Honestly, I came across this place without any recommendations or high expectations, and it turned out to be an amazing surprise. The cocktails were spectacular, far better than many other highly recommended or heavily reviewed cocktail bars. You can truly notice the care, technique, and quality in every drink. Salmon Guru was one of the highlights of our time in Madrid. The whole place has such a cool, creative, and chill vibe, stylish without feeling pretentious. The drinks were genuinely amazing: innovative, beautifully presented, and served in some of the most unique glasses I’ve seen. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and craft behind every cocktail. The mixologist was fantastic and she clearly knew what she was doing. Kudos to her! A special shoutout to Magalene, who served us and made the experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and really added to the overall atmosphere. We liked it so much, we went there twice during our stay there! Great drinks, great service, great ambience. Highly recommend Salmon Guru if you’re in Madrid and want a cocktail experience that feels fun, creative, and memorable.

Wir waren im Salmon Guru eher aus Neugier – und sind mit einem Abend rausgegangen, über den wir danach noch lange gesprochen haben. Die Bar ist definitiv nichts von der Stange. Die Cocktails sind kreativ, verrückt und teilweise so ungewöhnlich, dass man sie entweder liebt oder sich fragt, was man da gerade eigentlich trinkt. Genau das macht den Reiz aus. Wer klassische Drinks sucht, ist hier vielleicht nicht ganz richtig. Wer Lust auf ein Erlebnis hat, sollte unbedingt vorbeischauen. Die Atmosphäre ist lebendig, etwas verspielt und gleichzeitig unglaublich cool. Man merkt, warum die Bar so bekannt ist. Was man allerdings einplanen sollte: Geduld. Wir haben recht lange gewartet, bis wir einen Platz bekommen haben. Aber ehrlich gesagt gehört das bei so einem Hotspot wohl dazu. Für mich war es weniger ein Barbesuch und mehr eine kleine Reise durch kreative Ideen, Aromen und Eindrücke. Nicht jeder Drink war mein persönlicher Favorit – aber genau das macht den Abend irgendwie besonders. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen, allein um zu sehen, welche verrückte Idee sie als Nächstes ins Glas bringen.

Fuimos en enero. El lugar físicamente es increíble y muy chulo, pero la experiencia se arruinó por completo debido a la presión del servicio. Los camareros están demasiado encima de la mesa. Al principio puede parecer buena atención, pero termina siendo muy agobiante.Literalmente, un minuto después de terminar el cóctel ya te están presionando para pedir otro. Al minuto siguiente te traen la cuenta, al minuto te pasan el datáfono y al minuto ya te están pidiendo que dejes la mesa libre. Sentimos una prisa exagerada por echarnos, no sé si porque nos vieron cara de guiris (extranjeros) o si siempre trabajan así de mal el ritmo de la sala.No volveré nunca más. Para tomar una copa en condiciones y sentirme acogido, prefiero ir a otro sitio donde te dejen respirar.

Para estar dentro del 50 best, no impresiona. Probé principalmente la carta sin alcohol y no hay mucho que decir. El primero tenía mate con un sabor horriblemente astringente, espero que hecho apropósito y no por mal infusionado. El segundo con chicha morada, sin más, no tenía mucha gracia ni matices. El sapito se lleva el premio, sin duda el que más destaca en sabor. El lugar es bonito. La gente que atiende más preocupada de conversar entre ellos que otra cosa.

Sono stata in questo bellissimo locale con amici durante la nostra vacanza a Madrid dove tutt'oggi a distanza ormai di un anno ho ancora un bellissimo ricordo. Locale bellissimo, colorato e davvero particolare. Ho mangiato benissimo e i cocktail che ho provato erano davvero buonissimi. Il chipotle chillon che ho voluto provare io era davvero buono. Ci ha fatto ridere per un bel pò perché di per se il drink era leggermente piccante ed era accompagnato con due fialette di cui una esaltava il piccante e l'altra lo abbassava. Il mio ragazzo che non regge il piccante ha voluto assaggiarlo ed è stata la fine, ha iniziato a bere entrambe le fialette con anche il drink e ha finito per fare tutto un mix che ovviamente ha reso il tutto ancora più piccante per lui. Mi viene da ridere solo a ripensarci. Da mangiare abbiamo provato i takoyaki con coda di bue, sashimi di tonno arrotolato su una chips fritta con salsa di mandorle (davvero squisiti e stra consigliati), falafel con pomodoro e formaggio avvolti da pita fatta in casa e empanada argentina con mozzarella, salsa chili, miele e pop corn alla curcuma (anche questo super consigliato). Il cameriere (di cui purtroppo non so il nome) che ci ha servito era davvero gentile, disponibile e super simpatico, tanto che alla fine ci siamo fatti anche una foto assieme. Grazie ancora!! Non dimenticherò mai questa bellissima serata.

Hledal jsem asi hodinu poblíž centra nějaký zajímavý bar, až našel tento. Opravdu stylové místo i když tu bylo opravdu hodně narváno a obsluha vázla. Oproti jiným barům v okolí taky trochu vyšší ceny, ale stálo to za to. Zajímavé drinky. Škoda, že jsem jich ten den už měl asi deset v sobě a tak jsme zvládnul jen dva poslední. Brambůrky bodly. Ayer paseabamos por la calle y me paré enfrente de Salmón Gurú. Trabajo en hostelería y siempre me habían hablado de este local. Ayer estuve con mi familia y nuestra experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde el momento en el que entramos por la puerta, nos sentimos como en casa. Todo el personal estaba atento, era muy amable y se respiraba un ambiente inexplicable. Recomiendo a cualquiera ir para poder vivirlo. A pesar de que la coctelería es su punto principal, recomiendo animarse a probar alguno de sus platos de fusión que sin duda nos dejaron con la boca abierta. La tarta de queso es un espectáculo también. Sitio para volver una y otra vez, Adrián fue un encanto con nosotros!

No puedo opinar de la comida, porque pedí un cóctel. La verdad que decepcionado porque pedí el cóctel LA MANO DE DIOS y me trajeron, para mi asombro un botellin de 20 cl, que no sabía ni a Fernet, ni a pepsi, lo más parecido a un Bitter Kas. Si se puede decir cóctel?? pequeño, todo hielo y por 13 euros . Decepción. Local con decoración e iluminación moderna y creativa. Y el servicio de camarero bien. No volvería.

Es un acierto siempre para ir a tomar un coctel en el barrio de las letras en madrid. Sus diversos cócteles, de todas las maneras acompañado de su música y a la vez si lo acompañas de algo de comer es perfecto para una velada con tus amigos

Un bar destacable de los demás que hay en Madrid por su ambiente japonés basado en cómics, algunas decoraciones culturales e iluminación cálida pero manteniendo cierto nivel de obscuridad para mayor intimidad. El staff es bastante amable. A veces la música (en ciertos lugares del bar) puede llegar a ser demasiado fuerte como para hablar sin subir la voz, pero no genera mucha molestia para algunos. Los cócteles increíbles, su coctelería es muy variada y de todo tipo de gustos y presentaciones. Sin duda hay que probar varios cocteles para tener una buena experiencia del lugar. Sino, igual tienen una selección de combinados muy destacable y exclusiva como el Chivas Mizunara. Desconozco la calidad de sus platillos, ya que frecuento este sitio solo para tomar sus cócteles de autor. Sin duda recomiendo visitar al menos una vez este lugar, recomiendo llegar antes de las 22:00 para pasar sin fila porque no aceptan reservas y luego hay mucha fila para entrar.

Madrid gezimizde benim en çok gitmek için sabırsızlandığım yerlerden biriydi ve beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. İçtiğimiz tüm içecekler gerçekten 10/10’du. Arkadaşlarımızın arka taraftaki bir masaya alınması onları biraz üzse de genel deneyimimiz çok keyifliydi. Tekrar tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Chiaramente uno dei migliori bar esistenti del globo. I cocktail sono buoni, il servizio ottimo, i ragazzi gentili e il locale è veramente molto bello. Il design è fantastico. Tutto veramente molto bene. Consiglio una volta nella vita di venire.

Muy top! Estupendos cóctels, muy recomendable el medio gallo y la spicy margarita. La música acompaña igual de bien que las raciones de dumplings y pollo sam. Lo mejor, como siempre: la compañía!

Sitio espectacular, los cócteles increíbles. No me extraña que estén en la lista top 50 bares. La propuesta de Diego Cabrera es un ejemplo a seguir.

Fuimos a Salmon Guru porque está incluido en el ranking de The World's 50 Best Bars, y la experiencia estuvo a la altura de su reputación. Nada más entrar destaca su estética de inspiración japonesa, con neones y una decoración muy llamativa que crea un ambiente divertido y diferente. Es un sitio que ya impresiona solo por el entorno. En cuanto a los cócteles, probamos el Tiki Guru 2.0, con varios tipos de ron, amaretto y zumos de limón y piña. Es afrutado, equilibrado y sorprendentemente suave para la mezcla que lleva; nos gustó mucho. También pedimos el cóctel de tequila al pastor, una propuesta más arriesgada, con un ligero toque picante y un sabor que recuerda claramente a un taco al pastor. Es original y diferente; puede que no sea para todos, pero si buscas algo fuera de lo habitual, merece la pena probarlo. Si te gustan los cócteles y buscas una experiencia distinta en Madrid, es un imprescindible.

盛名在外！个人认为这是西班牙综合体验天花板级别的鸡尾酒🍹吧。真正的满🌟体验！一直稳居“世界 50 最佳酒吧”（The World's 50 Best Bars）榜单，是马德里最难排队的酒吧之一 店名寓意着“逆流而上的鲑鱼”——象征着敢于打破常规、不随波逐流的精神。这里更像是一个视听/味觉实验室，融合了高端调酒技术、波普艺术以及天马行空的想象力。 氛围也非常惊艳，关键有很多的中国元素隐藏在里面，这让我倍感亲切。特别是最后的账单居然用红包来体现，一个字 绝😂 最最印象深刻的是和调酒师小姐姐的现场互动，专业友善还风趣。全程都很有融入感，有种带你进入魔法世界体验的感觉！ 虽然酒吧很有名，但个人觉得性价比真心挺好。 最后真说一下他家排队的盛况，想去请错峰。而且早去体验会更舒适惬意。打开门就是要排队的。（没开门前队就开始排起）但这个队排的值。不吹不黑，真正的产品 /服务 /氛围 顶级，氛围绝对拉满🔥🔥🔥

Un bar súper cool con una atmósfera extravagante, un tanto Chic y un poco kitsch que logran una atmósfera muy interesante lleno de texturas, luces y formas. Tienen una carta muy variada de tragos inspirados en diferentes países y cada uno de ellos es toda un experiencia. Cuentan también con carta de comida, son platillos asiáticos que también vale la pena probar. El servicio de inicio muy bueno, te explican cada trago y platillo. Al final fue complicado incluso pedir la carta para ordenar algo más pues normal está a tope. Te recomiendo el tataki de picaña y de tragos el tónico sprenger (fresco y dulce), el chipotle chillón 🌶️ y el tequila al pastor, un cóctel que realmente tiene alma de taco al pastor 🇲🇽
