09/06/2026The hotel is nice and clean. It is very close to central train station, so it is easy to take trips to other places. Metro is also very close, tickets are 1.50 and it's easy to arrive to port for boat trips. However, the area is quite dirty and at night time feels unsafe.

02/06/2026Spacious room, good pressure in shower, wide range of breakfast choices. Location in Naples is ideal as far away enough from the train station to be quiet but central enough that most of the city is within walking distance. Good base for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum as day trips.

02/06/2026We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We really enjoyed the selection of breakfast items (mainly continental with the exception of some cheeses and hams, bacon and egg). The roof top terrace is beautiful but only open at breakfast time which was disappointing because we would’ve loved to have sat out there during the day or in the evening. The room was compact (3 adults) and bathroom was compact too however being in a city, we didn’t expect a mansion. Beds are comfortable and A/C worked great. If you want to use the mini bar or safe, you have to pay extra. You also have to pay the city tax at the end of your visit which was expected. Hotel has a small gym downstairs behind reception with modern facilities however it is extremely small (1 machine of each) however we didn’t use the gym since we were out exploring. Hotel WiFi is free and has decent signal and connection is good. There is a small bar downstairs that the reception has to run so there may not always be staff there to serve you so make sure to go to reception and inform them that you’re waiting - prices were decent too. The main letdown here was the area that the hotel is based in. Each to their own opinion as we read a lot of reviews prior to booking that the hotel was in a great area which it is very close to the train and bus station however the area itself did feel very unsafe when coming back past 5pm or going out before 9am. There were alot of dodgy character around but as long as you’re vigilant, you should be fine but good to remain aware of your surroundings. Compliments to receptionist Paolo for his friendliness, kindness and generosity during our stay. His kindness definitely stood out to us.

02/05/2026It is an adequate hotel with modern rooms. The rooms are very well isolated such that we didn't hear anything from the streets. However, our AC didn't cool the room (in April) and it got quite hot. Opening the windows wasn't an option as it was very loud outside (again, you don´t hear it unless you open the window).

The Plaza was very dirty with lots of trash and people hanging around all evening. This was also not as close to the airport as we anticipated and there was a fee for airport transportation (which was regular taxi we could have made our selves) drop off with no airport pickup services

And special thanks Paolo from reception. We had arrived to the hotel after a fraud booking. He is a such a professional that he made us feel safe from the first moment. Its location is ideal, providing both convenience for exploring Naples and a sense of charm with beautiful views, yet without any disturbance from the nearby high street. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their genuine hospitality made the experience feel effortless and welcoming from the very start. The interior design and furnishings were thoughtfully chosen, creating a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered a satisfying start to the day with a selection that was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would be delighted to return the next time we visit Naples.

12/08/2025The rooms and service were mediocre at best. The location felt unsafe and is absolutely not suitable for families or young adults. During our stay, we witnessed alarming levels of crime and disturbances from drug abuse to prostitution, homelessness, and large groups loitering in the area. This was far from the relaxing city trip we had hoped for. We will never return to this hotel or this city.

11/08/2025Very good hotel located 5-10 minutes from the central station of Naples, even if the atmosphere of the neighborhood can surprise you disagreeably: very clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast on the terrace. Very well received by GianFranco and the staff always pleasant.

21/05/2025From "Best Western" to Absolute Disaster – Worst Stay of My Life If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel was, without exaggeration, the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was a complete failure—starting with the unprofessional, rude, and downright hostile receptionist who should never be working in hospitality. We had requested a room change in advance due to our specific needs—traveling with a small baby and needing a quiet space for business calls. When we politely asked to be moved (as per our booking arrangement), the woman at reception exploded, raising her voice, shouting at us in front of other guests, and literally asking: "Have you ever traveled before?" I’m still shocked by her tone, her complete lack of respect, and how she made my wife’s birthday trip feel like a disaster. She clearly has no training, no understanding of basic decency, and certainly no place working in the hotel industry. It’s honestly embarrassing for the brand. But it didn’t stop there. The first room we were given had a “view” of someone’s house—complete with the revolting smell of an old kitchen wafting in constantly. It made me physically sick. After insisting again, we were finally moved. The second room? Even worse. It reeked of urine the moment we stepped in. I can only assume the same rag was used to clean both the toilet and the rest of the room. Disgusting. I ended up cleaning the place myself just to make it remotely livable for one night. As for the amenities, forget it. No coffee machine in the room (in what’s claimed to be a 4-star hotel). The breakfast was a joke. We arrived at 9 a.m.—half the items were gone. The eggs were cold, yoghurts hidden away in a corner like contraband, and the bread toaster didn’t work—purely decorative, I guess. Honestly, I’ve had better setups in 2-star motels. The surrounding area? Unsafe. Period. I’ve traveled across Asia, Africa, and even parts of LA, but this is by far the most uncomfortable and threatening location I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t feel safe walking outside, and I wouldn't let my family out of the room after dark. We cut our trip short and left 24 hours early, losing money just to escape the misery. That should say it all. If management reads this: start by reading the many other bad reviews about that same receptionist—it’s clear nothing has changed because you don’t care. This place isn’t a "Best Western"—it’s more like “Worst Western: A Masterclass in How to Fail at Hospitality.” To anyone reading: stay away. There are countless better options for your time, money, and sanity.

20/05/2025Location was excellent - walking distance to the train station and near many amenities. I stayed on the 2nd floor, and I was initially afraid it is going to be noisy since it is by a busy road. However, the sound proofing was also very good with double glazed windows. Though the room was small, I think it's still acceptable. I could still work in my room with a laptop. Gym is also small and limited to free weights, a treadmill and a stationary bike. Service is very staff dependent. 1 lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful, 1 man was grumpy, some others are ok.

02/05/2025Disappointing. They say they have a rooftop terrace, but it's only accessible at breakfast time. They say they have air conditioning, but the room was a steady 80F (you can leave your window open at night to cool off a little at the cost of listening to the significant city noise). Also, don't forget to account for the 30 euro city tax, it will be added even if you are "paid in full". There are better hotels closer to the train station, and better hotels closer to the historic district, consider this a "Last Resort".

The only negative part of our stay here, was the shower… the bathroom got flooded after taking a shower and a large amount of water entered the room… this was really inconvenient! Other than that, our stay was pretty good :)

25/03/2025Centrally located. 5 mins walking distance from the Napoli Centrale train station. Not far from the main attractions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The rooms are small and basic, but clean and cosy. Beds are not that comfortable. Breakfast is nice. It is served from 7am onwards, they have a good spread which consists of eggs, bacon, cheese, yoghurt , fruits, croissant and some really delicious cakes and pastry items and of course coffee. Overall we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend it for a short stay of 2-3 days.

14/06/2026Super Hotel in einer eher "bewegten" Lage. Abends eher laut und nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Zimmergröße eher klein, aber alle mit sehr gute Boxspring-Betten (wir hatten zwei Zimmer) und sehr sauber. Tolles Kontinentales Frühstück und ultra freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter. Tolle Dachterrasse die auch bis spät geöffnet ist, wenn man weiß wie man hinkommt. (Manche sagen wäre geschlossen, was bei uns nicht zutraf). Zu unserer Servicekraft ein paar Worte da wir einen Unfall hatten und sie sich toll um alles gekümmert hat: Während meines Hotelaufenthalts hatte ich das große Glück, von Daniela betreut zu werden. Sie war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, stets freundlich und unglaublich herzlich. Vom ersten Moment an hat sie sich mit großem Engagement um all meine Bedürfnisse gekümmert – wobei sie sich auch aufrichtig um meine Gesundheit und mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert hat – und alles getan, um meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ihre positive Energie, ihre Professionalität und ihre aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft haben einen tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen. Man merkt sofort, dass Daniela ihre Arbeit mit Herz und Leidenschaft ausübt. So engagierte und begeisterte Mitarbeiterinnen sind heutzutage eine Seltenheit. Ein großes Dankeschön an Daniela für ihren exzellenten Service. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen, auch und vor allem wegen der außergewöhnlichen Betreuung!

29/05/2026Ho soggiornato qui per due notti, e ammetto che il mio giudizio è condizionato dai dintorni della zona in cui sorge l'hotel, parecchio degradato che trasmette un senso di insicurezza la sera , come in tutte le città d'Italia quando sì è in zona stazione centrale. Nel complesso però l'hotel è una buona soluzione, logistica perché a due passi da tutti i trasporti pubblici, treni compresi per gli spostamenti verso altre città. In fase di ristrutturazione la facciata esterna, ma devo dire che almeno quando io sono stato in camera non ho sentito rumori. Spazi comuni curati , e hotel dotato di tutti i confort, compresa una comoda e funzionale palestra su due piani, un bar e diversi divani nella hall . Sala colazioni al quinto piano con terrazza all'aperto per i mesi estivi , e colazione buona, completa sia per dolce che salato,e direi un po' sopra la media degli altri alberghi della catena dislocati in altre zone d'Italia. Camere comode e pulite , unico neo quando ho aperto l'acqua della doccia si è sentito un forte odore di fogna per fortuna passeggero, ma credo non dipenda dalla struttura. 28/05/2026Best western plus est un bon hôtel. Pour la chambre la taille est réduite 30 centimètres de chaques côtés du lit et pour la douche grand ou corpulent très compliqué. Pour finir le bruit et la pollution empêche l'ouverture de la fenêtre. (bonne isolation phonique) climatisation efficace.

04/05/2026Molto bene, ci ha salvato la vacanza a Napoli. Ci siamo presentati all'ultimo momento in quanto 'scappati' dall'hotel dove avevamo prenotato, ma il receptionist ci ha trovato ugualmente una sistemazione per 3 notti. Conoscevamo già l'albergo, meta di una nostra precedente vacanza a Napoli, e possiamo solo confermare tutte la buone impressioni già avute una decina di anni fa... Camera piccola, ma silenziosa e comoda. Letto comodissimo. Colazione continentale sontuosa, c'è veramente di tutto. Reception efficiente come ci si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle, personale super cortese e disponibile. Prezzo un po' caro, ma ne vale la pena.

18/04/2026Una cosa che trovo terribilmente fastidiosa è che in quasi tutta Italia (l'ho già sperimentato a Bologna, Torino e Sanremo) la funzione di raffreddamento dell'aria condizionata viene disattivata fino a un certo mese in primavera. Anche questa volta a Napoli, la camera era spiacevolmente calda a 23,5 gradi. I piccoli frigoriferi in camera emanavano anche molto calore. Su mia richiesta, hanno abbassato la temperatura a un minimo di 20 gradi (era impostata a 22!). Questo si è rivelato insufficiente: la temperatura della camera è rimasta a 23,5 gradi. Non potevo tenere la finestra aperta a causa delle numerose zanzare. C'è un problema di zanzare anche al piano terra, nella hall. Ero seduto lì a studiare, ma dopo mezz'ora sono dovuto salire al piano di sopra a causa delle zanzare. Tra l'altro, una cosa che ho trovato deludente è che durante le mie precedenti visite (incluse quelle a Milano e Cagliari, dove ho ricevuto un upgrade di camera in base al mio status, e persino una colazione gratuita a Cagliari), a Napoli non ho ricevuto alcun riconoscimento per il mio status di socio. Inoltre, due punti positivi: 1) tutto il personale, sia alla reception che al ristorante, è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Anche la colazione a buffet era eccellente.

25/02/2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albero a due passi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Napoli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Stanze pulitissime e tanta tranquillità. Colazione ottima, ricca e abbondante sia dolce (dolci del posto tra i quali pastiera,sfogliatelle,babà) e sia salata(formaggi e salumi). Personale sia alla reception e sia durante la colazione presente e disponibile.

25/01/2026Ho soggiornato qui per 2 notti. La posizione dell’hotel è strategica a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione anche se la zona non è delle migliori. Le camere sono di media dimensione ma estremamente pulite e silenziose. La colazione è servita all’ultimo piano dell’hotel ed è abbastanza varia e abbondante anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli tornerei in questo hotel.

11/01/2026Struttura alberghiera situata nel centro storico partenopeo a 5 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria Garibaldi. La dislocazione della struttura permette di accedere facilmente alle varie bellezze artistiche ed architettoniche del capoluogo. A pochi passi è disponibile la stazione della metropolitana tramite la quale è possibile raggiungere anche le periferie della città. Le stanze sono ordinate e pulite. La loro sistemazione viene effettuata giornalmente, così anche il cambio biancheria. Gentile il personale addetto, in particolare quello della sala colazioni. Un ringraziamento particolare alle signore Anna, Maria ed Annarita per la loro cordialità dimostrata durante la nostra permanenza.

14/09/2025Albergo business ben tenuto e curato ottimo personale al ricevimento, stanze con dimensioni nella norma e confortevoli e pulita. Buona colazione all’ultimo piano con vista sui tetti della città. Unico neo la posizione a due passi dalla stazione, e la fauna che si aggira nei dintorni non il massimo.

Frédérica et Gian luca à la réception apportent leur aide pour réserver les taxis et les navettes maritimes pour accéder aux îles du golf. La localisation de hôtel proche de la station centrale a du bon et du mauvais, privilégier les chambres sur les derniers étages pour limiter les nuisances sonores

17/08/2025Abbiamo effettuato una visita turistica nella splendida Napoli. Due adulti e un bambino. Camere molto pulite e accoglienti. Il personale è stato molto educato e sempre a disposizione dei clienti; hanno sempre cercato di venirti incontro trovando soluzioni per ciascuna richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione per noi è stata strategica per visitare Napoli in ogni suo aspetto. Albergo vicino alla stazione, vicino al centro con i suoi musei e le sue chiese. La fermata della Metropolitana, poi, è molto vicina e si possono raggiungere altri siti con estrema facilità. La sera la zona offre una grande varietà di pizzerie e ristoranti (molto di più di altre zone). Davvero ottimo soggiorno! Grazie!

16/08/2025L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione centrale, e anche se non è nel cuore della città resta comunque una zona collegata bene. La camera è molto pulita, confortevole e la colazione variegata. Personale tutto gentilissimo.

11/08/2025Enttäuschend – keine 4 Sterne wert Ich hatte ein größeres Zimmer gebucht, erhalten habe ich jedoch ein sehr kleines und beengtes Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist schwach – Auswahl gering, Qualität unterdurchschnittlich. Der Kaffee bzw. Espresso schmeckt minderwertig und entspricht nicht dem Standard Italiens. Trotz vorhandenem Kofferwagen gibt es keinen Kofferservice. Fazit: Dieses Haus entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne-Standard, eher dem unteren Bereich von 3 Sternen. Nicht zu empfehlen – für mich definitiv kein zweites Mal.

06/08/2025Ottimo albergo per soggiornare a Napoli a due passi dalla stazione Centrale e da uno dei migliori rivenditori di sfogliatelle a Napoli, Attanasio. Dispone di molte stanze, pulite e sufficientemente ampie, personale alla reception gentile ed efficiente ma il top è la colazione servita all'ultimo piano con vista su una delle colline che sovrastano Napoli. La colazione del Best Western Plaza è eccezionale perché sia per l'area salata, sia per quella dolce propone esperienze di gusto napoletano straordinarie come formaggi, ricotta, mozzarella e salame tipici e mini sfogliatelle calde di entrambi i tipi ricce e folle, pastiera, caprese oltre a tante altre torte, classiche brioche di vari gusti, uova strapazzate e pancetta, pancake e tanto altro. Il personale che gestisce la colazione è simpatico e cordiale, pronto a soddisfare richieste di Cappuccino o Caffè al momento. Una delle migliori colazioni che abbia provato in alberghi Italiani. Ci ritorno sempre quando vengo a Napoli per lavoro.

04/07/2025Hotel é bom. Quarto acomoda bem um casal. Banheiro mal projetado com um box que não comporta uma pessoa grande ( tenho 1,73 e 70 k). A localização é boa por ser perto da estação central, mas o entorno é barulhento e há muitos ( muitos mesmo) ambulantes vendendo mercadoria falsificada. Como são grupos grandes nas ruas, dá um sentimento de insegurança.

01/07/2025L’hotel in sé è nella media: pulito, funzionale, in una posizione comoda, ma senza particolari elementi distintivi. Quello che però fa la differenza, è l’accoglienza. In particolare, voglio sottolineare la professionalità, la disponibilità e l’umanità di Gianfranco alla reception. È raro incontrare qualcuno che riesca, con garbo e attenzione, a far sentire ogni ospite non solo benvenuto, ma anche ascoltato e seguito in ogni esigenza. Grazie a lui, la percezione del soggiorno cambia completamente, e anche una struttura normale assume un valore superiore. Per me il materiale più prezioso resta sempre il materiale umano e in questo caso, Gianfranco ne è la prova.

28/06/2025駅から近いので立地も良く、フロントの対応も友好的で感じも良く、申し分なかったです。 ただ星2をしたのは、チェックアウト後にフロントにナポリ空港までのタクシーを手配してもらったら、30€を請求されました。とんでもないぼったくりです。 タクシードライバーはホテルのエントランスで待機していたようでホテルと提携してそうでした。ドライバーからキックバックを受けているのかもしれません。 最後の最後で嫌な気持ちになりました。それ以外はホテルへの評価は高かったので非常に残念です。 ここのホテルのフロントでタクシーを手配してもらうのはやめた方がいいです。

28/06/2025Best Western hotel è sempre una garanzia, recepsionisti gentilissimi, un plauso a Gianfranco e Federica (mi auguro di aver ricordato bene i nomi), senza nulla togliere agli altri addetti, tutti molto cortesi, affabili, compresa la Signora delle colazioni, carinissima , quando entri nella sala ti accoglie con un sorriso che ti illumina la giornata. Personale che ti fa sentire "a casa", grazie. Camera al secondo piano, sulla piazza, rinnovata da poco, il timore era il frastuono notturno ma devo dire che l'insonorizzazione è il top. Unica pecca, davvero piccola...l'architetto che ha progettato il bagno poteva pensare a due piccoli ganci sopra il bidet per gli asciugamani una volta utilizzati? Molto gadito il piccolo angolo con svogliatelle e pasticcino con dispenser di acqua aromatizzata. Nel complesso davvero soddisfatta.

17/06/2025Ubicación, por una parte es buena porque en 10 minutos casco antiguo, y 5 minutos en plaza garibaldi donde hay metro. Pero en la puerta y alrededores hay muchos indigentes, y personas de mal aspecto. Habitación-camas limpias y cómodas, limpieza baño muy bien, pero el suelo habitación estaba muy sucio ami habitación le faltaba una pequeña reforma la mampara instalada en el suelo directo. Solo se pone gel de baño.//Desayuno buffet: Completísimo y buenísimo, de lo mejor y todas las empleadas muy agradables y profesionales. //Recepción: Chica que había muy agradable. Los chicos quizá más serios pero bien. Creo si falta asesorar un poco mejor por donde se puede mover el cliente si va perdido y pregunta. Van muy rápido y te quedas más o menos igual.- Tienen agua con limón 🍋 en el hall, que cuando llegas se agradece. Aunque tiene cosas a mejorar pero como todos los sitios, sí podría volver.

09/06/2025Wir geben 5 Sterne, weil wir genau das bekommen haben, wie beschrieben und erwartet. Ein Tipp bzw. Empfehlung findn Sie aber ubten. Das Zimmer war verhältnismäßig groß und sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot völlig ausreichend und stets frisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir angemessen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Personal war auch freundlich zu uns. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich unmittelbar im Umfeld gegeben, für uns optimal. Ein Tipp an das Hotel: Wir hatten das Zimmer im 4. Stock. Also direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum, der im 5. Stock ist. Man hört das Verrutschen der Stühle durch die Decke schon sehr. Kleben Sie auf die Stühle "Filzgleiter' dann ist das Verrutschen der Stühle nahezu geräuschlos und man kann auch mal bis 09 Uhr schlafen :)

15/01/2025Visitato nel 2013 ma ritrovato con grande piacere proprio di recente: ne ho un bellissimo ricordo sia per il servizio che per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che per le ottime ed abbondanti colazioni, impreziosite dalla splendida terrazza da cui si può osservare dall'alto la zona. Il suo punto di forza (la vicinanza alla Stazione Centrale e a Piazza Garibaldi) può essere anche il suo unico punto di debolezza, dato che si tratta di un'area caotica e talvolta un po' mal frequentata. Avendo tuttavia goduto dei servizi dell'Hotel Plaza, in Piazza Principe, dal quale si giunge in pochi passi anche nella zona dei Decumani e di Via dei Tribunali, posso dire che i vantaggi della posizione sono superiori agli svantaggi, specie per chi arrivi a Napoli con il treno.
