06/06/2026We were looking for a quiet place for dinner far enough away from a tourist trap and stumbled upon this place. The veal ragu was wonderful. All other dishes were also veally veally good. The tiramisu was delicious (melted in our mouths). A very authentic place. Also had a bit of humor signs in the bathroom. A must!

01/06/2026we came at 1:25 and they told us they do not take walk ins before 3 and we must reserve a table which was a 40 euro *nonrefundable* deposit but we already came all the way so we just paid and waited for our table at 2. all of this was fine until what happened next: while we were waiting two other people came in (we were a group of 2 as well) at 1:40 ish and were seated immediately. they said we could have that table but we already reserved and paid 40 euro for another table so we decided to wait for our original table. but it feels like we were discriminated against.

09/05/2026We had reservations for Thursday, 7 May 2026 at 17:00, as I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary on our last full day in Italy, as we had seen a couple of videos about Risoelatte, including one from Jessi and Alessandro Pasini extolling how this is one of the"the best". We had: Mondeghili: milanese style beef and pork meatballs with homemade mayo (G)16,00€; Milanese style risotto with saffron from L’Aquila17,00€; Le tagliatelle (G) Pasta fresca fatta in casa e ragù di carne 17,00 €; 1/2 litre carafe of Cabernet Savignon; 1 litre still water; and 2 hard rolls. The meatballs were a very pleasantly surprising mix of cooked shredded beef and pork, a soffritto, something aromatic, floured and deep fried. They were moist, delicious, very different from what an American would think of as a meatball, and served with a sauce resembling a house made mayonnaise. (Note: our photo shows 3 meatballs but the serving is 5--we were so excited to try them we forgot to take a picture first!) What you notice with the first bite of risotto is the intense Parmesan flavour. It is a transforming experience! The saffron is a subtle background note, overwhelmed by the cheese. I would love to do an A/B taste test with and with saffron. Our rice was slightly undercooked, which cast a pall over the otherwise transcendent dish. The tagliatelle al ragù was certainly a throw-back to the 60s--a simple and uncomplicated meat sauce in which the noodles are finished. Our noodles were a bit overcooked, which again was a disappointment. In all our meals, no two dishes of ragù were the same or even close. The one thing they had in common was that if they had any tomato at all, it was a mere dab of tomato paste. The house wine was nominally a good deal at €8 for 1/2 litre carafe. However, it was undrinkably sweet. The decor is of a 60s "new Italy", well lived in. Very interesting, and reminiscent of a movie set, but more substantial. Staff were kind enough, stored our two travel bags behind the cassa, but did not engage with us in any way except to take our order and serve us. They weren't rude, but just seemed indifferent to our presence. After a hard, exhausting day of traveling from the south, the experience left us feeling disappointed. Although it had been noted on our reservation, no acknowledgement of our anniversary was made. We also noted that it was a guy who took our order, but a young woman who did all the work of delivering food, cleaning up, following up.

29/04/2026Excellent Service, excellent Food, excellent Ambience....it truly is like stepping back in time and being in Nona's house for dinner. We did not realise how big the serving portions were and ended up not being able to finish. Please don't think that was to do with the quality of the food, simply us being too full. We will visit again on our next trip to Milano.

28/04/2026By far the best Milanese meal we have had and exactly what we have been trying to find in regards to authentic food. The Risotto was out of this world delicious, mondeghili were the best meatballs we have ever had and the veal was so tender and delicious. The sweet rice and milk with Nutella was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The service was also excellent, everyone was very kind and quick! My colleague from Milano recommended Risoelatte when I told her we wanted some true Milanese cooking. This by far exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!

27/04/2026Booked a table here as the concept and images seemed intriguing It serves some reasonable comfort foods - so no matter what the hype says - understand it to be what it is and then it’s not too bad. Average food- you have many places around Milan that serve tastier albeit less visually appealing food in my opinion. We had the flan and cheese plate for starters - both were ok. The purple rice was also ok - pretty bland - and what you’d expect in a home on a lazy day. The other stuff was really not good. Service was also slow and almost brusque Even the tiramisu which was much bandied about - was no more than average. We did not enjoy the experience at all

It’s tucked away just a short walk from the Duomo, but it feels like you’ve stepped into a 1960s time capsule. The decor is honestly half the fun. It’s styled exactly like a mid-century Italian apartment—we’re talking vintage refrigerators, pastel kitchen cabinets, old-school radios, and even laundry hanging on lines. They specialize in home-cooked, traditional Milanese soul food. Forget the tiny, artistic portions you see elsewhere in the city; this is hearty stuff.The Risotto alla Milanese is the star of the show. It’s perfectly creamy, vibrant gold from the saffron, and has that essential al dente bite. If you’re doing it right, pair it with the Ossobuco—the meat literally falls off the bone and the marrow is like butter.

07/04/2026A bit overated, we ordered: the following appertizer. Mondeghili: milanese style beef and pork meatballs with homemade mayo (G) - Taste excellent. Variety of Branzi cheese with homemade jam - nothing special. “Cacio e pepe”: homemade spaghetti with cheese and pepper (G) - not very tasty. “Bruscitt”: stewed beef bites with polenta or mashed potatoes - not tasty at all, just like some pulled-beef. We really do not feel its good. Maybe it does not fit our taste. Oven baked veal with potatoes - Not fit our taste. Maybe someone else will think its good. “Orecchio d’elefante”: milanese style thin breaded veal (G) - this dish is the 2nd best in our meal. However, it also does not fit our taste. Stir-fried vegetables - quite ordinary We also ordered the 2 items from special menu. Unfortunately, we do not find it meets our taste. Generally speaking, the service is good, staff are friendly. Just it is not our expectation. I hope everyone else will find it is good.

Most of the staff was nice but our waitress was super moody. She started by standing next to our table and not saying a word, giving the looks and barely speaking to us, horrible experience.

24/09/2025Honestly? Risotto was a solid 5.5/10 and bland. Had to salt and pepper it to get any kind of taste. Cover charge is €3 each and we were still asked to order at least one dish each (sides don’t count). Very expensive and not worth it. Wouldn’t visit. Massively overrated.

02/06/2026Sono stato a cena domenica e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Il ristorante, nonostante abbia uno spazio ristretto, è pensato bene per permettere al cliente di sentirsi a proprio agio (adatto soprattutto a coppie o gruppi ristretti, nota che però e segnalata durante la prenotazione). L'arredamento è indiscutibilmente fantastico e curato nel dettaglio e l'aria che si respira è proprio quella di casa. Il personale che ci ha serviti è stato davvero gentile e molto accogliente e le portate sono arrivate con i tempi corretti per potercele gustare al meglio. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene piatti della tradizione, con anche qualche rivisitazione, fatti molto bene e di grande qualità, con porzioni abbondanti, coerenti con il prezzo. Nota speciale per la musica che ha accompagnato la cena nella maniera perfetta. Quello che abbiamo preso in due sono stati: un antipasto (condiviso), un primo a testa, un calice di vino e una bottiglia d'acqua. Abbiamo speso 69 €. Molto consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente.

31/05/2026Je nai pas eu l’occasion de le tester. Cette adresse nous avait été conseillée et malheureusement nous avons du annuler moins de 2 heures avant sachant que nous avions réserver pour 19h15. L’acompte de 40€ prélevé dès la réservation ne nous a pas été restitué et n’avons pas eu de réponse à 2 mails de réclamation. J’ai finalement consulté le site où il est bien précisé le dépôt de 20€ par personne mais la politique de remboursement ne peut être consultée qu’après simulation d’une réservation donc avant le paiement. Le remboursement complet n’a lieu que si l’annulation est faite au moins 12 heures avant l’heure de la réservation. Ce délai me parait excessif d’autant que lorsque vous avez une réservation, vous ne pouvez arriver en retard, votre table ne vous ai conservé que pendant un délai très court. Ma notation s’explique par le manque de transparence et à la limite d’honnêteté du restaurant

31/05/2026Sono stata ieri sera da Risoelatte con delle amiche. L’atmosfera è magica e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli. I camerieri sono stati molto cortesi e il cibo era delizioso. Si deve prenotare con anticipo e chiedono una caparra, ma ne vale la pena.

Non è quando varchi la soglia — piccola, quasi timida — è il momento dopo: quando gli occhi si abituano e il mondo là fuori smette di esistere. Sei altrove. Sei quando. Il locale si sviluppa su più livelli sfalsati, pieni di oggetti, dettagli e suppellettili di un’Italia che non c’è più ma che qui respira ancora. Il personale è simpatico e genuinamente disponibile. La carta — scritta con quella grafia rotonda delle maestre elementari — racconta una Milano fedele a se stessa. E il re indiscusso del menu è uno solo: il riso saltato con il latte. Semplice, ancestrale, da ordinare senza esitare. Prezzi corretti, materie prime di qualità. Si viene qui con una scusa — il pranzo, una cena — ma in realtà si viene per lo stesso motivo per cui si guardano le vecchie fotografie di famiglia: per ricordare chi eravamo. ⚠️ Prenotazione caldamente consigliata. I posti sono limitati e l’esperienza vale ogni minuto di organizzazione.

17/05/2026Ho pranzato da Riso e Latte e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Ambiente accogliente, atmosfera autentica e servizio molto piacevole, ma la vera protagonista è stata la cotoletta con l’osso: semplicemente spettacolare. Croccante fuori, succosa dentro, perfettamente dorata e con una qualità della carne che si sente al primo morso. Una di quelle cotolette che ti fanno capire perché la cucina milanese, quando è fatta bene, può essere memorabile. Senza esagerare, una delle migliori cotolette mangiate a Milano negli ultimi anni. Si percepisce grande attenzione alla materia prima e alla preparazione, con una cottura davvero impeccabile. Complimenti sinceri alla cucina, tornerò sicuramente.

16/05/2026Locale gradevolissimo ed arredato con cura. Il personale è sostanzialmente molto gentile e disponibile. Per chi si reca con la vettura informo che il parcheggio è comodissimo perché si trova a meno di 10 metri (sebbene, considerata la zona, sia piuttosto caro) Tra le varie portate ho provato la cotoletta con l’osso. La sconsiglio vivamente perché secondo la mia personale esperienza è una tra le peggiori che abbia mai mangiato. Anche e non solo per il costo di ben 34€. Per tutto il resto nulla da dire. Esperienza piacevole ma non la ripeterò.

08/05/2026Locale delizioso con atmosfera anni Sessanta, a due passi dal Duomo. Ottimo servizio, personale gentilissimo e professionale, cucina eccellente. Tuttavia, sono rimasta colpita non troppo favorevolmente da alcune scelte di design, come quella di mostrare sulla balaustra (quindi, sulla testa di chi sta pranzando e accanto ai tavoli posti sul soppalco) panni stesi, sicuramente per simulare un balcone d'altri tempi, fra cui capi di biancheria intima, uno dei quali aveva anche un alone più scuro al centro... Non mi sembra una scelta molto felice per un ristorante così carino e dalla cucina così pregevole, ma naturalmente si tratta della mia opinione personale.

06/05/2026El local tiene una decoración preciosa, la ambientación está súper lograda, te hace sentir vintage (hasta en el servicio). Pero la comida no ha acabado de convencernos, sobretodo por el precio, 16€ por cinco croquetas de carne, no. Personalmente, el risotto al azafrán tampoco nos ha entusiasmado.

05/05/2026ディナーで予約して伺いました。一皿がとてもボリュームが多いので、お腹を空かせていってもかなりお腹いっぱいになります。カツはとても柔らかくて美味しかったです。リゾットはミラノと言えばな料理ですが、想像通りな味でした。お店の雰囲気がとても良いので思い出に残るレストランかなと思います。予約なしの方は15分ほど待っていたので、予約がおすすめです。

Y qué maravilla!!! Nada más llegar la sorpresa fue que es una cocina de toda la vida hecha restaurante. El espacio tiene un gran encanto, la verdad. Pero lo que nos conquistó fue la cocina tradicional italiana. La carta no es muy extensa pero los todos los platos tenían una pinta estupenda. Nos decidimos por el risotto de azafrán con tuétano, muy muy rico 😋 y por la tradicional milanesa, que aún no la habíamos probado. Platos contundentes, tradicionales y con mucho sabor. De postre optamos por un arroz con leche 🍚 (típico de este restaurante). Nos decidimos por el arroz con leche acompañado de Nutella y avellanas picadas. 25/04/2026La location è fantastica! È tutto ambientato negli anni '60, incluso un vero jukebox all'ingresso. I menù sono scritti su quadernoni che si usavano alle scuole elementari. C'è tutta un'aria familiare. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile e ci hanno offerto il caffè per scusarsi del ritardo (non causato da loro ma dai clienti precedenti, che si sono comunque scusati) rispetto all'orario della prenotazione. All'atto della prenotazione viene richiesta, giustamente, una caparra. I piatti sono quasi tutti della tradizione meneghina e sono assolutamente deliziosi. Le porzioni non sono abbondantissime ma nemmeno misere. I costi sono, purtroppo, abbastanza elevati ma la qualità è ottima. Problema non da poco: il parcheggio, praticamente impossibile da trovare nei dintorni.

18/04/2026Posto davvero bellissimo e servizio molto buono, il personale è stato gentile e attento. Peccato però per il menù, quello presente sul sito è completamente diverso da quello disponibile al ristorante. Per me, essendo vegetariana, è fondamentale poter consultare in anticipo le opzioni, quindi questa discrepanza è stata piuttosto deludente. Inoltre, il piatto che ho scelto non mi ha soddisfatta, probabilmente anche perché avevo aspettative diverse basate sul menù online.

18/04/2026Il posto è molto carino e curato e il personale di sala è gentile. Il vitello tonnato che abbiamo preso come antipasto era molto buono, e anche il riso al latte con lo zola. Purtroppo però il risotto allo zafferano non era proprio all’altezza, e alcuni prezzi erano davvero eccessivi (in particolare la cotoletta con patate, che era ok grande ma 38€ è esagerato anche per Milano). Inoltre, la signora all’entrata - presumo la proprietaria - è stata abbastanza scortese al nostro arrivo, in quanto ci ha detto che un tavolo si sarebbe liberato tra 10-15 minuti, e quando le abbiamo chiesto di prenotarcelo per fare una passeggiata nel frattempo, non ce l’ha lasciato fare (mentre altre persone avevano i tavoli prenotati) dicendo in maniera poco simpatica che “non si sa mai, magari poi non torniamo”.

Specializzato in risotti ma si possono ordinare anche altre tipologie di piatti di primo o si secondo ma sempre della tradizione Lombarda È obbligatorio prenotare tramite il loro sito non accettano prenotazioni telefonicamente. Il posto che abbiamo prenotato è molto romantico, accanto ad una finestra. Da tornare sicuramente.

12/04/2026Ci è stata regalata una cena in questo locale che non conoscevo. Appena entrati sembra di tornare nella vecchia casa della nonna... Il menù è milanese ed il riso e latte la fa da padrone. Noi abbiamo preso due antipasti (sformatino di zucchine e tris con nervetti, mondeghili ed insalata russa) un risolelatte viola ed un riso al salto. Ottimo tutto. Con acqua, una bottiglia di vino, 1 tiramisù e 2 caffè (in moka) 117€. Prezzo a mio avviso più che giusto

Entri da Risoelatte e vieni catapultato in un'altra dimensione 😅 per un'ora e mezza ti isoli dalla frenesia e ti godi un pasto vecchio stile. Il servizio è accurato, lo staff gentile ed attento, cibo ottimo con porzioni generose. Ho adorato, potrebbe diventare un posto del cuore 🤗 Consigliatissimo!

09/04/2026Un posto esteticamente carino ma il cibo è mediocre e i prezzi sono alti , trippa e nervetti normali … ma entrambi i tipi di cotoletta alla milanese sono stopposi, i mondeghili e le patate anche, e il riso per il risotto è precotto… e non aggiungo atro… senz’altro bravi sui social e adatto “forse” più per turisti stranieri ….. ah dimenticavo, l’osso della cotoletta alla milanese era “simulato” in pratica non c’era l’osso ma era un ritaglio di carne impanato anch’esso che sporgeva che simulava l’osso 🫠

Riso e latte con gorgonzola e frutti rossi avvolgente ed equilibrato. Servizio perfetto, personale molto accogliente, gentile e simpatico, ci tornerò assolutamente!

I menu scritti con font scolastico e ricoperti con le copertine dei quaderni mi hanno fatto volare indietro nel tempo :) Consiglio moltissimo il riso e latte con raspadura e il dolce con riso, latte e Nutella! Ci tornerei sicuramente ❤️

Нужно бронирование с предоплатой : с одной стороны, это хорошо, но нужно быть на 100% уверенными, что вы приедете и все будет хорошо. Как по мне слишком раскрученный ресторан, для туристов. 1 раз обязательно сходите, что бы окунуться в атмосферу 70-ых годов. Ничего плохого сказать не могу об этом месте, но в список мест что бы вернуться - не могу занести...🥹 P. S. Обслуживание хорошее, все приветливые, вежливые и терпеливые, когда тяжело определиться с выбором блюда. Спасибо вам за ваш труд💕
