06/04/2026Dear Jollibee, We often drive three hours from Switzerland to visit you because you are my favorite, as well as my kids'. Even though it always takes time to wait for our food and to find a place to sit, we still come. But this time, I was very disappointed. Last Sunday, we drove just to eat at Jollibee. As always, we waited an hour for our order, and it took too long to get a table. We bought a bucket of chicken to take out like what we always did, but the chicken had eggs from flies.🤮🤮🤮

Every bite brings you to the Philippines and I really love bringing my international friends here so that they can taste the Jolly spaghetti and the Chicken Joy. Although I hope there are more peach mango pie because when we ate lunch here, they said it has already been sold out.

20/03/2026We visited Jollibee in Milan today and bought a bucket with 12 pcs drumsticks and 1 peach & mango pie as pasalubong. Upon arriving home in Switzerland, we found out that the peach & mango pie is missing. The worker totally forgot to put it inside the paper bag. I am so disappointed because it is supposed to be my pasalubong to my son who misses Jollibee food.

24/02/2026This afternoon I ordered food from this restaurant on Glovo, but when it arrived, the entire delivery bag was damaged, and the label on the outside of the bag had been torn. What’s outrageous is that the container inside had also been opened, and one piece even showed clear signs of having been bitten by someone! However, Glovo only issued a refund and refused to take responsibility for this incident. The behavior of the delivery rider they hired is extremely unprofessional and seriously threatens the safety of customers. I strongly advise anyone who plans to order food via Glovo to think twice and choose carefully.

19/01/2026I had to do takeaway via Glovo as I miss it, glad they have it in Milan. Zero branches in Australia. Everything tastes the same so far like the place of origin. I had the original chicken with gravy, and the yumburger with cheese.

I am Filipino so I have had the "Original" Jolibee and to my suprise it's been really close to the real deal so that's a good thing! I've also had the Spicy Chicken Wings and a Chickenjoy they we're both good. Service was alright and the Men's Toilet could use more frequent cleaning... still a 4/5 Stars, just dont use the toilet unless u desperately need to!

Please continue your expansion plans as it's superior to KFC in every way. Staff lovely and looked chilled considering it was so busy. Highly recommend.

31/12/2025Jollibee Milan is pretty big but in a weird configuration with a zigzagging corridor. It felt as large as one of the mall locations in Manila, and I did not expect to find it in the middle of Milan. The vibe was lively and fun, and what really stood out was the crowd. Lots of Filipino diners enjoying a taste of home, while the staff working the counters all looked very European. Kind of ironic, kind of cool. If you’re craving something familiar, comforting, and a little chaotic in the best way, this Jollibee absolutely delivers.

I traveled from Turkey and stop over here before going back home (swiss) i mean i literally travelled a lot for this para lang maka receive ng attitude from a staff who is obviously a pinay from her accent but refused to speak our mother tongue even when I was asking in a very nice way! It was your fault (you didn’t give all my orders) but you managed make it look like it’s my fault lol. if you are not happy with your job cos it’s so demanding then change your job hindi yun nag tataray kau sa customers. foods are okay serving is a bit huge than pinas not totally d same taste like pinas but that’s understandable.

02/12/2023Taste and feels like home. The ambiance is very Jollibeesque albeit in Italia! The staff are genuinely friendly. So warm and comforting to have a taste of home away from home. The 7 hour bus ride from Stuttgart is definitely worth it. Hopefully one opens in Germany soon!

Al bancone regnava la confusione più totale: la ragazza addetta a preparare i vassoi e chiamare i numeri era palesemente incapace di fare multitasking. Invece di portarsi avanti con gli ordini (scolare le patatine, preparare le bibite o semplicemente girarsi per prendere i due gelati dalla macchina alle sue spalle), faceva la bella statuina in attesa che la cucina le passasse i panini. Tutto questo mentre la ragazza in cassa con la divisa nera (forse la manager?) se ne stava beatamente appoggiata al muro a guardarla impazzire senza muovere un dito. La qualità generale è già calata, ma se mettete al pubblico personale lento e con zero voglia di lavorare, dovreste rivedere urgentemente i vostri controlli sul servizio clienti. La ciliegina sulla torta? Un'altra signora dello staff si è permessa di dirmi “kalmado lang”. A parte il fatto che siamo in Italia e se ti parlo in italiano non devi rispondere in filippino dando per scontato che io sia del tuo stesso paese, ma il “kalmado lang” te lo tieni per te: subito dopo, infatti, questa stessa signora si è accorta che l'attesa era dovuta al fatto che avevate PERSO il mio ordine di 2 gelati. Ho notato che servivano prima i numeri dopo me, che sono arrivati molto dopo di me in cassa (totem). Chiamo l’attenzione del direttore /manager per un procedimento soprattutto con il crews di turno. 19/04/2025Il cibo viene servito molto caldo ed è davvero sopra la media rispetto ad altri fast food. Fritto ma non unto, pollo croccante e non secco. Non ci sono solo panini o piadine ed è un plus. L’attesa è abbastanza lunga per essere un fast food ma comunque il locale era pieno ed essendo sabato in periodo design week ci può stare. Buona scelta.
