30/05/2026I don’t even want to give one star review but I had to. When me and my mom went inside to buy something, we ordered a menu which costed us €8.30 we paid €9 and received the balance and got the receipt. We waited in line till our number shows up, but we stayed for a while, our number didn’t show up and we realized it’s the wrong receipt, in the receipt it was an ice cream which was €1.30 . My mom went to the cashier and told her that she ordered a menu, not an ice cream but the cashier and the manager refused to believe. They didn’t give us a refund, accused us of trying to steal. So, this is a warning to check your receipts after you pay and don’t trust any of the people working there. I know I don’t have any proof but I wouldn’t lie about this. I think this happened likely due to racism.

12/04/2026I’m usually a big fan of McDonald’s, and I walked into this location genuinely excited because of its amazing spot next to the Duomo. Unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and almost scolded for something that wasn’t even my fault. My order was incomplete. I calmly went to pickup area 2 to ask for the missing items, and the bald guy there was rude, dismissive, and clearly annoyed that I even approached him. Communication was difficult, and instead of trying to help, he made the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. In such a busy, international location, this level of service is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t feel like a problem for asking for what they paid for. The food was standard, but the service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not what you expect from a McDonald’s in such a prime location.

02/04/2026A very upsetting and uncomfortable experience. A large security guard also approached us and told us to leave, saying that “this is not a hotel where you can sit for hours,” even though we had ordered food and were simply sitting there waiting like normal customers. What made it worse was how rude and targeted it felt. He came specifically to our table, and later we noticed him whispering with another security guard while pointing at us and discussing us. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt humiliating. We truly do not understand the reason for this behavior. The way we were singled out made the whole situation feel unfair and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable in a place that serves the public. How can staff like this be considered appropriate for customer-facing roles? Absolutely absurd experience, and we will not be returning.

While we were quietly eating, a security guard came up to our table and started pointing his finger at us, telling us to leave because we had been sitting there “too long.” We were there for only about an hour, which is completely normal for customers who order food and eat comfortably. I honestly cannot understand how staff can approach paying guests in such a rude and disrespectful way and try to force them out. It made us feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed. This is not how customers should be treated. Absolutely terrible place, and we will never come back again.

20/03/2026Last Christmas holiday, I was transiting in Milan. After visiting the cathedral, I went into this McDonald's. Fifteen minutes later, I finished my burger and was drinking my Coke while booking my next train ticket online. A Black server with a walkie-talkie on his waist asked if I was finished. I told him to give me some time, as I was booking my ticket. A minute, maybe even seconds later, he returned, rudely banging on my tray and asking in a very rude tone if I was done, banging louder and louder. I was preparing to pay for my ticket. This forced me to interrupt the payment process and leave the McDonald's, standing in the freezing wind to finish the transaction, my hands completely numb. After telling my friends about this, they said I had to let others know about the server's appalling behavior, so I finally decided to write this review.

09/06/2026Самый популярный мак в Милане с вау-видом на площадь Дуомо и собор. Есть 2 очереди (как я поняла 2 кухни) и отдельно зона мак кафе. Быстрее будет конечно взять кофе и булочкой и подняться на второй этаж, но можно сделать заказ и отправится наверх, караулить заветный столик у окна. Нам повезло. Как раз пока делали наш заказ, освободился столик с видом. Заказ в субботу мы ждали минут 15-20

Het afhaal crew was wel goed, kon redelijk engels praten maar die mevrouw achter de kassa kon dat niet en zij ze dikzak tegen mij in het Italiaans. Ook een probleem is dat de schermen alleen Italiaanse tekst weergeven en eigelijk zou het handiger zijn dat er ook Engelse tekst onder de woorden staan voor toeristen. We kwamen hier om 17:00.

Mekan da temiz ve düzenli görünüyor, oturup yemek yemek için uygun bir ortam sunuyor. Ancak personelin biraz gergin ve iletişimde mesafeli olduğunu fark ettim. Yoğunluk kaynaklı olabilir ama müşteriye yaklaşımın biraz daha güler yüzlü ve ilgili olması deneyimi çok daha iyi hale getirir. Küçük bir ilgi ve pozitif iletişim, genel memnuniyeti ciddi anlamda artırır. Genel olarak lezzet ve hız açısından tercih edilebilir bir yer, ancak hizmet tarafında yapılacak ufak iyileştirmelerle çok daha keyifli bir deneyim sunabilir.

Мені вдалось пообідати з прекрасним видом прямо на собор. Неприємно вразив сервіс. Вони переплутали замовлення і поклали мені картоплю без бекону. Також я, яка вперше відвідує цей заклад, не була попереджена, що компоненти замовлення потрібно забирати за різними стійками: окремо їжа і окремо напої та десерти. 12/04/2026Γεύση κλασική, κανένα σχόλιο. Χώροι άθλιοι μέσα στη βρωμιά, ατμόσφαιρα λες και υπάρχει κάποιου είδους αγώνας δρόμου και τρέχουν όλοι να προλάβουν. Λόγω του πανικού , αναμενόμενα οι υπάλληλοι είναι εξουθενωμενοι και αυτό φαίνεται στην έλλειψη χαράς στο πρόσωπο τους. Δεν είναι αγενείς, αλλά σίγουρα σε χαίρεσαι όταν τους βλέπεις. Τώρα στις τουαλέτες, παρόλο τον έλεγχο, γίνεται επίσης πανικός. Οσμή και καθαριότητα bare minimum. Θέλει ριζική αναμόρφωση πολιτικής για να διαχειριστείς τόσο έντονη ροή καθημερινά.

26/03/2026Purtroppo ho avuto un’esperienza molto spiacevole in questo McDonald’s. Un addetto straniero alle pulizie si è comportato in modo inappropriato, disturbando i clienti e creando una situazione di disagio. È inaccettabile che in un ambiente pubblico e frequentato ci siano atteggiamenti del genere, soprattutto quando si dovrebbe garantire un minimo di rispetto e professionalità. Consiglio alla direzione di intervenire al più presto per evitare che altri clienti si trovino nella stessa situazione.
