13/06/2026Overall good sandwiches. However the reviews make it seem life changing. The sandwiches were very tasty and a great price. My biggest complaint is that the meat was more like deli meat rather than what I was expecting. For example: roast turkey I would image thick or semi thick slices of meat - it was thin and didn’t feel like high quality. Porchetta was tasty but again sliced liked deli meat which makes me wonder if it’s homemade or not. Overall though I don’t want to sound negative, the bread was really nice and overall a solid sandwich at a great price!

10/06/2026The bread on this sandwich is unlike anything I’ve ever had. Had a nice crust but the inside was SO SOFT. We tried the eggplant sandwich and it was amazing. The spritz was ok. My regret is not getting another one of these sandwiches before we left Milan 😭

07/06/2026I sat down at a table in this establishment, and one of the employees immediately approached me in an aggressive manner, asking why I had sat there and physically pushing me. There was no polite warning, no explanation — just hostile attitude and unjustified physical contact. Such behavior from the staff is completely unacceptable. I expected at least a minimum of respect and professionalism, especially in a public place. Unfortunately, this incident left me with a very bad impression, and I will definitely not return. I recommend that others be cautious before entering. The service and the staff’s attitude are highly disappointing.

15/05/2026Came here 2 days in a row - the paninis were excellent, wide menu for everyone, strong yet cheap aperol spritz, good music, pleasant service. During lunch rush a lot of people, but the line moves quickly and the wait for the food is short. Highly recommend!

11/05/2026Great spot for panini and Aperol An amazing place if you want to try delicious panini with an Aperol Spritz. The place is quite small and crowded, but the staff work fast and professionally, so everything moves smoothly. They also have an online menu, which was very helpful because we could decide what to order while waiting in line. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience even better. There isn’t a lot of seating space, but honestly, it didn’t feel like a big problem because the atmosphere was great and the food was worth it.

While the bread was nice the toppings were nothing special and the truffle was very overpowering, with not much else to fill the sandwich. Decent but there are better options in Milan.

27/04/2026This place was busy when we were there. The line moved at a decent pace, and it wasn’t excessively long. This is great for an inexpensive, quick bite. The place had signs for no smoking, but everyone in their patio dining were smoking. Though if you’ve bee traveling throughout Italy, you may have encountered a lot of smoking already. The sandwich was delicious. Flavors were good and bread was good. Just beware if you have a pistachio allergy, the pesto they put in sandwiches contain pistachio but it was not specified.

26/04/2026A great stop for a quick bite near the Duomo! The sandwiches hit the spot. Just a heads up: it gets super busy, so try to decide what you want before you hit the counter. A big shoutout to the guy taking our order, too. My wife is pregnant, and he was really nice about taking the time to confirm the mozzarella was pasteurized so we didn't have to worry.

Non paragonabile a nomi più altisonanti (con mollica o senza), non perché quest’ultimo sia peggiore, ma perché offrono una tipo di pane diverso, fatto da loro forno a legna. Ottimi ingredienti, puntano a 4/5 tipo di affettato mischiato con vari condimenti, nessuna salsa (cosa che apprezzo perché valorizza ancor di più materia prima). Musica un po troppo alta per i miei gusti, ma facendo aperitivo a prezzi modici ci sta. Apprezzato!

18/05/2026Ein absolutes kulinarisches Muss im Herzen von Mailand! Eigentlich sind wir extrem vorsichtig und skeptisch, wenn es darum geht, in absoluten Tourismus-Hochburgen essen zu gehen – viel zu oft bekommt man nur Fertigware. Beim „Cesarino“ haben wir uns aber aufgrund der guten Bewertungen herangewagt. Als wir ankamen und die lange Schlange sahen, war uns klar: Das kann nur ein gutes Zeichen sein. Und was sollen wir sagen? Unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen! Das Konzept & das Essen: Das Brot kommt frisch und herrlich knusprig „getoastet“ direkt aus dem Ofen. Die Zubereitung läuft absolut transparent direkt hinter der Theke ab. Man kann genau zusehen, wie das Essen mit den frischen Zutaten, die alle appetitlich in der Auslage liegen (von Mortadella und Schinken bis hin zu Aubergine, Zucchini und Co.), belegt wird. Es war schlichtweg unfassbar lecker! Ambiente & Service: Die Sauberkeit ist top, das Personal freundlich und gut gelaunt. Wir hatten zudem das Glück, direkt einen der begehrten Plätze zu ergattern. Preise & Lage: Für diese erstklassige Qualität ist das Essen echt günstig, und auch die Getränkepreise sind für Mailänder Verhältnisse absolut fair (z. B. Aperol Spritz für 5 Euro, oder unsere beiden Panini – eins mit Olivenpaste, Brie, Zucchini und Aubergine und das andere mit Schinken und Mozzarella – zusammen für um die 15 Euro). Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Ganz in der Nähe vom Dom, ein kleines bisschen versteckt in einer Gasse, aber trotzdem super leicht zu finden. Fazit: Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir allein wegen dieses Ladens in diesem Urlaub noch einmal nach Mailand zurückkommen werden. Ein absolutes Muss für jeden Mailand-Besuch! Absolute Empfehlung!

Además, tienen un buen precio, algo que se agradece en Milán. Y qué decir del Aperol Spritz… Ambiente agradable, atención rápida y sabores auténticos. Un episodio gravissimo che mi ha lasciata sconvolta. Oltre al danno subito, non ho percepito sufficiente attenzione alla sicurezza dei clienti né un supporto adeguato dopo l’accaduto. Un posto dove si dovrebbe stare tranquilli e invece ci si ritrova vittime di un furto. Per quanto mi riguarda, esperienza assolutamente negativa.

23/04/2026Wer ein perfektes Panini sucht, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Eine kleine, aber absolut feine Karte lässt keine Wünsche der italienischen Küche offen. Und das zu einem überragenden Preis. Und wenn dann die Nummer deiner Bestellung durch den Laden gerufen wird, bist du nur noch ein Biss von einem so leckeren Panini entfernt. Das Ambiente ist typisch italienisch. Sehr untypisch einen solch wunderbaren Laden so nah an einer Sehenswürdigkeit zu finden. Wer den Mailänder Dom besucht, sollte auch im Cesarino einen Stopp einplanen.

18/04/2026パニーニが食べたくて探したお店ですが、結論めっちゃくちゃ美味しくて、ボリュームもあって大満足！💫 店内は大賑わいで少し狭めでしたが、運良く席を確保できたのでゆったり食べられました🍽️ お昼ご飯これだけで足りるかなーって思いましたが、ハムとチーズの入ったパニーニはボリューム満点でお腹もいっぱいになりました！ミラノでパニーニのお店を探している方におすすめしたい1店です！
