We have returned to this hotel multiple times, and it never fails to impress! The hospitality is truly a masterclass in service the staff is consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming. After a long day of exploring, retreating to a room with such high quality, reliable air conditioning is pure heaven. To top it all off, the rooftop bar offers some of the most breathtaking views in the city. It has officially become our home away from home!

This hotel was amazing. The room was a good size and very modern. The service all around (bellmen, front desk, wait-staff, managers) was excellent and the rooftop restaurant and view was SPECTACULAR! All authentic Italian food is served and very well prepared, and great wine selection from this region. The evening view for sunset is beautiful and a quiet place to relax and enjoy snacks and drinks at the rooftop bar! The location was fantastic as we were able to sight see a lot of Roma from here ( 2 days stay before our cruise). Roma is a very walkable city.

We recently stayed at the Pantheon Iconic Hotel in Rome and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s fairly typical for a hotel in a historic European city and was not an issue for us. What really sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is outstanding and, in our opinion, one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. You’re within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s most famous attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the highlights is the rooftop bar. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail, appetizer, or light snack while taking in the beautiful views. Being able to see the Pantheon from the rooftop creates a truly memorable Roman experience and is the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also found the hotel to be reasonably priced compared to many other luxury properties in Rome, making it an excellent value given its prime location, service, and amenities. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel with terrific service, a fantastic rooftop bar, and one of the best locations in Rome, the Pantheon Iconic Hotel is definitely worth considering. We would gladly stay there again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2.

From the first moment to the last, we were met with friendliness, warmth, professionalism and exceptional service which immensely enhanced the unique beauty of The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. Every single person’s demeanor seemed to say “ I’m glad you’re here” and “ I am happy in my job”. There is a culture of mutual respect in which all departments refer to each other as” colleagues “ and support one another in serving their guests. The entire staff was fantastic but Tato, Ilona and Anca were unique in their level of service. They reached out to us constantly to be sure that all of our needs were being met. Both the rooftop bar and restaurant showcased gorgeous views of Rome while providing friendly and extraordinary service and delicious food. The breakfast buffet provided a vast array of fresh fruits, cereals and yogurt, meats, salmon and cheeses as well as hot choices such as eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh seasonal vegetables and extensive choices of breads, rolls, and croissants for a palate that desired either sweet or savory choices. Andrea set the tone with a respectful and professional manner. Once again, every server seemed to anticipate needs and happily meet them. Still Aly, Nico and Felicia distinguished themselves with warmth and service that went above and beyond. We have been blessed to stay in some unique hotels and on some phenomenal proprieties. The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel rivals them all. We will surely be back! Grazie mille!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at the Pantheon Hotel in Rome for an exceptional experience. The upstairs patio was truly one of the highlights of our stay — beautiful atmosphere, incredible views, and outstanding service. A special shout out to Nico and Andrea, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every experience memorable. Nico especially reminded me of my own family from Italy — kind, affable, welcoming, and full of life. That genuine spirit of hospitality is something you never forget. Rome is already magical, but people like Nico and Andrea are what make a stay unforgettable. Grazie mille, and we look forward to returning.

We stayed 4 nights with our 7mo infant - first of all, the location is so central, just a 2 min walk to the Pantheon. It was so perfect for traveling with a baby as soon as many restaurant and snack options right at your doorstep. This made it easier to navigate our baby’s naps and not needing to go far with the stroller on cobblestone. It was also central enough to venture out to the Colosseum and other attractions with a short taxi ride. For baby amenities, we were given a crib and the baby tub. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a large shower that provided good room to also bathe our baby in the baby tub. The breakfast selection wasn’t mind-blowing but views from the terrace seating were amazing. It definitely makes a difference when you start your day with a good espresso and a good view!

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel! Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous and has an amazing view over the city. Beautiful, impeccably run hotel in a perfect location steps from the Pantheon. Rooms are compact but extremely well designed and comfortable. Outstanding housekeeping, attentive staff, and a fantastic rooftop bar. Breakfast is exceptional with fresh fruit, pastries, made-to-order eggs, and local specialties. Highly recommend.

My wife, who LOVES Marriott, booked this hotel. Great location to walk everywhere. Issues: (1) The light switches are weird, even the hotel staff don't quite understand how they work, (2) The door knob to our room simply came off. Yep, you try to leave and it comes off. (3) The in room safe is a little weird since it does not show the code you put in, so, if you intend to press a 2 but actually press a 3, you would never know. (4) While the Divinity Restaurant has reasonable breakfast options and prices, the Divinity Rooftop Bar does not have good prices or friendly serving staff - in fact we were ignored for quite a while. So, beware! A Limoncello Spritz will cost you 20 Euro when you can buy one in most places for 5 Euro. I could see maybe 12 Euro, but 4x more is a bit much. When I questioned this I was told "that is what they cost in a 5 star hotel". (5) We try to be eco conscious and decline daily room cleaning. However, the towels were changed and beds made every day. While that is ok, it is not what we asked for.

The property is in a wonderful location, walkable & convenient to most places you wish to visit in Rome Check in was friendly & professional The room was a decent size for a major city hotel, spotlessly clean & great quality bed linens, the room was a little dark & looked out to the back wall of other properties but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time anyway Great quality toiletries & other amenities in the bathroom We had drinks at the roof top bar several times which had the most amazing view We had a great stay & would return

Stayed there for 6 nights in March. Room and bed were great. Francesca was a godsend. Housekeeping helping themselves to our chocolate was a define bummer. Nicola said I would hear from he or the GM. Never did. Too bad. Stay at the hotel but skip the housekeeping. Rooms equipped with US compatible power.

This was an excellent establishment. Well maintained, very comfortable, luxurious, and great service from all angles. Checking in was easy and the front desk host was very informative of both the hotel and the city itself. She helped us with literally everything we could think of and provided assistance in finding all the must see sights in Rome. It was a great welcoming moment after a long day of travel. The room itself was beautiful and well acquainted. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was beautiful and well stocked with all kinds of amenities, and room service was quick, convenient, and delicious. I especially enjoyed the welcome gift of fruit and sparkling wine that we found when we first came into the room. It was very thoughtful of the staff and management to go out of their way like that for a nice personal touch for us! The rooftop bar and restaurant were beautiful. It is a must go to for a nice sunset drink or two. The bartenders and staff there are all friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the drinks and food are delicious. The breakfast is also well served and all encompassing with literally anything you could possibly want after a restful night. The staff there were very friendly and quickly fulfilled all our requests. We are already planning for a future trip back to Rome and more nights here at The Pantheon. We will not stay anywhere else. Thank you to all that made this first stay memorable and amazing!

Husband made reservation for 3 nights and we are currently staying here. Came around 10am today. Front Desk agents were not professionallly trained. Very surprising for a 5 star hotel. No mention of his status. He processed checked in and authorized the credit card then told us room is not ready. He didn't say anything about breakfast, welcome gifts or if we need late check out. Anyways, we just went sightseeing. Came back around 1pm and asked if the room was ready but it was not. So we waited in the lobby. As we were waiting guest came in and their room was ready as they were also been waiting since morning. Another guest came in, this time they just arrived bit got their room right away. No big deal for us because normal check in is at 3pm but just felt like they were picking and choosing. At 2:30pm the lady finally told us that room was ready. Just like the gentleman that processed the checked in, she did not recognize the status, no mention of welcome gifts and breakfast. My husband literally have to ask for it. Just very disappointing for 5 star hotel. Even courtyard go above and beyond during check in as it is the first impression of the hotel. Lastly, we went to the room. The room is spotless! However, the bathroom smells like sewage maybe because there is no ventilation. Also you can here everything outside of the room housekeeping vacuuming, people talking, room service knocking on the next door's room and the loud noise of the street. Will definitely need earplugs to sleep. POSITIVE SO FAR: -LOCATION -CLEAN ROOM -FRIENDLY HOUSEKEEPING STAFF -FRIENDLY ROOM SERVICE STAFF

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, with a high level of cleanliness and excellent service. The location is excellent, and what I liked most was the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone, without exception, was wonderful—Dalia at the reception, Wissal from room service, and Laura at the bar. My only note is that the rooms are small.

I requested a bucket of ice at 10:52 PM and it never arrived. In the Bonvoy app, you have to wait more than 20 minutes just to get a response. There is no spa, only a private jacuzzi, which cannot really be considered a spa.

Great Hotel Experience! The staff was great; friendly, caring and helpful; specifically the concierge (Francesca), the desk staff and the bar staff. The location was perfect, and the hotel was always clean and welcoming. To be picky we had two small issues. The cleaning team is a bit overzealous and would remove things from the room that should have been left. An example is that the hotel provided additional coffee pods to support the room's Nespresso Machine. Until we started hiding them, they would take all of the extra coffee and we would have to ask all over again. The second issue is with the lighting system in the room. It ran off a series of touch panels that never seemed to work the same way twice and always shut off on some mysterious timer. You also had to leave your key in the slot by the door for them to even work.

We booked our one night stay using 109k points 5 days before arrival. We arrived in Rome at 10am from an overnight flight and went directly to the hotel. The facility itself was very nice. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate an early checkin, but did offer to take our bags to storage, while we explored the city, which was helpful. We returned at approximately 3 pm for checkin. The room we got was an upgrade from a classic king to a deluxe king on a low floor viewing the interior courtyard/service area. It was a very small room with nice finishes. We were notified that any upgrade above the deluxe king would cost an additional 300 euro, despite availability and being a Marriott titanium member.The valet and restaurant staff were very nice, but we hoped for a more curated experience and engaged staff at checkin. We were looking for more information around the neighborhood, hotel amenities and dining options outside the hotel. Breakfast on rooftop was excellent with an exceptional view. They offered a 2 pm checkout the following day after I requested.

Emmanuela is the worst!!! I had booked a private party at the rooftop for my wedding and asked her prior about having access to the speakers for the ceremony music she said yes. Then when my bridal party got there to set up she said we cannot have access to the speakers. If we knew this before we would’ve brought our own. Who wants to walk down the aisle to house music?! I paid 1,000 and she didn’t even put the slightest bit of effort. Why offer this service if you’re not willing to work with the people?!. Then they turned off the music and it was just so awkward. Supposedly they can’t change the music but let’s use our brain and think who would want to walk down the aisle to house music. This is something that should’ve been brought up when I asked about the speakers. I wasted over 1,000 AMERICAN DOLLARS. STOP ADVERTISING WITH LOVE GRACEFULLY BECAUSE YOU ACTUALLY MADE THEM LOLK BAD. AND THIS REVIEW ISNT FAKE I CAN SHOW BANK TRANSFERS!

Mixed reviews on this spot, and possibly just weird luck for us - first off, location really is great. Due to flight issues, we arrived quite early; didn’t get a room until 2pm which is fine bc it was still “early” - but you always hope for earlier when you’re coming off a red eye. Rooms are fine, although small things like coffee wasn’t replenished and our power outlets went out. Rooftop is amazing, drinks are great and concierge helped us with tickets. I left a coat on a chair in the lobby (my fault) but it was stolen which is just a bummer when you’re shelling out for 5 star - would have loved for someone in the tiny lobby to have spotted it before it was swiped. Not their fault though. So, perhaps an unfair rating but this was our experience.

Such a beautiful place! My friend and I went to the rooftop at sunset, and the view was absolutely stunning. This place is a hidden gem, tucked away just behind the Pantheon. We were so surprised. The staff deserve 7 stars, honestly—the service was outstanding. Our waiter, Franko, really made our day. He was so positive, had a unique talent for connecting with guests, and even recommended a lovely place to visit. Overall, the experience was exceptional. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome location, staff is beyond helpful & accommodating, room was outstanding, as is common areas, especially rooftop bar and restaurant. Pantheon Iconic Hotel exceeded all of our expectations… additionally since I had a Zoom meeting Friday from my Texas HQ (7 hour time difference) that ran late, we ‘missed’ dinner, but still wanted a bite to eat. Hotel staff recommended 2 block walk to Russo’s where “Poppa Russo” welcomed us with open arms, outdoor seating, bottle of wine, amazing pizza, salad and Limoncello’s for less than 50euro. Loved it and got me back in good graces with wife!

This is one of the most confusing and poor customer service situations I have experienced. TLDR Apparently This hotel regularly sends a third party link(non-marriott) by email(non Marriott email address ie @marriott.com) to finish payment for prepaid rate bookings. If you don’t see the email they cancel your booking after a week. After a lengthy back and forth trying to figure out how Marriott.com was able to take a deposit for the reservation but the hotel wasn’t able to charge my credit card. I figured out Marriott.com had my old Marriott credit card number on file. My bank allowed Marriott to pull funds as it was a recognized/trusted vendor, but not this hotel as I had no prior charges with them. Instead of trying to correct what clearly was a mistake or lack of communication, they cancelled my reservation and refused to honor my original rate and at least insinuated it was due to insufficient funds or fraud protection which I knew wasn’t the case. Anyways total waste of time, for what could be solved in two seconds

The hotel exceeded all expectations! It is located right in the heart of Rome — the perfect spot for exploring the city. The rooms are impeccably clean: fresh, pleasantly scented bed linen, a sparkling bathroom, not a speck of dust anywhere. Housekeeping is done daily, and it shows — the room always feels fresh and cozy. The staff are wonderful: polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The staff is over the top amazing. . Rooms have great A/C. It is an average 10 minutes walk to a good number of tourist sites. Great coffee about a minute away. The Pantheon is 3 minutes away. Must be aware that checkin is around 3 or 4:00 pm. Most flights arrive in the morning. They will store your luggage for you. Go explore and have some wine . Lots of local restaurants nearby

Went here in the evening after dinner. There was a queue of about 20mins to enter. The square in front of it is a very pleasant way to whilst away some time. The gelato place facing the right side of the building serves vegan flavours. Continue up that path and take the first right. It will bring you to a small plaza with a cafe serving the best coffee in Rome. Sant' Eustachio Caffè

It’s very nice hotel located right in the middle of all the must see sites in Rome. The service is very good. However, not sure if I would rate this a 5 star hotel. It’s kind of mid compared to other 5 star hotels across Europe. The beds are bit stiff but the staff does their best to be accommodating to all guests.

My husband’s new favorite Rome hotel. It’s in a great location, short walk to many sights and restaurants in the area. The views from the rooftop bar are amazing. And they make a delightful Campari spritz. And the snacks your drinks - wow! Even if you don’t stay here , the rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out. The rooms are good sized and have AMAZING air conditioning (so nice for summer in Rome). Two closets and many drawers for storage. The coffee and tea bar is very pretty and nice to have. Bed is quite comfortable. My only wish would be plugs by the beds (on top of the nightstand). Bathroom is also large with a great walk in shower. Good water pressure and nice bug towels. Love the full size Acqua di Parma toiletries. The candy in the lobby is awesome. The team working is very helpful and friendly. Great recommendations on restaurants. I look forward to staying here again on our next visit!

This is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms are tastefully done and have an elevated, exquisite feel about them. The reasons for not giving 5 stars: • We were at the end of a hall with the next door catty corner to ours. Every time that person went in/out it sounded precisely like they were entering our room. Very uncomfortable feeling especially late at night. • Despite using the Nespresso pods and espresso cups daily, housekeeping never replaced the cups or pods! 3 days in a row, thought that was strange. • Lighting system in the room has no rhyme or reason and the corresponding buttons give no help. Upon receiving room service one night we asked if it could be explained, and she said “truthfully I don’t understand it either!” • Each floor only has one elevator button, no up or down. You press it and hope whichever elevator comes is going the direction you need. Otherwise, you keep pressing the button to get what you want. We very much enjoyed the quality of the bedding and amenities and overall had a great visit.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Pantheon, with stunning views of its iconic dome right from the breakfast area. While the room was on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the spacious private balcony. It was seriously the largest terrace area I've ever seen in a hotel room. Perfect for soaking up the sun with a glass of prosecco. Breakfast was included and featured a solid spread of fresh pastries, fruits, eggs, sausages, vegetables, and some more hot and cold dishes. Simple, but everything was well-prepared and tasty. Don't forget to get a drink at the rooftop bar next to the restaurant on the top floor. Service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive. If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located hotel in Rome, this is a great choice.

It's perfect location, walking distance to Pantheon and restaurants. Beautiful interior! Love the amenities that they use for sure. We had breakfast included on our room, the food just ok. Many selections for sure. The taste is just ok. Glad that I get to order simple omelet. The service is abit slow, we wish that they will pick up faster on all our plate that's was used. Lastly, as a designer and architect, one thing that I dont understand is the location of the toilet paper holster! As you can see on the picture, that it located behind you. Therefore, you will need to turn your body when you about to use, which can cause someone pull their muscle. Which i hope not :) wish thay they can just put onto the left side of the wall instead.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to be close the very crowded sight seeing. Think Times Square in nyc. Very city hotel feel - they don’t greet you when you come in and elevators don’t know if they are going up or down. This was the third 5 star hotel we stayed at on this trip and the level of service was much lower. Rooms are very close together so you hear other people. We were in a junior suite which was just a bigger room that the two chairs could not even sit next to each other. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights but I would only recommend for 1 night. First night no turn down service and second night they came at 5:30 before we even left for the evening.

Naná (F&B) represents EVERYTHING that is right within the hospitality eco-system. She’s charismatic, graceful and SO very attentive. I didn’t even stay at the hotel, just went there for breakfast, and have to say… I was gladly impressed with every single staff member I met - from the porter who welcomed me, to the entire team at the rooftop. Let me tell you, my recent trip to Rome was made extra special thanks to my stay at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. I was only there for one night, but it was enough to convince me – this place is a winner! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. They were genuinely helpful and made me feel right at home. The room? Gorgeous! Really modern and spacious, which was such a treat. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. And the location... well, you can't beat it. It's right in the heart of everything, so getting around was a breeze. But even though it's in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Talk about the best of both worlds! Honestly, if you're planning a trip to Rome, I can't recommend The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel enough. It's the perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and friendly service. I'm already dreaming of my next visit!

We enjoyed so much staying at this hotel. We stayed 10 days in Dec 2024 for new year eve and the experience was wonderful. The employees are so well professional, educated and always ready to help you. Rooms always clean and well done. At breakfast time, the waiters by the second day knew your name and what you like to eat. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you are going to stay in Rome.

The staff is kind and welcoming, and the rooftop has a lovely view of Rome ! 2026 : Updating my review as this was my third stay at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel and once again, the team was absolutely amazing. This is definitely my favorite hotel in Rome. The location is perfect—easy to get around the city. The staff went above and beyond with recommendations and even helped us book restaurants. I also want to say a big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Last time I stayed, I celebrated my birthday here, and this time we had a warm welcome and a lovely anniversary surprise for my boyfrien. They made our celebration even more memorable, we were genuinely touched by the attention and care. Once again, thank you to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. Can’t wait to return.

Alcuni miei parenti hanno soggiornato in questo horel, insieme a loro ho visitato il bar nella Terrazza al sesto piano e devo dire che è stato veramente piacevole. La terraza è bellissima, arredada con gusto, i camerieri molto educati e gentili, i cocktail buoni e serviti accompagnati da stuzzichini altrettanto buoni ( olive, triangolini di mais, patatine) e la vista sui tetti di Roma è il pezzo forte.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Points forts : la localisation, le personnel - mention spéciale pour Cristiano du petit déjeuner et Alice pour des bonnes recommandations - ainsi que la literie. La terrasse était aussi très agréable Points faibles : absence de piscine et chambres pas suffisamment insonorisés à notre goût et un peu trop de lumière dans la chambre (lumière de sécurité). Très bon séjour!

場所は悪くないが、それ以外は良くない。 建物内いっぱいに部屋が配置されており、全体的に窮屈な作りとなっている。 何よりも良くないのはスタッフの質。フロントはただの受付をする人、でした。機械であっても支障はない。ホスピタリティをフロントにいるスタッフからは一度も感じなかった。 ホテルは部屋や廊下などかなり窮屈な作りとなっています。しかし高額です。 少々、街の中心から離れていても、落ち着いた雰囲気の良い地区にあり、スタッフも部屋も良いホテルがありますので、そちらをお勧めします。 これまで他のマリオットのホテルに泊まってきた人は失望するかも知れません。 ここのホテルの再訪は考えられません。 ・使用していないミニバーの請求があった。連絡すると返金はされた。何故、その間違いが発生したのかの説明は一切なし。 ・バスルームから下水の臭いが上がってくる。夏場は更にひどいかも？ ・部屋の入り口を開けるとすぐにベッド。廊下の幅が狭く、廊下で話している声がはっきりと聞こえる。 ・部屋の準備ができるまでホテル一階で待っていた。しかし、部屋の準備ができていてもスタッフは教えてくれなかった。自分たちの荷物がポーターによってエレベーターに乗せられていくのを確認し、1時間ほど経過してこちらからフロントで聞いたら、部屋の準備はできていると言われた。 ・部屋の照明スイッチがタッチパネル。しかし、どれがどこの照明なのかの説明が一切ない。 ・朝食は種類が少ない。会場も狭い。 ・ターンダウン有りとのことだったが、それがあったのは最終日の一回のみ。 ・シャワーの湯量、排水は問題ない。 ・朝食会場のスタッフは感じは悪くなかった。 ・Pantheonのすぐ近くに位置し、観光地に歩いていくことが比較的容易。 しかし、他のホテルに泊まったとしても公共交通機関やホップオンバスを使えば観光には支障がない。
