21/10/2025The concierge, Dario, was incredibly helpful during our rainy afternoon in Napoli. We arrived at the hotel soaked from the train station and were so grateful to be able to leave our bags for the day (just €5 each). We took a moment to dry off using the hand dryer in the bathroom and relax on the comfortable lobby couches. Later, when we returned, Dario kindly helped us call a cab to the ferry terminal. Exceptional service and hospitality — grazie mille!

20/08/2025Very sad rating due to a lot of disappointing things. Briefly to be said, the room in the most disgusting conditions possible. From the first day we found body hair everywhere, in the towels, the sheets and the floor. It was supposed that someone came to the room everyday to 'clean' but only to be found with the same result or worse. Many times in the day the water from the sink and the shower smelled a lot. The door made out of plastic you could hear everything from downstairs. The breakfast Very basic that after two days I didn't even go down because they didn't have even anything continental, only croissants. The area is good to get the metro but otherwise for anything else Very insecure. The staff little bit worrying at the point where I find the 'manager' laying on the sofa at the reception. For low cost okay, but if they want to continue getting people they should really consider the basic conditions of being a three star hotel. If you are really looking to enjoy your stay I wouldn't recommend this place.

Location appeared a little worrying at first but felt completely safe after exploring and coming back and forth to the accommodation. Everything within a few minutes walking. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we didn't want to leave !

07/06/2025The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The location was good for using public transport and sightseeing. The rooms were fairly small but very clean. The only 1 issue was the size of the shower. It was extremely small and even though I'm not big, it was a struggle to wash and do your hair. On the whole it was great.

19/05/2025to explain why the best rating for this hotel. This is a budget hotel, near the main station in Naples, and that is its great advantage. The rooms are modestly decorated, with small toilets, and the breakfast itself is basic, sweet pastries, but with excellent coffee. But what then gives this hotel the best rating? It is an extremely affordable price, and for me personally the most important, the fanatical staff, who are always smiling and ready to help. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is not for you, but if you are looking for affordable accommodation, with excellent employees, this is the hotel for you.

14/01/2025Really nice staff. We had a TV and WIFI that did not work, but they fixed it in a second when we asked for it. It's really worth a stay for the price, but the lack of cleaning and the breakfast is a big minus. We had a really good time either way and we will sure visit again. People complaining about noise and cold/hot rooms we think is a bit exagerrated. Good AC in the room, and of course it will not be totally silent in the city centre but we slept well regardless. Come here for a stay in the pulse of the city without snobby vibes!

06/10/2024This is a good hotel for the price if you're in Naples. We came here directly from the train station which was about 7 minutes walk away from Garibaldi, we initially felt uneasy as there was a lot of rubbish around near the hotel where there were street vendors down the road from it. They have an elevator but have steps directly outside of it when you reach your floor, which when carrying heavy suitcases you expect it to be on one level. It's not too far from the centre of Naples and this served as a great place for what we needed it for, there was someone at the desk when we checked in and we managed to get straight to our room. The room has Aircon, a television and a small fridge, although we didn't use any of it for our one night it's good to know.

28/09/2024This is a review only for their STASHER service at Hotel Colombo. We checked out of our Airbnb and needed a place to store our bags until we caught the ferry to Capri. We used Stasher and Hotel Colombo had the best reviews. We got there and the guy at the front desk was really nice. He even let us store our backpacks extra even though I forgot to add it on our service charge. When we got back later in the day they were kind enough to let us use their restroom before going to our ferry and helped us get a taxi as well to the ferry dock. I highly recommend them for using their Stasher service.

18/05/2026Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, molto preparati, camere ampie e pulite, unica pecca la porta apre direttamente sul letto e dal corridoio si ha poca privacy, per il resto posizione molto comoda vicino alle principali stazioni sia metro che ferroviaria, una nota poco bella ( ma non per colpa della struttura) e la rumorosità di certa gente che grida fino a tarda notte. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Lo consiglio per chi vuole visitare Napoli ed ha a disposizione da pochi giorni.

El servicio fue muy bueno, ya que la habitación estaba limpia (y, además, la limpiaban cada día) y el propietario, Dario, cada mañana se ofrecía a ayudarnos en lo que necesitasemos: nos recomendó medios de transporte, restaurantes, etc. Quedé muy satisfecha y lo recomiendo.

17/11/2025Le personnel est très accessible et accueillant, malgré tout l'hôtel est situé dans un quartier pas tellement ideal ,surtout lors d'un séjour entre amies, il y a besoin d'un coup de neuf dans les salles de bains au niveau des robinets abîmés par le calcaire. Si quelqu'un prend une douche nous l'entendons surtout si le ballon d'eau chaude est situé a côté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais simple. Idéalement situé pour les transports en commun. A réfléchir pour le quartier un peu craignos...

El personal del hotel súper atento y bien predispuesto para dar consejos de cómo movernos y donde comer. La habitación era amplia, tenía un lindo balcón. Todo limpio y ordenado. El desayuno es un poco precario. No tiene opción saludable. Y si uno baja tarde q desayunar no hay más que tostadas de paquete.

10/09/2025Das Viertel indem das Colombo steht ist eine totale Katastrophe. Nur die Lage zum Bahnhof nach Pompeji und Vesuv ist Top. Das war auch der Grund warum wir uns fürs Colombo entschieden hatten. Die Gegend ist total schmutzig, überall liegt Müll und in den angrenzenden Gassen sieht man die Armut in einer wirklich krassen Form. Das Hotel steht einfach am falschen Ort. Denn es ist für den Preis von weniger als 150 Euro für 3 Tage und zu zweit, OK. Gefrühstückt haben wir allerdings dort nicht.

23/08/2025La verdad, muy buena experiencia, el trato en recepción genial, informándonos de todo lo que se podía ver, avisando de los peligros de la ciudad y como nos podemos mover para llegar a los sitios de interés. La habitación bien, nada que decir, limpiaban todos los días, la habitación con las cosas necesarias. Lo único malo es la zona, es bastante insegura aparentemente, hay policía y militares militando por la zona 24/7. A nosotros no nos ha pasado nada pero sí que es verdad que no es muy agradable el barrio. Por otro lado, está muy bien comunicado, tanto para coger tren, bus, metro o ir a visitar la ciudad andando.

15/07/2025Cogimos el hotel porque era económico y céntrico, sin embargo no se encuentra en una buena zona, no nos sentimos nada seguros e intentábamos volver antes de que oscureciera. La habitación era de buen tamaño, creo que porque nos pusieron en una habitación para 4 (había literas plegables). Tanto el colchón como las almohadas eran incómodas. El baño se veía sucio y con humedad, el plato de ducha era tan pequeño que al lavarte te chocabas con las paredes. Además, el grifo se veía negro por la humedad, tanto por donde sale el agua como en la propia manguera. En la habitación no vimos cucarachas, pero es cierto que vimos trampas repartidas por el hotel. Cada vez que salíamos del hotel teníamos que dejar la llave de la habitación en recepción. No cogimos desayuno así que no puedo opinar.

09/06/2025Siamo stati fortunatamente solo una notte. Zona rumorosa e che non fa sentire sicuri. Stanza okay come dimensione, letto comodo ma purtroppo il bagno non è stato pulito bene. Inoltre la stanza odorava molto di sigaretta da chi alloggiava prima probabilmente. Nota positiva, il personale ottimo. Molto gentili e disponibili. Se mettessero più attenzione alla pulizia farebbero un salto di qualità.

Stanza pulita e profumata con servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Stanza abbastanza silenziosa. Per chi si muove in sedia a rotelle, ascensore comodo che conduca al quarto piano. Ingresso alla stanza di circa 65 cm. È stata consigliata l'installazione di un maniglione tra wc e doccia (non a pavimento) per agevolare il paesaggio dalla propria sedia al wc e sulla sedia posizionata in doccia. Ci è stato concesso il deposito gratuito dei bagagli al checkout. Consigliato!

E risultato una ottima scelta. La stanza pulita, con una finestra alla strada, luminosa (nonostante non sono stato quasi mai durante la giornata), il bagno piccolo però funzionale. Un mini frigorifero per lasciare bibite fredde, una piccola cassa di sicurezza. Il personale molto gentile e presto per consigliare dove andare, come andate, ecc La zona sicuramente non è la più bella di Napoli, però è molto pratica. C'è un supermercato vicino, sei a un paso del centro storico, il corso Umberto I e sempre pieno di persone, non hai una sensazione di insicurezza la. Molto consigliabile.

20/03/2025Posizione comodissima in quanto l’hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione Garibaldi. Ambiente pulito, accogliente e confortevole. La nota di merito va al personale caratterizzato da gentilezza, disponibilità e grande attenzione alle esigenze di chi soggiorna.

18/03/2025Camera minuscola, assolutamente non insonorizzata tanto che si sente tutto. Porte delle stanze di plastica, bagni senza bidet, finestra minuscola, adatto a scolaresche. Anche se ripulito rimane un hotel non all'altezza delle 3 stelle. Personale cortese, ascensore. Vicino alla stazione in un ambiente abbastanza degradato.

11/03/2025Ottimo...hotel discutibile sia esternamente che internamente. Unica parte moderna la reception, accogliente. Se vuoi fare cardio dopo essere andato al ristorante "ampressa ampress" (lí vicino) questo é il posto che fa per te, ci sono 4 piani di scale a 50° che ti aspettano! Inoltre per chi ha bisogno di una camera per persone in carrozzina é presente una comoda camera allestita al 4° piano (con montacarichi). Se si volesse fare un regalo alla struttura io proporrei un nuovo set di scope, in modo da aggiornare il parco macchine attuale, che manca di igiene così come le camere, diversamente pulite. I letti sono dotati di un innovativo sistema per la cura del sonno che ha sostituito le doghe con reticolato di ferro e acciaio inox👍🏻 Colazione accettabile ben fornita dal discount li vicino. Nel caso avreste bisogno di uscire alle 3 di notte troverete un receptionist sul divano pronto ad aprirvi la porta, non dopo però avervi fatto qualche domanda.

18/10/2024De retour en France, je voulais vous remercier pour votre accueil très chaleureux , Réception impeccable avec des personnes parlant français et se mettant à la disposition des clients. Rien à dire sur les petits déjeuners, tout est frais et bon . Un petit bémol sur la douche qui est un peu petite, mais la chambre est très propre , pas de bruit la nuit dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel se situe près de la gare, près du métro, donc très facile d'accès, le quartier n'est pas très propre mais Naples ne l'est pas non plus ! Il n'y a aucune insécurité aux abords de l'hôtel et nous avons toujours été très bien reçus dans les restaurants et les snacks ! Encore merci Messieurs pour votre accueil et bonne continuation !

06/10/2024Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione strategia per visitare Napoli e dintorni. A 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale FS, Porta Nolana linee circumvesuviana e metro linee 1 e 2. A piedi si raggiunge il centro storico e da qui via Toledo e piazza Plebiscito, volendo camminare un po' anche i terminal traghetti per le isole. Personale cortese e disponibile, colazione a buffet. Stanze e bagno adeguati ad un 3 stelle.

01/09/2024Ho prenotato usufruendo di uno smartbox e pagando la differenza per mio figlio per una sola notte per fortuna...avrei dato più stelle se non fosse stato per la enorme quantità di peli neri trovata ovunque nei letti e nel bagno...davvero nauseante...se non avessi portato mio figlio piccolo al seguito avrei lasciato la camera la sera stessa...purtroppo rientravamo stremati da un viaggio in nave e sono dovuta restare...l'odore in camera era come di insetticida...unica nota positiva la colazione...basterebbe un pò più di accortezza nella pulizia...

24/08/2024ホテルの周りは治安悪めですがホテル内は毎日掃除され新しいタオルやシーツに変えてくれていました。スタッフも優しく接してくれます。朝ごはんはいつもコーヒーか紅茶の淹れてくれ、4種類のパンと数種類の小さなパン菓子がバイキング形式です。電波が強いWi-Fiもありまたきたいです。 近所にスーパーありますが治安悪く品数少ないので駅の中のスーパーに行ったほうがいいです。

15/08/2024El hotel está bien situado para visitar la ciudad de Nápoles. El personal es amable lo cual compensa los contras que tiene. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, especialmente del baño que tiene bastante suciedad. Nos dieron la habitación muy rápido, pero tan rápido que el suelo estaba sin secar y por desgracia al entrar quedaron las marcas de las zapatillas y las maletas que no volvieron a limpiar en las 3 noches que estuvimos. El desayuno es pequeño pero variado.
