When I went back to her, she gave me a tussle and told me to clean it myself. If you can't keep the place clean, you should just offer takeout.

The burgers were not that delicious as we excpected and I also missed ingredients that I had ordered. It looked also like they weren't freshly made. Altouth the fries were very good.

03/08/2022We were really excited to find this place and planned to go for dinner but when we arrived we learned that most of the burgers are NOT VEGAN-OK, unfortunately. The buns are not vegan. I’m not sure why they can’t use vegan buns so that vegans can eat them as well. Seems pretty simple. The beyond chicken burgers are NOT VEGAN-OK as they contain milk. I don’t know what Beyond is doing or why they would produce this without making it accessible to the millions of vegans who want this product most. Really strange. The bacon is also not vegan, and you would have to check the sauces and other ingredients as well. The only vegan-ok burger is the Protein Burger which comes wrapped in lettuce in place of a bun. The staff were able to tell us all this, which is great. It’s really important that anyone working there is able to confirm this with customers so nobody unwillingly consumes animal products. Otherwise it seems like a nice location, very close to the castle, with about 5 locations in Milan. I hope in the near future these burgers will all be vegan-ok.

11/04/2026Dieses Restaurant braucht dringend Geld. Sie versuchen alles Mögliche, um NICHT-Italiener abzuzocken. Unfreundlich, ignorant, desinteressiert und letzten Endes irgendwie auch "touristenfeindlich", von denen sie hauptsächlich leben wollen. Bei uns ging es um einen Burger, den wir unmittelbar nach der Bestellung ändern wollten, weil es herauskam, dass darin nicht NUR "Beef" war. Obwohl Kopftuchträgerin diese Bestellung nach der sicheren Antwort bestellte (dass es Beef ist, was nicht der Fall war, darin war auch Schweinefleisch gemischt), wurde ihr verweigert, die Bestellung zu stornieren oder zu ändern. Das alles, obwohl Patty bzw. die Vorbereitung nicht mal begonnen hatte. In anderen Worten sollte eine sichtbare Muslima den Burger mit dem Schweinefleisch auf alle Fälle nehmen. Das Personal war dabei arrogant und unfreundlich. Diese 2 Burger haben wir natürlich nicht genommen, das Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet, also sehen wir dies als Almosen an die Armen an. Wir geben ja auch persönlich Almosen an die Armen. Warum nicht in solchen Restaurants? Nächstes Mal, falls ich dort vorbeikomme, werde ich 10-20€ einfach an der Theke abgeben, ohne etwas zu bestellen.

14/03/2026Non gli hamburger più buoni che abbia provato, ma più che discreti. Do una stella in più perché il personale si da tanto da fare e soprattutto perché è aperto fino a tardi, quando ormai a Milano, dopo una certa ora, non si riesce più a mangiare. Se ti vuoi ubriacare, ok ma cenare in centro ad esempio alle 23 è diventato impossibile. Qui fino a mezzanotte qualcosa da mangiare te lo danno.

10/10/2025جيته على المدح وميته جوع.. ولكن انصدمت بالطعم حتى هرفي وماك احلى. طلبنا برغر وفرايز وتقييم الطلبات تحت: برغر لحم: 3/10 . عطيت نقاط للخبزه والبيكل والصوص بس اللحم ماش موب عالمدح ابداً برغر دجاج كريسبي: 9/10. كويس طلبت دجاج مع ان المدح كان عاللحم بس الدجاج كان احسن فرايز: يابس وكله زيت شوفو الصوره. المبلغ اللي دفعته على ٣ برغر وبطاطسين و٣ مشروب كان33.7 يورو وانخصم 147.31 ريال سعودي . لو بالسعوديه بهالمبلغ اعشي البيت كله برغر واطعم بكثير. ما انصح فيه لا سعر ولا طعم.
