10/06/2026All’Antico Vinaio easily serves the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I tried it across Milan, Florence, and Naples — and somehow it delivered every single time. The combination of stracciatella and that incredible pesto sauce with almonds is absolutely to die for. Everything works together perfectly — fresh ingredients, amazing textures, and insanely flavorful without feeling heavy. There’s a reason this place has the reputation it does. If you’re in Italy and even remotely like sandwiches, this is a must-visit.

26/05/2026Very tasty, high quality ingredients, nice vibe and nice area, you cand eat in front of a beautiful building - on its stairs or in the piazzeta. I recommend a custom choice: mozarella, prosciuto crudo, eggplant, sundried tomatoes, rucola, basilico oil sauce. Amazing!!!

25/05/2026The focaccia itself was amazing: fresh, warm, crispy, and clearly made in very high rotation because of how popular the place is. The ingredients tasted fresh, and overall the food absolutely lived up to the hype. However, the queue management was disappointing. There was a staff member organizing the line who insisted people stand on the sunny side of the street in +30°C heat, even though there was space in the shade nearby and people were not blocking the entrance. When customers politely asked to wait in the shade and cross once their turn came, his attitude became unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable. The wait itself was not too long (around 20 minutes), but the behavior of this employee negatively affected the overall experience. Aside from that, the focaccia was truly excellent and worth trying.

The shop is not that zoomy we waited in queue on the other side of the street in the shadows. Super fast service with passionate staffs. Nice option for a quick grab in the center.

13/05/2026I never got the chance to try these sandwiches in Florence so it was lovely to get a chance in Milan. The servers were very helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a queue when I visited but I did see a slight one on other days. I had the sunshine sandwich with some olive oil and was very happy with this. My wife had porchetta with a mash potato sauce and I have the say the potato sauce was weirdly great. I wouldn’t buy one everyday but you would be silly not to get one.

05/06/2026Sehr gute Qualität bei All’Antico Vinaio – die Sandwiches sind wirklich hervorragend, reichlich belegt und geschmacklich top. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es vor Ort kaum bzw. keine Sitzmöglichkeiten oder Tische draußen gibt. Zum direkten Essen vor Ort ist es daher eher ungeeignet. Für Take-away ist es aber absolut perfekt – schnell, unkompliziert und ideal für ein gutes Sandwich unterwegs in Mailand.

Le pain est croustillant à l’extérieur et moelleux à l’intérieur, un vrai régal ! Parfait pour un déjeuner rapide mais qualitatif. Nous avons pris à emporter afin de profiter du repas au pied du Duomo, à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Une adresse qui mérite clairement sa réputation 🤤

В заведении небольшая очередь, но она быстро двигается, готовят очень оперативно. И этот опыт стоит того, чтобы немного подождать. В нашем случае ожидание было около 7 минут, хотя очередь выходила на улицу. В заведении очень мало места. Мы, как и большинство посетителей, ели на улице - рядом есть лавочки и ступени церкви.

Preis Leistung ist auch hervorragend, so ein Focaccia reicht locker als Mittagessen. Wie in Rom waren wir auch in Mailand nicht nur einmal hier.

16/05/2026Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu goûter les foccacias qui avaient l'air très bonnes. Nous sommes arrivées et nous sommes mises à la suite de la file sur le même trottoir que la boutique Un monsieur nous a dit d'aller faire la queue sur le trottoir de l'autre côté de la rue et de laisser passer les gens qui attendaient déjà aussi de l'autre côté. Jusque-là tout est logique. Mais d'autres personnes sont arrivées et nous ont doublées en se mettant là où nous étions à l'origine sans commentaires du monsieur. Nous nous sommes donc mises à la suite de la file sur l'autre trottoir et avons reçu un commentaire désagréable du monsieur. Nous sommes donc Malheureusement parties agacée par cette situation que nous avons trouvé injustifiée et n'avons pas pu goûter ces foccacias.

03/05/2026Como todos saben riquisimo, recomendable, aparte el local de Milan cuenta con asientos y baños en la parte superir, que en otras ciudad no estan los mismo servicios. Solo quiero decir que no recomiendo en pistacho 3, lo pedí por la pasta de pistachos y tomates secos pero no me di cuenta y venía con demasiado sukini que no me agrado.

Ceny są dość wysokie jak na kanapkę, ale idzie za tym jakość — świeże składniki, świetne połączenia smaków i naprawdę duże porcje. Wybór jest ogromny, więc łatwo znaleźć coś dla siebie, niezależnie od tego, czy chcesz klasykę, czy bardziej odważne kompozycje. To idealna opcja na solidne, sycące śniadanie albo szybki brunch w dobrym stylu. Jeśli chodzi o kolejki — nie są ekstremalne, ale też nie da się ich uniknąć. To raczej „lekki korek”, coś pomiędzy szybkim wejściem a długim czekaniem. W godzinach szczytu trzeba chwilę odstać, ale rotacja jest na tyle sprawna, że nie ciągnie się to w nieskończoność.

Vine de viaje a Milán por la Design Week y definitivamente valió la pena venir aquí. En octubre voy al de Roma. Es un must 100% recomendado.
