One of our favorite meals in Rome! We stopped by Deroma - Farine Romane while exploring the city, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. My husband and I ordered several dishes, and every one of them was delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the flavors were rich and authentic, and you could tell everything was made with care. A special shoutout to Giuseppe, who took great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Service like his makes a good meal even better. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality. If you’re looking for authentic Roman food in Rome, put Deroma - Farine Romane on your list. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the worst tourist traps you will ever find. One of the worst places in the world where I have eaten Italian food and we are in Rome. Stay away from this place even if they offer you food for free. Go across the street to Tigre and you will find much better food for a fraction of the price.

We had a wonderful experience here for dinner! Our family of six, including two kids,made a reservation and the service and atmosphere were great! We had a comfortable table inside and enjoyed excellent service! Everyone enjoyed their food! The fresh pasta, the olive oil, bread, meatballs, were all excellent! Additionally, I finally found a great old-fashioned! Excellent Aperol spritz as well!

What a disappointing experience! The concierge at Palazzo Talia, our hotel just around the corner, suggested Deroma. My husband and daughter were having lunch there and told us they had made dinner reservations at this nearby restaurant to our hotel- Deroma suggested by concierge-so we walked over since it was so close to our hotel. We entered the restaurant to find them and take a look at the menu. Since they were seated in a booth, we joined them for a few minutes to chat while reviewing the menu. We had been there for no more than five minutes when the manager, Francesco, approached us in a very rude manner. Rather than politely explaining the situation or offering an alternative, he scolded us for entering without checking with him first and told us that we could not sit with our family members because it was a table for two. There were plenty of empty tables available at 2:30 in the afternoon, and he could have easily invited us to move to another table. We would have happily complied. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and this situation could have been handled with a simple, courteous conversation. Instead, we were embarrassed and treated as though we had done something wrong. Of course we are not coming back for dinner! Because of this experience, we have informed our concierge that we would not recommend Deroma to other hotel guests. It is unfortunate, as a little professionalism and courtesy would have completely changed the outcome. Also, my husband and daughter said the lunch was ordinary. In fact, they just paid and left without finishing the lunch after Francesco terrible behavior toward us.

Gabriel our server was incredibly attentive and made sure my wife and I were fully taken care of. The coordination of the dinning staff was exceptional, everyone working together to make our meal whole was great! Had the "Felicetti"...best pasta I've had in my life, perfectly al dente and impossible not to finish. Thank you all for your kindness! €61 for 2, with two first courses, two glasses of wine, still water and a coke zero felt very reasonable.

Best dining experience during our tour of Europe. We stumbled upon DEROMA FERINE ROMANE on our way to Trevi Fountain, Shopping and the Spanish Steps. Marco, our waiter, made wonderful wine and food suggestions which turned out to be wonderful. Tagliatelle Ragu, Focaccia and Caprese Were the stand out stars. Thank you Marco for a memorable experience.

A wonderful dinner experience at DeRoma this evening. The nori roll filled with tuna tartare was absolutely outstanding — fresh, delicate, and beautifully balanced. The caramelized octopus served on artichoke purée was simply exceptional, both in flavor and presentation. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail and left a lasting impression. A special thank you to our waiter Rama, who was attentive, professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. His excellent service made the evening even more enjoyable.

Hi, I visisted Deroma after visiting the Trevi Fountain and can genuinly recommend this place so much. The food (we had pizza and pasta and tiramisu as dessert) is amazing as well as the wine. I’ve been lucky enough to eat at all the big name Italian restaurants in NYC, Babbo, the bastianich places, etc, Deroma had the best pasta, beating all of them, the ambiance is nice too. The service is another story. They have multiple entrances, but get annoyed if you don’t know to go in the door off of via Poli, they get further annoyed when they can’t find the reservation and you want to sit outside like you requested. They’ll bring you a huge wine list, but everything you want isn’t available because “we changed the list”, well, ok then maybe actually change the list you give guests. They’ll then bring a random bottle telling you it’s similar, it wasn’t and it cost €20 euro more than the bottle I ordered. They won’t mention this it just shows up on the check. Everywhere I’ve ever eaten will sell you the replacement bottle at the price of the bottle ordered, or tell you there’s an up charge, they’ll also not pretend it’s the same grapes, same region as what was ordered. Iwould have s going going to make an issue

The restaurant is so overrated and staffs are so arrogant and rude. I have seen another comment who waited to get a service in a dirty table. But I gave a chance to them. Normally I try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but this time I couldn’t stay silent without warning other visitors. We chose this restaurant because of its high Google rating, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Since the outdoor area was “fully booked,” they told us we could sit at the tables near the entrance. The table was visibly dirty, as seen in the photo, and we waited around 15–20 minutes for service while multiple waiters kept passing by and clearly ignored us. When I noticed an empty table inside and politely asked if we could move, they immediately said, “No, that’s for 4 people.” Then, when I went inside and asked who would be taking care of our table because nobody had even acknowledged us, they simply looked at each other and told us, “We are full, you can go to another restaurant.” I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service attitude was careless and dismissive, and the hygiene standards were very poor. Don’t trust the high ratings blindly.

We had a very good meal at Deroma in Rome. We ordered the Pollo Alla Diavola and the Pizza Bufalina, and both were excellent. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a tasty spicy sauce. The potatoes were nicely crispy. The Pizza Bufalina was just like the ones in Naples – strong tomato sauce, good buffalo mozzarella, a fluffy crust at the edges and thin and crisp in the middle. The service was perfect. Our waiter Andrea was an outstanding example of how excellent service should work: very friendly, attentive and professional throughout the evening. He even advised us against some dishes to help us make the best possible choices. We also really enjoyed the music playing in the restaurant – it was absolutely brilliant, though of course that’s a matter of personal taste. The ambiance of the restaurant is enchanting. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening.

Nigdy tak się nie czułem oszukany jak w tym miejscu. Zamówiłem Focaccie z mortadelą i buratta a dostałem z z mozarella zamiast buraty. Za te pieniądze to było w niej bardzo mało składników i zdecydowanie nie polecam. Skok na kasę turystów.

La comida deliciosa, sin embargo la atención no fue la mejor por no decir otra cosa. Se supone que entramos para distraernos, comer y beber algo rico pero hubo una chica hoy 12/06 por la tarde noche que se encuentra en la entrada para ubicarte que fue bastante borde, se supone que si están en un sitio cara al público el trato al cliente para que sea satisfactorio debe ser muy importante, salvo por el mesero que nos ha atendido fue el único que se salva en la atención, sin contar que mientras comíamos hacías comentarios entre risas mientras estabas comiendo, en conclusión comida deliciosa SI pero atención realmente no fue la mejor.

Abbiamo scoperto De Roma in occasione del compleanno di nostro figlio ed è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole..🤩🔝❤️ Il locale si trova nel cuore di Roma ed è moderno, accogliente e pieno di energia. È stato bello vedere così tanti giovani e famiglie godersi una serata in un ambiente vivace e curato. Il ristorante era molto affollato, ma questo dimostra chiaramente quanto sia apprezzato. Abbiamo atteso un po’ per essere serviti, ma comprendiamo perfettamente la situazione vista la grande affluenza. Il personale è stato comunque gentile e disponibile, nonostante il ritmo intenso della serata. I piatti ci sono piaciuti molto: gustosi, ben presentati e preparati con cura. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida serata in famiglia e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio dall’inizio alla fine. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per il lavoro che svolge ogni giorno. Estivemos para um rápido almoço, mas quando ingressamos no restaurante percebemos que, na verdade, seria uma experiência que demandaria um pouco mais de tempo. Fuimos sin reserva y nos dijeron que no tenían mesas disponibles, cuando se veían mesas vacías (que lo estuvieron el resto de la cena). Nos hacen reservar, nos hacen esperar 20 minutos hasta la hora de la reserva para acabar poniéndonos en una mesa que llevaba vacía desde el principio en la terraza (cuando la reserva era en el interior). Nos sientan y nos dicen que pidamos rápido que quedan 15 minutos para que cierre la cocina, y nos traen unas raciones minúsculas infladas de precio. La pizza mucho mejor que la ración que ofrecen en los secondi. Pero para estar en Italia, la cena carísima y el servicio mejorable.

Makaron cacio pepe dostalismy bardzo słony, po reklamacji, drugi był perfekcyjny, pizza dobra, sałatka grecka masakra, sama sałata, troche pomidora, odrobina fety. O restaurante é muito bonito e aconchegante e a comida muito boa, porém o atendimento da gerente acabou com toda a experiência que esperava ter, fiz reserva com mais de 15 dias, pois era meu aniversário de 50 anos, chegamos e já nos colocaram em uma mesa e despejaram os cardápios, zero simpatia, essa moça muito acelerada veio na mesa várias vezes questionando se ainda não havíamos escolhido, primeiramente meu marido pediu 2 taças de espumante, passado uns minutos ela veio nos questionando novamente, horrível, pra mim seria uma noite especial um jantar comemorativo, mas me senti no Mac Donald que ja tem que pedir tudo no balcão....fui solicitar a entrada ela disse que ja teria que pedir o prato principal, nunca vi isso na vida em nenhum lugar do mundo....como as mesas são muito próximas percebi esse desconforto com outros clientes também. Uma pena, um lugar bonito com uma boa comida, porém essa gerente denigre o nome do restaurante. Ah, no final meu marido pediu um conhaque, ja trouxeram na taça, ele pediu para ver a garrafa, pois afinal todos os vinhos que pedimos foi servido na mesa menos essa última bebida e ela disse que era assim mesmo.... É nítido que essa pessoa é totalmente despreparada para a posição que ocupa, não sabe lidar com simpatia com os clientes. Eu levei as velas para colocar na sobremesa, mas fiquei até apreensiva, com receio dela falar que eu não podia usar.... Enfim...meu aniversário foi muito diferente do que planejei, infelizmente....

Un posto del cuore, non solo per l'eccellente offerta del menù, la qualità degli ingredienti, i piatti impeccabili e i prodotti da forno straordinari. Una menzione speciale va alla pizza al taglio, tra le più buone che si possano gustare nel centro di Roma. Ciò che rende questo luogo davvero speciale, però, è il servizio. Lo staff, competente e attento, dimostra in ogni gesto quanto siano le persone a fare la differenza. Gaetano, autentico esempio di ospitalità, è solo uno dei volti che contribuiscono a creare questa atmosfera; non conosco i nomi di tutti gli altri membri del team, ma ciascuno si distingue per cura, professionalità e attenzione ai dettagli. Ogni visita è un piacere, non solo per il palato, ma anche per la sensazione di essere accolti e coccolati. 피자 도우는 쫀득하지않고 엄청 얇고 타가지구 바스라짐 엄청 씀. 컷팅은 안되어있어서 직접했는데,도우가 도우인지라 커팅도 잘안됨. 이탈리아 피자 맛있다고 누가그럼?? 저 생선구이도 타가지구 씀. 일단 먹긴햇는데, 전반적으로 여기는 딱 분위기를 위한 곳임. -- ㄴr눈 ㅇrㅅi안이니깐 바로 뒷간 앞임. 추천하냐고? 아눠

Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero piacevole in questo locale a Roma! L’atmosfera era accogliente, il cibo ottimo e il servizio impeccabile. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Giuseppe, che ci ha serviti con grande professionalità e simpatia. È stato super disponibile per tutta la serata, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e soprattutto molto comunicativo, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Si vede quando una persona lavora con passione! Torneremo sicuramente.

Malgré un accueil assez froid de la part de la femme qui semble être la cheffe de salle — nous n’avions pas de réservation et nous avons été un peu mis de côté sans sourire ni réelle attention — cela a légèrement terni le début de l’expérience. En revanche, une fois installés, les choses se sont nettement améliorées. Les autres serveuses étaient très gentilles, souriantes et attentionnées, ce qui a rééquilibré l’ambiance générale. Et surtout, les pâtes… tout simplement incroyables. Elles figurent clairement dans mon top 5 des meilleures pâtes à Rome. Malgré le petit bémol à l’arrivée, la qualité des plats vaut largement le détour et l’adresse reste une très belle découverte.

El sitio es estupendo,el ambiente acogedor,la comida muy buena y el servicio lo mejor. Doy las gracias a LISANDRO por su gran amabilidad y gran profesionalidad. Eres estupendo y junto a su padre que trabaja en el mismo restaurante el cual domina la parrilla de maravilla. Tanto la carne como las verduras a la parrilla son fantásticas. Gracias también a Julia.... nos dio un servicio muy bueno. A parte es una gran profesional,amable y atenta en todo momento. GRACIAS A TIDO EL EQUIPO

Jutros smo bili nas 6 na dorucku, savrseni sendvici, jos bolja kava i kroasani. Odusevljeni smo bili sa poslugom koja je entuzijasticno obavljala svoj posao uz veseli ritam muzike. Odlican pocetak dana! :))))

로마는 어디나 비싸다 이건 국룰 1.스테이크는 여기가 제일 맛있었음. 서로인 시키세요. 2.직원이 친절함 Giuseppe 3.인종차별 했다는 리뷰가 있지만 그렇지않음. 4.사이드 디쉬 감자는 진리임. 5.와인을 먹었어야 했는데 맥주먹었는데 존맛탱. 6.팁은 영수증에 포함되어 있습니다. 7.와이파이 잘터지니 연결요청 하세요. 4박5일 여정 중에 스테이크 제일 좋았습니다. 여기 요리를 전체적으로 잘함.

Super miejsce i pyszne jedzenie! Lokal ma doskonałą lokalizację i chyba najbardziej profesjonalną obsługę. W szczególności na pochwałę zasługuje Gabriele. Gabriele doskonale panuje nad dużym ruchem wśród klientów i jest bardzo pomocny. Na pewno tam wrócimy! :)

Ho visitato il locale con una famiglia di amici americani con due bimbi di meno di due anni. Il personale è stato attento, disponibile e professionale. Hanno effettuato un servizio veramente ineccepibile, soprattutto Laila che ci ha seguito per tutta la cena. Le pizze sono eccellenti e il locale è curato. Un'ottima scoperta!

Un cameriere maleducato che nemmeno sa come deve trattare clienti e chiedersi scusa quando porta un ordine sbagliato dopo 45 minuti di attesa e invece con l'arroganza ti dice se non ti sta bene , tene puoi andare ... da evitare i locali del genere a tutti costi finché ci lavora gente come questo tizio che si chiama Andrea !
