierge services, hospitality, amenities, and overall guest experience. Based on our stay, I would not recommend this property and would choose another hotel on a future visit.

My husband I had a lovely stay here during our honeymoon. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the location is ideal. Additionally the staff was wonderful, particularly working with us when our flight home were cancelled. The rooftop also has such a nice view for drinks. Wanted to particularly shout-out our bartender Benyamin who was just wonderful and also gifted us with a polaroid photo, on the rooftop, to take home with us to remember our trip.

My follow-up to your response! Wow! I can’t believe your unprofessional response. If you read my review clearly you would’ve noticed that I said in the middle of the night I noticed the dark spots because it was on the bottom pillow, there were two pillows on top of that one and I got clarification when I woke up, right before checkout. I cannot believe that you have audacity to blame me, wow such an unprofessional response. There was no hurry to tell the front desk, I told her I wanted to pass it along so she could mention it to the staff! Like I said mistakes are made, people make mistakes but the way it was handled was concerning to me. And the way you respond to my review is also concerning to me. You could’ve offered to credit me the stay at the hotel or you could’ve responded several different ways but your response is to blame me? I brought it up to be helpful! Unbelievable ! You will not be in business long. We recently stayed at H10 Palazzo Galla twice during our trip to Italy. There were many positive aspects to the hotel, but also a few concerns that I feel future guests should be aware of. First, I want to recognize Edwin at the front entrance/guest services area. He was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, welcoming, attentive, and consistently checked on us while we waited for our room. He offered complimentary water and Prosecco, remembered us when we returned for our second stay, and truly made us feel valued as guests. He was one of the highlights of our experience. The hotel itself is in a great location, and the rooftop atmosphere is beautiful. However, there were two situations that left us disappointed. During our first stay, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on one of the pillowcases in our room. At first, in the dark, I thought it was simply a mark or shadow, but in daylight it was clearly visible with both spots and spray patterns. Since this was obviously not from us, it raised concerns about housekeeping and whether the linens had been properly changed. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk at checkout and showed photos, the response was simply an apology with no further follow-up or acknowledgment beyond that. While mistakes can happen anywhere, I expected a more serious response to a cleanliness concern of that nature. The second issue involved the complimentary cocktail vouchers provided as a Silver Member benefit. We intentionally saved our drink vouchers from our first stay to use during our second stay, and we also received an additional set upon returning. When we ordered cocktails from the rooftop menu, we were informed that some drinks were covered while others were not, despite the vouchers simply stating “cocktail.” The explanation was unclear and inconsistent, and the staff member also commented that the front desk often does not explain the vouchers correctly, which created an awkward situation and confusion between departments. Thankfully, my husband had the uncovered drinks charged to the room so we could clarify the charges at checkout. Unfortunately, because we had an early airport departure, the morning front desk employee stated he did not have authority to remove the disputed charges and suggested charging us first and reimbursing us later. We were uncomfortable with that arrangement, especially while trying to leave for the airport, and the matter ultimately remained unresolved. As of now, we also have not received any follow-up communication regarding the issue. Overall, this hotel has many strengths, especially its location and some truly wonderful staff members like Edwin. However, clearer communication regarding guest benefits and more attentive handling of cleanliness and billing concerns would significantly improve the guest experience. Empower the staff that works directly with the hotel guests.

Our flight was delayed, but thankfully the hotel arranged a driver to take us directly from the airport to our tour location, and also helped send our luggage to the hotel first. Their help really saved the day — otherwise we would have completely missed our tour. The hotel location is also excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality!

First night in Rome and what a way to start the trip! 🍷✨ After checking into the hotel, I headed straight to the rooftop bar. The view overlooking Rome’s beautiful skyline, historic rooftops, and glowing city lights was absolutely breathtaking. Sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Eternal City was the perfect way to unwind after a long journey. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, and the service was excellent. A rooftop drink with a view is the perfect way to begin a Roman holiday. Definitely one of the highlights of my first day in Rome! 🇮🇹🍷✨

We stayed here for 3 nights before getting on our cruise ship. We read many reviews and dd used to give this hotel a try and we are glad we did. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room, although much smaller than expected, was very clean and organized. The rooftop bar had amazing views and we enjoyed sitting up there before heading to dinner. One night we were so exhausted we just decided to eat dinner at the hotel and we were very impressed with our pasta dinners, they were incredible!!! If you’re considering booking this hotel I highly recommend it. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to explore, great location!!

The lobby staff greeted us warmly every time we passed through and really made us feel welcome. The bar staff at the rooftop bar and the lobby bar were very friendly and made fantastic drinks. The view from the rooftop is worth the stay in itself. I highly recommend this hotel and am very thankful for its part in our wonderful experience of Rome.

I booked the hotel as a base for our stay in Rome, the location is perfect everything was within walking distance - Colosseum, Trevi, Spanish steps. The staff were helpful and friendly, always a hello or enjoy your day. We had a Superior Roma room which had everything we needed, spacious an well appointed. The only downside, and this is personal preference, the shower was a rain shower with a hand held attachment. I don't like rain showers, they're not for me and there's nowhere to hang the attachment up high. Breakfast was OK, getting served took sometime, even when it was fairly empty, expect to be there 30mins or so, the cooked offering was limited for me, again personal preference, and I didn't find out about the breakfast box until after we had left. We've been to lots of H10 hotels, this one is as we expected - excellent with great staff. If we return to Rome we'd definitely stay again!

I rarely write reviews, but after staying here for over a week with my mom, I wanted to share my experience. Cons: - Front desk / certain staff interactions felt inconsistent, including dismissive communication - When asking for water at the hotel bar, we were dismissed and directed to a “next door bar” outside the hotel in a demeaning manner - Service experience did not match expectations especially as we were very excited after reading such glowing reviews Pros: - Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained w/ rooftop access (photo); close to tourist spots - I want to shoutout Edwin. Edwin was an exceptional staff member who was the only consistent positive in our experience. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with kindness, helped with luggage, and always checked in with care throughout our stay — even volunteering to help take photos for us and helping with our taxi and luggage for departure. Truly, he made a lasting difference in our stay, and I hope this message reaches him. Overall: The property and location itself is nice, but the service experience was inconsistent. Edwin was the clear standout and made a meaningful difference in our stay.

The rooms were good but the air conditioning did not work well. It never got cold enough and we opened the window at night which helped but then we got a lot of street noise. It is back of the Palazza Venezia and we walked to most of the attractions which were around a mile or less. The Vatican was the farthest at 2 miles.

The hotel in itself is superb, the room was perfect in every sense & so very clean. The staff are so polite, helpful & so knowledgable & always there to accommodate you & your needs, with a smile. The hotel is also perfectly situated for the sites. We walked a distance every day but that was our choice, so we didn’t miss anything. The rooftop bar was lovely to sit out for a while in the evenings & admire the beautiful views of Rome & the staff were again very polite & friendly. Outstanding staff, exceptional location, spacious clean rooms. We spent the cost for the VIP experience and we were WOW by the receiving attention. Instead of the front door, the driver drops you off thru the back of the hotel to your own receiving room with champagne, food and dedicated server. They don't let you lift a finger. Luggage to your room, information for anything you need and even a group photo. Ask and you receive. We will always stay at this hotel when we return to Rome.

Had our honeymoon here! Service and the level of class was top notch!! Room was clean and just what we expected for the price point. The rooftop is an amazing feature. Benyamin at the rooftop is super personable and knows how to make great drinks!! Nicole at the front desk was super sweet and got us taxi's very quickly. Edwin at the front, ( bellhop) was fantastic never forgot our names and always acknowledged us. Leonardo in maintenance was super nice! Staff left us a Honeymoon gift in our room which was super thoughtful. The hotels location is probably in the best spot!!

We love this hotel very much, we stayed with them two times so far. The location is very central, you can get to all the main attractions by foot. The breakfast is incredible and the staff is polite and helpful. The highlight is the rooftop bar! Its a must see in rome. Only thing i would add is that 2024 there was no trees on the rooftop which gave you an amazing view of the city. Now in 2026 they added trees which gives a nice flair but sadly blocks the view a little. At least the three front trees i would remove but its a personal decision.

When I first made the reservation, I was worried because there weren't many reviews from Koreans. However, I only regret the time I spent worrying. The hotel was very clean, and the staff's service was perfect. Thanks to them, who are always kind, I was able to spend my schedule in Rome comfortably. And most of Rome's famous tourist attractions, except for the Vatican, were within walking distance, and it was very comfortable to take the bus. Next time I visit Rome again, I will choose this hotel.

The hotel has one of the best terraces in Rome which allows for views in ever direction - the Vatican City to Palantine Hill. One of the best things about the terrace are the wonderful cocktails served by Benyamin. Great service with a smile.

Here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a very central location in the historic center. 5-15 minutes on foot to all the major sites apart from the Vatican (about a 30 minute walk). Hotel and rooms are lovely and clean, a great size for Europe. Lobby bar and hotel bar staff very kind. Benyamin has fun on the only oof and was super kind to us on an unexpectedly cold night.

It was absolutely amazing, my wife and I went for our honeymoon and it has really set the tone for hospitality and cleanliness for any other hotels we stay in while on our trip. They have an amazing breakfast, and a well stocked bar. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking, you can see most of the sights from there. They are very helpful in offering cuisine choices, calling taxis, and navigation. Anytime we visit Rome, this would be the place to stay!

This hotel is a perfect place for visiting any historic sites like Fontana Trevi, Colosseum etc. within walking distance. While my 4-nights staying, even though the room is not big, it was modernized, quiet, clean and relaxing to us. A root top gave us a nice scenery. If I am supposed to be back to Rome, I will definitely stay again. All of staff members treated us very nicely and kindly. I had a great memory in eternal city, thanks to H10 Palazzo Galla.

Para empezar de Palazzo no tiene nada . Es una construcción muy corriente , sin ninguna categoría arquitectónica . Las habitaciones pésimamente insonorizadas , tanto entre sí como especialmente al exterior . Ruido de tráfico intenso y constante . Habitación superior amplia pero con una decoración bastante vulgar . En positivo , su localización céntrica y su terraza con vistas . Servicio correcto.

원래 잘 후기 안남기는데 숙박경험이 너무 좋았어서 남깁니다. 부모님 모시고 2박 투숙했어요. 객실도 청결하고 무엇보다 직원분들이 모두 친절하고 적극적이었습니다. 여기 루프탑뷰가 정말 예술이어서 이 파노라마만 보고가도 로마 여행 다한거나 진배없네요. 다음에 와도 또 묵고 싶어요!

호텔이 깔끔하고 신식이라 좋았어요. 위치도 좋아서 관광지까지 걸어다닐만 했어요. 버스타고 다니기에도 좋구요. 직원분들도 친절합니다. 루프탑 전망이 좋더라구요. 꼭 올라가보세요..👍

Kaldiğimiz H10 Palazzo Galla otelinden çok memnun kaldık! 😊 Her şey tertemiz ve mis gibi kokuyordu. Odamıza bizim için bir hediye bırakmışlar ve gün içinde çeşitli ikramlarla bizi şaşırttılar. Lokasyon olarak Roma’da turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde, konumu çok güzel. Her detay düşünülmüş, tüm çalışanlara içtenlikle teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim; mutlaka deneyimlememiz gereken bir otel!

위치 밑 서비스 친절도 객실상태 매우 굿, 근데 기본 제공되는 물이 너무 석회수여서 별로였다. 나머지는 조식도 괜찮고 뷰도 좋았음

Hôtel impeccable, emplacement central dans Rome, chambres confortables, décoration soignée. Personnel souriant. Le cocktail sur la terrasse roof-top parfait. Bémol, restaurant au rdc sur la rue un peu enfermé, circulation un peu bruyante, heureusement nous n'avions pas notre chambre côté avenue.
