01/06/2026I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Naples and the experience was far below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The entire property feels very outdated, with old furniture, worn interiors and an overall “oldies” atmosphere that looks stuck many years in the past. Cleanliness was disappointing. At first glance things may seem acceptable, but the attention to detail is poor and the hotel does not reflect the standards normally associated with the Ramada/Wyndham brand. Several online reviews also mention that the property feels dated, with old carpets, aging bathrooms and rooms in need of renovation. The staff was another weak point. The service felt unprofessional and poorly managed for an international hotel chain. Communication and customer care were below expectations, and overall the experience did not justify a 4 star rating. The location near Napoli Centrale station is convenient, but in my opinion the hotel should be seriously audited by the Ramada/Wyndham group to verify whether the brand standards are still being respected. In its current condition, the hotel urgently needs renovation, modernization and better staff training.

16/04/2026Went in today to ask if they have a toilet I could use ( I am 6 months pregnant ) , I was with my toddler too. Very rude woman at reception said no it’s only for guests , which is not nice towards a pregnant person but fair enough. She then continued to raise her voice saying that we have to leave the lobby because we’re not guests as we were on our way out anyway. We travel a lot and have been to a lot of hotels and have never encountered such disgusting behaviour towards a family who simply asked a question. To the woman at reception: you should be ashamed of yourself

08/04/2026One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! Location is horrible. The website claims "sound proof rooms" but it's a lie. I'm on the 3rd floor and I can hear everything outside with the windows locked shut. I can hear people talking, and because I'm on the street side all I hear are horns honking and construction all night long, a sight that apparently works through the night. The breakfast offers no fresh fruit other than old apples. Eggs and bacon are undercooked every morning. The pictures on Hotels.com where I booked was deceiving. The breakfast looks plentiful but it's quite the let down. On the 2nd night of my stay I walked in towards the elevator to go to my room and the staff at the front desk asked if I had a room. Granted they can't memorize everyone in the hotel but I'm not coming to play with the elevators. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I got it at a discounted rate on hotels.com and I dont feel like I've gotten my monies worth. House keeping turned my room once and didn't leave a new bottle of water which I'm told is standard. They don't turn on the AC in the Spring even when the weather warrants it. Horrible experience. They are simply surviving on the familiarity of their name. Never again.

11/02/2026We had a concerence at this hotel. The interior is very "vintage" but is a cosy and clean place. The conference hall is very spacious with a full digital equipment. Staff cannot understand English or Don't want to. Restaurant is nice but the meals are small, the same rice was served two days in a row.

31/01/2026I stayed 3 nights because we had a congress in the same hotel, otherwise I wouldn't be staying here. The breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel, the catering for the lunch wasn't great either, which was included with the congress. The rooms are old and need carpet changes. Bathroom needs repairing.However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were even offering to pay to use their toilets, but we were still declined. Very unfriendly! And the location by the way is horrible. Worst part of Naples to stay in!

22/10/2025Not only is this Ramada clean and the restaurant has a large of array of delicious foods, but the whole hotel staff is extremely professional and accommodating. The location is within 15 walking minutes of most everything you want to see from the Architectural Museum of Naples to Naples Bay Cooking Laboratory to their Spaccanapoli shopping district and of course, Mimi‘s restaurant is a can’t miss restaurant!

14/10/2025I checked into Ramada by Wyndham Naples around 3 PM, an hour after the official check-in time of 2 PM, so my room should have been ready. After completing the check-in formalities, I was given a key and went up to my room — only to find that someone else’s belongings were already there. I immediately went back to the reception to inform them, but the staff seemed confused and asked me to wait for some time. I also asked them to send my luggage up in the meantime, but that didn’t happen either. After a while, they finally gave me another room. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. It’s not just about poor service — it’s a serious security issue. If I could enter someone else’s occupied room, anyone could easily enter mine. The staff seemed completely clueless and uncoordinated, which made me lose confidence in the hotel’s management and guest safety. Definitely not what I expected from a reputed hotel chain like Wyndham.

19/09/2025Didn't stay at this hotel. It is used for drop off and pick ups for trips. I went inside and asked could I use their toilets your man at reception was rude and refused. If they going to let their hotel to be used for these pick ups least they let used the toilets.

10/09/2025I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Naples and had a generally positive experience. The hotel’s location is excellent for travelers arriving by train, as it’s just a short walk from Napoli Centrale, which made it very convenient for accessing various parts of the city and beyond. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable base for my stay, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. That said, the surrounding area near the train station can feel a bit gritty, and there are some homeless individuals nearby, so it’s wise to remain aware of your surroundings, especially at night. Additionally, many of Naples’ popular attractions and restaurants are a bit far from the hotel, so without a car, getting to these sites can be time-consuming and may require multiple transfers on public transportation. Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Naples offers a comfortable and convenient stay for those prioritizing proximity to the train station, but it’s important to plan transportation carefully to fully enjoy the city.

09/09/2025Great location, nice rooms, helpful staff. The location along the tramline that runs from the airport to town is ridiculously helpful. There is a supermarket behind and I can thoroughly recommend the restaurant called Octa behind the supermarket․. The only 2 negatives are that for a visually impaired person, the lifts are dark, and the 2 front steps are hard to see when approaching the hotel. Also, there is no iron available but a steamer, which is chargeable after 30 minutes.

05/09/2025I had a fantastic stay at Ramada Napoli! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to start the day right. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and constantly replenished. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Ramada Napoli to anyone visiting Naples — I’ll definitely be back!

04/09/2025Great stay at the Ramada in Naples. Friendly staff, especially Valeria who was super helpful. Perfect location right by the train station and close to attractions. Only downside was the AC being capped at 19° and the fact that delivery drivers can’t bring food to the room. The in-house restaurant Petite was fantastic though. Overall, solid budget hotel and I’d recommend it.

16/08/2025I stayed at Hotel Ramada recently and unfortunately had quite a frustrating experience from check-in to the end of our stay. After checking in and being assigned our room, we were surprised to see that housekeeping arrived after we had settled in, just to clean the washroom. It felt uncoordinated and unprofessional — something that should be completed before handing the room over to guests. Later that evening, after returning from dinner, we found that our room key card wasn’t working. When we went down to the reception, we were told that there had been an electrical fault and guest data had been deleted. The staff asked for our passports again to re-enter the details. Since we were exhausted, we told them we’d provide everything in the morning — but just a few minutes after returning to the room, we received a call insisting we come down with the passports immediately. This was extremely inconvenient and showed a lack of empathy or flexibility toward tired guests. Another letdown was the in-room service. We requested whiskey glasses, and were told they don’t provide them. We then asked for wine glasses instead, but were refused again. The staff claimed it was due to “security reasons” — and all they could offer were small disposable plastic glasses. For a hotel that positions itself as a reputable chain, this kind of restriction felt quite unreasonable and out of sync with basic hospitality standards. While the hotel itself has potential, the lack of basic service coordination, the rigidity in policies, and the inconvenience caused left us disappointed. There’s definitely room for improvement in both guest handling and service quality.

08/08/2025It is the right location. Metro is a walking distance and it is 5 mins away from the port of napples. Service is excellent and staff were very friendly. Rooms are cleaned everyday with kettle. Coffee, tea, and chocolate drinks were free.

Personale gentile e disponibile, accoglimento ok, colazione variegata ed abbondante, unica pecca che ho riscontrato il caffè degli automatici presenti in sala colazione: pessimo!!! Camera ok, pulita e anche se rivolta alla stazione FS, non affatto rumorosa di notte. Un fatto che mi ha urtato i sentimenti in modo assai importante: (ed solo per questo che ho dato un 2 stelle al servizio) dopo 5 notti di soggiorno per 10 persone, l'ultimo giorno ci vengono chiesti 5€ a persona per depositare 4/5 ore i bagagli da loro in attesa della partenza. Credo che dopo un soggiorno di 10 persone per 5 notti, potevano evitare di ABBASSARSI al livello di cercare 5 € per bagaglio.......

11/03/2026Qualche giorno fa ho soggiornato in questo Hotel, esperienza non molto piacevole purtroppo. Mi sono trovata davanti un receptionist tutt’altro che gentile. Rapporto non professionale, sembrava un opinionista uscito da qualche programma televisivo. Ha avuto da ridire sul profumo che indossavo e sul fatto che indossassi la cravatta pur essendo una donna. Peccato perché la posizione dell’hotel è veramente ottima. Mi sono sentita giudicata e non a mio agio. Non lo consiglio.

25/01/2026Die Lage in der Nähe von Garibaldi ist gut und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind entsprechend leicht zu erreichen. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort. Was ich bemängeln würde ist, dass das Frühstück jeden Tag ident ist. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und haben auch einen Kühlschrank. Das Personal war beim Check in sehr freundlich, beim Frühstück wird gleich abserviert und auch das Zimmermädchen war sehr ordentlich. Das Hotel ist halt schon etwas älter. Die Restaurant Preise sind für italienische Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Die Raucherterasse im ersten Stock ist sehr schön.

28/12/2025Ho soggiornato spesso negli hotel Ramada ma mai così Male. NAPOLI davvero PESSIMO in tutto. CAMERE con carta da parati vecchia moquette sporca e usurata, finestre bloccate bagno con schizzi di vernice evidenti alle pareti, vetri sporchi. CUCINA da incubo sono stato male, prima sera pasta con crema di zucchine e un gambero sopra, terza sera pasta alla nerano ovvero la stessa crema di zucchine di 2 giorni prima (e senza provola ovvero alla nerano) ma il cameriere asseriva che c'era lo speck !!!! Pesce con palline di polistirolo della confezione, spada o sicuramente qualche succedaneo da mezzo centimetro e con un sapore orrido. COLAZIONE nulla di che. SERVIZIO Ristorazione Pessimo tranne i due camerieri più giovani il maitre è gli altri davvero poco professionali discostanti a sala completamente vuota si sono rifiutati di unire 3 tavoli quadrati perché lo schema era quello, vi ricordo che noi siamo clienti e i tavoli non li avete in cemento armato. RECEPTION non da meno flessibilità zero sempre e solo risposte negative anche a le cose già confermate, e per finire chiesto sveglia telefonica ma non mi hanno chiamato per fortuna non avevo un aereo. EVITATE anche se clienti Ramada, soggiorno da Incubo.

05/12/2025Ho soggiornato per 2 notti in questo hotel con un gruppo formato più o meno da 150 persone. E devo dire che è veramente spazioso, ha un bel cortile esterno, delle salette piccole per riunioni varie e anche una grande sala congressi dove siamo potuti entrare tutti noi. Le camere le ho trovate pulite e ordinate in entrambe i giorni e sono abbastanza spaziose. Inoltre la cucina è di ottima qualità e fanno tantissimi cibi molto buoni

La camera è molto spaziosa, la posizione e' comoda rispetto alla stazione, il servizio è ottimo, la colazione è abbondantissima, e ho apprezzato molto la cordialità e l'attenzione al semza glutine che non è da tutti, anzi. 09/10/2025Hôtel très mal placé dans la ville (bruyant) vue sur un boulevard et la voie ferrée. Chambre très moyenne ( papier déchiré,) salle de bains. ( Robinetterie défectueuse,idem pour la distribution de l eau . Service restauration en groupe je déconseille ( les commandes qui n' arrivent pas etc. ) . Et pourtant un point positif : un accueil à l' hôtel souriant et idem pour le personnel des chambres. Pour conclure : je ne recommande pas cet hôtel .

02/09/2025Het hotel als hotel is oké. Grote kamers, die prima werd schoongemaakt. De badkamer is ook prima, de douche heeft een beetje een gebruiksaanwijzing. Er loopt een grote weg langs, die geluidsoverlast kan veroorzaken. Zelf wonend in centrum Amsterdam, zijn wij wel wat gewend. De inrichting is Italiaans. Een beetje traditioneel. De algemene ruimtes idem. Ontbijt was ok. De service en het personeel is iets anders. De dame bij de receptie was aardig, zij was zo ongeveer de enige. Oh, en het schoonmaak personeel. Het andere personeel was op z’n minst arrogant. Een keer bij het ontbijt leek men voor heel even belangstelling te hebben voor de gasten (wij, we waren dan ook de enigen. Het barpersoneel was nogal onprofessioneel. Na de vraag of we iets wilden drinken of eten, en ik aangaf nog nooit iemand in de restaurant ruimte gezien had, werd de heer in kwestie ineens wel heel kortaf. De drankjes heb ik wel gekregen. Er werkte ook een jonge barman. Wij wilden iets bestellen. Bij de personeels ingang naar de bar, een deur, vroeg hij wat we wilden. Hij was blijkbaar iets interessants aan het doen. Maar vooruit dan maar. Hij haalde de drankjes uit de koeling. Op dat moment verschenen er een paar meisjes die iets in de koeling wilden leggen. Hij liet, bij wijze van spreken alles uit zijn handen vallen om de meisjes te helpen. Ons liet hij gewoon staan, een ouder personeelslid sprak hem daarop aan, dat wel. 2 oudere mannen zijn natuurlijk absoluut niet interessant... Bij het uitchecken ging de betaling mis. De apparatuur werkte niet goed. Dat kan gebeuren. Nogmaals betalen. Die lukte. Nadat we gecontroleerd hadden of de eerdere betaling inderdaad niet gelukt was, wat ze zelf ook konden controleren, bleek dat inderdaad het geval. Wij moesten dat eerst laten zien. De betaling werd wel direct geannuleerd, maar een excuus kon er niet vanaf. Ik weet het niet …

Instalaciones que necesitan una remodelación , el papel De la habitación se estaba cayendo olía a óxido al igual Que la bañera que estaba sucia . No lo recomendaría. Por otro lado , la camarera de la mañana es un encanto y la Única recepcionista mujer que vimos también . Lo mejor Sin lugar a duda es la Ubicación… no vengan a Nápoles en la noche , se ve muy oscuro , la zona parece un lugar abandonado en el siglo pasado

21/08/2025Wir haben hier 8 Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist, auch wenn die Umgebung nicht die sauberste und sicherste ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geben ihr Bestes. Das Hotel ist sauber, aber insgesamt altmodisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer und Sanitäreinrichtungen sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und sollten dringend renoviert werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl. Insgesamt ein sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, aber klar erkennbarem Renovierungsbedarf.

06/08/2025Bisher war ich fest davon überzeugt, dass alle Neapolitaner herzliche Menschen sind – bis ich die Dame an der Rezeption dieses Hotels traf. Heute durfte ich die seltene Ehre erleben, der vermutlich einzigen unfreundlichen Person in ganz Neapel zu begegnen. Ich hatte eine Tour nach Pompeji gebucht und wartete brav auf meinen Van draußen. Als ich dann höflich fragte, ob ich kurz die Toilette benutzen dürfte, wurde mir der Zugang verweigert, da ich kein Gast bin. Ein kleiner Hinweis: In der Umgebung gibt es nichts – außer Müll, Staub und der leisen Hoffnung, irgendwann eine saubere Toilette zu finden. Ein Hoch auf die Gastfreundlichkeit!

22/07/2025Local terrível, essa é a palavra. A região é pior que a estação da Luz ou 25 de março ( regiões de São Paulo), muita sujeira na rua, rua bem fedida. O restaurante do hotel l, no dia que fiquei de estadia, estava fechado e tivemos que sair para comer na rua, fiquei apavorada, achei que seria assaltada. O lugar da muito medo, é feio e cheira xixi na rua toda. Os restaurantes “bons” ficam perto da estação de trem. A entrada do hotel não tem rampa para subir com as malas, só escadas, entao ainda tem isso também. O café da manhã do hotel é muito bom, muitas opções, os quartos são amplos, modelo bem antigo.

19/07/2025Ho dormito qui per l'evento OTB 2025. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è il massimo, mi aspettavo di più per quello che ho pagato. La camera era tutto sommato ok, ma non la riterrei da 4 stelle. Il bar chiude alle 23, suggerisco l'installazione di un distributore automatico per riuscire a ottenere un drink senza dover andare fuori in tarda nottata. Posizione incredibilmente strategica: la stazione centrale è a pochi minuti a piedi.

09/07/2025Generalnie moim zdaniem hotel potrzebuje już małego odświerzenia bo w pokojach widać odklejającą się tapetę i w niektórych miejscach na wykładzinie plamy. Ale po za tym jest czysto. Hotel położony przy ruchliwej drodze i dworcu kolejowym ale okna są szczelne i dobrze wygłuszają odgłosy miasta. Niestety położony jest w mało klimatycznym miejscu gdzie nie czuliśmy się zbytnio bezpiecznie ale za to blisko do dworca głównego w Neapolu. Śniadania bardzo dobre niestety obsługa na nich strasznie gburowata i mało uśmiechnięta. Pani na recepcji cudowna i bardzo pomocna!!

26/06/2025Very bad deal!!!! 4 stelle? Ma neanche 2! Hotel molto vecchio e non curato. La carta da parati si stacca dappertutto, la moquette in condizioni pessime e per niente pulita. Arredamenti vecchi con segni evidenti del tempo e frigoriferi non funzionanti. Pezzo a notte 180€ circa ma per le condizioni della struttura è una vera rapina. Menomale che il personale era simpatico infatti la stella va a loro non certo ai proprietari. La posizione comoda vicino alla stazione centrale ma visto il degrado nella zona meglio stare lontani.
