We were passing by Duomo Milan Italy area doing our tourist viewing, checking beautiful architectural features and we came across this store that sells stuff all about coffee. We were amazed of how they placed and designed their store. We went inside and saw several types of ground coffee, coffee beans and several types and design of Moka coffee maker. It's not an easy choice as all items that were displayed were aesthetically perfect. You can practically smell perfections on coffee aroma! We've selected Bialetti Perfecto Moka Intenso and Bialetti Perfecto Moka Classico. The sales guy Christian werw so helpful, clarified and explained all that we've asked. We even had a photo shoot 🔫 LOL 😆

Awful service. The guy in the floor ignored me. When he decided to go to the front desk the card machine wasn’t working, which isn’t his fault but he was very unhelpful. He directed me to another desk, that was incredibly slow. The guy there tried to check out the person in line behind me until I told him that I was there to pay as well (as if I could be waiting in line in front of the check out for something else?). Then didn’t even offer me a bag 😅

At first I bought the Milano coffee but then we realized that it isn’t compatible with nespresso pods so I changed it. Be careful which coffee pods do you need. Thank you staff for saving me. Attaching the video from the Bialetti pods and my shopping. Enjoy

I saw the mugs in orange and green in the store and found them really nice, I asked the seller to get one of each, and got twice the orange. It is written under the box (in italian) that the image may not correspond to the product, this is deceiving. Moreover, the mugs have defects, tiny white dots in some random places.

As a long-time Moka user, I was excited about the cream-colored Moka Exclusive , but after just one use, a small coffee spill permanently stained the exterior. Despite careful cleaning, the paint discolored and won’t go back. For a premium-priced item, this level of poor paint durability is unacceptable. It looks great, but it’s clearly not made to handle real-world use. Disappointing quality from a trusted brand.

Good atmosphere but lack of product knowledge and poor communication skills of the floor staff. There were two ladies on the shop floor. One literally got startled and refused to respond when someone spoke in English. (Even while being located in the heart of a tourist attraction point) The other rudely responds "What do you mean? It's just Italian coffee" when someone wanted to know the history of the product. Sadly none of them knew what was the story behind the product they sell everyday. Not having a well trained staff is such a disappointment for such a big Italian brand.

Pagato 79,90€ in boutique, quando sul loro sito vendono lo stesso modello a 49,90€. Negozio per tirare pacchi a turisti stranieri. Evitatelo assolutamente e controllate sempre la qualità della merce che vi consegno. Sconsigliato!!!

Un bel negozio dove poter comprare le ultime novità della Bialetti. Il personale è molto cordiale e paziente. Un plauso sia a Henkli che a Christian, persone con cui è stato un vero piacere avere a che fare. È vero che i prezzi sono un po' alti, ma è anche vero che è molto bello concederai il lusso di comprare prodotti Bialetti in un bel negozio a due passi dal Duomo.

Sono stata al negozio Bialetti di Milano e voglio lasciare un ringraziamento speciale a Cristian, che è stato davvero impeccabile: professionale, gentile e disponibile. Ci ha seguiti con grande attenzione nell’acquisto, facendoci assaggiare diversi caffè e mostrandoci con cura i vari articoli. Abbiamo comprato 6 pacchi di caffè, una tazza termica e due moka (su una delle quali ci ha applicato anche uno sconto). Grazie ai suoi consigli, la scelta è stata semplice e piacevole. Un servizio così attento e cordiale merita davvero di essere sottolineato: complimenti a Cristian, bravissimo nel suo lavoro!

I loro caffè aromatizzati mi piacciono molto, ma purtroppo stanno alzando i prezzi in modo prepotente. Ricordo che 2/3 anni fa il pacchetto da 250 gr. costava 5 euro, mentre oggi mi hanno chiesto 9 euro. Un +80% di rincaro in 3 anni, alla faccia dell'inflazione che dovrebbe essere del 2% annuo.

Ich besuche den Bialetti Store in Mailand regelmäßig und bin jedes Mal begeistert. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett, professionell und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders der Filialleiter empfängt mich mit einer außergewöhnlichen Ausstrahlung und Freundlichkeit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, fast wie Zuhause. Ich liebe Bialetti seit Jahren und nehme dafür gerne den Weg von Zürich nach Mailand auf mich. Der Besuch hier ist jedes Mal ein echtes Highlight und ich kann den Store nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ayant été attirée par la devanture j’ai voulu me rendre dans cette boutique pour faire un tour. J’ai choisit des tasses à café accompagnées de ses cuillères. Le personnel est à l’écoute et répond à toutes les questions sans nous presser malgré les nombreux clients, en anglais et même en français pour un des vendeurs qui d'ailleurs m'a encaissée. J’ai oublié de regarder l'état des tasses avant de partir. malheureusement l'une d'entre elle était ébréchée, de retour une heure après dans la boutique, le vendeur m'a reconnu et aucun problème pour faire un échange avec un pack en parfait état. Encore merci pour l'accueil et l’écoute ! Je vous recommande d'acheter dans cette boutique ci rien que pour l'équipe.

Oggi sono stata allo store in Duomo per ritirare il mio omaggio per il compleanno. Sono andata subito il giorno dopo il mio compleanno e lo store manager mi ha negato l'omaggio, solo perché sono arrivata con un giorno di ritardo. Non mi sono sentita trattata bene come cliente, anche perché avrei anche voluto acquistare qualcosa e pur avendolo detto mi è stato nuovamente negato l'omaggio. Ovviamente non ho voluto acquistare nulla in seguito, perché pur essendo stata sincera fin da subito, non mi sono sentita trattata bene. Spero vivamente che ad altri clienti non venga dato lo stesso trattamento che mi è stato riservato e che si possa chiudere un occhio solo per un giorno di ritardo dal compleanno. Sono uscita molto delusa e incredula per l'atteggiamento dello store manager.

Incroyable ! Nous sommes venus à deux reprises, l’accueil était parfait. Christian parlait parfaitement le français, l’italien, l’anglais, l’espagnol et le portugais, c’était un réel plaisir de pouvoir être conseillés par ce connaisseur ! Nous avons pu goûter de nombreux cafés (celui à la noisette était incroyable !). Nous ne connaissions pas la marque, n’existant pas en France, mais nous avons désormais hâte qu’une boutique soit créée dans notre pays ! Merci ! 🙏

В нем кофеманы ощущают себя как в сказочном кофейном царстве😀. Яркие краски гейзерных кофеварок, аромат кофе, изящные упаковки, приветливый персонал. 1933 году компания Bialetti превратила искусство приготовления кофе дома в столь простой и естественный процесс, что это стало неотъемлемой частью жизни. Прекрасный ассортимент для выбора подарка по любому кошельку. Множество офферов на сеты. Можно сложить все в красивую коробку ( продавец сообщил что упаковка в подарок), да еще и получить скидку если возьмешь 3-4 элемента. Есть предложения для индукционных плит ( напоминает блинную сковородку) - адаптер для гейзерной кофеварки. Стоимость товаров не завышена, несмотря на центр города. Можно протестировать кофе. Рекомендуем к посещению.

Un retour dans le temps, avec le goût d'antan !!! J’ai eu la chance de visiter le magasin Bialetti à Milan, et c’était bien plus qu’une simple session de shopping – c’était une véritable immersion dans l’univers de la marque. En entrant, j’ai immédiatement reconnu leur célèbre cafetière moka, un classique qui me rappelle les matinées italiennes de mon enfance. Leur collection colorée de tasses et d’accessoires est non seulement belle, mais chaque pièce semble raconter une histoire, alliant modernité et tradition. Ce que j’ai particulièrement adoré, c’est la possibilité de déguster différents cafés avant de faire mon choix. Le personnel est passionné, et leur service personnalisé nous guide dans l’art de la préparation du café « comme à l’époque ». J’ai même pu découvrir des produits spéciaux comme la série "Deco Glamour", qui ajoute une touche des années folles au rituel du café. Un service impeccable, des produits de qualité et une atmosphère unique qui donnent envie de tout ramener chez soi !

Also Freunde und Freundinnen des braunen Genusses: Nette Auswahl der bekannten Espressokocher, auch mit spezielleren Modellen. Sehr geschäftstüchtige Frau an der Kaffeeprobierstation, die uns beim Warten in der Schlange noch abgepasst hat und uns verschiedene Kaffeesorten probieren ließ (Was natürlich funktioniert hat - wir haben dann eine Sorte für 6€ mitgenommen). Also: Am besten gleich beim Eintreten was probieren oder für nen schnellen Pappbecher Kaffee vorbeikommen. Kostet weniger als in der Corso Vittorio Emanuele II - vor allem ohne Kosten einer Louis Vuitton Tasche.

Nous sommes venus dans l’intention d’acheter, nous avons failli tout reposer Étant venu le matin, l’équipe du matin était fort désagréable, même pas un bonjour, on avait l’impression de les dérangé dans leur discussion Étant déçu, nous sommes dit que nous allions repasser l’après-midi et le service n’avait rien à voir une dame très souriante qui nous a accompagné dans nos choix et qui nous a même fait goûter le café. Heureusement qu’elle était là pour relever le niveau.

Çalışanların ilgisi ve yönlendirmesi mükemmel. Kampanyalı ürüne yönlendirmesi, boş yere fazla ödeme yapmayon diyerek kasadan reyona çevirip götürmesi alkışı hak eden hareket. Si söylemeden iş yükünü dikkate almayıp tax free fatura işlemi yapmaları ise bizi çok mutlu etti. Harika mekan. Harika ürünleri var. Muhakkak uğrak vermelisiniz.

Muy grosera la chica de rizos en la atención. Las únicas 2 personas en la tienda atendiendo a 1 cliente. A una de ellas le pedí que me cobrará porque tenia que tomar un vuelo y fue muy grosera para decirme que estaba ocupada, cuando ya estaba su compañera atendiendo al otro cliente.

Esperienza sconfortante. Chiamo più volte in negozio e non rispondono mai, chiamo e scrivo al personal shopper e niente, alla fine mi tocca andare di persona in negozio. Trovo quello che cerco, ma costa 10€ in più del prezzo online (oltre il 22%!). Acquisterò altrove

Decisamente una delusione, dopo poco più di 20 giorni dall acquisto della moka originale da uno, si rompe il manico, succede, nessun problema, mi reco presso il loro negozio in duomo per farmi cambiare il manico e mi viene consegnato il nuovo pezzo... E li la delusione totale e pure la grande arrabbiatura... Il manico lo avrei dovuto montare io, ma con due particolarità, la prima è che nel pezzo di ricambio non c è il buchino dove andrebbe inserito il perno che lo tiene attaccato alla moka, e alla mia domanda se potevano farlo loro, la risposta è stata, lo può fare lei con un trapano... Prima delusione e incazzatura, inoltre avrei, secondo loro, dovuto anche togliere il perno dalla caffetteria, cosa decisamente non facile... In alternativa, l unica propostami, acquistare una caffettiera nuova, nonostante la"vecchia" avesse 20 giorni... Complimenti, grande operazione di marketing, non so chi ha pensato tutto questo, ma davvero complimenti, sappiate che avete perso un cliente e che la mia opinione su di voi, è davvero pessima, peccato non poter fare di più per comunicare questo fatto... Bravi.

Boutique de la mítica marca de cafeteras Bialetti. A lo largo de varios años hemos comprado muchos productos de esta casa, y son de buena calidad. Tal vez las cafateras pintadas pierden cierto lustre con su uso, pero es algo normal. No todos los productos están fabricados en Italia, aunque todos siguen los estándares de la marca. La tienda está bien, con muchísima variedad de cafeteras, tazas, cafés y accesorios. Atención muy buena. Muy recomendable la visita.

비알레띠의 모카포트를 꼭 사려고 방문했는데 대부분 모카포트는 비알레띠 한국 공식직영 사이트가 더 저렴하거나 1,2천원밖에 차이 안납니다... 귀국직전 인터넷주문하면 도착했을때 대문앞에서 받어볼수 있어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 특별한 색상을 찾는게 아니라면 한국서 사시깅
