1. Wifi is unstable. I can't even send the pictures to my friend. (So I have to use my own private data service) 2. Air condition button is not working. It can be different by room condition(my room is third floor), but our room it makes really big noise in dawn even it is not working. - Only I felt good thing is bigger size of bed.

I just stayed at the Stelle Hotel for 3 nights on a vacation to Italy. This is the 4th hotel I’ve stayed at on this trip (all 4 stars) and this one was by far the worst. Firstly the location by the train station was disgusting, the entire area stunk and felt incredible unsafe. There was garbage all over the streets and broken glass as well. Nothing the hotel can do about this but should be noted for future visitors. Once we got to the Stelle the experience was awful all around, we tried to connect to the wifi and were met with an incorrect password message. Upon asking the front desk for assistance the employee at the reception informed us that their wifi doesn’t work with IPhone 17’s for some strange reason. I’m quite technically savvy and have never ever encountered this limitation with a device. For a hotel that advertises itself for business travellers I don’t know how it’s acceptable to have a wifi system so old and crappy the newest iPhone can’t even connect to it. Our other devices could connect but at such pitiful speeds (less than 2mb/s) anything besides light web browsing was impossible. Inside the room was the other major issue, first off the A/C in the room didn’t work in the slightest. When we entered the room said it was 27 degrees Celsius inside so we adjusted the AC down to 23 (the lowest it would go) and gave it a couple of hours while we got ready for dinner. The room didn’t get any cooler so I went down to the front desk and tried to get some assistance. They told me the room was 23 degrees even though in the room it clearly says 27. They lowered the limit supposedly and told me to check again in an hour. After an hour the room hadn’t gotten any cooler so they sent someone up to check on the unit. They weren’t able to fix it either. We had to get to bed for an excursion so we just toughed it out and the room remained at 27 degrees all night with the AC on full blast. This made the room unbearably hot after showering as the AC couldn’t compensate for the shower. The shower was also quite temperamentally to deal with, you’d set it to a temperature and then without touching the handle again it would become freezing hot or cold seemingly with a kind of its own. Overall it was quite a frustrating and uncomfortable experience. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. One other couple who booked the same tour we did stayed in the Grand European across the street and they said the room was lovely and the AC worked even though it was only 3 stars. If you need to stay in Naples by the train station you should stay there.

We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights within the same week only because of its convenient location near the train station. Unfortunately, both stays were extremely disappointing, and I would rate this hotel 1* at best-not the 4 * it claims to have. The First room we stayed was purely maintained. Towels were stained and even ripped, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned. Worse still, we accidentally left a pair of sneakers behind in the room. When we told the hotel front desk while our 2nd stay, we were told that nothing had been found-which we find very hard to believe. It left a bed impression and felt unprofessional. And secondly, our second stay was even worse. Disability-accessible room looked and felt disgusting- everything seemed dirty and poorly kept. It honestly felt more like a rundown motel than 4* hotel. We were so uncomfortable that we couldn't wait to check out by 4:30 am. Overall, this was a terrible experience. We absolutely would not return. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness and trustworthy service.

Highly recommended. The hotel is located right behind the central train station. The front desk staff was outstanding and helpful with both travel advice and restaurant recommendations as well as customer service. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was included as well. Bathroom was extra spacious. There is a deli adjacent to the entrance along with car rentals. You won't go wrong with Stelle.

Not a true 4 star hotel. As someone who travels and stays in many hotels I cannot recommend this place under this false rating. The area the hotel is in is not great. Yes it is right behind the train station but that's it, with the airport being at least 15 minutes so you will need a taxi. Most of the area was covered in graffiti, littered with trash and did not feel safe walking around in the evening/night. We even saw feces multiple times on the sidewalk. As for our room, it had a dingy musty smell that was made worse by the staff trying to mask it with cleaning fragrance. Our room did not look like anything from the pictures advertised , very dull looking and uncomfortable. Our bathroom had multiple issues. The toilets was constantly flushing because it would stay stuck like that making noise all night. Lime scale all over the sink hardware, mold on the shower floor and shower head. AC thermostat screen was broken. There was so much wrong here that we didn't even know where to start but we told the front desk receptionist about the smell and she said that was just perfume. We were told room service went back to our room, to do what I have no idea because nothing changed. If you are ok with these conditions and are willing to sacrifice comfort for convenience then go for it but do not expect a TRUE 4 star hotel.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare and should not be advertised as 4 stars—it barely qualifies as 2 stars, and that’s being generous. The room was filthy and disgusting, with a strong musty odor that made it unbearable to stay in. The toilet was broken, there was mold on the shower head and shower floor, and the AC panel was broken. I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even sleep, worried about bed bugs the entire night. To make matters worse, we were forced to pull out cash to pay the city tax upon arrival, only to learn the next day that card payment was possible. The staff was completely unhelpful when we raised our concerns, and the streets outside felt run-down and unsafe. This was not even close to the 4-star experience we booked through Priceline—it was a scam. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Not sure why this hotel is rated 4-star, it should be 2-start at a minimum. - Location is right behind the rail station and there are a lot of homeless people around and doing drugs. - Breakfast was just awful, the eggs are cold like they were made yesterday and nothing was fresh there. - The room is just meh. - Free WiFi just doesn't work and the only WiFi that works is the one on the second floor for the kitchen. If you are trying to get to this hotel, I would definitely recommend you stay away from it.

Overall good stay. Good location, staff was okay too. Room was big and spacious but bathroom was bit dodgy. Not sure why we were given the accessible room. None of us handicapped or in wheelchair. Otherwise good stay. Breakfast was really good. Location is great and most things are within walking distance except the port. There are few dodgy looking people in surroundings but hotel is safe place. I would be happy to come again and happy to recommend

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, and it is difficult to understand how it could be rated as a four-star hotel. From the beginning, we encountered several issues that affected our comfort. Part of the bed was damp when we arrived, making it feel unpleasant and unhygienic, and the air conditioning was noisy throughout the night, which woke us up several times. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and had a noticeable layer of limescale. The hot water was intermittent, often switching to cold after a short time. It was tolerable in summer, but it could have been a real problem in winter. Unaware of the mold on the complimentary tea bag provided in the room, we poured hot water over it, and an oily layer floated to the surface. On closer inspection, everything on the tray was covered in dust, suggesting that it had been there for a very long time. On top of these issues, the female staff member who assisted us at check-in was helpful, but the rest of the staff were unprofessional and unfriendly, leaving us feeling unwelcome. One male staff member in particular treated us dismissively, which was very unpleasant. The positive aspect was the hotel’s location, which is convenient for reaching the station. However, especially at night, the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe to walk around. Having stayed at many hotels, we have never had such a disappointing experience at a hotel before, and we cannot recommend this hotel.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here one night before going to Sorrento. The bathroom smelled cigarettes and the hotel was overall very worn down. The breakfast wasn’t good either. We were there 30min after they opened and most of the food (apart from the sweets) were finished. Only one person worked and she’s busy with tidying up the tables and doing the dishes. Took a while before she filled up the food. The coffee wasn’t great, the scrambled eggs were microwaved and tasted really bad. However the small interaction we had with the woman in the reception during check in was nice. Our bagage didn’t make it on our flight and and we asked if they had any toothbrushes we could get, and they did Also the location of the hotel is great if you need to be close to the central station, however it felt unsafe to be outside during the night/evening

This hotel is falsely advertised as a 4-star property and should be reclassified as a 2-star at best. The rooms are of very poor quality, and the service from staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. The breakfast offering was extremely basic—more in line with what you'd expect at a budget backpackers' hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. The overall experience was disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel in this category. Additionally, the location feels unsafe, especially at night, with large numbers of homeless individuals sleeping on the footpaths nearby, contributing to strong smells of excrement and urine in the surrounding area. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. The 4-star rating is misleading and borders on deceptive.

The hotel staff were friendly and our room was spotless , however the aircon was broken which kept us awake but we were moved to another room which really helped. Breakfast was good with plenty of lovely food to choose from . The hotel location was good as it was near the railway station and main square ,however the walk to the station was not a pleasant one . The pavements were covered in human and animal feaces!!!! The whole area stank of urine and there was litter literally strewn everywhere. Plus homeless people sleeping rough on the pavements . It certainly wasn't safe walking about either ,my friend had someone jump out of a car and attempted to snatch his gold chain from his neck and I had my gold bracelet taken from my wrist . It so sad as Naples is such a beautiful city and we've come home not really valuing our holiday experience.

First of all location was surrounded by homeless people and by lots of rubbish with a disgusting smell. Service was totally not like in 4 stars hotels, we couldn’t sleep cuz of broken airco noise and service worker didn’t do anything about it even though we paid for one of the most expensive room. Breakfast was a disaster since we got only omelette, ham and cheese with some toasts, no vegetables, no choice of other warm food. Roof garden was also closed. Balcony was full of birds’ poop and dirt.

The stay at Stella Hotel in Naples was pathetic. This hotel should barely qualify for 3 stars, let alone 4 stars. The rooms were smelly, the air conditioning did not work properly, there was barely any staff, the dining hall looked more like a low-budget college mess, and there were limited options with disappointing taste in the breakfast buffet. Definitely, the price is not justified for the hotel. While the staff was very helpful indeed, the overall experience was not good. While the location of the hotel is very near to the metro and railway station, the streets are lined with homeless people sleeping on the footpath and garbage on the street. The street feels unsafe. I highly recommend you use a shortcut to go to the metro and train station.

I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. The room size was good. The staff were friendly. The location is connected to the train station which is very convenient if you have an early train. The coffee in the reception was amazing. Calling it 4 stars though is a stretch. The room was very basic. The AC was locked, luckily the weather was not too warm. There does not seem to be any security cameras in the hallways. Breakfast was limited.

Well that was a terrible experience! We went to this hotel because of the location and we paid 120€ every night for 2 persons. We waited to be a top class hotel but that wasn't the reality . At the first look we realized the room that gave us was for people with special needs. So had only curtin and the water was going everywhere to the room . The wifi was working really slow like 48 mbps. Also one time they gave us a carpet with a hole . But the worst of all was that the breakfast that in the site looked great. It was actually trash the food they upload to the site was from they bakery that you had to pay for. Some electrical outlets were not even working as well the tv remote . Last but not least The curtin was dirty . This hotel supposed to be a 4 star one it should be a 2/5. To sum up I would suggest you to keep away from that hotel

The lady at the front desk stole 10 Euro from us. We were checking out and paying city tax and 2 bottles of water we drank. We were told its 22 Euro including water for 2 nights (sounds about right at 4.5 Euro a night for 2 people). We paid 40 Euro bills and she got changes for us. The very last second she changed her words and took 10 Euro from my hands from the changes. This kind of scam should not happen at a 4 star hotel. In addition, room is getting old and lady at breakfast keeps asking for room numbers like shes looking for freeloader or something. You also have to ask to turn on AC every freakin day (front staff was also rude to my wife when called to ask about ac on first day and hung up on her). What a joke of a 4 star hotel. Very unhappy.

Need to ask for reception to put air-conditioning on takes 2 seconds or ask as go upstairs. Reception was always helpful. Bed not amazing but it's okay and shower was great

Great hotel! Despite some dodgy reviews on here, we really enjoyed our stay here and found the hotel spotlessly clean and all the staff we met were always friendly and very helpful. Yes, the hotel isn't in the most desirable area of Naples, but once you know the shortcut through the station, it's fine. As with most large cities, you have to keep your wits about you regarding pickpockets, but we didn't feel unsafe. The close proximity to the station is great! We took trips to Pompeii and Sorrento using both the local train and the Campania Express. The metro is also close by and we used this also. Very easy! We had no problems with the air con and there was a remote in our room which we could use ourselves with no need to ring reception. Breakfast is a continental buffet with pastries, toast, fruit etc. Nothing really hot apart from scrambled eggs. Juice and coffee, both from vending machines. The hotel also stored our luggage before and after check-in and also rang for a taxi to the airport on our departure. We would stay again.

I think we got lucky with this hotel. Next door to the train station and metro. We used the train to go pompei and also another day to go sorrento. Plus we used the metro absolutely loads. A day ticket on both metro lines is 5.40 euros. All day. With this service right by the hotel it was ideal when we needed to nip back the hotel and cool down with the air con. They leave it on so you come back to a cold chilled room. Which made the experience loads better. As Naples is hot hot hot. There is plenty to do. If you want to take your children to a beach then we chose mapatella beach using metro and a short walk. Also Naples zoo. The Bourbon tunnels. Also we took a trip to sorrento on the AV line. Not metro or the main train line. This is on the middle floor and it cost 20 euros there and back same with pompei. The main train line was around 90 euros. So we kept to metro and AV line. To top off this experience we took our 5 year old daughter to Gloria aquapark and what an absolute fantastic day we had. There is not a bad word to say about our experience. Yes there is rubbish as it is busy in the morning bins are all empty by end of the day there is rubbish piled up again for bin men. You got to look past all this and enjoy it for its cultural excellence. It is only as good as what you make it. Also if you are thinking of booking an holiday and you are reading my review then please chose this hotel and plan around 200 to 300 euros a day as. Money can only make the experience more better 😁. I can not fault the reception team at first meet they were absolutely kind, polite. Each and every day. I highly recommend. Ignore the bad reviews as i went with my partner and 5 year old daughter Amara for 10 days and 10 nights. So that is a long time to make a good decision.

Disappointed, wouldn't recommend staying here. I don't understand why it's advertised as 4 star. The hotel itself is tidy and air conditioned. The area it's in is filthy, rubbish everywhere, broken glass, smells bad and poo all over the streets. It is within a 5 min walk of the train station and 15 min by taxi from airport. Room looked ok and clean on first arrival, also air conditioned but on closer inspection, bedding was dirty, as were towels. Shower was broken, leaked and was full of black mould and orange grout. They don't offer a shuttle to the airport as advertised, won't call you a taxi either. Breakfast was mediocre and didn't look particularly fresh. Roof terrace was out of order and only over looked a car park. The staff weren't welcoming and seemed annoyed when we asked to check in. Wouldn't recommend Naples as an area to stay either, especially if you have children. Was relieved to only have done 2 nights.

Location excellent. Access to all parts of Naples on foot or by bus or metro. Plus train station to Amalfi coast. Pompei. Sorrento. Local supermarket 5 mins walk. Local market 3 minutes walk. Breakfast okay. Bed.... well bit hard. Rooms cleaned daily VERY clean. Rear entrance to railway. Like any city near central station homeless people ..sad admission in 2024...felt safer than some parts I've recently travelled in US Naples magnificent vibrant and beautiful.

The hotel is in a good location close to Napoli Centrale (only a few minutes walk). The area around the hotel is dirty but the hotel itself is clean. The rooms were good and the one we stayed at had a balcony. Breakfast was included and it was good. The front desk staff are helpful and accommodating. There are a couple of good restaurants across the street from the hotel.

Large room with lovely bathroom, seperate shower not a combo bath/shower. Kettle was provided with no coffee. Breakfast adequate no hot choices. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Excellent tour of amalfi coast booked for us. Location is excellent close to train station eateries and shops. Did not appreciate the taxi driver who accepted the fare to drive us to our Hotel, conveniently omitted to tell us it was around the corner. Then charged us 20 euros to literally drive us around the corner, stating 'minimum fee required'. Would have walked if we knew so that was a lesson learnt in Naples. Would not visit Naples again no reflection on the hotel, felt really unsafe mainly if you are a pedestrian crossing the road. Absolute lunatic drivers and its a free for all, noone cares. Would stay at Hotel again if it was located somewhere else.

Did not get to stay here as the booking was made through Agoda but the hotel was already fully booked since April or not offering the rate listed by Agoda (trip in October). The hotel tried to inform the travel agency that placed the booking (hotelbeds) but there were no response. While we were denied our room, Jonida at reception went out of the way to help us contact the travel agency. Thanks to her we were given a safe space to find an alternative accommodations.

Very nice, hotel! The room was very clean and had many minor amenities for a lengthy or short stay. The location is approximately a 10-15 minute ride from the airport. The hotel is walking distance to many sites, shopping, and restaurants in Naples. I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast had many options. The breakfast staff person was very personable. I highly recommend this facility if you are visiting Naples and want to be in the center. The walls were a bit thin. I did frequently hear my neighbor on their phone. It didn't last long. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Naples.

Salve, voglio condividere la mia opinione sulla base della mia esperienza. Mi è stato prenotato il soggiorno tramite piattaforma HRS: nel foglio di prenotazione c'è (aggiungo in modo molto esplicito) una voce che include una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita a disposizione del cliente. Al momento del check out faccio presente la consumazione dell'acqua ma contestualmente mi viene comunicato (nonostante avessi mostrato l'evidenza sul foglio di prenotazione ricevuto da HRS) che non è inclusa alcuna bottiglietta e che avrebbero parlato con la piattaforma perché questa cosa non gli risultava. Se nel foglio di prenotazione è indicato è evidente che si tratta di un servizio che loro, come struttura che utilizza HRS, ha messo a disposizione. Tuttavia, per non fare storie, ho semplicemente pagato i 2,50 euro di 330ml per una lattina d'acqua visto che, alla mia proposta di pagare, nonostante mi spettasse l'acqua, la receptionist non ha fatto cenno a venire incontro, anzi mi ha subito fatto presente quanto le spettasse per la consumazione dell'acqua. Chiaramente, per il futuro, darò indicazioni di non essere prenotato mai più in questo Hotel.

Esperienza positiva, cordialità e accoglienza tipica, sempre un sorriso, in particolare modo del portiere notturno con il quale ci siamo interfacciati più frequentemente. Ottima camera, spaziosa e accogliente, con a disposizione macchina del caffè, bollitore per tisane e un frigo fornito. Bagno spazioso e fornito di tutti glia accessori e i kit personali per un weekend dove non pensare a nulla! Anche la culla data a nostra figlia è stata apprezzata. Se devo trovare una pecca, la devo associare alla colazione, non in linea con tutto il resto. Un buffet limitato, con la parte dedicata al salato che prevede solo prosciutto cotto, un tipo di formaggio e delle uova (strapazzate, ma non invitanti). Senza entrare nel dettaglio, direi che la colazione non è vincente, anche l'espresso, a Napoli, andrebbe proposto da "banco" e non con una classica macchinetta del caffè internazionale. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno, dovessimo tornare a Napoli, sicuramente valuteremo di tornare qui !

Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel. Personalul de la recepție foare amabil, personalul de la curățenie vine în fiecare zi să-ți așeze patul și să-ți ia prosoapele și să-ți mai facă ceva în cameră dacă e nevoie, micul dejun este specific italienesc și desteul de sățios.

Una piacevole sorpresa, stanza e bagno pulitissimi, gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Posizione top colazione più che ok (ottime torte); unica pecca i tendoni al posto delle tapparelle, che non bastano per assicurare l'oscurità necessaria al riposo

Hotel horrível 2 estrelas no máximo. Café da manhã lamentável sem variedade e havia acabado o pão às 8 horas da manhã. Estado de manutenção do quarto deplorável. Paredes sujas e remendadas sem acabamento, assento da privada quebrado. Ao reclamar na recepção os funcionários se limitaram a lamentar e nada resolveram. Um verdadeiro descaso. Purtroppo nella nostra suite c’era una porta che confinava con la camera accanto e solamente chiusa con lo scotch in quanto la maniglia era rotta, praticamente condividevamo la camera con la persona accanto. Questo per un hotel 4 stelle e una suite non è concepibile. L’hotel non ha il parcheggio e vi mandando al parcheggio sottostante con un costo di 30€ al giorno all’incirca. La posizione è comoda poichè accanto alla stazione centrale, però un po’ pericolosa di notte a mio avviso.

Emplacement idéal près de la gare. Décoration ferroviaire très sympathique. Les équipes de la réception sont très agréables et aidants en toute circonstance. Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo hotel e posso dire con assoluta certezza che è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai vissuto in una struttura ricettiva. Fin dal primo momento è stato evidente che l’attenzione al cliente e la cura per i dettagli non sono minimamente una priorità per questo hotel. Appena entrato nella mia camera, ho notato subito un fastidioso rumore proveniente dal condizionatore. Ho cercato di spegnerlo ma il telecomando era rotto, quindi ho dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception per chiedere assistenza. Non solo questo è estremamente scomodo per un ospite, ma aprendo il condizionatore ho scoperto che all’interno era pieno di sporco e polvere, un vero e proprio ricettacolo di batteri. Inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura, figuriamoci per un hotel che si propone come professionale. La situazione è ulteriormente peggiorata quando ho deciso, purtroppo, di cenare al ristorante dell’hotel. Il cibo era semplicemente imbarazzante: insipido, cucinato male, con ingredienti che sembravano tutt’altro che freschi. Ma il dettaglio più grave è stato scoprire che la maionese e il ketchup forniti erano scaduti. Un fatto gravissimo, che avrebbe potuto causare una seria intossicazione alimentare. È davvero inconcepibile che una cucina che serve clienti ogni giorno possa trascurare qualcosa di così fondamentale come la sicurezza alimentare. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, anche qui siamo ben lontani da qualsiasi standard accettabile. I materassi erano sporchi, le lenzuola presentavano macchie evidenti e l’ambiente generale trasmetteva una sensazione di trascuratezza totale. Dopo aver fatto più volte presente il problema alla reception, ci hanno portato delle lenzuola “pulite” dicendoci, con totale noncuranza, di rifarci il letto da soli. Quando siamo tornati in camera e abbiamo aperto il pacco, abbiamo avuto l’ennesima conferma del pressapochismo che regna in questa struttura: anche le nuove lenzuola erano sporche. Una presa in giro che ha superato ogni limite. Non riesco davvero a capire come una struttura del genere possa ancora operare. Mancanza totale di igiene, personale impreparato e poco disponibile, qualità del cibo vergognosa, e una gestione che lascia senza parole. Consiglio a chiunque stia leggendo questa recensione di evitare assolutamente questo hotel. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inesistente e l’unica cosa che vi porterete a casa sarà il ricordo di un’esperienza da dimenticare.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Gegend ist schrecklich. Überall sind Drogensüchtige und Obdachlose. Die Gehewege sind voller Müll. Es riecht nach Fäkalien und Urin. Obwohl die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, gibt sie ein permanentes lautes Geräusch von sich. Wir konnten nicht schlafen. Die Servicemitarbeiter wollten nicht einmal zuhören und reagierten genervt. Das Frühstück ist eine absolute Frechheit. Günstige Produkte. Keine Auswahl. Kein Gemüse. Armseliges Ambiente. Statt Gläsern gibt es Plastikbecher. Die Mitarbeiterin fragt mehrfach nach der Zimmernummer, warum auch immer. Die Dachterrasse war gesperrt und stark verschmutzt. Auch unser Balkon war voller Vogelkot. Absolut ekelhaft. Das Zimmer war immerhin sauber. Insgesamt sind es niemals 4 Sterne. Finger weg. Bucht ein anderes Hotel!

Standort war super. Das Hotel war okay. Sauberkeit, na ja. Unter dem Bett viel Staub, im Badezimmer Schamhaare auf Lavabo. Beim Frühstück gab es neben Müesli, Früchte, Konfitüre, Butter usw. nur eine Käsesorte und Schinken= sonst keine Auswahl Das Hotel bietet ein Restaurant und eine Bar deklariert. Das haben wir so nicht wahrgenommen. Man kein Gericht bestellen,es gibt Häppchen und beides schliesst um 19.30

Hotel molto deludente e caro rispetto alle aspettative. Prenotato una camera Suite junior con tre letti, ci siamo ritrovati al posto del terzo letto un mini divanetto non adatto ad un ragazzo alto 1.83. Ho riferito alla reception, ancora peggio, mi hanno dato una brandina con le doghe rotte (guardare la foto). La colazione scarsissima: presente solo una torta di carote, una crostata e dei cornetti alla crema vecchi. Abbiamo preferito per i due giorni di soggiorno farla al bar della stazione con prodotti tipici.

Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter dem Bahnhof. Alleine möchte man dort jedoch nicht herumlaufen, es wirkt gefährlich. Am Bahnhof hat es sehr viele Obdachlose leute, welche kosuminieren und teilweise alles vollkotzen. Dies wird aber wenigstens regelmässig gereinigt. Die Gegend ist ingesamt sehr "gettohaft" und man muss mit der Metro ins Zentrum damit es besser ist. Das Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Jedoch: Die Klimaanlage tropft der Wand herunter und hinter dieser schimmelt es. Die Bedienung in der Wand integriert mit Anleitung funktionier nicht. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns unfreundlich erklärt, dass es eine Fernbedinung gibt. Wäre ja zu empfeheln, dies bei der Anleitung zu erwähnen.. Die Armaturen im Badzimmer sehen aus, als wurden sie noch nie geputzt. Überall schimmelt es in der Dusche. Jedes 3 Badetuch wurde beiseitegelegt, da es flecken darauf hatte. Das Personal war zudem sehr unfreundlich, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben. Der Nachtwächter bei de Rezeption war jedoch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat ist uns ein Rätsel.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer guten Lage. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks-Buffet könnte von besserer qualität sein. Auch entspricht der Komfort nicht dem eines 4 Sternen Hotel. In Puncto Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben. Preis-Leistungsverhätnis ok, deshalb eine Bewertung im Mittelfeld.

Hotel a 4 stelle cosa? Appena entrati sembrava anche un bell hotel ma invece Reception assolutamente non professionale, sgorbudica, e quando arrivati neanche un buongiorno. Parcheggio, buono perche lo hanno privato (20€ per una notte) ma personale poco adatto Ci hanno fatto parcheggiare e cerano bottiglie di birra per terra e l abbiamo pure schioppate con le ruote della macchina Stanza, schifo totale abbiamo trovato la tavoletta sporca, secchielli sporchi con cartacce e cose varie delle persone che c erano prima di noi , rubinetti incrostati, pavimento macchiato da per tutto , specchi con manate da per tutto per non parlare della doccia Letto scomodissimo balcone pieno di cacche di uccelli che schifo. Colazione peggio che mai non c era niente, marmellata acida uno schifo Non ci tornero mai piu

Sono stata in quest' hotel nelle scorse settimane. Posizione straordinaria con l' ingresso direttamente dalla stazione centrale. Camera spaziosissima e molto luminosa. Le finestre con buona insonorizzazione. Alla reception ho subito fatto il check in e potuto lasciare il bagaglio al mio arrivo alle 10. Così sono uscita subito alla scoperta della città. Molto comodo e ben fornito il bar dell' hotel per un aperitivo al rientro dalle lunghe camminate. La colazione, continentale, ben divisa tra il dolce ed il salato. Ho chiesto di lavare alcune magliette ed il servizio lavanderia è stato veloce ed economico. In camera oltre al frigo bar ho trovato anche la macchina del caffè ed il bollitore. C erano anche , naturalmente,le capsule di caffè e le tisane. Consigliatissimo
