10/03/2026On March 10, 2026, around 4:30 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience after eating. I went to use the toilet on the first floor. The men’s toilet door was open, and the women’s toilet door was closed but not locked. When I opened the women’s toilet door, a male KFC employee was urinating inside. Although it was understandable to be startled, he calmly looked at me and continued urinating. After he left without saying anything, I entered the stall, only to find that the toilet seat was covered in his urine and completely unusable. I was extremely upset to encounter such an incident on my way to enjoy my burger. I am visiting Milan for the third time, and this is the first time I have experienced something so unpleasant like this. I wonder, does KFC hire anyone without consideration? I WOULD LIKE TO ASK: 1. WHY would a male employee need to use the women’s toilet when the men’s toilet was fully functional? 2. WHY would he behave so abnormally and not even lock the door? 3. WHY did he urinate without lifting the toilet seat? It clearly seemed to be a deliberate and offensive act. During the same time, there were two male employees on duty; the one involved was the taller one with black hair and short facial hair.

02/01/2026My friend and I went to KFC for dinner on 2026.01.01 at 8:00 PM, my bag was stolen. At that time, we asked for help from KFC Staff special KFC Manger, but they did not help us in any way. However, they should ensure the safety of their customers, but this restaurant did not do so. Therefore, I kindly request you all not to go to this restaurant, because there is no safety for customers. 27/05/2026Ho mangiato da KFC e mi sono trovato benissimo! Il locale era davvero bellissimo, pulito e molto accogliente. Il cibo era ottimo e il servizio super veloce. Inoltre il personale è stato troppo carino, gentile e disponibile per tutto il tempo. È stata davvero una bella esperienza, ci tornerei molto volentieri!

19/04/2026Una settimana fa ho mangiato qui e ho ordinato un wrap di pollo. Durante il pasto ho trovato un vermiciattolo nel piatto sull'insalata. Ho segnalato subito la cosa al personale, ma mi è stato risposto che era impossibile che provenisse dalla loro cucina, attribuendo la colpa a me, cosa non vera. Ho trovato questa reazione poco professionale, oltre all’episodio in sé che è stato molto spiacevole. Mi sarei aspettato almeno un controllo o delle scuse. Spero che prestino più attenzione alla qualità del cibo e alla gestione dei clienti in situazioni simili.

Il panino era letteralmente freddo; non sarà stato passato neanche lontanamente su una piastra. Appena aperto la lattina di pepsi è letteralmente esplosa e mi si è completamente rovesciata addosso. Quando ne ho chiesto una seconda è successa la stessa identica cosa senza che io l’abbia mossa o agitata per alcun motivo. Ragazzi, capisco che sia un fast food ma per favore, non si può servire un panino in questo modo; piuttosto fate aspettare un minuto di più la gente ma servite qualcosa che sia cotto. Non mangerò sicuramente più in questo locale, né lo consiglierò a terzi

30/01/2026D’habitude, je laisse un avis uniquement quand le service est soit exceptionnel, soit vraiment inacceptable. Aujourd’hui, c’est clairement pour la première raison. De passage au KFC proche du Duomo, j’ai passé commande et attendu normalement. Quand on m’a remis ma commande, j'ai remarquer que les wings été préparées à l’avance ou insuffisamment chauffées. Je l’ai signalé immédiatement à l’employé, en précisant que je ne pouvais pas accepter une commande dans cet état. L’employé a aussitôt fait appel à la responsable, Trixia. Elle est venue me voir, m’a écouté calmement pendant que je lui expliquais mon mécontentement, et surtout, elle n’a jamais cherché à minimiser le problème ni à entrer dans un débat avec un client énervé. Au contraire, avec un sourire très poli et une attitude exemplaire, elle m’a simplement dit : « Avec plaisir monsieur, je vous en prépare une autre. » Elle est ensuite allée elle-même chercher de nouvelles wings, fraîchement préparées, me les a remises avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et m’a même ajouté une pièce gratuite pour s’excuser et garantir ma satisfaction. Quand on rencontre ce genre de manager et ce niveau de qualité humaine et professionnelle, il faut le souligner. Ce sont des profils qu’il faut encourager et faire évoluer. Avec cette attitude, cette gestion client et ce sens du service, Trixia a clairement le potentiel pour gravir les échelons rapidement et garantir une expérience client irréprochable dans plusieurs restaurants. On le sait tous : un client satisfait en amène un autre, et un avis positif renforce la confiance dans un établissement. Un service excellent, une gestion parfaite d’une situation délicate. Félicitations à Trixia et à ceux qu'ils l'a recruté.

16/01/2026Esperienza pessima al KFC di Milano Centrale. State molto attenti ai loro totem/macchine: ho pagato 23,59€ con carta, la macchina non ha stampato lo scontrino e mi hanno costretto a pagare di nuovo in contanti per avere il cibo. Risultato? Ho pagato il doppio. Per mesi il supporto clienti mi ha completamente ignorato nonostante avessi inviato tutte le prove del pagamento. Solo dopo aver mandato decine e decine di messaggi e dopo aver pubblicato questa recensione, l’importo mi è stato finalmente rimborsato. Un servizio clienti estremamente lento e poco professionale. Oltre a questo, il locale è un caos totale: troppo affollato, corridoi strettissimi dove non si riesce a passare e le macchine per ordinare erano sporche e unte. Un ambiente disorganizzato e poco curato. Personalmente non lo consiglio. Spero che migliorino sia il sistema di pagamento sia la gestione del servizio clienti.
