We stayed in the Hotel Ponte Sisto for a week long visit to Rome. The location was excellent, central to lots of sights, walk out the door and most were within a short walk including the Colosseum, Pantheon and Vatican. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a good start to every day with a nice selection, including gluten free options (one of us is a coeliac). We had a great week.

Great location to everything walkable, clean, great water pressure in the shower, nice breakfast, and beautiful garden. We traveled with our kids and they made sure the crib was installed with clean sheets before we got to the room. When we were in the room, it was very relaxing. The staff was kind and attentive, helpful when we had questions of where to go and purchase certain items.

The staff was very friendly; the blonde woman in the elegant blue suit greeted us every morning with a super friendly smile and looked after the children very nicely, for example when playing with the nutcracker, creating a warm and happy atmosphere! The attention to detail was always visible, for example with an excellent freshly squeezed orange juice or generally with delicacies at the breakfast buffet. The team even surprised our children with a birthday serenade! We really enjoyed our stay and can see ourselves returning to this beautiful hotel right in the heart of ancient Rome, which has an excellent rooftop terrace.

The room was on the smaller side but we weren’t planning on being in our room too often while we stayed in Rome. The service was great, breakfast included every morning, and housekeeping came by daily to change out sheets and towels. The location was EVERYTHING and made it so that almost everything was I. It is a peculiar thing, Hotel reviews. Sometimes I wonder how such a hotel got such high ratings, when it is very basic. The only exceptional thing about this hotel is its location, which is great and close to many things, both for sightseeing and nightlife. Now look at the photo of the Superior Deluxe Room. It looks nothing like in the photos on the official site or Booking. It also says you either get a balcony, Jacuzzi or view to the garden. We go the view room and the garden is far away from the hotel, your view is actually some back area with junk and machines. Shower has constantly changing temperature, so be vigilant when taking a shower. During the nights, a sewer smell came out of the bathroom. When I spoke with the receptionist , he didn’t even look at look me, just scratched his head and said “I don’t know what I can do”. Eventually after asking a couple of times he sent someone to pour something into the drains and it helped! For awhile. We had to do this twice EACH night. They refused to change our rooms because it was fully booked. I guess that can be true, but it’s bad service. Breakfast is also nice and in a nice garden. All in all, prepare for a very basic hotel that is not worth the price and the rooms don’t match the photos, in a great location.

I waited until after our holiday to write this review because when we left Hotel Ponte Sisto, I honestly thought I might have misunderstood a cultural nuance or unintentionally upset the staff. However, after experiencing exceptional service throughout the rest of our two-week trip in Italy, I feel it’s important to share an honest account of our stay. The hotel itself is in a charming, quiet neighborhood near Trastevere and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the service did not meet the expectations for a hotel of this rating. A few examples of what fell short: • After arriving before our room was ready, the staff offered to hold our bags but did not provide any guidance, such as showing us to the lounge where we could sit, have a coffee, or get a bottle of water, nor did they offer maps or helpful suggestions for exploring the area. • Overall, the desk staff felt distant and unwelcoming; even simple greetings like “buongiorno” or “buonasera” were ignored, which made us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests during our three-night stay. • Despite ordering euros in advance, we needed additional small bills for tipping. When asking the desk staff for help, the hotel could only break a 100€ note into two 50s, dismissively saying “it better than nothing,” without offering alternatives. • The desk staff was unable to assist with arranging a taxi to the train station on our departure date. • Most shockingly, on our last night we returned to the hotel after dinner around 2330 and progressed through the lobby to the elevators when the night concierge chased after us to rudely say (in English), “Don’t worry, I’ll get it,” apparently accusing us of intentionally leaving the front door open. As seasoned travelers in Europe, my husband and I have experienced excellent service in similar or lower-rated hotels, and it’s clear the issues here stem from the staff rather than the property itself. It’s unfortunate because the location and accommodation have potential, but the lack of hospitality made our stay stressful rather than enjoyable.

This hotel is located in the center of the city within reasonable walking distance (1+/- mile) of the Colosseum and a Pantheon. We walked to the Vatican which is about 1.7 miles over level terrain. Great food within 5 minute walk in any direction Despite seeing comments about an unfriendly staff, for this American who can’t speak Italian,we found everyone here very friendly and helpful. I apologize for some of my rude countrymen I witnessed talking to the staff as if they are entitled royalty. Do you really expect to be treated with respect when you give none yourself? Room was small but comfortable. It is a bit loud from traffic but I can’t imagine where in this busy part of the city it would not be. I would come again.

I cannot recommend this hotel Ponte Sisto after my recent stay. On August 27, 2025, the iron they provided was defective and burned through my dress before an important event. What made things worse was the front desk’s response — instead of apologizing or offering help, they blamed me and dismissed my concerns. I left in tears. This dress was a sentimental gift from my godmother, who is currently fighting cancer. Now it’s damaged, and I have to pay for tailoring. A hotel should provide safe, working equipment and treat guests with respect. Sadly, this place failed on both counts.

Great hotel in the heart of Rome, walking distance to all major sites and attractions (although a bit further to those at the top end of town like the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain). Lots of great restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. There is also a fresh food market around the corner. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve seen in Europe, huge selection with lots of different hot and cold items. Rooms are a bit small and in need of a refresh but they were clean and comfortable with a view out to the beautiful courtyard. They also have a great rooftop bar which is perfect for an afternoon aperitivo looking over Rome. Highly recommend if staying in Rome.

This hotel has the perfect location. A pharmacy right beside it, a supermarket as well. You cross the bridge and you are in Trastevere. Just a few minutes from most places. The breakfast pateo is amazing, so peaceful, so beautiful. The breakfast itself is very good as well. I can see some people have complained about the staff being rude but this was not my experience: this is not a hotel focused on kids and families, yet they have provided a cot and babychair, and even when my son peed on our bed, they said no problem and gave me more sheets. The staff at breakfast were nice to him and when I had any questions or requests they helped. You have to keep in mind you are booking a classical/typical hotel, not a modern one, and you are paying for the location. The rooms are very well maintained, clean and comfortable. They even had in consideration I had a small child so they gave us a room near the laundryroom, so there would be less chance of noise for eveyone. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed at Ponte Sisto for 2 nights. The location is perfect for walking pretty much everywhere. The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. My husband felt like the pillows were a little too thin, but they were good for me. We arrived hours before check in and they let us leave our bags so we could go explore. There is a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop bar. The breakfast selections were more than we were expecting- great way to start the day. And finally, all of the staff has been super friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend staying at Ponte Sisto when in Rome!

We stayed at this hotel for one night on May 31st. Great location, clean comfortable room over looking the courtyard, beautiful rooftop patio. However, the staff at the front desk are very rude to the guests. Zero customer service skills, no hello, no smiles, no welcomes and very condescending tones when speaking to their guests. The blonde lady at the buffet breakfast is very unprofessional, rolls her eyes when we asked where the coffee cups were, she then proceeded to talk about us to her colleague in Italian, little did she know is that I understand Italian. After reading other reviews about the staff, this hotel would benefit in customer service training for their staff!

I wish I could say this was a nice place but sadly no. Started with the front desk staff - SO UNFRIENDLY. They made us feel like we were always bothering them anytime we asked a question. Never a smile or a kind word. The room was so small. The room we were in had no shower, just a large tub with a handheld shower head. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I was mainly surprised at the lack of hospitality, no one was cheerful and polite, so unwelcoming. Very disappointed. I would never recommend. We were just grateful to be in Rome, but feel I should warn their next guests. Not sure where all their “excellent” reviews on their website come from… suspect for sure. We did have a nice time in Rome though.

I stayed in Room 227 on April 12th and had a terrible experience. The room didn’t look like the pictures, it smelled bad, and was noisy due to street traffic — we barely slept. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the front desk said it’s only used in summer (not mentioned during booking). Worst of all, the staff didn’t even say sorry when I explained everything — just asked me to pay the €15 tourist tax. Very unprofessional for a 4-star hotel. I work in hospitality and this is far from acceptable. Not recommended.

We arrived and greeted nicely but when taken to room it was supposed to to be a superior double and it was two twin beds pushed together. Returned to front desk to say it wasn’t what we asked for and staff became defensive and said reservation doesn’t lie. Gave us another room which appears from pictures as a regular room of course next to elevator and laundry area. Pictures online are deceiving and staff unapologetic. Disappointed to say the least.

Second time at the hotel. We stayed 3 nights last week. We took an upgraded room. The location of the hotel is excellent. The buffet dinner is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. But above all the staff is always smiling and helpful in everything. We asked for a late check out and we were approved for a very fair price. We will definitely be back next year

I booked the best room at the hotel for 4 nights as treat for my first ever trip to Europe. The location is very close to Trastevere, which is good if you plan to visit that area. The rooms are very small and very outdated, with big bulky furniture taking up most of the room. It’s difficult to get luggage in and find a space to keep it open to access easily. The bathroom only had a tub with a hand held shower head, meaning you had to either have a bath, or awkwardly shower with one hand while trying not to get water all over the floor. All of this would have been excusable - IF the service wasn’t so incredibly poor. When I arrived, I was basically ignored, there was no warmth, no welcome and no hospitality. They gave me a key, asked for my passport, gave it back & then turned away. Luckily the porters were lovely & they helped me find the room. Prior to that, I had called to ask for directions & the female Manager told me I would be able to find it if I was ‘where I was supposed to be’… I was where the instructions said to be.. On the first morning I came down to breakfast I asked for coffee, in Italian, as I speak fluently and my family is Italian, and the female server asked me ‘What?!’ then repeated back exactly what I said but as though I was an idiot. She then proceeded to bring me the wrong order & not what we had said. I asked for it again & she huffed off & returned to slam it on the table. Every time I would enter or leave, there was no greeting, or door person. Reception staff did their best to avoid eye contact with all guests as best they could. Staff in general (except for the porters) all seemed very cold, disinterested, hassled & avoidant. I went to the bar one evening & asked for a Spritz & the bar staffer sighed & looked at me like I was a massive nuisance. I stayed at 20+ hotels during my trip to Europe & didn’t have this poor of an experience with dreadful service anywhere else. Hotel Ponte Sisto unfortunately gets my ‘worst experience of the trip’ title. I was told they are booked out for the rest of this year & all of next year, so no doubt they are all exhausted, but, customers are paying a very hefty amount to stay & with their prices & rating, there is an expectation of a decent level of service. I would not stay again, nor recommend it. I would, however, recommend some refresher training for the staff to remind them that paying customers pay their bills & each new guest deserves a good experience & some hospitable service.

The hotel public areas are beautiful. The rooftop bar is really nice, a hidden oasis with good service and drinks. The breakfast was also good. The beds and pillows were rock hard. We joked about the "slablike pillows" being like the Flintstones. The desk staff are not very welcoming or accommadating. The rooftop and breakfast staff were very good. We stayed at the Hotel Ponte Sisto for a long weekend prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is hidden behind the two large glass front doors, so the size of the hotel is not immediately obvious. We thought that the hotel was in a good location, with the Coleseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon all within in walking distance (which was a good thing as taxis were hard to come by). The hotel is clean and quiet and although our room was not especially large, it was big enough for a long weekend. Breakfast was taken in the sunny courtyard and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. The roof top bar provided shady places and a great view over the roof tops of Rome. We didn't eat in the hotel (other than breakfast), but there was a square nearby with a good selection of restaurants.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's proximity to all the key attractions and an array of fantastic restaurants. It made exploring the beautiful city effortless, allowing me to immerse myself in the sights, sounds, and flavors of Rome. The service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel was also noteworthy; my room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a delicious variety of options to kickstart my day. But the highlight of my stay has to be the rooftop bar. With stunning views of the city, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink . Overall, I can confidently say that I will definitely be staying at Ponte Sisto Hotel again on my next visit to Rome. Hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Sehr schönes, authentisches Hotel in ruhiger Seitenstraße am Tiber. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fußnähe. Sehr guter Service, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück im wunderschönen Patio, Bar auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Petersdom. Alles sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Wir hatten zwei winzig kleine Einzelzimmer. Beide mit Liegen auf Rollen statt Betten ausgestattet. Eins davon mit sichtlich durchgelegender Matraze. Das Bad wurde, trotz Verschmutzung auf dem Boden, nicht gesäubert. Im anderen Zimmer massiver Ameisenbefall überall im Zimmer und Bad. Auf dem Schreibtisch und er Badewanne.Einzig die zentrale Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren im April in diesem sehr schönen Hotel... Ganz toller Service, die Koffer werden getragen bis, zum Taxi transportiert,es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt,ganz nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter z.B an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Zimmer sehr sauber . Auch kann man alle Events in Rom vom Hotel zu Fuß erreichen. Der "Campo de Fiori" und die Piazza Navona sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Auch zum Pantheon und zum Trevi-Brunnen oder zu den nächsten Metro-Stationen ist es nicht weit und man ist maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Nach nur 5 Minuten ist man im "In-Viertel" Travestere. Nur die kleine Fußgängerbrücke "Ponte Sisto" (mehr oder weniger direkt vor der Haustüre) überschreiben und schon kann man am Abend die kulinarische Vielfalt und das bunte Treiben in Travestere genießen. Unser Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend und zweckmäßig. Das Bad ist sehr gut; alles sauber und - was in Italien nicht überall üblich ist - das Wasser heiß und mit gutem Druck. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas verwinkelt und man muss in den Gängen oft abbiegen und kleinere Stufen und Treppen überwinden. Ansonsten stechen der wunderbare Innenhof mit Palme und insbesondere die Dachterrasse hervor. Von ihr aus hat man wunderbare Ausblicke bis hin zum Petersdom. Da wir im Winter da waren, konnten wir dort nur schöne Bilder machen. Im Sommer ist das sicherlich ein wunderschöner Ort, um am Abend einen Aperitif oder Cocktail zu genießen. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse bombastisch gut. Die Vielfalt ist überragend: Wurst, Schinken Käse, verschiedene Brote und Brötchen, Rührei, Speck und Würstchen und sehr viele süße Teilchen. Auch das Angebot an Obst, Joghurt, Cerealien, Säften, Tee und vielem mehr ist wirklich wunderbar und die Qualität sehr hoch. Auf Anfrage bekommt man statt dem gebrühten Kaffee auch einen richtigen, doppelten Espresso. Außerdem gibt es im Hotel noch eine Bar, die täglich von 11:00 Uhr vormittags bis 0:00 Uhr nachts geöffnet hat. Dort kann man eine große Auswahl an Getränken genießen; aber auch eine kleine Speisekarte mit einigen "berühmten" italienischen Gerichten für einen späten Snack nutzen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt aber auch einige, wirklich kleine Abzüge in der "B-Note": - das WLAN ist nicht stabil und auch nicht leistungsstark - die Nachhaltigkeit wird noch nicht so gelebt, wie es 2025 eigentlich sein sollte: Man bekommt z.B. jeden Tag frische Handtücher und kann sich gar nicht dagegen wehren und beim Frühstück gibt es noch zu viele kleinteilige Verpackungen (z.B. beim Zucker, bei der Marmelade, bei der Butter, etc.) - die TV-Kanäle sind sehr bescheiden; man kann auch nicht streamen. Es gibt für Deutsches Publikum nur 3Sat, ZDF-Info und RTL Österreich sowie den KIKA-Kanal - Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale sind etwas veraltet und sollten mal renoviert werden (z.B. die Schiebeschränke mit zu wenigen Regalen) Ansonsten aber wirklich sehr gut und empfehlenswert. On est venus par voyage privé. Bon Emplacement on est a 25 -30 min de tout a pied . Le personnel est parfait. Un peu déçue de la chambre tres petite, mais propre. Sdb fonctionnelle mais trop vieillotte. Le lit malheureusement pas de lit double mais 2 lits simple collés. Literie confortable mais pas exceptionnel. Le petit dejeuner parfait il y a tout ce quil faut ( salé, sucré) . Bémol pour la salle du petit déjeuner ou si comme nous un groupe teop bruillant qui pense etre seuls comme on a eu on s'entend pas .. et pour un reveil c'est pas agréable. Le reste est top .. Dommage que ce quon voit en photos ( terrasse rooftop on le voit pas alors que la météo s'y prete )

L'emplacement et le petit cadre cosy de cet hôtel sont vraiment super. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très bien. L'accueil et le personnel sont courtois et polis mais je ne dirais pas qu'il est chaleureux non plus. Mais le gros moins de cet hôtel est clairement la chambre que nous avons eu (je pense qu'il y a plusieurs niveau). C'était vraiment plus que moyen. Le matelas de notre lit était dure et à ressort. Il était creusé à ma place, je m'enfoncais dans le troue. Les cloisons entre les chambres sont en papier, nous entendions le voisins tousser toute la nuit. Pour finir, nous donnions sur une rue et c'était un ENFER, impossible de dormir la première nuit tellement les passants étaient bruyant et nous entendions tout. J'ai du acheter des boules quies pour la deuxième nuit pour dormir. Je recommande cet hôtel clairement pour son emplacement mais pour une bonne nuit de sommeil après les journées de marche pour visiter Rome je vous conseil autre chose.

Lage: Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super – wir konnten alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Zimmer: Unser Zimmer (Nr. 221) lag zum Hinterhof hinaus und war leider nicht so schön. Es war dort sehr laut, vermutlich wegen der Hotelwäscherei, die scheinbar rund um die Uhr in Betrieb war. Dadurch war der Schlaf leider recht unruhig und nicht besonders erholsam. Fazit: Insgesamt gute Lage, aber für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wäre ein ruhigeres Zimmer empfehlenswert..

Das Frühstück im wunderschönen Innenhof umsäumt von vielen Pflanzen und tollem Lichteinfall ist ein Traum. Es gibt frisches Obst, Eier, Schinken, Salami, Tomaten, Gurken, Mozzarella, Salat und Käse. Man kann sich Kaffee ziehen oder einen Cappuccino bestellen, Saft oder Wasser holen und auch von den süßen Stückchen und Kuchen probieren. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, unseres hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt einen Lift und die Rezeption ist auch immer besetzt. Die Dach-Terrasse ist wunderschön und gerade abends ein Highlight. Vom Hotel aus läuft man ca. 15-25 Minuten zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Vatikan, Pantheon, spanische Treppe, Trevi Brunnen) und den Haupteinkaufsstraßen sowie 5 min über die Brücke nach Trastevere um auszugehen oder gut zu essen.

Excelente ubicación, en pleno centro para poder ir caminando a casi todos los sitios, pues está a pocos metros de la Plaza Campo de Fiori y del Puente Sisto que cruza para ir al Trastevere. Las habitaciones son grandes, confortables, tranquilas, el desayuno abundante y si hace buen tiempo en el patio central que es muy agradable. El personal muy atento. Totalmente recomendable.

Hotel o bardzo dobrym usytuowaniu. Wszędzie względnie blisko. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. Obsługa bardzo miła oraz uprzejma. Śniadania o bardzo dobrym standardzie. Pokój czysty i zadbany. Jedyny mankament to niedziałające jacuzzi w łazience ale to standard we Włoskich hotelach. Zawsze coś jest nie tak jak powinno być. Ja jednak nie dla jacuzzi brałem ten pokój ale dla wspaniałego tarasu. Bardzo chętnie tam wrócę.

Da es unsere Goldene Hochzeitsreise ist hat uns unser Reisebüro eine Überraschung organisiert, in dem sie uns eine Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer stellen ließ. Diese war mit einem Glückwunsch-Kärtchen vom Hotel bestückt. Als wir diese heute Abend auf der Dachterrasse öffnen wollten wurde es uns trotz Erklärung und vorzeigen des Glückwunsch-Kärtchens verwehrt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen .

Hotellet ligger mycket bra, nära alla sevärdheter och på gränsen till trevliga Trastevere. Själva rummen har gammal inredning, lite slitna badrum, för hårda sängar, och en renovering bör göras, något trånga rum, ACn är något högljudd och ger inte angiven kyla, personalen är trevlig, Frukosten är i linje med prisnivån och smakar bra. Vårt betyg är en sammanvägning av pris och kvalitet, det rimliga priset för rummen motiverat en 4a men kvaliteten på hotellet hade vi givit hotellet en trea. Området vid hotellet är mycket lugnt.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet hôtel: nous avions indiqué lors de la réservation que c’était pour notre voyage de noces et aucune attention particulière : déçue !!! Par contre très bien placé, propre, bonne literie Petits déjeuners copieux, le patio y a son charme malgré les moineaux, la responsable est très agréable Par contre le personnel de la réception est antipathique surtout l’homme. Pas un merci le dernier jour lors du Check out, ni à savoir si tout s’était bien passé

Pe scurt: Locație centrală, camere mici, spații comune foarte drăguțe. Prețul are de a face mai mult cu locația decât cu hotelul în sine. Pe lung: Cel mai bun lucru al acestui hotel este locația. Cu greu poți găsi o locație care să fie mai în mijlocul locurilor de vizitat în Roma. Restaurante suficiente în zonă. Spațiile comune: culoarele curate, curtea interioară superbă, multitudinea de lifturi. Terasa de la etajul 5 drăguță, deși când am fost noi nu era deschis barul. Spațiile comune frumos decorate, inclusiv decorațiuni de sezon, dar și ghivece cu plante reale. Camera: Baia suficient de spațioasă, patul confortabil. Îngrijirea zilnică foarte OK. Personal suficient peste tot, mai mult eficicienți decât din cale afară de zâmbitori. Camera în care am stat destul de mică pentru un cuplu + pătuț bebe. Pentru un cuplu care are nevoie doar de un loc de dormit..probabil e ok. Se auzea constant cum se trăgea apa de sus. Nu știu dacă doar în camera în care am stat sau peste tot. Ușa de la baie scârțâia la fiecare deschidere. Fără varietate prea mare la micul dejun.

Rada by som ohodnotila svoj pobyt v hoteli Ponte Sisto. Ja som si celkovo pobyt užila. No nedá mi nenapísať a tak i hotelu možno otvoriť oči v niektorých službách, ktoré poskytujú. To, že hotel má dobrú polohu, o tom ani nemusíme polemizovať. Pravdepodobne má i svojich stálych klientov, tomu verím. Ale, z týchto dvoch vecí sa nedá ťažiť navždy. Čítala som množstvo recenzií, paradoxne viacej až počas pobytu. To, že sa niektorí klienti sťažujú, že v noci nemohli spať, pretože po ulici chodili mladí opití ľudia, to mi príde naozaj smiešne, pretože za to hotel určite nemôže. Poďme skôr k dôležitejším faktorom, ktoré robia hotel naozaj dobrým hotelom. My sme prišli do Ríma dvaja, ja a môj dospelý syn, obaja radi cestujeme, každý mal svoju izbu, veď sme dospelí ľudia. Ja som si ráno pripravila čaj v izbe, spomenula som to synovi a on prekvapene hovorí, že on žiadnu rýchlovarná kanvicu nemá a ani čaj, atď. Prečo ale, keďže sme objednali rovnaké izby a zaplatili rovnakú cenu, ktorá nebola nízka? To je však len taká možno maličkosť, syn si občas prišiel zohriať vodu ku mne. Ale; a to ma trápi oveľa viac, pár dní pred príchodom, nie v deň ani pri príchode, som hotelu písala, že sme dvaja vegáni a či sa budeme vedieť najesť a vybrať si z ponuky, nakoľko v cene sú i raňajky. Odpoveď znela, že áno, majú vegánske možnosti. V prvé ráno sme došli teda na raňajky a kde nič, tu nič. Chodili sme; pozerali a zistili sme, že vlastne vidíme len sójové mlieko, paradajky, lekvár, ovocie a chlieb, či pečivo, o ktorom nevieme, či ho môžeme jesť. Dali sme si aspoň kávu a džem, kúsok ovocia. Čašník sa nás prišiel spýtať, akú kávu si prosíme a to bolo prvý a aj posledný krát, čo sa o nás niekto zaujímal. Preto by som rada napísala, že zaplatiť rovnakú cenu ako iní hostia a nakoniec byť o suchom pečive; džeme a ovocí, mi príde diskriminačné. Ak odpoviete, že sme sa mohli spýtať, verte, že som oslovila pani čašníčku a tá bola milá, ale potvrdila mi, že bohužiaľ nenájdeme ani len rastlinné maslo, či jogurt. Bolo nám z toho smutno, pretože vegánskych produktov existuje v dnešnej dobe už nespočetné množstvo a keď už hotel upozorníte; že prídete na 4 noci a ste vegáni, trochu ochoty by nezaškodilo. Dúfali sme, že možno do druhého rána pridajú aspoň niečo, keďže videli, že sme " stratení " a nemáme si dokopy čo dať. Ale nič sa nezmenilo. Myslím si, že nepoukazujem na nič neopodstatnené a nepodstatné, nakoľko som si vybrala hotel Ponte Sisto aj na základe raňajok - v popise aj vegánskych a porušila som tým svoju podmienku, vybrať si hotel s ratingom aspoň 9.00. Nabudúce budem poučená. Vyspať sme sa vyspali dobre, malosť izieb nám neprekážala, nestihli sme skúsiť ani bar či iné hotelové služby, ale raňajky nás veľmi sklamali a pritom v Ríme by som čakala, že na jedle si dajú záležať. No vyzerá to tak, že keďže vegáni sú stále menšina, až tak na nich nezáleží. Je to však škoda, pretože ja veľa cestujem a viem porovnávať. Prajem i tak hotelu, nech sa darí a veľa spokojných klientov.

24년 12월 크리스마스 전 방문한 이탈리아 첫 호텔이었습니다. 위치가 테르미니역과 관광지랑 좀 떨어져있지 않나 싶었는데 막상 2박하다보니 여기저기 걸어다니기 적당한 거리여서 위치도 만족스러웠구요. 객실은 개별테라스가 있어 이용은 못했지만 기분이 좋았습니다. 크리스마스 시즌으로 장식된 것도 너무 예뻤고 직원들도 웃으며 친절하게 응대해주셨어요. 객실도 지어진지 좀 된 곳인 것 같다는 느낌은 있지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 있어서 이용에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 특히 이 호텔에 머물면 다리 건너편의 번화가를 구경할 수 있어서 너무 좋아요. 토요일 밤은 이탈리아의 젊은 사람들이 북적이는 곳인데 레스토랑과 바가 많아서 늦은 저녁 먹기에도 안성맞춤인 곳입니다. 개인적으로 너무 잘 이용한 호텔입니다☺️

Eccellente struttura in pieno centro, a due passi da Campo dei Fiori e Piazza Navona. Al di là del ponte c'è Trastevere con i locali e la movida. Locali molto curati, ottimo servizio. Le camere con mobilia un po' datata ma di un certo pregio. Eccellente colazione con ottimi prodotti e grande varietà di dolce e salato. Una bella terrazza che nella bella stagione è molto godibile e un bel giardino interno. Due pecche a mio parere: la distanza dalla stazione della metro e il chiasso della strada di notte, consiglio di chiedere camere che si affaccino all'interno. Il prezzo non basso ma corretto.

Hôtel parfaitement bien situé. La chambre était confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très efficace et sympathique. Des adaptateurs pour les prises sont prêtes à l’accueil. Ma chambre donnait côté cour et j’ai donc très bien dormi, ce qui n’est pas le cas d’autres personnes qui étaient côté rue et qui n’ont pas fermé l’œil de la nuit.

Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, liegen die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zwischen 20 ind 40 Minuten fußläufig. Frühstück mit alles, was das Herz begehrt.

窗臨路邊無景觀，房內燈光昏暗到不行。夜晚人多吵雜到深夜還不讓人休息。房型略舊之外，浴室在淋浴後浴池外的地板不知為何會大量積水還要吸和擦拭半天，我不是去當清潔工的，真是累人！ 我不懂花一樣的錢為何得到和別人不一樣的待遇；不是睡在中庭新的另一邊！

Das Hotel bietet eine sehr gute Lage um die bedeutendsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus(Haltestelle um dieEcke) zu erkunden. Insgesamt ein beeindruckendes Haus mit wunderschönen inneren Garten, Rooftopbar, gemütliche Hausbar, sehr leckerem Frühstück u gepflegte Räumlichkeiten. Très mauvaise expérience ; je fus obligée d'annuler une nuit à ce séjour , heureusement durant la période d annulation ou modification possible .... A l'arrivée, l'hôtel à annulé l'intégralité du séjour , et m'a rebooké 2 , ce qui m a valu une facture de 1000 euros pour 2 nuits (réservation tardive) en me rendant sur hôtel.com je vois les nuitées à 260 euros .... réponse des deux interlocuteurs , hôtel et hôtel.com : c est comme ça ... Deuxième expérience , la place de parking réservée à l'origine ne l'était plus , et me voila avec ma voiture sans stationnement dans l'hôtel; ce dernier me dirige vers un parking privé, 110 euros les 2 nuits. j ai le sentiment d avoir été prise pour un pigeon et ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel . soyez méfiant lors de vos modifications de séjour.
