Dall'accoglienza curata dal personale cui nulla sfugge in un ritmo veloce e moderno, al lento scorrere dello sguardo alle scalinate, agli imponenti lampadari di cristallo e via via più su verso la magnifica cupola in stile liberty, frutto delle sapienti mani dei maestri vetrai del primo novecento. Ecco... è solo l'inizio...!

09/06/2026Un hotel inolvidable en el corazón de Madrid. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y se nota la reciente remodelación. Nos dieron un upgrade al Palace Room, y un regalo de bienvenida de vino y manzanas verdes. El desayuno fue increíble, con gran variedad de productos frescos. Otros hoteles de lujo te tratarán como príncipe, pero en el Palace te sientes como un rey!!

09/06/2026Poco se puede comentar de este clásico de toda la vida. La estructura y diseño me encantan. La atención exquisita. Aunque no tiene el glamour de antaño, continúa siendo uno de mis favoritos.

09/06/2026Me parece una vergüenza y me gustaría hacer una reclamación al hotel por sus trabajadores que están afuera en la puerta que solo dejan parara a los servicios que les dan 10 euros los que no les dan dinero no les dejan parara esa gente es una mafia solo dejan estacionar a los que les paguen ya que les llaman a los clientes para que se lleven una comisión me parece una vergüenza que un hotel de tal estima tenga esos trabajadores en la puerta y encima te amenazan y te insultan sin importarle nada a ver si podéis solucionar esos problemas con ese tipo de gente por qué si vamos a recoger a algún cliente tiene el mismo derecho mi cliente que al que le pagan por el que no le pagan saludos

02/06/2026Con coche etiqueta cero fabuloso porque puedes acceder sino fatal. Esta mañana el botones de la puerta, hombre de entre 40-50años 1,70 sin cabello, ha sido cordialmente educado y amable al facilitarme la matrícula al recoger a unos clientes, diciendo que el coche era cero, el compañero preguntó que si estaba seguro de ello. Por lo que me quito el sombrero No esperaba que me lo dijeran, en otras ocasiones como empresa hemos avisado de la recogida de cliente huésped en hotel y nos han dicho que debe de avisarlo el cliente que viene un privado a recoger. Excelente. Un plus de productividad y excelencia al servicio debieran de darle a estos señores, que aún estando fuera de su cometido esa categoría hace premium al hotel y sus servicios.

Su ubicación privilegiada, su legado y su atmósfera elegante convierten cada estancia en una experiencia especial. Los espacios conservan el encanto de los grandes hoteles clásicos, mientras que el servicio mantiene estándares de calidad admirables. Resulta imposible no apreciar la importancia histórica de este establecimiento dentro de la vida cultural y social madrileña. Una referencia indispensable para quienes buscan una experiencia auténticamente distinguida en la capital española.

24/05/2026The rooms were extremely small and poorly designed for the points used to stay there especially for a 5 star hotel. For example bathroom and toilet doors obstructed each other and got in the way. Asked for upgrade as bonvoy platinum members and was told not possible since rooms were adjoining even though we had asked for adjoining or adjacent rooms. Table service at breakfast buffet was poor at best. Used plates stacked up without being cleared and had to look for someone each time to try get coffee refills. Concierge and bell service was however very good but remainder of staff frankly somewhat cold. Location good and central to all of the tourist sites. Overall experience and quality definitely not up to usual Marriott standards.

24/05/2026The Palace Hotel Madrid was the perfect way to begin our trip in Spain. Even though we stayed for only one night, we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, very elegant, and everything was spotless and super clean. What made the stay even more special was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful at all times. From check-in to check-out, we really felt comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm, luxurious, and relaxing, exactly what we needed after traveling. The location was also excellent and made it easy to enjoy Madrid right away. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madrid!

17/05/2026Uno de los hoteles clásicos de Madrid y súper bien ubicado , las habitaciones muy bonitas con mucha iluminación, lo malo son sus tapetes que no son completos y te tropiezas porque se levantan, la regadera muy buena con presión, desayuno muy bueno con excelente servicio, solo los de recepción son distraídos y aveces poco atentos, lo que se ve muy viejo sin remodelar y sucios son sus elevadores, todo lo demás muy bonito

14/05/2026I don't live in Spain. Traveling from abroad,I arranged to meet with clients and arrived at the very impressive looking hotel. When traveling, phones don't always immediately register for calls and data. It happened. No problem I thought I will just log into the inhouse wifi to contact them in this vast hotel. Tried to log in and to my surprise there is a process to register into to the system ( remember priemer inn express?) . Ok, I entered the process to enroll that was way too long and awkward only to receive a "sorry but we can't connect you to our system" . I believe all high end business hotels today are judged by their ability,service and IT capacity's and the Palace failed totally. I found my meeting eventually by walking through the hotel asking random people as the concierge said he couldn't help unless they were in their room. I was not invited to a room for a business meeting. Perhaps I should send a fax to complain.

14/05/2026Este hotel es lujo en toda su expresion. Desde que llegas la atencion que recibes; te saludan muy cordialmente y se hacen cargo de tu equipaje para llevarlo luego a tu habitacion. Ya en el lobby, para hacer el registro el joven te recibe con simpatía y amabilidad como si ya te conociera. La habitacion fina, elegante y con una limpieza impecable. En la noche te tienden la alfombra en el piso del baño, tus pantuflas, la bata del hotel para tu uso personal. Puros detalles para hacer tu estancia una mas placentera. En fin tu casa fuera de tu casa.

Λείπουν βασικά μηχανήματα & πολύ στενός χώρος για να γυμνάζονται ταυτόχρονα 5 άτομα , όπως επίσης και στρώματα ! Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό όπως και οι καθαριστές με το χαμόγελα κάθε πρωί και να σε καλημερίζουν

El pincho de tortilla de 16€ venía con una tostada fría y tomate cutre de bote, pero lo peor fue que estaba en mal estado. Cuando aviso que sabe mal, me dan las gracias y no me descontaron ni un euro, ni me dieron una disculpa. ¡Qué decepción!. Mucho mejor en el bar de enfrente y mil veces mas barato. No vuelvo!!!

Esta vista nocturna del Hotel Palace desde la Plaza de Neptuno es, para mí, una de las más elegantes de toda la ciudad. La combinación de la fuente iluminada con la arquitectura señorial del hotel crea una atmósfera mágica. Es una zona que he caminado muchísimas veces y siempre encuentro una nueva razón para admirarla. Una postal imprescindible que refleja perfectamente el brillo y la historia del Madrid más clásico.

10/04/2026We had an amazing stay at this hotel with our family of seven. Everything was incredibly comfortable, and the service was truly outstanding. What impressed us the most was their exceptional care and honesty. My son accidentally left his jacket at the hotel, and after we had already returned to the United States, the staff went out of their way to find it and send it all the way to our home. We are so grateful for their kindness and dedication. Highly recommend this hotel!

We visited to enjoy an exquisite cocktail during, what we call, the Happy Hour. The beautiful architecture is immediate.The glass domed Rotunda bar and dining room is not to be missed. The expertise of the bartender was an experience to treat yourself to while visiting beautiful Madrid. This is a MUST stop for any visitor craving a proper Martini.

28/03/2026Un hotel legendario en la Plaza de las Cortes, frente a la Fuente de Neptuno y a un paso del Museo del Prado. El edificio fue inaugurado en 1912 por Alfonso XIII y conserva toda la grandeza de principios del siglo XX. La cupula de cristal del restaurante es absolutamente espectacular, uno de los espacios mas bonitos de Madrid para tomar un te o un coctel. Las habitaciones son amplias y elegantes, con una mezcla perfecta de clasicismo y comodidades modernas. El servicio es impecable y el personal muy atento. La ubicacion es inmejorable para explorar el Triangulo del Arte y el Paseo del Prado. Un lujo que al menos hay que visitar para tomar algo bajo la cupula.

26/03/2026From the moment we walked in the front door, lugging our bags behind us and struggling with the front door (despite the many blue-suited men who had been swarming the front door only short moments earlier), the staff was disorganized and struggling to communicate amongst themselves. Our room was not ready and they underestimated the time needed to ready it 3 times. Twice we headed out to sightsee, while they held our luggage. The third time back we decided to wait it out in the bar - until 7pm, when our room was finally offered! The room was beautiful! The bar is gorgeous. But the staff are unhappy and there is a thief among them, and when we reported this at the front desk, it was seemingly not communicated. No resolution offered. We said we did not want turn-down service one evening and did not therefore secure our daughter’s belongings, thinking nobody would be entering. She knows exactly where she placed her Pandora bracelet, but it was missing when we returned. We looked everywhere - twice. The bracelet was never recovered and we never heard anything back from management, saying they would check with housekeeping. I would not go back here. Looks great but fails in service.

28/02/2026チタン会員として利用。NUAが承認され、ネプチューノスイートに 1泊。歴史がある建物でとても荘厳。空港から203パスで移動、停留所から徒歩5分程度。Atocha駅も徒歩圏内で立地は最高。部屋はとても広く、水回りが使い勝手が良い。アメニティもしっかり揃っている。建物が古いから、隣室上階や外の騒音は致し方ないところ。朝食は種類が多く、イベリコ生ハムのカットサービスが提供される。味噌汁や餃子などアジア人向けのものもある。フルーツがとても美味しかった。最上階には小さなテラスとジムの更衣室の中にサウナがある。とても寛げた。

Rooms:5-The Palace has 470 rooms that are decorated beautifully. The rooms are spacious and have extremely comfortable beds with all the amenities. Service:5-From the moment we arrived we had great service from everyone we met. Location:5- five plus, you could not be closer to all the most famous museums and shopping districts.

21/02/2026Ha sido maravilloso estar en este Hotel me ha encantado todo desde la habitación con vistas a Neptuno al mueble bar que tenía de todo como tendrían que tener todos los hoteles desde vermut a todo tipo de vinos, pero el servicio de habitaciones además era flipante 24h y con una calidad que he repetido dos noches La habitación también me ha parecido preciosa de las más confortables que he estado en un Hotel Lo recomiendo sin duda

21/02/2026We went for dinner, didn't stay at the hotel. Dinner service was excellent. Ambiance was very pleasant, staff were very nice, attentive and professional. The food was amazing! The fish was delicious and both our desserts very ingenious both in their construction as well as on the combination of flavours.

18/02/2026⭐⭐⭐ Excelente atención en el bar, pero el servicio en la puerta es inaceptable Ayer sobre las 21:30 fuimos al hotel a tomar un café y una copa. Al llegar, el portero de la entrada ni siquiera nos dio las buenas noches. Una vez dentro, la cosa cambió: nos atendió una camarera estupenda en el bar, el ambiente era muy agradable y pasamos un buen rato charlando. Es cierto que los precios no son baratos, pero la calidad de las bebidas y el servicio interior lo merecen. Sin embargo, el problema grave fue a la salida. Éramos tres personas, una de ellas con movilidad reducida. En la puerta había dos conserjes charlando entre ellos que no se molestaron ni en abrirnos la puerta ni en ayudarnos a bajar los escalones, dificultando bastante la salida. La atención por su parte fue absolutamente nula. No entiendo qué sentido tiene tener a dos personas en la puerta si no son capaces de abrirla o de asistir a los clientes que lo necesitan. Una pena que la actitud de los porteros empañe el buen trabajo del personal del bar.

I will never forget when I stepped out of the taxi and the doormen rushed straight towards me to hep me with my luggages, so I can most certainly say I felt taken care of from the very beginning of my stay. Or even before it even began. Huge and loud 10/10

18/02/2026We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious, service was prompt and impeccable. And it was in a great, safe location. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed our nightly night caps on the rooftop terrace. What a hidden jewel. We will be back!

15/02/2026המלון יפה וממוקם נהדר, אבל (!) היינו צריכים להתחנן לניקוי החדר שלנו כל יום במשך 4 ימים. הם נחמדים ומבטיחים לטפל מייד אבל בפועל לא נוקה. חבל. הרס לנו את השהות ובזבזנו הרבה זמן על לבקש מהם לנקות שוב ושוב.

15/02/2026Excellent Hardware, weak software (service). Gorgeous building with stunning La Cupola breakfast room/bar. Rooms recently renovated with beautiful lighting, exquisite bathrooms (especially tiling) and super comfy beds. I felt service felt short with these experiences: 1. thorny/prickly interactions with reception staff (they need to learn to be smoother communicators and be flexible) 2. Ignored by restaurant host as they were busy on the phone for an uncomfortably long time without acknowledging us 3. long faces of some staff at breakfast with a "don't bother me" energy I was told by one manager that they are still transitioning from the Westin level of service to the Luxury Collection and some long-time staff are already set in their ways. Overall, if the rates are reasonable I can accept this but many LC customers will not - so lots in this area to fix for management in my view

From the moment we checked in, Alberto made us feel like we were the only guests at the hotel, and came out front to say goodbye as we were leaving. The room, with a view of Neptuno Fountain was stunning, with every amenity one could possibly need. Everything and everyone, absolute perfection. Ten stars!!!

09/02/2026Reservamos el domingo para el menú de año Nuevo Chino del Bund. Y cinco minutos antes de nuestra hora de reserva nos llaman para avisar que no sirven ese menú los domingos. Las opciones que nos dan para ese momento es comer en barra a precio de carta o el Brunch qué es el doble de caro. Nos dejó una impresión malísima. Muy mala gestión para un lugar que se supone es algo de excelencia.

12/03/2024まだ玄関前スタッフ（年配）の接客の改善はされてない様子。年配の彼は最悪。 若いスタッフは丁寧。 1人旅で利用。（2024年） プラチナ。ポイント宿泊。 ここでの体験は、とても印象に残っている。 素敵で素晴らしい最高の朝食。（プラチナ特典） 素敵なドームの下での食事経験は皆にオススメしたい。 こちらの朝食はスタッフ、内容、会場、総合的に素晴らしい。 部屋にはバスタブなし。。 クラブラウンジなし。 ルームアメニティは少ない。 瓶の水は有料。無料の水あり。 素敵な経験の反対で残念な経験もあった。 アジア人のわたしに対するスタッフの冷ややかな視線。 人種に対する差別を理解した。 フランスのそれとはまた違う。 日本の諺「目は口ほどに物を言う」。 40才以上のスタッフは挨拶もせずに、私を冷ややかな目で見た。 その経験をすぐに伝え、若い世代のフロントデスクスタッフはとても丁寧な対応をしてくれた。 情報共有したと伝えられた。 けれども次の日も同じような経験をした。 廊下にいた数人の女性清掃スタッフに犯罪者を見る様な目で見られた。 その清掃スタッフ数人には私から挨拶をした。 （挨拶の返答あり） 部屋でシャワーを普通に使うと、洗面エリアに水が流れ出していて浸水していた。 掃除をする事になった。 シャワーは慎重に利用する必要がある。 日本人や他のアジア人、他の人種民族がこちらで人種差別を感じないようにクチコミに残す。 くしゃくしゃにされた紙は、延ばしても皺が残る。 ちなみに、他のスペインでの宿では全く人種差別は感じなかった。 そして、スペイン人の若い女性達からは「日本はクール（カッコいい）」と数回言われた。 iac留学アカデミーの記事を読んで納得した。 まさに！納得。なるほど理解できた。 確かに若いスタッフは丁寧で世界レベルの接客だった。 以下 【スペインでは、アジア系に対する人種差別がいまだに残っています。 大学などの高等教育機関では、人種差別への対策が進められていますが、 《特に40代以上の世代》また《高等教育を受けていない人々》は、日本人を含むアジア系の人々に対して差別的な言動をしてくることがあります。 もちろん全員ではありませんが、そういった背景があるということを知っておくと、実際に人種差別的な言動を受けた際、少し心の準備が出来ると思います】
