They told us to finish the ice cream that we bought at the same restaurant, outside first then we could enter. This felt a little odd and unwelcoming. But nonetheless the food was really good. The suits they put on are really nice too.

21/05/2026Awesome location, superb service. But Just hype and big NO NO to Food. We ordered risotto and crispy fried rice. Literally it was bland. No taste at all. And Fries for €25 and it was smallest portion (less than McD mini fries). Only 3 dishes costs us €155 without any taste.

19/05/2026We had breakfast at that place. It is visually such a beautiful place opposite of Prada. The food is average, nothing special but the prices are really high. Regarding the location this is understandable. However, the service was the worse in Milano we personally experienced. The woman with the ponytail was in a really bad mood and just annoyed, which is not acceptable especially as you have to pay 10€ per person for table service. If you don’t care about price, quality and service, you can enjoy it but otherwise we would recommend not going there.

06/05/2026This place looks cute but tastes awful. Paid 30 euros for a caprese that consisted of one small ball of mozzarella and 5 cherry tomatoes. They then charged us 10 euros each just to sit at the table. Don’t eat here not worth it, expensive and food is mediocre.

03/05/2026We visited Savini Milano for lunch. Great environment in the city center right in the galleria. Atmosphere is indeed top notch and the service was ok. Now, about the food its something else. We saw at the entrance they offer pizza so we went in. Our order was rejected and said they don't have it... ok fine... then we asked for diatariy preferences (vegetarian) and you are offered basically pasta or rizzoto for 40 EUR. Greatly disappointed. Small portions, nothing special flavour. The on top of that ... coperto 10 EUR per person.... and 10 EUR for an espresso that is way too much for what you are getting. The location saved the rating, else it would have been 2 stars!

30/04/2026I never eat such a bad food NEVER in my life!!! And pay for 100 grams of meat and almost 50 gr of vegetables 120 eur per person. If it was tasty no regret but it was a very bad taste. And toilets was not clean and with broken furniture. It was a bad experience and I EXPECTED MORE from such a location . From outside everything look amazing but the food it is not what you expect and the prices does not reflect the quality . Bad management. It is like a trap.

27/04/2026The Caesar salad had just one anchovy and didn’t taste fresh 30 euro for that was outrageous. The spaghetti was overly salty, and the sauce tasted overly creamy and unbalanced. The table next to me was also complaining about their food. It feels like this place benefits more from its location inside Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II than from the quality of its dishe otherwise, it would struggle to justify the prices. Avoid at all cost!!

22/04/2026I would give Savini very strong 4,4 points. But the google reviews are utterly unfair, that I just need to interfere. Yes, it’s expensive, but it’s the BEST locational Milano and the food is absolutely fantastic. I will definitely come by here everytime I’m in this wonderful city.

11/04/2026I had a great experience at Savini Milano 1867. The restaurant has a classic and elegant atmosphere, right in the heart of Milan. The food was very good, well presented, and full of authentic Italian flavor. You can tell this is a historic place with a strong tradition. Service was professional and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The cotoletta was incredible, and the risotto with the ossobuco was just as impressive both perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Overall, a great spot if you want to enjoy traditional Italian cuisine in a in beautiful and iconic location. Highly recommended.

26/03/2026I had a truly disappointing experience at Savini. As someone who regularly dines in fine dining restaurants, I can confidently say this place feels like a complete scam. We chose the €160 tasting menu expecting something memorable, but instead we were served mediocre dishes with very poor quality. The meat was extremely dry — almost like chewing a brick — and difficult to even swallow. Presentation was shockingly basic, more like a cafeteria than a high-end restaurant. The service was equally unacceptable: inattentive, disorganized, and at one point it even felt like they were pretending to forget our final course. To make things worse, the final bill was absurd. The prices charged for simple items like coffee and water were outrageous and unjustifiable. Overall, this was one of the worst fine dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the money — I would not recommend it to anyone expecting quality or professionalism.

16/02/2026The worst meal of life, with a handsome price tag! Eat anywhere else. — Updating to respond to owner’s response. We were staying at the Park Hyatt in Milan; would recommend anyone walk 2 mins away from this restaurant and eat there if you would like to enjoy the historic ambience of the Galleria and enjoy high quality food at more reasonable prices. Everything about this meal was awful. The waiters were rude. The food was terrible. The Osso Buco was absolutely dry and tasteless. Truly; you could eat anywhere else in the Galleria and have a better experience. Avoid!

It’s on the pricey side, but the quality and the prime location make it worth it. A lovely spot to enjoy gelato while taking in the area. 🍦🥰

04/06/2026Serviço da gelataria péssimo!!! Estávamos 4 senhoras na fila para pedir um gelado, respeitamos apenas 1 fila, pois estava apenas um empregado a servir e uma empregada a repor os cones. De repente chegam dois homens, passam à frente, eu reclamo a dizer que estão a ser mal educados e nos passaram à frente e a empregada apenas encolhe os ombros e serve-os na mesma! Ainda ontem tinha estado aqui a jantar e gostei bastante, mas hoje, no serviço dos gelados, os funcionários são péssimos! E permitem faltas de educação! Acabei por abandonar o local sem pedir o gelado, pois fiquei incrédula com a falta de respeito permitida pelos funcionários que decidiram servir os homens e aceitar que nos passassem à frente!

04/05/2026Sehr schönes Restaurant in absoluter Top-Lage direkt an der Galleria. Das Interieur ist wirklich wunderschön und sorgt für ein besonderes Ambiente. Die Qualität des Essens war gut, auch wenn man für die Preise vielleicht noch etwas mehr erwarten könnte – wobei man natürlich auch die einzigartige Location mitbezahlt, was in Mailand völlig normal ist. Der Service könnte aus unserer Sicht noch etwas verbessert werden, da das Hauptgericht meiner Verlobten zunächst falsch gebracht wurde. Außerdem war eines der Weingläser leider noch mit Lippenstift verschmutzt. Beides wurde jedoch sofort freundlich aufgenommen, das Glas direkt ausgetauscht und sich höflich entschuldigt, weshalb das für uns kein großes Problem war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Abend und würden definitiv wiederkommen.

The location and service are nice, and the food is average, nothing special. But the shock came when I asked for the bill; the amount was exorbitant. The reason is that this popular location exploits customers by charging for the plates and spoons they eat from. Honestly, it's unbelievable! We pay 10 euros per person!!!

Nos encantó todo: el ambiente, la decoración, los camareros, el trato… Pedimos dos cócteles y nos pusieron el típico aperitivo italiano. El precio es caro pero pagas por una experiencia de lujo auténtica. Nos marchamos encantadísimos, volveríamos sin lugar a dudas.

02/04/2026Nella giornata di ieri volevamo prendere un caffè nel déhors in occasione del compleanno di mia figlia (3 anni), erano le 16:30 circa. Appena arrivati il maître ci segnala che la terrasse è solo per il pranzo e che il caffè si prendeva al banco, eppure tutti i clienti seduti erano intenti a prendere un caffè/cappuccino. Forse siamo stati di troppo perché in 5 adulti + una bambina + un passeggino + un bassotto, ma non mi sembra una motivazione valida. Allora sono ben contenta di essere accolta in modo completamente opposto da luoghi come Cracco, Cova o Bastianello da cui ritornerò sicuramente a differenza di Savini. Esperienza molto spiacevole

Dopo 5/10 minuti arrivano persone ai tavoli vicini. Abbiamo atteso il cibo 40 minuti! Il tavolo arrivato dopo di noi ha ricevuto lo stesso risotto con osso buco 15 minuti prima di noi, il filetto era stracotto! Deludente

26/02/2026來朝聖，點了提拉米蘇、卡布奇諾、跟開心果（最大的8歐可以選三種口味） 提拉米蘇酒味很重，開心果非常濃郁、卡布奇諾相對清爽很多。本來想點雞蛋奶油但幫我們裝冰淇淋的店員偷搖頭然後推薦我們其他三個口味（可能更搭我們選的口味）所以點了卡布奇諾，結果真的好吃。 店員也挖了一勺雞蛋奶油給我試吃人真的很好😋

03/02/2026Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante la nostra scelta è stato l'astice , pesce indicato tra i secondi piatti....quando arriva al tavolo arriva un pezzo di pesce della lunghezza di circa 6 cm !!! Adesso non vogliamo parlare del costo? Ok non tocchiamo l'argomento ma parliamo della lingua italiana...astice a casa mia è un pesce con baffetti, 2 chele, una pancia tanti piedini e una coda e che NON MISURA 6 cm...quello è un pezzo di astice, una chela di astice, una coda di astice....qualsiasi altra cosa ma non un astice al prezzo di un astice completo! Vabbhè affamati chiediamo un risotto alla milanese e un risotto al salto....peccato che il risotto alla milanese per me era immangiabile, troppo salato e quando l'ho detto al cameriere mi ha detto che probabilmente dipendeva dalla mentecatta fatta con il parmigiano il troppo sapore....vabbhè...di quella cena salvo il vassoio dei dolci e l' emozione di poter dire di essermi seduta al tavolo dove si dice sedessi la Callas...per il resto scegliete un altro ristorante!!
