14/06/2026We entered this restaurant by chance and had no particular expectations. However, the service, atmosphere, and food all deserve full marks. I normally do not eat tiramisu because I often find the flavors and aromas are not well balanced for my taste. However, the chef recommended that I try it, and I am glad I did. It was excellent and changed my opinion. Thank you for that recommendation. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable dining experience, and I would gladly return.

14/06/2026A fancy and luxury restaurant that offers wide selection of Milanese dishes. Service was really friendly, fast and helpful. Especially they are very considerate towards food allergies and preferences, that was an extra plus for us.

The staff at this restaurant were all wonderful and beautiful, but especially her warm service, and all the food you recommended was the best I ever experienced during my trip to Italy. If Elena continues to work, I will visit again.

05/06/2026Worst service. Do not recommend it. Taking business trip in Milan and had my first meal in this restaurant after landing. I informed my dairy allergen to the waiter, he told me not to order food with “2” on the menu and I followed his instructions. However, I still got severe allergic reaction after the meal and then I realised from other restaurants that “7” should be dairy, not “2”.

26/05/2026Booked a table for 1 after friend recommended it for my first stay in Milan. Ordered the Vittelo Tonnato, the Risotto alla Milanese and the Tiramisu. Started with a Negroni Sbagliato to dive into the Milan vibe. The Vittelo was revisited and did not disappoint. Creamy risotto could not be faulted. Only downside is that they don’t serve wine by the glass but only by the bottle which could be reconsidered for solo patrons.

22/05/2026Bauscia is an upscale Milanese restaurant in Brera, centrally located in the downtown. Brera is a popular shopping district and located there you always find the restaurant completely full even during weekdays. We were a group of 20 people and pre reserved Menus. The ambience the quality of food, presentation and taste simply amazing. The service although could be a bit enhanced. They were a bit struggling also for the fact that it was a packed day and almost no empty tables and several large groups. The specialise on Milanese cuisine which is meat but also made a amazing fish and a vegetarian course of our group. Definitely recommended to dine in Bauscia.

Brought "ginger beer" instead of "ginger ale", bread was forogotten, etc.. While offered feedback waiter just ignored it, staying silent. Doors were open, place was cold, asked waiters 4 times to close doors so spent half of the stay in a very cold atmosphere Tryed to be nice yet artificial..

The fine list is perfectly acceptable for the setting. The food, a little hit and miss. Shame really because it could be a go to for when we are in Milan.

20/04/2026The attentiveness of the staff at this restaurant is truly at a Michelin level. When I came here and ordered my meal, I told them they could serve it right away. However, when the food arrived, I stepped outside to wait for my friend who hadn’t arrived yet. Noticing that I was no longer at the table, the staff took my dish back to keep it warm, and when I returned, they served it again perfectly. On another occasion, I came with a large group of 16 people. I told them they could start serving even if some guests hadn’t arrived yet. They remembered exactly who ordered what, and they kept the meals of those who were absent fresh and ready. These small details truly set this restaurant apart from others. I was deeply impressed.

Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato ci ha lasciato con la voglia di tornare il giorno dopo! ♥️ La tartare con tartufo, ben bilanciata dalla stracciatella. Un risotto alla milanese cremoso con uno zafferano assurdo, accompagnato da un ossobuco cotto alla perfezione che si scioglieva in bocca 😍 I totani con crema di piselli e barbabietola non solo erano deliziosi ma letteralmente un'opera d'arte estetica 🎨💜 Consiglio assolutamente! 👏🏼✨

06/05/2026Sono stato a cena qui qualche sera fa e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero molto piacevole. L’ambiente è curato, con un’atmosfera rilassata grazie alle luci soffuse, e i dehor esterni con le vetrate sul giardino danno quel tocco in più che fa la differenza. Il cibo è stato ottimo: piatti della tradizione milanese fatti bene, senza fronzoli ma con grande attenzione alla qualità. Abbiamo provato anche diversi vini, tra bianchi e rosé, tutti ben scelti. A chiudere, un dopocena con passito e grappa e dolci che è stato il finale perfetto. Posto in cui si sta bene e si mangia bene, ci tornerei volentieri.

03/05/2026Se cerchi un’esperienza autentica milanese con un tocco moderno, questo posto è una garanzia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosfera curata ma allo stesso tempo accogliente, perfetta sia per una cena tranquilla che per una serata tra amici. Il servizio è impeccabile: staff attento, cordiale e sempre pronto a consigliare il piatto giusto. La vera protagonista è ovviamente la cucina: ingredienti di qualità, piatti ben presentati e sapori che rispettano la tradizione ma con una marcia in più. Ogni portata è pensata e realizzata con grande cura, e si sente. Ottima anche la selezione di vini, perfettamente abbinata alle proposte del menu. In poche parole: un posto dove tornare senza pensarci due volte. Consigliatissimo!

Discreta selezione di vini al calice, non presenti sulla carta dei vini ma proposti dai camerieri. Io ho scelto l'antipasto del bauscia e il filetto di manzo con scaloppa di foie gras.. Per finire sinfonia di nocciola e cioccolato. Ogni portata l'ho accompagnata da un calice di vino. Tutto buono , ma nulla di imperdibile onestamente. Il prezzo un po' alto a mio avviso. Anche se capisco che si è in pieno centro.

24/04/2026La qualità del cibo è stata eccellente ma non si può dire lo stesso del servizio: ho prenotato con praticamente un mese d’anticipo alle 20:15 con richiesta di posto all’interno. Il giorno stesso mi è stato chiesto di arrivare alle 20:30 e va bene. Arrivo per l’orario richiesto ma il tavolo “non era ancora pronto”. Dopo un’attesa di 40 minuti finalmente ci hanno fatto sedere, in un tavolo nella veranda non ancora apparecchiato. Un aperitivo offerto nell’attesa non basta, avremmo quanto meno gradito delle scuse e delle spiegazioni. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ma durante la cena ci siamo accorti di avere un tovagliolo macchiato di vino rosso che nessuno di noi ha bevuto, un altro errore importante per un ristorante di questo calibro. Quando siamo usciti non ci è neanche stato chiesto come è andata la cena, e ribadisco non è neanche stato chiesto scusa per il disagio. Molto buoni gli antipasti e i dolci. Aggiungo che il parcheggio convenzionato che viene promosso sul sito ha dei posti auto e rampe di accesso angusti e scomodi. Portate abbondanti, locale moderno, costo adeguato alla zona e alla proposta culinaria, menù vario

22/04/2026Welche Überraschung wartet hinter dem unscheinbaren Eingang. Wir haben im schattigen Innenhof eine tolle Mittagspause verbracht. Das Essen war aussergewöhnlich gut (traumhafte Pasta, originelle Version eines Vitello Tonnato usw.) und preislich im nicht eben billigen Mailand durchaus in Ordnung. Der Service war vor allem zu Beginn sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, danach wurde die Wartezeit zwischen den Gängen immer länger und am Schluss mussten wir fast darum kämpfen, um bezahlen zu können. Aber dies war nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, alles in allem eine sehr positive Erfahrung.

21/02/2026Accolti senza sorriso, senza un saluto, con un "adesso arriva la cameriera". Ordinazioni prese a ritmo sostenuto. Vino rosé al calice di mio gradimemto, non troppo "asciutto". Il risotto con ossobuco, condiviso, è piaciuto ad entrambi: morbido, saporito, vellutato. L'ossobuco, avendo probabilmente dato tutto al suo sugo, era un po' spento. Cotoletta buona, croccante fuori e rosa all'osso, avrebbe potuto essere ancora più tenera e scioglievole, nella parte centrale l'interno tendeva al granuloso. Caffè difficile da dimenticare, purtroppo. Il risotto più la cotoletta sono costati 77 o 78 euro, e ci può stare, anche se per il risotto 39 euro mi sembrano esagerati. Due acque sfuse da 75 cl, il calice di vino, due caffè, due coperti: 31- 32 euro! Per un conto finale di 109 euro. Aggiorno, rispondendo alla risposta: - il sorriso e il saluto non sono stati proprio eseguiti; - la mia lamentela riguarda soprattutto la differenza tra il conto totale ed il prezzo dei risotti più la cotoletta, come si può leggere qualche riga più su.
