Great location to Trevi Fountain and other landmarks. Great restaurants within walking distance. The issue was the AC was not working and no one seemed to care. I know there was a language barrier but the question arises similar to the old joke “How many service guys does it take to screw in a light bulb?” In this case, it took several incompetent staff members to try to fix the AC, unsuccessfully. Before you get settled in your room, I would make sure the AC works if you have to use it during the hotter days in Rome. Better off opening the windows and taking cold showers. Very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We even stayed in the more expensive club rooms to accommodate our family. This may be a better choice when the weather is not so hot but you still may get poor service.

My experience with this hotel was extremely negative. According to the booking conditions, I was entitled to a refund, with the property only allowed to retain 100% of the first night. Instead, they kept the full amount and stopped communicating entirely. The hotel did not respond to me or to Booking.com, and the situation dragged on for more than 2 months without any resolution or updates. I even had to escalate the issue through my bank and initiate a chargeback in order to push the case forward. Eventually, the case had to be handled by Booking.com’s financial department. Without these escalations, I might never have received my money back. This level of customer service and complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

I don’t even know where to start, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The photos on Booking have nothing to do with the actual hotel. I honestly think the photos belong to a completely different place! There was construction work in front of the hotel, and they had created an entrance from somewhere else. The “reception” was just a small desk with two very tense receptionists — incredibly slow and unfriendly. A guest arrives at your hotel… at least smile! The first thing we were told was: “Your room is on the 5th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor.” What?! Then you have to climb two spiral staircases. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong, suffocating smell. The carpets clearly hadn’t been vacuumed — they were full of dirt, dust, and hair. The furniture was old. The “double bed” was just two single beds pushed together and extremely uncomfortable! The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. The sink drain was broken. The faucet was rusty. The shower was full of the previous guest’s hair, and if you weigh more than 60 kg, it’s impossible to even fit inside! The tap was broken, and the ceiling was damp. On the day we were leaving, the elevator wasn’t even working down to the ground floor — it had broken down. So you carry your luggage from the 5th floor to the 4th floor, take the elevator to the 1st floor, and then carry everything down the stairs again! (If there is renovation in the hotel, you should inform guests in advance!) We were basically scammed in a legal way. A huge disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend this place. You can stay somewhere much better for the same price.

If you willing to climb on 5th floor without service elevator and let you stay on the attic room without large AC unit that have a noise.. this is your place! Walking in Rome for tours, etc- then our vacation added this climbing steps on 5th floor. Customer service is Bad! Not even offer anything! I just hope this won’t happened with other customers. I will never go back on this hotel.

Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Due to our flights being cancelled, we had to cancel our stay. Booking.com had already agreed to waive the cancellation fee and even waive their commission to help facilitate the cancellation. Every other hotel we had booked for this trip was understanding and agreed to cancel without issue. Unfortunately, this hotel refused to cooperate. When we contacted them to explain the situation, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. Rather than listening to our circumstances, they repeatedly focused only on what they would lose financially and showed no empathy whatsoever for the situation we were in. The phone conversation was unprofessional from start to finish and ultimately they hung up on us mid-discussion. In a situation where flexibility and basic customer service should have been shown, the hotel demonstrated neither. Extremely disappointing behaviour. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and booking somewhere that values its customers.

Great location! Few steps to Fontana de Trevi, you can go whenever you want, or better yet almost no one at very very early in the morning, or very late at night. Always stopped by when arriving late for the day and it was amazing to appreciate it calmly. Breakfast at the hotel was superb with very varieties, delicious! Rooms are good size, could get some remodeling to make it extremely lovely. Service very polite and helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

Good location - bad staff. Our room card did not work, I had to go back and forth from reception 3 times to get them up to see for themselves. The first time they told me it was contactless - it wasn't, it was a swipe card. The second time I came down, they gave me a new card it didn't work either. The third they sent a staff member up with me, after 15-20 swipes (during which he spat on the card) it worked. He gave me a "told you so" gesture and then tried to walk away immediately. I started to try the card again and it was still not working. The staff member was stuck waiting for the elevator, and he begrudgingly returned after I called him back. As if having to swipe 15-20 times is acceptable! Nevermind spitting on my room card! Finally we went back down and got another new card and then we could get in our room. Disgraceful service.

Very old, dirty hotel, small unkempt rooms, dirty walls, very poor breakfast, only a few options, we stayed from 8 in the morning until 2 p.m. to accommodate us, on the condition that if Italians came they would be accommodated immediately. Very high price for what it offers. The location is excellent, right next to the Trevi Fountain, next to the bus station and Carrefour.

Excelente ubicación y servicio. Estamos alojados en una habitación que es interna a un contrafrente espaciado, y tenemos una terraza con sillones y mesa para tomar aire, algún refresco o fumar. El hotel está a menos de 100 metros de la Fontana de Trevi, y eso le da un plus inigualable. Cerca de todos los atractivos de Roma. Y la atención es súper recomendable. Espero nuestra estancia continúe así!

A metros de uno de los sitios más visitados del mundo y de una de las principales avenidas de Roma. Hotel tradicional, con una bella recepción. Cierta leve frialdad al principio de parte de la recepción, probablemente para mantener un perfil corporativo y prudente. Luego, manteniendo su prudencia, pudimos percibir cómo todos se preocupaban por nuestro bienestar (pedir taxi, ayudarnos a prever tiempos de viaje al aeropuerto,etc), El recepcionista Mariano vivía en su país de origen a sólo unas 20 cuadras de mí hogar. Y con esta coincidencia , el trato fue aún más ameno. Experiencia muy positiva

Estuvimos alojados dos noches en el hotel, nos dieron una habitación que se encontraba en el piso 5, para que se den una idea el ascensor llegaba hasta el piso 4, al llegar a ese piso teníamos que subir dos escaleras cruzando dos pasillos y ahi estaba nuestra habitación, totalmente descolocada del hotel, como si fuera un altillo, tenia una terraza propia que parecía un deposito a cielo abierto de las cosas que le sobran, los muebles del cuarto totalmente deteriorados, la alfombra sucia y gastada y el baño viejo y con poca presión de agua. En conclusion, un desastre, lo unico rescatable la ubicación. NO LO RECOMIENDO PD: si pesan más de 90 kilos y miden más de 1,90 no entran en el ascensor y si les dan el desván del quinto piso como a nosotros, procuren llegar bien entrenados para subir por las escaleras

Super Lage, aber das ist auch schon das einzig Positive. Das Zimmer war wohl im "alten" Teil des Hotelsund leider sehr klein, staubig und vor allem hellhörig. Das Bett ist ebenfalls sehr klein. Die Nächte waren dementsprechend ungemütlich und kurz. Wir konnten ab und zu einen Blick in die moderneren Zimmer werfen und diese sahen schon deutlich besser aus. Der Aufpreis war es uns dann aber doch nicht wert, weil der Preis aufgrund der sehr guten Lage doch recht hoch war. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr unausgewogen und besteht zum größten Teil aus (sehr) süßen Fertigprodukten. Ich bezweifle auch, dass das Rührei jemals ein echtes Ei gesehen hat. Man würde sich mehr Abwechslung wünschen, zum Beispiel in Form von Müsli oder Vollkornprodukten. Besonders irritiert hat uns aber, dass es nebenan einen weiteren Raum gab, in dem offenbar die besser zahlenden Gäste ihr Frühstück hatten. Es sah auch so aus, als wäre hier die Auswahl größer gewesen. Falls das wirklich so ist, geht das gar nicht! Uns war klar, dass man 3 Sterne in Italien nicht mit 3 Sternen in Deutschland vergleichen kann. Für den Preis hatten wir uns aber etwas mehr erwartet. Alles in Allem ist das Hotel aufgrund der sehr guten Lage schon eine passable Wahl für kurze Aufenthalte in Rom. Wenn man jedoch länger in der Stadt und/oder gewisse Ansprüche hat, sollte man sich lieber etwas anderes suchen.

Trevi çeşmesinin sokağındaydık hemen. Çok memnun kaldık, odalar düzenli şekilde temizlendi manzarası ve odanın büyüklüğü iyiydi ferahtı. Perfekcyjna lokalizacja hotelu sprawia że nie trzeba właściwie rozważać innych środków komunikacji innymi niż na własnych nogach. Do fontanny di Trevi 5 min do Panteonu 10 min, spacer do Colosseum krętymi ścieżkami to kolejne 30 min. Przemiła obsługa w hotelu a pokój, mam wrażenie że w stylu rzymskim - jak całe miast, pomieszczenie nie jest duże ale zadbane i czyste a śniadania całkiem europejskie niekoniecznie na słodko. Gdybym miał wybierać ponownie lokalizację na pobyt parudniowy na pewno wybrałbym to miejsce.

Um hotel com ótima, localização. Mas um hotel em renovação, com muito a desejar,precisa muita mudança, esta bastante degradado ,todas as fotos de boking nada e igual no local. Mas o pior disto nem e o hotel,nem os quartos,são os funcionários de recepção, que são do mais antipático que ja vi,e viajo imenso mas nunca encontrei pessoas tão antipáticas. Puseram me num quarto onde a casa de banho não tinha água no autoclismos, fiz a minha reclamação, olharam me com ar de arrogância, e nada resolviam,no dia a seguir chatei me ,e mais arrogantes ainda mas la me mudaram de quarto,senão me tinha chateado não me mudavam,horriveis mesmo.. Pagamos 6€ por persona y día, es la primera vez que me cobran por ser turista pero al parecer no es nada nuevo en Italia, el hotel mejor ubicado diría yo, a 1 minuto de la Fontana di Trevi y 20 Minutos del Colisseo, merece muchísimo la pena y no solo por la ubicación, el desayuno increíble, muchísima variedad y también por la atención que recibimos, y justo abajo hay un restaurante, que te ponen unas carnes esquisitas y una atención personalizada, no teníamos ganas de pizza o pasta, queríamos algo diferente y lo teníamos justo abajo del hotel.

Ottimo hotel, lo consiglio vivamente, posizione meravigliosa a pochi passi dai luoghi più iconici della città, camere spaziose e confortevoli, colazione varia e abbondante, personale gentile ed efficiente, a disposizione h24, una menzione speciale al Sig. Sergio della reception per il prezioso aiuto e la cordialità dimostrata nei nostri confronti e per le signore della sala colazione sempre gentili sorridenti e pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta e a mantenere il buffet ben rifornito, pulito e in ordine. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel in futuro, finalmente abbiamo scoperto un posto dove il rapporto qualità / prezzo è ottimo gestito con professionalità, che a Roma specialmente in centro non è facile trovare, grazie di tutto!

Me hospedei no hotel entre os dias 06 e 10 de março do ano de 2026. A equipe da recepção é extremamente atenciosa e simpática. O quarto é pequeno, mas é limpo. O banheiro é ótimo. O café da manhã me surpreendeu, tinha bastante opções e variedades. A localização é PERFEITA! Com restaurantes, sorveterias, lojas, tudo bem próximo, permitindo o deslocamento a pé, ideal para conhecer a cidade. Há um ponto de táxi tão perto que não é necessário atravessar a rua. Amei!

Standort ist super, der Trevi Brunnen ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, zum Bahnhof Barberini sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Der Service war grundsätzlich ok, es gab wenig Berührungspunkte. Beim Frühstück gab es eher wenig Auswahl, das was es gab war gut. Die Zimmer sind leider nicht wie auf den Fotos angezeigt gewesen. Hier scheint es Standard und Deluxe Zimmer zu geben. Dass diese sich so arg unterscheiden was die Einrichtung angeht ist beim Buchen weder angegeben noch ersichtlich. Auf Rückfrage haben wir ein anders Zimmer erhalten, das war ein wenig moderner aber entsprach leider nicht dem was auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Wer nicht so viel Wert auf all das legt ist hier aber sicher trotzdem gut aufgehoben, die Lage ist jedenfalls top.

Estuvimos a mediados de febrero. Se encuentra en renovación, pero eso no importa mucho. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y los productos son excelentes. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y la temperatura al interior es óptima. El personal de conserjería es muy amable y resuelve los problemas con rapidez. Además, la ubicación es excelente. A pasos de la Fontana di Trevi, calles comerciales, restaurantes, múltiples iglesias. La estación Barberini del metro permite conectar rápidamente con Termini y Ciudad del Vaticano. Fuimos en familia y lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados. Si volvemos a Roma, volveremos también a Accademia

Otelin konumu Trevi Çeşmesi’ne yürüyerek bir kaç dakika uzaklıkta. Biz 3 gecelik Roma tatilimiz için burayı tercih etmiştik ve Vatikan haricinde nerdeyse her yere yürüyerek gittik. Odalar günlük olarak temizleniyor. Odalarda ses yalıtımı zayıftı. Otel biraz eski ama bunu bilerek gittiğimiz için problem etmedik. Kahvaltıda yeteri kadar çeşit vardı( peynirler, yumurta çeşitleri, zeytinler, domates salatalık, reçeller ve hamur işleri vb.) ve domuz içerikli ürünler belirtilmişti. Genel olarak fena değildi

Muy buena ubicación. 100m de la Fontana. El personal de recepción muy atento a cualquier petición. Nos hicieron upgrade de habitación a una superior. Aunque el italiano se entiende más o menos, hablan español sin problemas. Hotel recomendable. Aconsejo pedir taxi el día anterior y están a la hora que digas en la puerta. 55€ al aeropuerto, 60 si es con tarjeta.

És un hotel antiguo que estan reformando. La ubicación inmejorable porque estás en la esquina de la Fontana de Trevi. Hotel.con un bufet de desayuno bastante completo y todo muy bueno. El personal de recepción muy amables y atentos. Las habitaciones correctas. El baño es con ban̈era y muy correcto. Tienen ascensores. No se permite fumar en las habitaciones, cosa que se agradece, aunque dispone de areas exteriores para ello. Relación calidad/precio/ubicación correcta.

Στα θετικά, το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο ιστορικό κέντρο, ένα λεπτό απο την Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι. Αν και τοσο κεντρικά, έχει ησυχία. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ καλή και το πρωινό τιμιοτατο για 3 αστέρων. Παμε στα αρνητικά τώρα. Το δωμάτιο ηταν πολυ μικρο και σκοτεινό. Το στρώμα ήταν πολύ κακό, δεν μπορούσες να ξεκουραστείς. Es un hotel muy antiguo y mal mantenido La atención de la recepción es muy mala. Son prepotentes . Tuve muy mala experiencia al llegar. Tenía contratadas dos habitaciones con sus camas separadas . La que me tocó a mí y compartía con mi hija estaba en la zona más vieja del hotel. Tenía olor a humedad y muy pequeña . NO FUNCIONABA LA CALEFACCIÓN Y ERA INVIERNO (1 grado ). Luego de pasar la primer noche sin dormir por el frío que hacía sumado al olor a humedad logré que me cambien de habitación porque intervino la agencia de viajes y me dieron una en mejores condiciones. EN LA RECEPCIÓN ATIENDEN MUY MAL . Hay dos empleados que son prepotentes y tratan muy mal. Es para destacar buena atención en el desayuno y muy completo

Hotel comodissimo in pieno centro a Roma, a 2 passi dalla fontana di Trevi ma in posizione tranquilla e defilata. Camera ampia, rinnovata da poco, tranquilla e silenziosa con bagno spazioso (la ns sia con doccia che con vasca e altra doccia e 2 lavandini). Bello lo spazio giochi per bimbi, personale gentile e professionale. Forse lo spazio colazione è un po' sacrificato ma andando prima delle 9 non era un grosso problema, buona la varietà della proposta. Pulizie stanza puntuali e ben fatte, siamo rimasti 4 notti e dovendo tornare rifarei la scelta. Prezzo adeguato alla posizione.

K pena de hotel, ya que la ubicación es inmejorable pero servicio, limpieza mal no lo siguiente. La limpieza es nula, hasta hormigas x toda la habitación, está todo súper viejo, mantenimiento nulo, olores desagradables en las habitaciones, los baños viejos y mal cuidados, el desayuno muy poco variado. El personal muy frío y dicen que resuelven pero tardaron 2 días en cambiarnos de habitación. Si volvemos a Roma que seguro que si x k es una ciudad increíble, no volveré a este hotel.

Her şeyden önce ilgililerdi. Oda konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı gayet yeterliydi. Konumu çok iyi. Çok merkezi. Uçağa 4-5 saatlik zamanımız vardı bavulları bizim için tuttular. Rahatlıkla son günde dolaştabildik. Kesinlikle öneriyorum. Biz yenilenen kısmında kaldık.

Het is een stadshotel. Alles is basic en de kamers zijn klein. Er is geen tafel in de kamer. De kamer wordt wel iedere dag schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt is ook basic en standaard. De ontbijtruimte is klein, waardoor er vaak drukte is, vooral bij de koffiemachine. Het ontbijt is zelfbediening. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt op een centraal punt, dichtbij onder andere de Trevifontein, de Spaanse Trappen en het Pantheon. Het hotel bevindt zich aan een lange, grote en drukke hoofdstraat. Via het hotel kan een taxi naar de luchthaven worden geregeld. Dit kost €55,-. Reizen met de trein is ook mogelijk; dit kost €18,- per persoon. Daarna moet je nog met de metro, waardoor onze voorkeur uitging naar de taxi. Al met al is het een functioneel hotel, geschikt voor een kort verblijf in de stad.

La ubicación es un 10. En la misma cuadra de la Fontana di Trevi. Más allá de estar cerca de la Fontana, estás en una zona muy céntrica para recorrer otros lugares turísticos. El desayuno es muy rico con bastante variedad, la limpieza es buena, las habitaciones no son tan grandes para 4 personas pero si van 2 son un lujo. María del personal de mantenimiento en el desayuno es un amor, es una dominicana muy amorosa y atenta. Tiene un lugar de juegos para chicos que nos vino bárbaro. Tiene ascensor y nos dan la opción de dejar el cochecito de los chicos abajo para no subirlo siempre y que no nos ocupe lugar en la habitación.

Un très bon hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Cependant les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, et le personnel d’accueil n’est pas très cordial avec les touristes. Le petit déjeuner y est excellent, et un grand merci aux dames qui le gère car elles sont très gentilles.

Camere molto calde e umide, di notte mi sono svegliata più volte che mi mancava l'aria e non si poteva neanche usare l'aria condizionata perchè da novembre la disattivano. Le stanze affacciano sulla strada trafficata e rumorosa. Molte le manutenzioni da fare (il soffione della doccia perde e schizza dappertutto, le tapparelle non si chiudono...). Lo staff è a dir poco inadeguato, pessima organizzazione delle pulizie... quando sono risalita dopo la colazione alle 8:30 ho trovato la camera con la porta spalancata, c'era la donna delle pulizie in bagno; anzichè scusarsi e uscire subito mi ha chiesto di aspettare 5 minuti... Aspettare almeno l'orario del check out per fare le pulizie no?

El hotel no tiene ningún mantenimiento, los colchones están penosos y las imagines de lo que te venden, nada que ver con lo que te dan. El personal de recepción muy agradable, y la ubicación excelente, pero si luego no descansas con la cama y la dejadez de las instalaciones, y te dan una mala habitación, yo no repetiré si no mejoran el hotel.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, notamment Mariano à qui nous adressons un grand merci pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables et modernes, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est correct mais sans plus : il pourrait être un peu plus varié ou qualitatif pour être au niveau du reste. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience.

Cuando la amabilidad emociona… pero las instalaciones decepcionan: El cariño del equipo no pudo tapar la decadencia del Club Accademia Estuvimos 4 noches en el Club Accademia para cerrar nuestra luna de miel, pagando casi 300 €/noche. La ubicación es excelente y el personal es realmente amable, pero la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo prometido ni del precio. El spa no se pudo usar: el agua del hidromasaje estaba fría, el sillón masajeador no funcionaba y, cuando nos confirmaron que ya estaba listo, nos avisaron en el momento que habían puesto líquidos y quedaba fuera de servicio. En la habitación, el hidromasaje privado tenía una pérdida, inundó el baño (sin drenaje) y el agua se filtró hacia la habitación. Tuve que secarlo todo yo mismo. El desayuno estaba bien, solo faltaban frutas (habia duraznos al natural solamente). Pedí un gesto de compensación (como el transfer al aeropuerto), pero me respondieron que “no tenían autorización”. El personal hace lo imposible, pero la falta de mantenimiento es evidente. Con pena lo digo: no está a la altura del precio ni de lo que promete.

Konum olarak çok iyi, Trevi Çeşmesine yürüyerek 1-2 dk , metro istasyonuna yürüyerek 5-6 dk. Romaya iki kere gittim ikinci gidişimde de direkt tercihim bu otel oldu başka otel bakmadım bile. Konumundan dolayı bi tık pahalı ancak değiyor. Odaların büyüklüğü değişkenlik gösteriyor ancak yetiyor zaten gezmeye gittiğimiz için otele geceden geceye uyumak için uğradık. Sabah kahvaltısız almamıza rağmen kahvaltı ikramları da mevcuttu kruvasan meyve mısır gevreği gibi çeşitler mevcuttu.
