Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful stay at 21 House of Stories Navigli in Milan. As an international travel group coordinating accommodations and logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and helpful the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Paolo and the guest relations team for all of their assistance leading up to our arrival. From helping organize airport transportation with multiple vans to providing detailed local recommendations and insider tips around Milan, the communication and hospitality were excellent from the very beginning. The recommendations they shared for hidden gems, local restaurants, aperitivo spots, museums, and neighborhoods helped make our experience in Milan feel much more authentic and memorable. We especially appreciated the focus on unique cultural experiences beyond the typical tourist attractions. The hotel itself has an incredibly cool atmosphere — modern, creative, and perfectly located near the Navigli district with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and the best parts of the city. It felt stylish and welcoming while still maintaining a relaxed and personal touch. Our group genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely recommend 21 House of Stories Navigli for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Milan.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Pretty good breakfast. There is a cocktail bar on the roof to catch a nice sunset! Our room was facing the backside so we didn't have any noise issues but I could see it can be noisy. Nearby busy nightlife area but loved the energy!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is youthful, stylish, and full of character, while the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in a gym-themed room, which was a fun and unique touch. The view from the rooftop pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Breakfast was solid, offering a good selection of savoury dishes as well as a wide variety of delicious cakes. The neighbourhood is lively and full of great apero spots, making it the perfect place to experience la dolce far niente.

The service is amazing, great value! Hotel rooms are large and cozy. Thoughtfully put together - a white noise machine, snacks included and drinks, and a king sized bed! My only complaint was how loud the area is at night - located across from a bar, we could hear people screaming and talking until early hours of morning. They leave earplugs for you though so I assume it’s a known issue. However - I still really recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Breakfast is included and has everything you need and nice pastries. It was fresh and served warm.

I got no sleep at this place. For multiple days I asked them to fix the toilet which keeps flushing by itself 24/7. They come, do something with it, it’s quiet, then automatically after a small time keeps flushing again. This affected my mental health and sleep immensely. I’m not posting this review to hurt the business. But for the money it’s costing this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never had this issue at ANY hotel, not even a hostel stoops this low. Fix your toilets.

Overall a nice hotel with a good breakfast. On a canal side room, the view is nice but it gets noisy in the night, so prepare with earplugs or reguest a room from the other side. The location is lively, near a nice canal-side tourist drinking and dining area. The pool and rooftop bar were NOT open during winter time. The blanket in the bed was extremely thin and leaves you cold during night, so I would recommend to bring warm sleeping clothes or your own blanket.

Nice and premium hotel but the rooms on the river side are really noisy. Constant music and screaming in the street specially on the weekend. When I told the reception they immediately changed me to a room on the other side which was way better. The breakfast was also really nice.

HAAAAIIYAAAA this hotel so fancy even the pillows got attitude 😎 Perfect location - right in the middle of that boujee Milano neighborhood where people wear sunglasses at night and argue about wine temperatures 🍷. Sure, it a bit noisy at 2 a.m., but that’s just the sound of rich people doing rich people things. 🔥 Rooftop? Oh mamaaa — pool shining like influencer skin filter. You float there with cocktail in hand and pretend life always this good. Bar vibes: immaculate. ☕ Breakfast? Solid. Croissants flakier than your ex. And the barista girl? She read my mind twice, didn’t even ask, just hit me with “cappuccino?” like some caffeine telepathy witch. respect that kind of service 😂👏 🛏️ Room? Clean, crisp, smell like new money. Mini bar actually got good stuff, not sad peanuts and warm beer. Coffee and tea included — high quality. Pillows? So comfy they nearly kidnapped me. Location 10/10. Comfort 9.5/10. Sleep 8/10 (thanks, nightlife). Would I stay again? Yes, even if it means I wake up to techno at 3 a.m. - because this place worth the chaos. #CappuccinoGirlMyHero ☕🔥

The hotel is nicely located - within walkable distance (20-30 min) to major historical attractions and shopping district. Nice roof top with the beautiful view, pool, good lunch, and good evening bar. Also nice inner yard and plenty of spaces for work of business. Room was superficially cleaned, all shelves were covered with layers of dust. Bathroom spacious and clean. Mattress and bed absolutely horrible - noisy and uncomfortable. Every night we had unbearable noise across the canal - night club right under hotel front. Decent breakfast, helpful and friendly stuff. Definitely needs some improvements.

We were very excited to end our trip to Italy at this premium-priced and well-reviewed hotel, but unfortunately our experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The location is good and close to the vibey bars/restaurants along Naviglio Grande - though this did mean we were woken up several times by screaming during the nights (4/5am) throughout our stay. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable, though it felt underwhelming for the price we paid. The flooring throughout the hotel and rooms is a weird linoleum which doesn’t give a very luxe impression, the “free minibar” is two bottles of water and a small bottle of coke, the shower flooded the bathroom floor with water and there were no mugs/glasses in the room (just a couple of disposable paper cups). The rooftop pool area is lovely however the pool itself is FREEZING so we couldn’t enjoy it. We asked for a bar menu and were told they didn’t have one during the day (only the evening), but could still make/serve drinks. We thought the lack of a menu was really unusual and there was no transparency on prices. When we did order drinks (negronis, glasses of wine) they were €15+. The rooftop is also accessed by a separate hidden lift which was not explained to us at check in, and there is no wayfinding signage. We had to traipse down to reception in our robes to get shown how to access the roof (they told us it’s a labyrinth so obviously aware it is confusing). This could easily be avoided by explaining at check-in or putting up some signs. Also disappointingly we asked three separate members of staff for bar/dinner recommendations and none of them could give us any, which we were surprised about. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold items but was just ok, nothing special. We are certainly happy to pay for good hotels but all in all we felt we had been ripped off here at over AUD$500+ per night, and unfortunately it was the worst place we stayed during our trip to Italy.

This hotel Is great!! Rooms are super clean, staff are amazingly friendly and the breakfast is incredible. We had an issue with another hotel and decided to go here instead. The staff were more than accommodation after hearing about our day. They even offered us a drink at the bar on the house which was needed. There is a roof top terrace with a pool and restaurant which has incredible views of Milan and great for a drink. When we were waiting for our Uber at checkout, they made us a coffee whilst we waited. They really go above and beyond to ensure their guests are taken care of. Thank you for your amazing hospitality

My daughter and I had a wonderful trip to Milan and 21 house of stories just made it perfect. The hotel is the perfect walking distance into milan centro and on the edge of the wonderful Navigli district, so its not too loud or too busy. starting our day with a lovely and plentiful brekkie and endless wonderful coffee to ending our day with a cocktail on the roof, it was marvelous. thank you for making it a trip to remember. staff are outstanding and cannot do enough for you.

Not what I would consider a 4-star hotel: * Cheap canned water -- they don't have proper bottled water in the rooms or at the bar * Only paper cups in bedrooms * The lights in my room turned off suddenly at midnight because of some keycard problem and I didn't even get an apology after having to go down to the reception to get a new card Will not go back.

21 House of Stories was the highlight of our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Lidia at reception made a lasting impression, especially after finding out we were newly engaged. Her warmth and attention to detail set the tone for a truly special stay. Our room was beautiful. The design, the scent, the quality of every detail... everything felt curated with care. The pool area was exceptional, offering a peaceful escape after exploring the city. We also loved the neighborhood, which had an authentic and creative energy. We’re already looking forward to returning, and we wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

The staff were amazing also, and supported me immediately when I needed to change a room, the room service is amazing and on time always. The breakfast is very limited but I enjoyed it and also next time I will choose a room that doesn’t having a street view for better sleeping.

overpriced for what you get - over 300€ a night and at the breakfast you have to pay extra for an omelette or a fried egg. The Americano was one of the worse coffee I have ever had and this in Italy 🤌 Tiny unspectacular, very noisy rooms and a basic bed. The highlight is the beautiful rooftop and pool but not worth to pay so much money for a room - update: Hotel immediately reacted to my review and offered a discount as it was so loud and invited us for a drink at the rooftop bar - Grazie 🙏

I loved our stay here! Me, my wife and my parents visited in February and we had a great time. We arrived early morning from the other side of the world and they were able to accommodate us for breakfast and have our room ready a little earlier. Breakfast was great, drinks at the bar delicious (including mocktails) and the staff was super friendly. Just a couple of down sides: we were really looking forward to visiting the terrace which unfortunately was closed most of the time (off season). Our room was also very close to a church so the bells really woke us up multiple times (they provide earplugs but we were not comfortable using it). Our room also smelled weird. My parent's room was on a different side and they didn't have any of these issues. I would definitely be back (hopefully in a different room next time!). Location is also very central!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider absolut enttäuschend. Das Frühstück bot nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl und die Eierspeisen mussten trotz Frühstück inklusive zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Der Service war katastrophal. Nachdem wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam machen mussten, dass die Tische abgeräumt werden sollten, warteten wir eine weitere halbe Stunde darauf, dass wir Besteck erhalten. Das gesamte Personal war überfordert, obwohl nicht sehr viele Gäste vor Ort waren. Der Pool schliesst bereits um 18:00 Uhr. Als wir um 15:30 Uhr am Pool waren, wurde der Pool gerade mit einer Maschine gereinigt und die Gäste durften nicht baden. Solche Reinigungsarbeiten sollten morgens oder abends durchgeführt werden - nicht am Nachmittag, wenn Gäste den Pool nutzen wollen. Zudem wurden keine sauberen Pooltücher nachgefüllt. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage mussten wir fast eine Stunde auf frische Tücher warten, bevor wir uns überhaupt hinlegen konnten. In der Nacht war es immer ziemlich laut. Ausserdem wurde uns Bargeld aus dem Hotelzimmer gestohlen. Einziger Pluspunkt ist die gute Lage des Hotels. Trotzdem werden wir definitiv mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Sono stata in questo hotel ristorante per lavoro ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Ambiente dinamico e informale, ottimo servizio, camere pulite e spaziose. Lascio questa recensione soprattutto per chi mi ha servito al tavolo, Federica, una professionista che ha vera passione per il suo lavoro, gentilezza e preparazione. Brava, paziente, ha spiegato perfettamente le pietanze e mi ha consigliato il suo piatto preferito. Cibo del ristorante favoloso, veramente cucinato bene e di qualità. Colazione ricca e varia. Hotel très bien placé, personnel trés agréable, belles prestations, chambres confortables. Bon rapport prix/prestations pour Milan Le seul point faible c'est le bruit. Le quartier est bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit (musique dans les bars/restaurants) et l'insonorisation insuffisante. C'est supportable si vous arrivez à garder les bouchons d'oreille toute la nuit. Ils sont d'ailleurs fournis gracieusement par l'hotel.

Ein modernes Hotel mit besonderem Charme. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und zeitgemäß, gleichzeitig aber sehr gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm macht. Die Lage ist ideal, um Mailand zu erkunden, und das Frühstück überzeugt mit Qualität und Auswahl. Rundum eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Brunch della domenica davvero fantastico! La location mi ha conquistata subito: tante piante, grandi vetrate e uno spazio aperto e arioso che crea un’atmosfera super rilassante. Le vibes sono perfette, accompagnate da musica piacevole e mai invadente (volume azzeccato). Il brunch è stato ottimo: uova e bacon eccezionali, ma ho adorato anche il piatto caldo con paccheri cacio e pepe, davvero deliziosi. Molto ricca anche l’offerta a buffet, con tante opzioni per tutti i gusti. Capitolo dolci: semplicemente strepitosi. Il tiramisù in particolare è assolutamente da provare! Un grazie speciale a Giulia e Giuseppe per l’accoglienza impeccabile e i sorrisi: hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un posto in cui tornare senza dubbio ✨

Estuvimos bien la habitacion muy bien ! La ubicacion tambien , pero la atencion de una camarera Sara FB , muy mal , yo no se idiomas solo español pero si hablan Italia despacio lo comprendo , esta señorita hablava muy rapido Italiano y que hablava si no ingles ! ... pero vi que el trato era grosera y mal educada , y yo no la comprendia , entonces se puso a reir , e incluso fue a hablar con su compañera y continuo sus risas ! ... en fin que muy mal trato tuve con esta persona !

Das Team in diesem Hotel ist enorm zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Soll‘s eine Banane um 23:30 Uhr sein? - kein Problem…! Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und die Zimmer sind grosszügig.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu zweit gebucht. Da nur eine Decke auf dem Bett war, fragten wir nach einer zweiten. Wir mussten ewig warten bis jemand vom Servicepersonal kam. Dieser hatte aber keine fertig bezogene Decke bei sich, sondern verlangte von uns, dass wir ihm beim Beziehen der Decke helfen sollten. Ebenfalls waren Handtücher nur in einfacher Ausführung vorhanden. Auf Nachfragen wurde uns sehr unfreundlich geantwortet. Zimmer sind hellhörig, was aber mit der Lautstärke der Partygänger zu tun hat, die lautstark nachts auf ihre Zimmer zurückkehren. Beim Frühstück wurde ein offensichtlich voller Teller einfach abgeräumt, obwohl man sich nur noch etwas vom Buffet holen wollte.

Ambiance à la Mama Shelter, dans le quartier qui monte Navigli. Moderne et design, rooftop incroyable donnant sur tout Milan. Petit déjeuner très bon, chambres calmes et design (même si un peu sombres). Le service y est remarquable : très accueillant et fluide en arrivant. A noter un geste commercial suite à un problème de douche, sans demande de notre part. C'est si rare, merci !

Nous venons de séjourner deux jours dans cet hôtel. Juste extraordinaire. L’équipe jeune et dynamique mais très professionnel. Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel. Tout en bienveillance et en équilibre. Merci à vous à toute l’équipe, on reviendra avec grand plaisir. Les chambres sont très raffiné et la vue, piscine en roftop est top Mr valency et Danan Abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni in questo hotel. Semplicemente straordinario. Il personale è giovane e dinamico, ma molto professionale. Abbiamo ricevuto un servizio eccezionale. Tutto con cortesia ed equilibrio. Grazie a tutto il team; torneremo con grande piacere. Magnifique hotel pour passer quelques jours. Il vaut bien ses 4 étoiles. Chambre spacieuse, douche confortable et chambre refaite tous les jours. Petit dej varié er servi aussi en terrasse. Roofup splendide, service au top la journée transformé en bar lounge le soir. La restauration y est certe pas donné mais c est bon. Remarque. Mieux vaut consommé une bouteiile de vin qu un vin au verre. J y retournerai

Sono stata sul rooftop del 21 House of Stories Navigli una sera e ne sono rimasta davvero colpita. Il posto è bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e con un’atmosfera che ti fa venir voglia di restare ore. I cocktail sono una vera chicca – creativi, buonissimi e preparati con grande attenzione. Un grazie speciale va a Marianna <3, che lavora con passione e visione a questo progetto: si percepisce in ogni angolo quanto ci tenga e quanto ci sia dietro. Ci ha accolto con grande generosità e ci ha fatto vivere un’esperienza davvero speciale. Un luogo che sa unire accoglienza, stile e qualità. Da tornare, assolutamente!

Una discoteca di serie B. Avevo grandi aspettative per il famoso hotel con prezzi decisamente importanti (700 euro 2 notti). Il primo giorno la terrazza non accessibile per evento privato. Il secondo per pulizie dalle 5:30 alle 19 ( ma secondo voi uno che viene per lavoro quando può andarci?). Servizio del bar a terra tra ridicolo e imbarazzante per offerta, attesa e presentazione da bar del dopolavoro. Ho invitato colleghi facendo due volte una brutta figura. Camera con pavimento macchiato (macchiato per favore) ed un rumore fino a tarda notte non adatto a chi lavora. Mini se gratuito ..due acque e una coca per 2 persone in 2 giorni ma che davvero ... Ho chiesto una spugnetta per pulire scarpe mi hanno portato un residuo bellico inutilizzabile secco e duro. La palestra a piano terra è così piccola che in due si fa fatica (e l'acqua no? E gli asciugamani dove si mettono una volta usati?) . Non c'è parcheggio arrivando neanche per un taxi per scendere davanti ...Onestamente non vale la spesa neanche lontanamente. Mi stupisco davvero di tanta poca attenzione.

Wir wurden super lieb empfangen mit einem Kaffee und konnten unsere Koffer abgeben, weil wir zu früh dran waren. Das Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Blick auf den Kanal war super schön und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Es war nachts sehr laut, aber uns hat das nicht gestört, da hilft nur mitfeiern oder tagsüber genug Schritte sammeln und müde im Bett fallen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich herausragend, der Service ist im Hotel auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben für den Abend in der Bar reserviert und hatten einen schönen Abend auf der dachterasse. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, wir kamen gegen 16 Uhr dort an und es war brechend voll, es hätte dennoch Sitzgelegenheiten gegeben und es war auch relativ sauber trotz der Menschenmenge. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Je voyage tellement qu il est facile de comparer à de nombreux établissements. Si vous souhaitez dormir, passez votre chemin, la seule possibilité pour quelqu'un de mettre une bonne note à cet hôtel est de ne pas être la un vendredi ou samedi soir. C est presque comme dormir dans la rue avec les étudiants qui font la fête, aucune différence. Aucune isolation utile avec l extérieur. Mais pas vraiment non plus avec l intérieur puisque j entend les voisins dans le couloir discuter et entrer dans leurs chambres. Cela se rapproche plus d un dortoir que d un hôtel même si l idée à l origine devait être sympa.
