Definitely recommend if you are in Napoli, we were sad that we discovered them on our last day because they would definitely be our place for coffe and dolci in the morning.

23/02/2026Dangerous place for celiac people! They have a counter with a big “gluten free” sticker displayed in front of a lot of products that actually contain gluten. Yesterday, the waiter gave us one of those items and said, “Yes, yes, senza glutine!” Today we came back, and a different waitress — who seemed better informed — told us that everything on that counter contains gluten, and that the actual gluten-free products are kept packaged separately in a fridge. This kind of confusion is very concerning, especially for people with celiac disease. The labeling is misleading and could easily cause serious health issues.

14/01/2026I needed to go to the Toilette here in napoli and I know there are public toilets but we thought okay maybe we could ask and also buy a baba. No definitely we can not. The staff was rude and we thought we could sit at a table. But to sit at a table we need to buy more than one thing. A baba is worth 3,50€ so you want us to spend at least how much to piss ? The public toilets are Worte 1€ per Person. We wanted to buy at least something because we also wanted to try the baba. Then we said we just want it for takeaway and use the Toilet. This Was at first okay but then we were Asked if just one wants to go to toilet. We both needed to go. So according to her we both need to purchase something. 7€ she wanted from us, so we can piss. I mean at the end we walked away but this Was just very Unfriendly and inhumane. Would rate it 0 Stars. Maybe the food would be good but the staff and Service is so bad

26/09/2025What a gem. Very lucky to find this lovely place, while walking the centre of Naples. The coffees are the best ones around, a lovely touch to serve it accompanied by glass of sparkling water and pice of lemon. We were also served with small tasty marzipan treats. Excellent service and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

01/09/2025Great place for breakfasts. English speaking staff, welcoming to foreigners. Coffee was good but a bit strong, depends how you like it I guess. We received two small almond cookies with it, they tasted amazingly. The sfogliatta was great, loved it. Mini-margerita was fine, but nothing special - needs a bit more sauce or moisture. We received lemon water for free, it was a nice addition.

11/06/2026Nous sommes venus dans ce café car il proposait des options vegan comme indiqué dans l'application MyCow. Malheureusement il n'y avait plus d'options vegan à notre arrivée. De plus, nous avons attendus un certain temps avant que l'on vienne nous prendre la commande. Attention aussi, seuls 2 tables extérieures sont disponibles, très peu confortables avec le bruit et l'odeur des scooters qui passent juste à côté.

Nos quedamos 20min sentados en una mesa sin atención, al ver que nadie me atendía fui yo por un helado pero al salir una mesera nos corrió del lugar diciendo que el helado era “para llevar”, no para sentarnos en la mesa que para sentarse allí eran otros precios… pero nadie nos había dicho nada, nosotros queríamos consumir bien y pasar ahí un buen rato. Pésima experiencia, sobre todo la actitud de esa mesera.

21/03/2026Auf der Suche nach einem schnellen Frühstück bevor es Richtung Herculaneum und Vesuv ging, sind wir an diesem Café vorbeigelaufen. Kurz überlegt und zack wurde es das Pistaziencroissant. Nachdem wir extra auf ein schönes Ambiente und Sonnenstrahlen gewartet haben, um es zu genießen sag ich mal so: es hat gemundet. Wirklich das beste cornetto con pistacchio, das wir je hatten!! Also sehr zu empfehlen. Am nächsten Tag sind wir extra eine halbe Stunde früher aufgestanden, um, bevor es zur Fähre ging, das Ambiente am italienischen Morgen zu genießen und vor Ort zu frühstücken. Es wurde… natürlich das Pistaziencroissant.

Ello incluye el mostrador de la entrada, donde TODOS los productos tienen gluten, pero igualmente se puede ver un cartel de Sin gluten. Esto puede generar una grave confusión. Compramos y comimos uno de los productos de la entrada pensando que era sin gluten y nos enteramos después de que sí que lo tenía. Esto es tener poquísimo cuidado de cara a los celíacos, que ya bastante complicado lo tenemos para desayunar fuera de casa.

19/02/2026Da amante del caffè e delle colazioni italiane, entrare qui è stata una delle scoperte migliori del mio viaggio a Napoli. Appena varcata la soglia, sono stato accolto da un profumo intenso e invitante di espresso appena fatto — un aroma che promette qualità già dal primo istante. Ho ordinato un espresso e un cappuccino, e devo dire che il caffè qui è davvero all’altezza della fama che ha: ricco, intenso e con una cremina che sa di tradizione napoletana. L’espresso era profondo, non troppo amaro, ma con quel carattere deciso che ti aspetti da un bar storico nel centro di Napoli. La vera sorpresa però sono state le pasticcerie: il cornetto al pistacchio era soffice, con un ripieno generoso e un equilibrio tra dolce e burroso che raramente si trova altrove. Anche le sfogliatelle e i bignè erano freschissimi, perfetti da accompagnare con un secondo caffè. Un altro piccolo gesto che mi ha colpito — e che ho visto menzionato in diverse recensioni — è stato il biscottino alle mandorle in omaggio con il caffè, insieme a un bicchiere di acqua aromatizzata al limone: un tocco semplice, ma che aggiunge calore e attenzione al cliente. Il locale ha sia posti al bancone che tavolini all’esterno, ideali per fermarsi a guardare il via vai della città mentre si gusta il proprio caffè. Il personale è stato cortese e disponibile, pronto a spiegare le specialità e a consigliarti se sei indeciso. L’unico “piccolo inghippo”, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, è stato il distinguere i prezzi se consumi al banco o seduto al tavolo — cosa abbastanza comune nei cafè napoletani — ma lo staff è stato disponibile a chiarire ogni dubbio. In sintesi, se ami un autentico espresso napoletano accompagnato da pasticceria tradizionale, qui al Ciorfito troverai un’esperienza che vale davvero la pena: semplice, genuina e piena di carattere — esattamente come mi aspettavo da Napoli.

19/02/2026We kozen hier voor cannoli en koffie + latte en kregen er qua eten een lekkernij van het huis bij. Dit kwam lief over, maar het eten proefde helaas niet zo vers. Mijn vriendin had verder latte besteld, maar kreeg caffe (hetzelfde als ik) - maar dan met cacaopoeder op de rand. 😅 In de lekkernij van het huis zat tot slot een verdwaalde grijze haar (zie foto) 😅 Bij het afrekenen aan de bar had de ober enkel ook voor zijn telefoon. We besloten om er niet over te zeuren, maar het is al met al niet een ervaring die maakt dat we er nog eens zullen terugkomen.

30/12/2025Appena allontanati dal locale. Abbiamo preso un dolce dalla vetrina e una bottiglia d'acqua grande. Sorvolo sui prezzi (non esposti alla vetrina ma mi prendo la colpa di non aver domandato anticipatamente). La bottiglia d'acqua era gelida e abbiamo chiesto di sostituirla con una fuori frigo. Nei 15-20 secondi in cui abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione, la "barista" ha cominciato ad urlare intimandoci di non sederci alle sedie esterne (2 sedie su 4 e relativi tavoli in plastica, non apparecchiati ovviamente) e strepitando che al tavolo i prodotti hanno prezzo diverso. Dopo questi strepiti, nell'attesa che venisse sostituita la bottiglia, la suddetta "signorina" ha continuato ad inveire dicendo che eravamo in 6 ad occuparle i tavoli esterni dopo aver preso "solo" articoli da asporto (se era seduta solo mia moglie e mio figlio... probabilmente per un problema legato alla iperglicemia la "signora" vedeva occupate più sedie di quante effettivamente presenti). L'esatto opposto della famosa cortesia ed ospitalità napoletana. Spero con tutto il cuore che la "signorina " trascorra presto molto del proprio tempo su quelle sedie libere. Raffaiuolo alla cassata niente male.

A colazione ci hanno offerto un pezzetto di brioche e dell'acqua frizzante (era una gentile offerta, ma a noi piace solo l'acqua non gasata). Personale cordiale e veloce, sufficientemente professionale. Ambiente carino e pulizia quasi buona. Prezzi nella norma.

Nach erneutem Fragen haben wir dann einen Platz bekommen allerdings war die Bedienung äußerst unfreundlich wenn nicht sogar respektlos. 18/09/2025Les 2 petites pâtisseries qu’on a pris étaient bonnes, à la base on voulait les prendre à emporter puis au final notre bébé de 8 mois n’était pas très coopératif donc on a voulu s’asseoir sur leur terrasse. Seulement c’était pas le même prix sur place ou à emporter, ce qu’on ne savait pas, mais on nous a regardé de travers avant de nous jeter de la terrasse. Pas humain comme façon de faire, surtout que je vois pas en quoi nous facturer plus cher pour manger 2 petites pâtisseries avec les doigts…

18/09/2025Abordable mais l'amabilité du serveur... Waouh. On prend à emporter, car nous pensions partir, mais nous décidons de nous poser (il y'a 11 tables libres sur 12), le serveur nous dit non, que ce n'est pas les mêmes prix sinon.

15/09/2025- Gelato minuscolo con i pezzi di ghiaccio dentro (se fosse una granita andrebbe anche bene) - i gelati non hanno i prezzi esposti - ci sono le mosche sui dolci della vetrina esterna - gentilezza INESISTENTE Avrei voluto prendere altro oltre il gelato, ma mi sembrava già abbastanza l'abominio che ho mangiato
