13/06/2026Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food itself was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were unfriendly and often spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner. As foreign tourists, we were trying our best to communicate using a translator and basic English. At one point, when I asked a question, one of the staff members replied with something along the lines of: “If you don’t speak English, that’s not my problem.” This is not the kind of attitude international visitors expect when visiting Italy. Even when there is a language barrier, respect and professionalism should remain. Throughout our visit, we also felt uncomfortable because some staff members appeared to be making comments and jokes while looking in our direction, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. I would strongly recommend that management invest more effort into customer service training. The way staff communicate with guests is the face of the business, and unfortunately this visit left us with a very negative impression. Because of the service, I cannot recommend this place despite the quality of the food. К сожалению, наш опыт оказался очень разочаровывающим. Сама еда была неплохой, но обслуживание полностью испортило впечатление. Персонал был недружелюбным и часто общался грубо и пренебрежительно. Как иностранные туристы, мы старались общаться через переводчик и базовый английский. В какой-то момент один из сотрудников ответил мне примерно так: «Если вы не говорите по-английски, это не моя проблема». Это не то отношение, которого ожидают иностранные гости, приезжая в Италию. Даже при языковом барьере должны сохраняться уважение и профессионализм. Во время визита мы также чувствовали себя некомфортно, поскольку некоторые сотрудники, как нам показалось, переговаривались и шутили, поглядывая в нашу сторону, что создавало неприятную атмосферу. Я бы настоятельно рекомендовал руководству уделить больше внимания обучению персонала сервису и общению с гостями. Манера общения сотрудников — это лицо заведения, и, к сожалению, после визита у нас осталось очень негативное впечатление. Из-за обслуживания я не могу рекомендовать это место, несмотря на качество еды.

12/06/20261 star and this not for the pizza, but for what happened here. We were walked through the kitchen and placed at a loud table at the back. When we asked for a table outside where seats were clearly available, the staff refused. Only after I pushed back multiple times did they reluctantly give us an unseated open table outside. For the entirety of our meal, not a single staff member checked on us. Meanwhile, the tables around us - all different from us in one obvious way, received free shots and complimentary desserts without asking. This was not a coincidence. The pattern was consistent, deliberate, and racially motivated. I've travelled widely and dined at hundreds of restaurants. I know the difference between bad service and targeted treatment. Avoid this place.

09/06/2026Piz is a really distinct kind of pizza place and i loved it. they keep it simple... only about 4 pizzas on the menu and honestly that focus shows. the pizza is thin, light, and everything we had was genuinely really good. the place itself is clean and tidy, and the service starts the moment you walk in… you’re looked after straight away. they do the qr code menu thing (not my favourite), but it didn’t take away from the experience. also… they kept bringing out free liquor shots which was a fun surprise and made the whole night feel super welcoming. proper good vibe, great pizza, great service. see you again guys.

We ordered the Margherita and another pizza with burrata, olives, and fresh basil, and both were delicious and full of authentic Italian flavor. The atmosphere is casual, lively, and genuinely Milanese. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite being a popular spot, the service was quick and well organized. If you’re looking for authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in the heart of Milan, this place is a must-visit. Excellent food, great value, and an experience we will definitely repeat on our next trip to Italy. Highly recommended! 🇮🇹🍕👏

07/06/2026Çok abartı bir yer. Malzeme bolmuş gibi görünüyor ancak sadece sosunu bol koyuyorlar sonra elinize yüzünüze bulaştırıyorsunuz yerken. Asla beklentimi karşılamadı. İtalya yı geçtim Makedonya da bile çok daha güzel pizzalar denedim. Eğer tek hakkınız varsa pizza yemek için burası zaman kaybı derim. Ayrıca 2.5 Euro extra servis ücretinin saçmalığını anlamayacağım.

06/06/2026Estupendo, llegamos a la una y había gente esperando, pero fue una corta espera amenizada por un camarero muy simpático que nos ofreció una tapa de pizza picante y una copita de cava. Comimos en la terraza en la calle, pero dentro también hay bastante sitio ya que tiene una planta baja con bastante sitio. En cuanto a las pizzas simplemente decir que estaban deliciosas, parece que voy a decir lo típico, pero sinceramente de las mejores que hemos probado, con en plus de contar con camareros atentos y simpáticos

06/06/2026The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by Marco. He was rude, disrespectful, and his attitude felt discriminatory. We noticed that other tables received hospitality and attention that we did not. Thankfully, Julia was kind. Despite the great food, I would not return because of the poor treatment.

06/06/2026Hemeltje, wat een ervaring was dit. De menukaart heeft slechts 3 pizza opties, waardoor ik in de eerste instantie erg sceptisch was. Ik heb in mijn leven nog nooit zo'n heerlijke pizza gegeten als bij Piz in Milaan! De pizza's waren ook erg voordelig. Ik snap de hype volkomen, geweldige pizza's, een hippe en mooie tent met heel aardige medewerkers. We kregen nog een heerlijk shotje van de zaak, welke ook nog voor herhaling vatbaar was. Piz is een absolute aanrader!

05/06/2026Sehr sehr gute napoleonische Pizza. Wenige Sorten aber dafür sehr gut. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen fanden wir das Personal sehr freundlich. Natürlich ist das kein Laden, in dem man 2 stunden sitzt. Bestellen - essen - zahlen. Aus meiner Sicht ist das aber klar. Would recommend - jederzeit wieder!

Ekspresowo organizują stolik i zamówienia. na dzień dobry dostajesz aperitif w postaci musującego białego wina. Aperol był obowiązkowy, a na zakończenie posiłku przynoszą kieliszki z ich lokalnym likierem migdałowym i melonowym - ekstaza smaku. Na pewno wrócimy. Polecam z pełnym przekonaniem. Wszystko smaczne, rozsądne ceny.

I also liked the fact that they’ll split a pizza between two of you if you’ve come with your partner – that was really nice.

Якщо сісти надворі, то дуже атмосферно, оскільки багато жасмину поруч церкви, легкий вітерець, тінь і смачна піца та просеко. Надзвичайно приємний персонал та дуже доброзичливий, прийшла би ще♥️ Пригощають просеко та шматочком випічки - безкоштовно за очікування🥰

31/05/2026Well at first I was hesitant because I was told they only had three pizzas and that's all that shows on the menu. Also, there was a bit of a weight when we got there, but it actually grew to almost a dozen people. They see people quickly so the turnover is pretty fast and you don't wait long. Since I was concerned about limited menu, those fears were allayed when the Waiter takes your order - he lets you know about the four or five other ones that are not on the menu that are all sounding great So we picked 'chef special' (they pick for you) and a white pizza. The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. They nailed the crust as well as all the ingredients. Really delicious. The toilet facilities definitely need a lot of help. That was my only real comment about the atmosphere. It's very basic, you sit at basic tables. They seemed to all be helpful.

28/05/2026Ambiente com atendimento super descontraído, somos do Brasil, e tocaram nosso hino nacional quando souberam nossa origem. Tiveram momentos em que, durante as músicas italianas que eram tocadas, eles cantavam e dançavam juntos. Todos foram muito simpáticos e a comida é deliciosa. Eu e minha esposa comemos a pizza marguerita, que estava deliciosa. Provamos também o tiramisú, que estava muito bom. Foi uma indicação de um local que valeu super a pena. Vale a visita 😄

26/05/2026Margarita pizza was very delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. The atmosphere was nice overall. However, the restroom cleanliness could definitely be improved. Also, it’s not very suitable for families with babies or strollers.
