We stayed here in June 2026. From my experience, there is no way this place should be considered a 4-star hotel. (Be warned - after staying here and doing some more research we believe it’s likely that many of the pictures under this Google listing are from other hotels under the “trevi collection” in Rome but are not the “Trevi Collection Hotel” located on via capo le case 60 that this google listing refers to. Those other hotels look a lot nicer than this one.) The flooring in our room was old, stained carpet that never quite looked or felt clean. Walls and ceilings were scuffed and the mattress was super hard and lumpy. The mattress springs were easily felt through the mattress. It was one of the worst beds that I’ve slept in at a hotel in a long time. The worst part however is that our room constantly smelled like sewage unless we left all of the windows open in the room (which we obviously preferred not to do for the air conditioning and for security reasons.) The front desk was helpful in storing luggage prior to check in and in calling taxis if you need one. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. However, we felt those at the desk in the morning gave us conflicting information vs those who worked the desk in the evening, when we asked about some of the hotel’s listed amenities. I did think the staff was friendly and nice. The location is pretty good. It was close to the Spanish steps and we felt it was easy to walk 10-15 minutes to many other locations as well as a nearby metro station. Overall we loved our time in Rome but this hotel was not a good place to stay. I think there are much better hotels in the city at a similar price point and location. I unfortunately can’t recommend this one to any fellow travelers.

Overall a pleasant stay and very good location close to various historic sites and shops. The bathroom was very modern and good size, the bedroom area itself was standard. Walls were quite thin so could hear the people in the next room almost as if they were in our room but overall clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite poor and not much variety, probably wouldnt pay for breakfast again if i had the option. WiFi was also quite terrible and slow. However i would still recommend as it was a pleasant stay in the centre but nothing luxurious or above and beyond.

Property accessability is a deception lift only available to 4th floor in main building. Property consists of around 9 buildings requiring guests to return to main building to access breakfast. Room allocated for our stay was a 75 step hike to the 5th floor and a 7 minute walk to breakfast. This property is close to Trevi fountain so expect lots of noise all night. Concierge night manager was hostile and rude demanding I email my reservation details, unsure as to what was wrong with hotel records on presentation of our passports. This hotel was not welcoming and not accessible for a pleasurable stay.

We stayed at the Trevi Collection Hotel as part of a package booked through easyJet holidays and while there were some positives, overall the experience was very disappointing. On arrival the first impression was actually very good. The reception area was clean, modern, and smelled really nice which immediately gave us high expectations for the rest of the stay. The staff at reception were also friendly and welcoming which made check-in smooth and pleasant. However, things quickly went downhill once we got to the room. The first room we were given was in an unacceptable condition. It smelled foul, the carpets were dirty and the shower area was unclean with visible mould. The room itself was also extremely cramped with very limited walking space. The toilet was very, very tight, awkwardly tucked behind a sink and bidet making it difficult to use comfortably. When we raised these issues with staff, we were told that the dirt on the shower frames was due to their “cleaning products,” which is not an acceptable explanation. We were also told that no alternative rooms were available that night leaving us with no choice but to stay in that room for the night despite its condition. The following day, after making a further complaint, we were moved to a second room. While this room was slightly better and more spacious it was still far below acceptable standards. The shower again had mould, there was hair on the showerhead and the overall cleanliness was still poor. On top of that, the room did not match the advertised photos and description, which gave the impression of a modern, well-maintained hotel that simply did not reflect reality. The hotel was also extremely noisy. You could clearly hear other guests through the doors and corridors and the lack of soundproofing made it very difficult to relax or sleep. Other guests were very loud, and the noise levels made the stay quite unbearable at times. In addition, the rear door/window in the room could not be opened due to air conditioning exhausts being placed directly outside which made the room feel even more uncomfortable and poorly designed. Overall, while the staff were friendly and the reception area gives a great first impression, the actual rooms, cleanliness and overall comfort are extremely disappointing. This hotel does not live up to what is advertised and based on our experience I would not recommend staying here.

We had reviewed so many hotels before booking this one. I am happy we booked Trevi collection. It was amazing stay. We booked a triple occupancy room and the room was too big, the bathroom was very large, almost the size of our room with a big bath tub:-). Room and bathroom were flawless, very well kept and clean. There were soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom along with hair dryer. We had one double bed and one single in our room. the location is very very close to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Colossium is just 3-4 stops away by bus. I went alone early morning at around 6:30 and area was safe. Even late night it was safe. The only issue was we could hear the next door family, they kept shouting and the TV was loud all the time we could hear it. I wonder why, only soundproofing is required, everything else is just perfect. We were on 3rd floor, 2 windows with 2 different street views. Alot of places to eat around if you want to try local Italian food. Thank you to the staff, they were all very very cooperative and approachable. Sall at reception was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Thank you for making our holiday wonderful.

Really Friendly staff especially Aira, she made our experience in Rome amazing with all the recommendations to visit/eat (the food was especially amazing recommendations). The hotel is in a Great location, we couldn’t have found a better location with everything you need a short walk away. The rooms are well kept on top of and just what you need, good shower, comfy beds, small fridge if needed, free use of safe. There’s a lift up to rooms, we were checked in fairly quickly. On check out we were able to leave our luggage and carry on exploring Rome which is really appreciated. Our experience was great, thank you everyone and again especially Aira ❤️🇮🇹

I stayed in the trevi collection hotel from January 25th to 28th. The hotel room was nice and clean we were given a larger one then expected with a large shower and living area so that was good. One female staff member was very nice and helpful upon check in. I had pre booked and paid for a chocolates and balloon package for my partners birthday (25 euro), what we received was not what I expected. There was a couple of small balloons on the floor of the living area - balloons that would be blown up for a kids party, along with a box of orange chocolates which unfortunately did not taste nice at all. I also asked for a Happy birthday message to be left which I assumed would be put on a card but it was just printed on A4 paper in the most basic font, it was all very disappointing and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel so I would not recommend anyone to choose that as an add on package. I also didn't like how they charge for bottles of still water in the room and don't even give the first 2 included. Hotel was in a good location but I probably wouldn't return

I’m just back from there tonight 21/1/2026 and I would go back again! The staff are lovely, friendly and nothing is to much trouble, as a disabled person (hip, knees and ankle arthritis) my room was right beside the lift, (there is also a stair seat for the stairs if you prefer that) and up 1 floor, I liked the beds memory foam mattress and pillows, shower was big, it the clean and cleaners in everyday, the room was a decent size for 3 people (maybe just a kettle was missing but that’s just preference) as somebody that travels a lot this is 1 of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, check in was maybe a little bit slow but there is a lovely warm reception area to wait, there’s also a discount using the restaurant next door (also food and staff amazing) the only thing I didn’t like and again preference is the tele no English speaking channels or music (there is downstairs in reception area) there’s a mini fridge in the room great for picking up snacks The views from the front door as just amazing. The hotel is central to Colosseum 25 min walk , Spanish steps a few mins away and the trevi fountain maybe 5 mins , lots of shops and always something to do or an amazing building to see.

I am writing to you as the owner of a travel agency with many years of experience in the tourism industry. In all my years of professional work, I have never experienced such rudeness when contacting a hotel reception. The employee I spoke with did not allow me to say a single word and ultimately ended the call by hanging up on me. My clients checked into your hotel and immediately encountered serious issues: • There was no heating in the room, and the staff refused to fix the problem. • The room view was directly facing pipes that were producing extremely loud and unbearable noise throughout the night, preventing the guests from sleeping. • Despite the obvious problem, the staff refused to change their room. Such treatment of guests, as well as of business partners, is absolutely unacceptable and inadmissible in the hospitality industry. For these reasons, I cannot and will not recommend this hotel to any client or colleagues in the industry. Furthermore, I will continue to post and maintain this review until the staff changes its attitude toward clients and consumers. At the very least, professionalism requires respect for guests, resolution of basic technical issues, and proper communication etiquette.

The staff was very helpfull and they helped us with a taxi to the airport. enjoyed breakfast, room service was very good and clean and I found the bed comfortable but my partner found it uncomfortable so I think that preference. The next door restaurant food fantistic. I recommend the carbonara. The location was very convenient for a lot of sights and restaurants, but was quite noisy on a night and couldn't get much sleep.

Upon arriving here for our stay in Rome, we was quickly served and even had a room upgrade! It was a brand new room which had only recently opened a week prior for us arriving. We was gestured to another worker who took our bags up to our room and showed us how everything worked. We had a very spacious, clean room, even a lovely terrace for ourselves included with the room! Fridge had supplied bottled water, bathroom was clean, all towels etc included and a hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and BIG. Just what we wanted. Situated in a great place, 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, and about a 25-30 minute walk to the colloseum. Close to all the shops if you fancied a bit of shopping and close enough to a supermarket for a top up on snacks and drinks. Breakfast was lovely, and even a 15% discount on the restaurant situated next door to the hotel. Service was great in there and never any pro-longed waiting times. Would happily visit this hotel again.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. It is easy to walk anywhere from here. The room was decent enough, but again small and the beds were hard. The shower is so small that if you turn around you are hitting the temperature control. I think this is just a European thing, but it still is frustrating. Breakfast here was nice. There is a little coffee shop/restaurant attached that is convenient as well. The staff is nice, but not as helpful as could be. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the location alone though.

Room size was good. Shower was VERY small (2.8'X2.8') by our standards. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and, willing and able to work with individuals that did not speak the language. It was a great pleasure and convenience having a bar (alcohol)/(coffee) bistro in the hotel. Breakfasts were AMAZING! What a selection of foods! The one and only elevator was REALLY small.

新婚旅行でローマに3泊しました。スペイン広場とトレヴィの泉にも近く、地下鉄駅も近く便利でした。お部屋はコンパクトですが十分で、冷蔵庫もありました。 朝食はおかずとパンの種類も多く、飽きませんでした。スタッフの方も優しく、備品を貸してくれたりタクシーを呼んでくれて荷物も運んでくれたりして優しかったです。 ホテルに帰って一休みしてからディナーへも出かけやすく、おすすめでした。

Tienen muy buena atención la gente de recepción, el desayuno está muy bien, aunque el espacio es tan pequeño que te chocas con todas las personas para servirte algo. Las habitaciones muy viejas, cama super estándar e incómoda, baño con la madera salida, alfombra vieja. Un único ascensor pequeño (para 2 personas) y lo utilizan los empleados constantemente para sacar basura, bolsas de lavandería. Excelente ubicado para recorrer todo Roma a pie.

Ens va agradar l'ubicació del hotel pq esta prop del casc antic, a tres minuts de la fontana de Trevi, uns 15 del Coliseu i uns 30 del Vaticà, és un passeig y com pares visitan i fent fotos no es fa llarg ni pesat. Recepció molt amables, cap problema amb l'idioma, esmorçar bufet lliure, tot molt bó, personal en general molt educat i atén, l'habitació un mica petita i donava el cel obert però també era més tranquil i silencios que si hagués donat al carrer, el matalàs molt còmode, vam dormir molt bé, al lavabo ampli, amb els seus amenties i assecador, molt net i correcta 👌 molt recomanable!

Muy buena atención. La habitación superior, muy bien. Los desayunos están bien, aunque la zona de buffet está muy concurrida. El edificio cuenta con un único y pequeño ascensor, por lo que suele tocar esperar o subir andando. La ubicación es muy buena. Cuenta con un restaurante en el que te hacen descuento en comidas y cenas por el hecho de estar alojado. Todo muy bien, para repetir.

O quarto que constava na reserva como ADAPTADO E ACESSIVEL PARA USUARIO DE CADEIRA DE RODAS, era AJUSTADO para acesso e não tinha o basico para acessibilidade de um Hotel do nivel Collection e 4 estrelas de Roma. Buen hotel en general. Muy bien ubicado y personal amable. Solo doy 3 estrellas al servicio porque en la salida les pedimos que llamarán a un taxi a una hora para llevarnos al aeropuerto y vino uno, pero no un taxi normal...un tipo uber. Al llegar al aeropuerto le dije que 55 euros y me dijo que no, que 65. Por supuesto que no se los pague. Solo le dimos 55. Mal por el hotel porque la tarifa son 55 y ellos llamaron a un taxii privado. Por lo demás, estupendo y Roma una maravilla

El personal muy agradable y educado. La zona del desayuno es mejorable pues agobia un poco al ser varias salas pequeñas . Quitamos al segundo día la calefacción pues no se podía regular bien y hacia calor por la noche. Recomendado para familias.

Hotellin siisteys oli hyvä ja sänky pedattiin ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin, joka päivä uusiin. Ilmastointi ei toiminut ensinmäisenä päivänä mutta sitten sekin alkoi toimia. Lämpötilan säätö oli vähän vajavinen, asteita ei ollut kovin montaa. Sitten vikana iltana se ei toiminut ollenkaan. Yhtenä päivänä ei toiminut lämmin vesi ollenkaan. Aamupalalla oli kylmiä ruokia vaikka niiden pitäisi olla lämitettyjä, muuten oli rusas aamiainen. Matkalaukut sai säilöön myöhäisen lähdön takia, huone piti luovuttaa klo 11.

Établissement très bien situé. A 2 minutes à pied de la Piazza di Spagna et de la Villa Medicis. La fontaine de Trevi est à 10 minutes à pied. Personnel au petits soins. Le surclassement a été une agréable surprise (suite avec jardin privé au cœur de Rome) Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et variés.

Es un hotel de 4 estrellas que a penas llega a 3. Reservamos para 4 adultos y las habitaciones son tan pequeñas que uno se tiene que subir arriba de la cama para que el otro pueda pasar. Las alfombras tanto de los pasillos como de las habitaciones están sucias, viejas y rotas. Las fotos que publica el hotel no tienen nada que ver con lo que es en realidad. Nos alojamos en el 4to piso y por suerte nos tocó una habitación que se veía la calle, pero así y todo deprimen. Tiene un control para la temperatura de la habitación que no sirve para nada porque la temperatura te la controlan desde la recepción. Tuvimos que ir 2 veces a pedir que bajarán la temperatura porque era sofocante. Finalmente lo único que hicieron fue apagarlo porque no habilitan el Aire acondicionado en abril por más que haga calor. Lo positivo del hotel es el baño, que están bien y su hubicacion que es de las mejores. Pero deberían mejorarlo muchísimo si quieren decir que es un 4 estrellas

El servicio de restauración es nefasto, escaso y muy caro. No ofrezcan alojamiento y desayuno porque baja la nota de satisfacción del cliente. Es vergonzoso que siendo Roma un lugar de referencia del buen café y la buena pasta, y no sean capaces de ofrecerlo en su hotel. Es una vergüenza el precio tan elevado que cobran para el servicio tan nefasto que nos han ofrecido.

Es una estafa.. no se hospeden aquí te cambian de hotel a otro muy lejos diciéndote que es lo miso y no es verdad, su publicidad es engañosa. Yo tenía una habitación confirmada en este hotel desde hace 2 meses y cuando llegué me cambiaron de hotel más lejos las fotos no coinciden con lo que reservas y el hotel se llama diferente

Nos hemos alojado 6 noches, del 1 al 7 de marzo. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca de la Plaza se Spagna, la Fontana de trevi y de la estación de metro de Barberini. La habitación muy cómoda, la cama estupenda para descansar bien después de andar tanto. El baño bastante grande, tiene radiador para las toallas y muy práctico por si tienes que secar algo de ropa. El desayuno muy bueno y muy completo. El trato del personal magnífico, gracias por todo.

Dit is een top hotel, ze verwelkomen je hartelijk en bij binnenkomst op je kamer, valt direct op dat alles super clean is, zelfs het dekseltje van de doucheafvoer leggen ze open zodat je kan zien dat dit proper is! Geweldig. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, geven je tips over de omgeving enz... Wij hebben s'avonds in hun nieuw restaurant "Next Door" gegeten en had ons erg gesmaakt, ze hebben er een uitstekende keuze van wijnen. Qua locatie moeten jullie niet twijfelen, deze ligt uitstekend, 15 min lopen naar het Pantheon, 25 min naar het Colosseum, 45m Vaticaanstad, en een tip, doe het echt te voet, zo kun je nog mooie andere dingen ontdekken in deze stad. Wij komen zeker terug!

Estuvimos alojados cuatro noches en febrero de 2026, en principio la reserva era para otro hotel de la cadena, el Trevi, pero debió haber un error con la reserva y nos llevaron a este otro, reseñar que tuvieron la amabilidad de traernos las maletas desde allí. Que con el pavimento de Roma fue de agradecer. Nos ha gustado mucho, la habitación (422) es más bien justa, pero lo suficiente para dos personas, muy moderna y cómoda. Tiene una mini nevera. El baño está muy bien, a resaltar que tiene secador de toallas que nos pareció muy útil para secar nuestra ropa mojada por la lluvia. El desayuno muy muy variado, (no entiendo los comentarios negativos), de lunes a viernes no hubo problema de capacidad, pero el sábado al haber más gente costó algo más conseguir mesa, pero nada importante. El personal muy amable, al realizar la salida a las 11:00 h. nos indicaron que podíamos guardar las maletas allí, tiene un baño de cortesía y unos sillones muy cómodos por si tienes que esperar un taxi, como fue nuestro caso, pues diluviaba en Roma, lo pidieron ellos y apenas tardó cinco minutos. Desde luego volveríamos.

Para ser un cuatro estrellas le falta un poco más, aunque en Roma si lo comparamos con el resto, no está mal, aunque hay otros mucho más lujosos. El servicio lo mismo, no está mal, y la ubicación de 10, estás cerca de todo. Se puede estar alojado allí perfectamente durante una semana.... No es muy grande y la distribución es todo pasillos muy raros con escalones y recovecos. Lo único que se le podría poner de pero.....

Estuve allí en la última semana de noviembre de 2025. Cercano a todos los sitios que hay que visitar en Roma. El trato de su personal es magnífico. La cordialidad de las personas de recepción es estupenda. El Restaurante , inmejorable en calidad, y la sonrisa y la disposición de Cinthia quien nos atendió, sumaba a la experiencia de la cena. Extremely disappointing experience with Alessandro from Trevi Collection. (Italian Review at the end) I’m genuinely shocked by how unhelpful and unprofessional the communication with this hotel has been. I made a reservation through Agoda and needed to cancel it shortly after — for legitimate personal reasons — yet instead of receiving support, I was questioned multiple times about why I wanted to cancel my own reservation and they said it was "questionable." We're so sorry our medical reasons seem "questionable" to you Alessandro! Not only is this inappropriate, but it’s also incredibly disappointing to be challenged over something that is entirely my decision as a guest. Agoda confirmed they were willing to approve a free cancellation as long as the hotel provided a simple signed statement. Even then, Trevi Collection refused to cooperate and continued to insist the issue was not their responsibility, while simultaneously holding onto the payment for a room that no one would be using. They have confirmed payment, but don't want to release the room! The lack of clarity, inconsistent information, and refusal to help has caused needless stress during what should have been a simple, straightforward request -- and a fun event too, as it is for wedding season. Hotels should treat guests with respect — not suspicion — and this experience has unfortunately left a very negative impression. I would strongly caution others to be aware of this before booking. Esperienza estremamente deludente con Alessandro del Trevi Collection. Sono sinceramente scioccata da quanto poco disponibile e poco professionale sia stata la comunicazione con questo hotel. Ho effettuato una prenotazione tramite Agoda e ho dovuto cancellarla poco dopo — per motivi personali e legittimi — ma invece di ricevere supporto, mi sono state rivolte più volte domande sul perché volessi annullare la mia stessa prenotazione, definendo la cosa “discutibile”. Ci dispiace molto che i nostri motivi medici sembrino “discutibili” per te, Alessandro! Oltre a essere inappropriato, è estremamente deludente essere messa in discussione per qualcosa che è completamente una mia decisione come ospite. Agoda ha confermato di essere disposta ad approvare una cancellazione gratuita purché l’hotel fornisse una semplice dichiarazione firmata. Eppure il Trevi Collection ha rifiutato di collaborare, continuando a insistere che non fosse una loro responsabilità, pur trattenendo il pagamento per una camera che non sarebbe stata utilizzata. Hanno confermato il pagamento, ma non vogliono liberare la camera! La mancanza di chiarezza, le informazioni contraddittorie e il rifiuto di aiutare hanno causato uno stress inutile per quella che sarebbe dovuta essere una richiesta semplice e immediata — e per di più in un periodo che dovrebbe essere piacevole, dato che riguarda la stagione dei matrimoni. Gli hotel dovrebbero trattare gli ospiti con rispetto, non con sospetto — e questa esperienza purtroppo ha lasciato un’impressione molto negativa. Consiglio vivamente agli altri di tenerne conto prima di prenotare.

Hotel con altas espectactivas, que en general no cumple salvo por su ubicación, recepción muy fría, la atención es distante, la limpieza es mejorable, moquetas de las habitaciones sucias, un olor fuerte a desagüe que si no ventilas la habitación no desaparece. La habitación tiene un aparato de climatización que no puedes regular a tu gusto, no puedes poner calefacción pues como máximo permite climatar a 19 grados. La ducha es muy muy pequeña . Mobiliario mejorable y colchón bastante blando. Sin duda el punto fuerte del hotel es su ubicación, está muy cerca de todo. Es mi segunda vez en esta cadena Trevi, sin duda este hotel no volvería por su calidad precio en mi opinión no cumple las espectactivas. Tienen un tres estrellas cerca de la Fontana que está mucho mejor.

Muy decepcionante Mi estancia en el Hotel Trevo Colección Roma fue una gran decepción. El lugar está viejo, sucio y muy descuidado. Las fotos en internet no reflejan la realidad: los muebles están deteriorados, las paredes manchadas y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Además, las instalaciones parecen no haberse renovado en años. Por el precio que cobran, no vale la pena. No lo recomendaría y definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Personal de recepción amabilísimo, especial mención a Mamadou, también citar a Roberto y Ana! El desayuno se puede calificar de correcto. La habitación necesita reforma, el baño reformado bien, mal aislamiento en las paredes, se oye todo lo que pasa en la habitación de al lado. La calificación de 4 estrellas desfasada por el paso del tiempo. La ubicación inmejorable para poder ir andando a cualquiera de las visitas imprescindibles en Roma.

Habitaciones 101 y 102, no se pueden comercializar, imposible dormir ahí parece que estas en una caverna, sin ventilacion, con una máquina de aire sin parar de hacer ruido, y una bajante de agua sin aislar que produce un ruido de caida de agua de manera incesante. Es decir esto seria un almacen y no una habitación, tras quejarnos nadie nos hizo caso, osea 5 noches ... El ascensor para ir al desayuno que esta en la 5 planta no vale mas que para dos personas, por lo que subes finalmente andando o no desayunas., esto también sucede porque se acaba la comida y pasa un largo periodo hasta que reponen. El personal de recepcion en concreto Mehlam, se rien de ti y no te arregla nada. Al día siguiente su compañera Sara mas de lo mismo. En definitiva un 2 estrellas y casi ni eso, se creen que los españoles somos .......recomendable, no alojarse ahi, pésimo."
