⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent hospitality and respectful treatment throughout my stay. The hotel is suitable for all types of travelers and offers great value. One of its biggest advantages is its convenient location, very close to the main train station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything a guest might need for a pleasant stay. We stayed for a night there, location is close to central station and walkable. Hotel in 2nd floor and it looks like a residential building. Tbh inside hotel facilities horrible. It just a bed and bathroom. Too tiny bathroom and none facilities. Smelly bed sheets and pillows. You only can chose this hotel maybe if you are about to fly next day and don’t wanna spend good amount. Quite affordable. I’d say it just a Ok. Front Desk guy was nice with us tbh.

Hotel Ginevra is located very close to Naples Central train station, making it highly convenient for traveling in and out of the city. The hotel is accessed by climbing two floors, as there is no lift available. It operates more like a bed-and-breakfast within a residential apartment building shared with locals. Climbing two floors can be inconvenient, especially if you have large luggage, so it’s best to plan accordingly. The rooms overlook the apartment’s central courtyard, offering a pleasant view as shown in the pictures. Considering the price we paid, it is a great budget-friendly accommodation option in Naples.

What an amazing experience with this hotel. I couldn't ask for more. Beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Amazing and quick AC system, shared bathrooms which were never messy or dirty. I booked this as a budget option and was expecting something acceptable, this was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly highly recommend.

It's an economical but decent hotel. The cleanliness is excellent; we stayed two nights and the place was always clean. It's in the center of Nápoles, which is like any other city center, like Barcelona or Marseille... it has its quirks. I can say that the room my partner and I had was very spacious, with a balcony, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, etc. The price seems more than fair to me; it's a good place for what you pay. If I returned to Nápoles, I would consider staying here again.

April 2024 I was sceptical about staying here as my friend did the booking. Cheap and shared bathrooms. It turned out to be quite nice. The rooms were basic, yet clean. There were two bathrooms which were clean, modern, and we never had to wait ever. A city tax was payable at the hotel. Not a good place to stay if you have mobility issues or if you have big or heavy luggage. Three floors to climb and no elevator. Less than a ten minute walk from Napoli Centrale, the main train station. Close to everything and the location for us was excellent.

Excellent location for trains, metro and airport bus. Loads of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and an excellent supermarket 30 seconds away. There's also a launderette 2 minutes away if needed and a pharmacy on the corner. Rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. Toilet and shower is shared but ultra modern and clean. My room had a balcony with table and chair which was nice. I would definitely stay here next time in Napoli. The hotel is on 2nd floor i.e 2 up from Street so if you struggle with stairs or heavy luggage you may struggle. But apart from that it's perfect for a short break in Napoli. I felt safe in the local area even at night. Excellent value for money.

Its location is awesome. Near the Garibaldi Train Station and Napoli Centrale. But unfortunetaly the air conditioner did not work well. Maybe some people may consider the neighbourhood as a dangerous but to me it is not.

Hotel is close and easy to find from the train station and the stop for alibus from airport. The area around hotel is rough looking and a lot of people and homeless people around, but we never had any issues with them, just make sure like any holiday keep valuable safe on you not just in your back pocket or open handbags. Plenty restaurants, bakery, foodhall 5 minutes walk away and Mac Donald, shops inside the train station as well, supermarket up road about 2)3 minutes walk away. Staff don't speak a lot of English but they understood what I was asking them, they don't have a left luggage room, but we're able to look after my suitcase till 3pm , while they were on reception. They had a vending machine with water, soft drinks , beers very reasonable prices. Our double room had a hairdryer worked very well, shower toilet, no tea or coffee machine, but they have coffe vending machine in reception, no shower gel or shampoo, but we brought our own, the hotel had WiFi free. Yes there is noise in evening outside but didn't bother us to much and I am a light sleeper, also heard planes above till about 11pm, TV had a couple English channel with movies and it also had football as well, but in Italian. No issues with hotel felt Safe, price reasonable, room cleaned daily and towels changed, air-conditioning machine as well. I would recommend if looking to stay couple days, if you need to be near train station and central.

My train was delayed so this place was perfect location after a long travel day. 5 minute walk from the station with cleans showers and a good pizza place across the street. I had an early flight so I walked back to the station in the morning to take the Alibus (€5 to the airport). For a quick in and out it was a good place to stay.

The hotel is good for the price, room and bathroom were clean and they also cleaned it every day. We stayed for 7 days and had a good sleep, our own private bathroom and various other facilities. It had a TV with netflix, kettle and coffee/tea, a hairdryer, a safe for our passports and other valuables, wifi, a fridge and aircon/heating. Location was very good too, only 2 min walk to main station Garibaldi which was great for our trip to Pompeii and Amalfi. Did not have any problems with noise but our room was towards the inside court of the building so it was fairly quite, maybe rooms towards the road are a bit noisy. CONS- shower was very small and felt a bit uncomfortable for me, however it was clean. No toiletries, had to buy our own. No lift/elevator but it is only on the second floor so was not too bad. Area is not great, the location in relation to the station and city centre its very good but the area is a bit sketchy and run down. We did not particularly feel unsafe but it puts you off a little bit when walking back to the hotel. The rest of the main city its great tho. Rooms are a bit colourful and the pillow was a bit hard for my comfort but that is personal preference, in general I had a good sleep and felt well rested.

Great location about 45 minutes walk from the airport, about 5 from the train station. Convenient check in, air conditioning. Downsides are public toilets/showers, but there is a sink in the room. I feel it's well worth the price.

The guy who welcomed us was very friendly and spoke decent English. The room was clean and we had a nice terrace. Cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day. Good for a couple of nights. The location is a bit problematic because it is 50 meters from the McDonalds where lots of homeless people sleep. Thankfully, we didn't have any problems.

Suprisingly spacious room for a fair price. We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we have really nothing to cmplain about. The rooms are spacious and clean. The style of the room was fine and well done. Room was clean and so were the bathrooms. There is a smaal kitchen (that we did not use) and a few vending machines. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Would definitely stay again, without a doubt!

Overpriced hotel but all the ones in Napoli are. A room is basically very expensive while and apartment in Napoli costs 400€. The hotel in itself is fine, the price is still high for what it is but you have to compare it with other hotels to have a good opinion. Private room, with private bath and water boiler in the room. The staff is also nice and uncomplicated.

Unser Aufenthalt begann leider äußerst unangenehm. Der Empfang durch den Portier war von Anfang an unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Bereits bei der Kontrolle unserer Ausweise wurden wir in einem unangemessenen Ton behandelt. Im weiteren Verlauf wollte man uns beinahe ein falsches Zimmer zuweisen, was zusätzlich für Verwirrung sorgte. Als uns anschließend auffiel, dass wir versehentlich zum falschen Datum gebucht hatten, hofften wir auf etwas Verständnis oder zumindest eine sachliche Unterstützung bei einer möglichen Lösung vor Ort. Stattdessen wurden wir ohne jede Freundlichkeit praktisch des Hauses verwiesen. Auf unsere Bitte, gemeinsam eine mögliche Stornierung oder Umbuchung zu prüfen, wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Besonders enttäuschend war zudem die Kommunikation im Nachgang: Auf unsere Stornierungsanfragen reagierte man über mehrere Tage hinweg nicht, um uns anschließend mitzuteilen, dass eine Lösung nun „zu spät“ sei. Zusätzlich wurde eine kritische Google-Bewertung meines Partners offenbar entfernt. Das wirft leider Fragen hinsichtlich der Authentizität der vielen positiven Bewertungen auf. Schade – ein respektvoller und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit Gästen sollte selbstverständlich sein, auch wenn einmal Missverständnisse entstehen.

Rien à dire à part que la salle de bain,toilette est en face de la réception et que cela est un peu gênant car les serviettes sont trop petites pour pouvoir les nouer autour de la taille. Bref il faut aller avec pantalon et tee-shirt au ’’petit coin’’ et puis prendre sa douche. J'imagine que pour une femme,cela peut être ennuyeux,voir intimidant. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec un petit balcon pour apprécier la cacophonie des klaxons de Naples. Le type plus jeune est hyper gentil et familier,et vraiment agréable pour parler.

Bastante bien, sosprendido por el buen servicio y la limpieza. Wifi muy veloz, netflix y tv completo. Aire y calefaccion, buena ducha y agua perfecta. Muy confiable el servicio de limpieza (jamas tocaron , ni me falto nada) RECOMENDABLE. [*detalle: en la app de buking ofrece 1 doble o 2 camas simples. Bueno no es posibke solo me dieron doble, y el colchon y almohadas estan muy viejos al menos 5 años]. El resto genial y bien cuidado, muy respetuoso y 0 ruidos molestos del interior.

Ho prenotato per due notti pagato circa 65€ a notte per due notti, di preciso 128€. Non conoscendo la zona, ho prenotato su hostel world, ma non è un ostello, e né quanto meno un hotel, è un b&b in un condominio poco curato e accogliente, in una zona malfamata di Napoli. Appena entro in camera mi turba subito l'odore di fogna, che poi durerà per tutto il tempo della mia vacanza. Tralasciando ciò la stanza che mi è stata data è stata a dir poco sgradevole, dato che il piano doccia si allagava dopo 2 Min di doccia, l'acqua mi arrivava a toccare le caviglie ed essendo, inoltre stata una giornata di pioggia giovedì 26/03 avevo bisogno di una doccia calda e l'acqua a tratti era calda e a tratti fredda... Un'altra cosa la sera si sentivano schiamazzi e urla in piena notte. L'ultimo giorno cioè oggi 28/03 avevo il checkout e il propietario/ operatore del b&b andava a bussare le porte alle 10:20 chiedendo agli ospiti di uscire...pu avendo il checkout alle ore (11:00). Un'altra cosa e che avendo il volo la sera ho chiesto se potevo lasciare la valigia giù, e mi è stato riferito xhe non era possibile. Inoltre la sera faceva freddo in stanza, e la finestra non si chiude bene ed entrava freddo.... Quando sono uscito ho incontrato una coppia di giovani e anche loro si lamentavano per il costo, avendo pagato 90€ x 1 notte... Oltre che non viene servita manca una bottiglietta d'acqua in stanza. Direi xhe mi fermo qui...

Esperienza bocciata, sono stato con la mia ragazza due ore, e il pagamento non è stato affatto dei migliori, All'inizio avevo chiesto se pagare prima o dopo, e il Signore mi aveva chiesto prima, io non sapendo se dopo mi avesse dato il resto, ho aspettato alla fine dell'uscita per chiedergli quanto sarebbe costato stare due ore, e mi fa guarda che potete andare grazie Senza averci dato il resto, esperienza bocciata

Situato al secondo piano dell'edificio, si raggiunge con scale, non c' è la ascensore. All'accoglienza si paga la tassa di soggiorno 3€ al giorno e si viene edotti sul funzionamento della chiave-tessera. La camera risulta pulita e spaziosa, il bagno piccolo e non di ultima generazione ma funzionale. Per quanto pagato posso dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono. A 100 metri c'è il garage centrale dove si pagano 30€ al giorno per macchine medio grandi. Metro Garibaldi a 300-400 metri a piedi.

Achei um estabelecimento honesto. Os preços são razoáveis e praticamente próximos ao de um hostel, com a diferença que você tem um quarto individual. O quarto é um pouco antigo e acredito que as roupas de cama poderiam ser mais modernas. Mas, no geral, foi um boa estadia. O quarto é razoável, tem uma vista bonita na varanda e está bem localizado ao lado da estação de trem principal da cidade.

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel. La posizione è ottima perché permette un facile accesso ai mezzi di trasporto e non è distante dal centro della città. Il personale dell' hotel Ginevra è stato veramente gentile, rispettoso e sempre molto disponibile. La camera era molto carina, pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Avevo una camera singola con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Ne approfitto per inviare un grossissimo abbraccio a Michele e a Rita che secondo me curano l'hotel con grande passione e amore. Spero di tornarci presto ❤️

ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Ginevra posizione eccellente a pochi passi dalla stazione . Un ringraziamento speciale va fatto ad Angela che con la sua gentilezza e stata sempre disponibile la ringrazio infinitamente. UN'ALTRO RINGRAZIARE VA FATTO A TONIA SEMPRE PRONTA A INTERVENIRE PER QUALSIASI MIA RICHIESTA GENTILEZZA SOPRATTUTTO COMPLIMENTI . Unica pecca è stato Michele che dovrebbe imparare a saper dialogare con le persone. Purtroppo non è nei suoi modi essere gentili . Metterei zero stelle se fosse possibile. Ho chiamato 5 minuti prima di farmi vedere in struttura per chiedere se fossi disponibile per 3 notti e mi hanno detto sì confermando anche prezzo arrivo lì passato giusti giusti 3 minuti. Arrivata al secondo piano mi ha visto arrivare ( io 20 anni giovane di pelle scura) e dico che ho appena chiamato e mi dicono che è già occupata che qualcuno ha appena prenotato cosa non verrà ma invece era perché ero nera già con lo sguardo che mi guardava male. Poi per riderci sopra ho fatto chiamare da una mia amica e guarda caso era lì ed ala stanza cosa incredibile. Maleducati. Non ne vale neanche 1 centesimo hotel sporco e brutto ma non ho avuto scelta siccome avevo prenotato un hotel ma c’è stato uno errore con la carta quindi mi toccava cercare nelle vicinzane urgentemte. Sconsiglio altamente non sanno accogliere e sono razzis

Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione ma non troppo da sentire casino, vicino alla metro e al centro, camere pulite anche se la doccia aveva un po' di muffetta nelle pieghe della porta ed il lavandino un po' di calcare, ma per quel che serviva a noi andava benissimo

posto in posizione strategica vicino alla stazione/(5 minuti) e al centro citta'(13 minuti circa).Esterno del palazzo vetusto ma interno e' stato ristrutturato bene e camera e bagno(attenzione ci sono 2 bagni ma in comune con 4 camere)molto pulite. Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile e ci ha dato diverse indicazioni per trascorre al meglio il soggiorno in citta'.Non spaventatevi se, al momento della prenotazione, vi fa pagare su una Postapay, tutto regolare (anche se all'inizio non ero molto tranquillo ).Pizzeria buonissima a 10 mt di distanza.Unica nota negativa trovandosi in una zona cosi vicino alla stazione alla sera consiglio di tornare presto e prestare MOLTA attenzione perche' mal frequentata.Pagato 120 eur per una quadrupla.Spero vi sia utile.

abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni. posizione molto comoda dato che è vicino alla stazione garibaldi. l’hotel si trova al secondo piano del palazzo ed è strutturato in due “parti” diverse. anche se dall’esterno e dalle scale sembrava un po’ vecchio, l’interno dell’hotel è elegante e moderno. l’uomo della reception ci ha spiegato molto bene come si fa ad entrare nelle porte con il tesserino magnetico e l’utilizzo di tutti i telecomandi presenti nella nostra stanza (avevamo scelto la suite con la vasca idromassaggio). abbiamo pagato 330€ da booking + 27€ di tassa di soggiorno in struttura uniche due “pecche” sono state: -la colazione (un bollitore con due bustine di tè e di caffè solubile) ma non è stato tanto un problema perché vicino alla struttura ci sono molti bar con i prodotti tipici napoletani -il soffione della doccia che faceva andare acqua da tutte le parti e per lavarsi era un po’ un impresa. per queste due cose ci siamo rimasti un pochino male anche perché con tutto quello che abbiamo pagato ci aspettavamo un pochino meglio. per il resto della camera lo abbiamo adorato! proiettore con netflix, il cielo stellato, il “cornicione” con la luce rossa, lo specchio lungo tutto la parete e la vasca idromassaggio. molto gentile anche al signore dell’hotel che ci ha spiegato su whatsapp come spegnere il cielo e il cornicione. se ritorneremo a napoli terremo presente del vostro hotel!!

Albergatore ignorante maleducato scortese e con un linguaggio molto confidenziale per quanto riguarda i clienti che neanche conosce, una coppia arrivata dal nord per visitare la nostra bella Napoli ha chiamato questo albergo due ore prima dell'arrivo e gli ha dato disponibilità non appena visto che erano persone del nord da €30,40 a sera ne voleva 80 con tanto di presunzione è maleducazione, i ragazzi Presi dal panico non avendo dove dormire perché erano in viaggio quando hanno preso questo albergo gli hanno chiesto con gentilezza se potevano parlare con l'agenzia che sarei io che ho organizzato il loro viaggio ma lui molto scortese non ho voluto sentire niente cancellandoli fuori come due animali è veramente vergognoso

5 min dalla stazione, la struttura è al secondo piano di un vecchio condominio, l'impatto è un pochino demotivante, poi, entrati nell'area di pertinenza si vede un posto ordinato, pulito, il personale a disposizione e gentile. Riscontro Qualità/prezzo assolutamente soddisfacente, la stanza,affaccia sulla strada principale,non si sentivano rumori di nitte, avevo un balconcino molto comodo e attrezzato, 2 bagni in comune per le stanze, mai incrociato nessuno, e fatto delle belle docce calde Insomma passati 5 notti tranquille, la stanza vome appoggio tra gite per la città e relax è andata benissimo.

Das sind nette Leute die hier die Zimmer vermieten. Um den Preis ist das vollkommen Inordnung mit klimatisiertem Zimmer und das tuts zum Schlafen hier allemal. Vorallem wichtig für jemanden der die Stadt erkunden möchte ist hier wohl die direkte Anbindung und die nichtmal 5minuten Fußweg zum Garibaldi Zentral Hauptbahnhof, wovon man so ziemlich überall hinkommt. Bei meiner nächsten Tour durch Neapel werd ich wohl einfach hier wieder herkommen. Betten werden gemacht und die Dusche / WC sind auch sauber. Ich würde empfehlen Ohropax miteinzupacken weils hier echt laut wird mitten in der Stadt.

O Hotel é bom , está bem localizado cerca de uns 200 metros de distância do trem central , rodeado de bares restaurantes e todo tipo de comercio de uma grande cidade , funcionários disponíveis e cordiais , quarto bonito e banheiros limpos e bem organizados , muito recomenda para pessoas que querem um pouco de sossego.

Ubytování v blízkosti hlavního nádraží, metra, autobusového. Pokoje téměř čisté. Recepční nemluvil dobře anglicky, ale dalo se bez problému s překladačem domluvit. Uklízečky milé. Vstup s vlastním klíčem a čipem. Klimatizace byla docela nová. Krásný balkón s výhledem na rušnou ulici. Mohli jsme zanechat batohy ráno, před check-inem.

Sehr einfaches aber sauberes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Die Gegend ist extrem schmutzig und hat uns mehrfach geschockt. Die Zimmer sind sehr bunt und gewöhnungsbedürftig aber werden täglich gereinigt und mit frischen Handtüchern versorgt. Nur zum Schlafen allemal OK.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti e 4 giorni, il personale gentile ed educato. Ci hanno indirizzato in tutto da dove mangiare a dove andare. La stanza pulita e ordinata. Nonostante noi avessimo il bagno in comune era molto comodo erano due bagni difronte alla camera e soprattutto due bagni sempre puliti. La posizione ottima dalla stazione (5minuti a piedi), e anche dal centro ci vuole pochissimo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura ci tornerò sicuramente. Ringrazio il personale.

El hotel está bien, es sencillo. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses, así que la zona es peculiar... Aunque fuese un 5 estrellas. Me tocó una habitación con balcón, estaba muy bien. El señor que estaba en recepción era serio pero correcto y amable, cada vez que se duchaba alguien le veía limpiar, así que sobre esto ninguna queja tampoco. Me parece una buena opción, yo he estado a gusto. En unos 20 minutos caminando estás en las calles de la parte antigua en un camino sencillo, está muy bien.

Situato al secondo piano di un edificio (se non ho visto male io, senza ascensore) in prossimità della stazione centrale e in una zona piena di attività di vari tipi, il posto risulta semplicemente da trovare. L'hotel dispone di diverse tipologie di stanze e di una reception quasi sempre aperta. La stanza era provvista degli arredamenti e servizi principali, molto funzionale. La camera e il bagno risultavano abbastanza puliti. Nota negativa sono stati i cuscini troppo sottili e qualche spiffero di troppo che entrava dalla finestra. Il WiFi è lento, mentre i prezzi sono buoni.

Ero un cliente abituale. L'orario di accesso in hotel non era dei migliori. Ma se ha il servizio h/24 non dovrebbero starci problemi. Alla risposta del signor Michele se ricordo bene che si chiamasse, mi dice perché non vieni più tardi? A questo punto non ci sono più andato. Io ho trovato di meglio. Lui ha perso un buon cliente. Il lavoro è lavoro se vengo tardi i signori che stanno alla reception devono fare sempre un sorriso. Non la faccia storta perché magari è stato svegliato nel sonno.

Ho alloggiato una notte in questo "hotel". Ci accoglie un uomo in pantofole. Entriamo in questa camera molto suggestiva, con un lavandino in camera e un balconcino che offriva la folcloristica vista di spacciatori,barboni e rifiuti vari. Sono stata due giorni ad agosto con mio figlio. Dire che mi sono trovata bene è poco ! La camera era bellissima e pulitissima con tutti i confort,aria condizionata ,TV,Wi-Fi,e anche il bagno in camera che nn era previsto.,pulito e con gli asciugamani puliti ogni mattina..Vicinissimi alla stazione centrale e comodo per andare in pochi minuti in centro. Eccellente anche l l'ospitalità dei titolari.pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa..ci tornerò sicuramente.pagato pochissimo trovata benissimo!
