El show es una pasada, te giran masas de pizza encima de tu cabeza, luego giramos servilletas al ritmo de música italiana y finalizaron dándonos chupitos. Las pizzas estaban muy buenas y el tiramisú me dejó sin palabras. Si vienes a Milán tienes que venir aquí a cenar. Nos atendió Alice con una gran sonrisa y un gran servicio, ha estado muy atenta y ha sido muy rápida. Si volvemos a Milán no dudaremos en repetir esta experiencia

16/06/2026I recently visited this place in Milan, and I highly recommend avoiding it. If you want a genuine Italian experience, look elsewhere this is a textbook tourist trap. The food was a disaster, the pasta was served completely undercooked and inedible. But the real issue is the dishonesty. They charged us 25€ per dish, even though the menu clearly stated 17€. When we pointed out the price discrepancy, it was clear that this was not a mistake, but a deliberate attempt to overcharge tourists. To make matters worse, the 'show' they advertise is embarrassing just a waiter spinning a dirty towel in the air for a few seconds. When we decided not to order anything else, the service became hostile. The staff started glaring at us and pointing at our table while whispering, just because we didn't want to spend more money on their overpriced, low-quality food. Save your money and your dignity. This place is a scam.

15/06/2026We thought we were lucky to get a last minute table near our accommodation after a long day exploring, my daughter felt ill while we were waiting so we decided to leave. The staff were very rude as we left, the front of house guy in particular impersonating us running out and as I passed him he said quite loud " oh it's too expensive" we felt very under valued, mocked and would never return

15/06/2026Pizza was cold and when we asked the staff to reheat it they were so rude. Pizza came back out still cold and the worst pizza we had while in Milan. We spoke to the waiter about it and he was so dismissive and didn’t offer to replace it or anything. The portion size of the truffle fries for €19 are a joke. It was our friends birthday and they brought out the most pathetic plate with happy birthday scribbled on it and a candle that had fallen over which he just shoved it down infront of her abruptly. Overall the service was appalling and the staff were so unwelcoming. It is a tourist trap do NOT go there.

15/06/2026We came to this place hoping to experience the famous pizza show. Before booking, I called the restaurant because the website didn’t provide any information about when the pizza dough acrobatics usually happen. I wanted advice on the best time to come, as I understood this is not something the chef performs constantly. During the call, I was told there was no fixed schedule, but the staff member reassured me: “Anytime you come and spend two hours, you’ll definitely see it. Don’t worry.” Based on that, I booked a table for 5:00 PM. I also mentioned in the reservation that it was a birthday dinner. When we arrived, there were quite a few guests inside, but we chose to sit outside. I specifically asked if sitting outside would affect our chance of seeing the show, and I was told it wouldn’t — which again reinforced the expectation that we would definitely experience it. Unfortunately, that never happened. We stayed for two hours, ordered pizza, beers, and drinks, and even considered ordering dessert just to wait longer. But at some point it became clear that we were simply “buying time” in the hope that the show might happen. Meanwhile, the staff kept clearing the table and asking every few minutes if we wanted anything else, which only made it feel like we were being encouraged to spend more. The prices are also significantly higher than in many other restaurants. I understand part of that may be due to the restaurant’s reputation and the entertainment factor — and that would be fair if the customer actually received the experience they were promised. Personally, I don’t think the pizza itself justifies the price, especially considering I had better pizza elsewhere for much less. What disappointed me most was not missing the show itself, but the lack of honesty and transparency. If the show depends on the restaurant being busy enough, or happens only at certain times, that should be communicated clearly. I would also like to add that the restaurant was neither completely full nor empty. We noticed many people waiting, and some leaving disappointed. We are not the type of customers who argue or make scenes — we simply asked about the show a few times, finished our meal, and left. We rarely write reviews, but due to the lack of transparency and the misleading expectations created, we felt it was important to share this as a warning for others who may come here specifically for that experience. A much better system would be to set specific times when customers can expect the performance, or at least run it regularly (for example every two hours), regardless of how full the restaurant is. That would allow guests to plan their visit and avoid disappointment. As a tourist, I only had two hours to dedicate to this experience. If I lived in Milan, I could afford to “wait and see.” But when people visit specifically for this attraction, their time matters — and managing expectations is part of respecting the customer. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

15/06/2026Very disappointing experience. We had a reservation at Crazy Pizza and clearly noted that it was a special occasion – a bachelorette celebration. There were only two of us, and our reservation was for 12:30 PM, exactly when the restaurant opened. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. We were seated and, before even being offered a menu, the waitress asked if we wanted water. We agreed and then ordered one pizza to share and two Cokes, as we knew we would not be able to finish two pizzas. A few minutes later, the waitress came back and informed us that because we had a reservation, each guest was required to order their own dish. We offered to add a dessert, but that was apparently not acceptable. Feeling pressured, we ended up ordering a portion of fries for €17 simply to satisfy their requirement. Ironically, despite being so concerned about increasing the bill, the waitress completely forgot to bring the two Cokes we had ordered. The fries arrived dry and barely edible, and we left most of them untouched. At the end, we were charged €4 for the water, while the Cokes we ordered never arrived at all. What disappointed us most was not the money, but the attitude. Instead of feeling welcomed on a special occasion, we felt pressured into ordering more than we wanted in an otherwise empty restaurant. The experience felt focused on maximizing the bill rather than providing hospitality. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences of our trip to Milan.

13/06/2026Niestety nasza wizyta w tej restauracji była bardzo rozczarowująca. Obsługa pozostawia wiele do życzenia, szczególnie kelner w okularach był bardzo niemiły i nieprofesjonalny. Pizza, na którą czekałyśmy, okazała się niesmaczna i zdecydowanie nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań. Zaznaczę, że dostaliśmy nie to co zamówiliśmy. Najgorsze było jednak oczekiwanie na deser, czekałyśmy ponad godzinę, a przez cały ten czas nikt z obsługi nie zainteresował się naszym stolikiem, nie przeprosił za opóźnienie ani nie poinformował nas o sytuacji. Takie traktowanie klientów jest niedopuszczalne. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca i nie planuję tam wracać.

13/06/2026Absolutely lovely place! The food was delicious. My friend and I shared a pasta, a pizza, and some focaccia. The Fromaggi Pizza was a 10/10 and a must-try for pizza lovers. The pink cocktail was absolutely amazing as well. The service was excellent — everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially our waiter, Khan, who made our experience even more enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the show, which made the evening even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back many more times.

12/06/2026I was at this place today. I'd heard the pizza was very good, and I wanted to go at 9 PM to have a pizza and a drink. Even though I hadn't made a reservation, someone at the door told me they could seat us. There were two of us, but when I arrived, they told me I couldn't sit at any table because I was wearing a tank top. Then I looked at the other people eating there, and there were a lot of people, especially women, wearing tank tops, shorts, and sneakers. It's summer. My tank top is worth more than four pizzas at this place, and they wouldn't let me in. This place discriminates against people. It's very wrong. I don't understand these kinds of rules, laws, or policies. I don't recommend this restaurant. I think it's just because of social media hype, but I felt discriminated against there.

11/06/2026Leider waren wir enttäuscht. Die Pizza war für den Preis sehr dünn und ölig, die Nutella-Pizza erinnerte eher an einen Crêpe. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Die Tische wurden nur oberflächlich abgewischt und das Besteck auf den noch klebrigen Tisch gelegt. Die angekündigte Pizza-Show dauert nur wenige Minuten und kann ebenso von draußen beobachtet werden. Insgesamt stimmen für uns weder Qualität noch Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, daher können wir das Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

The pizza was simple, not something too good or great, nothing to look forward to. I was disappointed to spend my last night in this place. And it wasn’t cheap…. Not recommended

31/05/2026Были два раза… первый 28.05.26 - было всё отлично! Второй 31.05.26 - пришли с друзьями, у которых 2 детей… очень ждали шоу. В итоге оказалось, что оно проходит не раз в час, как указано на сайте, а как получится… получилось почти через 2 часа, мы уже уходили. Пицца была почти холодная, когда ее подали. В конце перед кофе попросили убрать со стола бутылки и протереть от крошек. Результат на фото В общем пицца вкусная, но иногда холодная, сервис на тройку, шоу по времени проходит «как получится»

Ils ont réussi à faire une communication d’enfer sur les réseaux sociaux mais une fois sur place quelle déception ! 15€ un mojito qui est un mélange industriel, 40€ minimum une bouteille de vin inbuvable, les pizzas n’ont rien d’exceptionnelle est se vendent très cher, les pâtes ne sont pas bonne c’est très bas de gamme, très très déçu. Tous les serveurs sont bien habillés , mais c’est vraiment pour le show, ça n’a rien d’un restaurant , à fuir ,réellement ! Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile je l’aurai fait

30/05/2026Goed eten, leuke kleine show tussen door. Ze zijn snel en personeel is vriendelijk. Wel aan de prijzige kant. Wij zijn geholpen door Khan deze avond.

30/05/2026Moje negatywna opinia dotyczy tylko Pana managera, który patrzył cały czas w telefon. Goście przychodzili czekali a Pan nie zauwazał nawet że ktoś czeka żeby zaproponować stolik. My też czekaliśmy chwilkę nie podchodził bo nawet nie spojrzał., ponieważ były puste stoliki na dworze podeszliśmy do tych stolików i wtedy się zaczęło. Zaczął krzyczeć pouczać że nie źle się zachowaliśmy bo powinniśmy czekać . Tak powinniśmy zaczekać ale zwątpiliśmy jeżeli nikogo nie było dłużą chwilkę. Potem obserwując było podobnie , zdarzyło się że ktoś odszedł bo czekał za długio. Pizza dobra ale ceny wyższe niż w innych miejscach czego byliśmy świadomi ale nie spodziewaliśmy się tak uzależnionego od telefonu i agresywnego managera.
